In this paper, we consider higher order corrections of the entropy, which coming from thermal fluctuations, and find their effect on the thermodynamics of higher dimensional charged black holes. Leading order thermal fluctuation is logarithmic term in the entropy while higher order correction is proportional to the inverse of original entropy. We calculate some thermodynamics quantities and obtain the effect of logarithmic and higher order corrections of entropy on them. Validity of the first law of thermodynamics investigated and Van der Waals equation of state of dual picture studied. We find that five-dimensional black hole behaves as Van der Waals, but higher dimensional case have not such behavior. We find that thermal fluctuations are important in stability of black hole hence affect unstable/stable black hole phase transition.  相似文献

The thermodynamics of Bardeen black hole surrounded by perfect fluid dark matter is investigated. We calculate the analytical expresses of corresponding thermodynamic variables, e.g., the Hawking temperature, entropy of the black hole. In addition, we derive the heat capacity to analyze the thermal stability of the black hole. We also compute the rate of emission in terms of photons through tunneling. By numerical method, an obvious phase transition behavior is found. Furthermore, according to the general uncertainty principle, we study the quantum corrections to these thermodynamic quantities and obtain the quantum-corrected entropy containing the logarithmic term. Lastly, we investigate the effects of the magnetic charge g, the dark matter parameter k and the generalized uncertainty principle parameter α on the thermodynamics of Bardeen black hole surrounded by perfect fluid dark matter under general uncertainty principle.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the effects of thermal fluctuations on thermodynamics of rotating regular black hole in five-dimensional spacetime. We first evaluate thermodynamic quantities such as Hawking temperature, entropy, angular velocity and electric potential of the considered model. To discuss the effects of thermal fluctuations, we compute the logarithmic correction terms to entropy around the equilibrium state. We also check the validity of the first law of thermodynamics in the presence of these correction terms. Finally, we determine stability of the system through specific heat and Hessian matrix. It is concluded that logarithmic corrections originated from thermal fluctuations yield a stable model.  相似文献

In this paper we study thermodynamics, statistics and spectroscopic aspects of a charged black hole with a scalar hair coupled to the gravity in (2+1) dimensions. We obtained effects of the black hole charge and scalar field on the thermodynamical and statistical quantities. We find that scalar charge may increase entropy, temperature and probability, while may decrease black hole mass, free and internal energy. Also electric charge increases probability and decreases temperature and internal energy. Also we investigate stability of the system and find that the thermodynamical stability exists.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to studying the impact of thermal fluctuations on thermodynamics of rotating as well as charged anti-de Sitter black holes with the Newman–Unti–Tamburino(NUT)parameter. To this end, we derive the analytic expression of thermodynamic variables, namely the Hawking temperature, volume, angular velocity, and entropy within the limits of extended phase space. These variables meet the first law of thermodynamics as well as the Smarr relation in the presence of new NUT charge. To analyze the effects of quantum fluctuations, we derive the exact expression of corrected entropy, which yields modification in other thermodynamical equations of state. The local stability and phase transition of the considered black hole are also examined through specific heat. It is found that the NUT parameter increases the stability of small black holes, while the logarithmic corrections induce instability in the system.  相似文献

The z=3 Lifshitz black hole is an exact black hole solution to the new massive gravity in three dimensions. In order to understand this black hole clearly, we perform a dimensional reduction to two-dimensional dilaton gravity by utilizing the circular symmetry. Considering the linear dilaton, we find the same Lifshitz black hole in two dimensions. This implies that all thermodynamic quantities of the z=3 Lifshitz black hole could be obtained from its corresponding black hole in two dimensions. As a result, we derive the temperature, mass, heat capacity, Bekenstein–Hawking entropy, and free energy.  相似文献

In this work, we consider rotating BTZ black hole in three dimensions which is dual of one dimensional holographic superconductors. We applied higher order corrections of the entropy, which interpreted as quantum corrections, to the thermodynamics quantities and study modified thermodynamics. We investigate stability of rotating BTZ black hole under effects of higher order quantum corrections, and find that they affect stability of black hole. So, the small black hole has some instabilities and critical points due to the quantum effects. We also study effect of correction terms on the dual picture of rotating BTZ black hole.  相似文献

Recently, there has been much attention devoted to resolving the quantum corrections to the Bekenstein-Hawking black hole entropy. In particular, many researchers have expressed a vested interest in the coefficient of the logarithmic term of the black hole entropy correction term. In this paper, based on the correction to black hole thermodynamic quantity due to the generalized uncertainty principle, we calculate the partition function by energy spectrum obtained using tunneling effect. Furthermore we derive the black hole entropy. In the expression, we not only consider the generalized uncertainty principle but also consider the departure of black hole radiation spectrum from pure thermal spectrum. According to criterion law of thermodynamic systems phase transition, we discuss the phase transition of AdS black hole and derive that the phase transition of AdS black hole is a secondary one.  相似文献

Recently, based on the study of black hole Hawking radiation with the tunnel effect method, we found that the radiation spectrum of the black hole is not a strict pure thermal spectrum. It is a very interesting problem to determine how the departure of the black hole radiation spectrum from the pure thermal spectrum affects entropy. We calculate the partition function by the energy spectrum obtained using tunnel effect. Using the relation between the partition function and entropy, we derive the correction value to Bekenstein-Hawking entropy of the charged black hole. Furthermore, we obtain the conditions that various thermodynamic quantities must satisfy, when phase transition of the charged black hole occurs. We discuss the thermodynamics of regular black hole (RBH) with cosmological constant and Einstein–Aether black hole (BH) with coupling constant in the presence of thermal corrections. For these BHs, we develop various thermodynamical quantities such as entropy, pressure, specific heats, Gibbs free energy and Helmholtz free energy. Thermal stability is also being analyzed through γ factor, Gibbs free energy and Helmholtz free energy. It is found that RBH with cosmological constant and Einstein–Aether show stable behavior with the increase of the values of cosmological and coupling constants.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a charged rotating black hole in three dimensions with a scalar charge, and discuss thermodynamics quantities. We find effects of the black hole parameters on the temperature, entropy, free energy, total energy and specific heat. We also investigate the stability of the black hole and study phase transition. We consider the first law of thermodynamics and find that satisfied.  相似文献

We discuss black hole solutions of Einstein-Λ gravity in the presence of nonlinear electrodynamics in d S spacetime. Considering the correlation of the thermodynamic quantities respectively corresponding to the black hole horizon and cosmological horizon of dS spacetime and taking the region between the two horizons as a thermodynamic system, we derive effective thermodynamic quantities of the system according to the first law of thermodynamics, and investigate the thermodynamic properties of the system under the influence of nonlinearity parameter α. It is shown that nonlinearity parameter α influences the position of the black hole horizon and the critical state of the system, and along with electric charge has an effect on the phase structure of the system, which is obvious, especially as the effective temperature is below the critical temperature. The critical phase transition is proved to be second-order equilibrium phase transition by using the Gibbs free energy criterion and Ehrenfest equations.  相似文献

We investigate the temperature and energy on holographic screens for 4-dimensional axisymmetric black holes with the entropic force idea proposed by Verlinde. According to the principle of thermal equilibrium, the location of holographic screen outside the axisymmetric black hole horizon is not a equivalent radius surface. The location of isothermal holographic screen outside the axisymmetric black hole horizon is obtained. Using the equipartition rule, we derive the correction expression of energy of isothermal holographic screen. When holographic screens are far away the black hole horizon, the entropic force of charged rotating particles can be expressed as Newton’s law of gravity. When the screen crosses the event horizon, the temperature of the screen agrees with the Hawking temperature and the entropic force gives rise to the surface gravity for both of the black holes.  相似文献

Motivated by providing preliminary steps to understand the conception of quantum gravity, in this paper, we study the phase structure of a semiclassical gravitational system. We investigate the stability conditions and phase transition of charged black holes in massive gravity via canonical ensemble and geometrical thermodynamic approaches. We point out the effects of massive parameter on stability conditions of these black holes and show how massive coefficients affect the phase transition points of these black holes. We also study the effects of boundary topology on thermodynamical behavior of the system. In addition, we give some arguments regarding the role of higher dimensions and highlight the effect of the electric charge in thermodynamical behavior. Then, we extend our study to geometrical thermodynamic approach and show that it can be a successful method for studying the black hole phase transition. At last, by employing the relation between thermodynamical pressure and cosmological constant, critical behavior of the system and the effects of different parameters on critical values are investigated.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to an investigation of nonlinearly charged dilatonic black holes in the context of gravity’s rainbow with two cases: (1) by considering the usual entropy, (2) in the presence of first order logarithmic correction of the entropy. First, exact black hole solutions of dilatonic Born–Infeld gravity with an energy dependent Liouville-type potential are obtained. Then, thermodynamic properties of the mentioned cases are studied, separately. It will be shown that although mass, entropy and the heat capacity are modified due to the presence of a first order correction, the temperature remains independent of it. Furthermore, it will be shown that divergences of the heat capacity, hence phase transition points are also independent of a first order correction, whereas the stability conditions are highly sensitive to variation of the correction parameter. Except for the effects of a first order correction, we will also present a limit on the values of the dilatonic parameter and show that it is possible to recognize AdS and dS thermodynamical behaviors for two specific branches of the dilatonic parameter. In addition, the effects of nonlinear electromagnetic field and energy functions on the thermodynamical behavior of the solutions will be highlighted and dependency of critical behavior, on these generalizations will be investigated.  相似文献

De Sitter black holes have the black hole horizon and the cosmological horizon, and the thermodynamic quantities on the two horizons all satisfy the first law of thermodynamics. The thermodynamic quantities on the two horizons are not independent but are correlated to each other. Taking de Sitter space-time as thermodynamic system, we investigated the effective thermodynamic quantities of Reissner–Nordström de Sitter black hole surrounded by the quintessence (RN-DSQ). We obtained the effective temperature and entropy of the system by considering the corrections between the black hole horizon and the cosmological horizon. We found that the entropy of the RN-DSQ is in agreement with that of Reissner–Nordström de Sitter black hole. It offers a basis for further studying of the thermodynamic properties of de Sitter space-time.  相似文献

We analyze the effects of thermal fluctuations on a regular black hole (RBH) of the non-minimal Einstein–Yang–Mill theory with gauge field of magnetic Wu–Yang type and a cosmological constant. We consider the logarithmic corrected entropy in order to analyze the thermal fluctuations corresponding to non-minimal RBH thermodynamics. In this scenario, we develop various important thermodynamical quantities, such as entropy, pressure, specific heats, Gibb’s free energy and Helmholtz free energy. We investigate the first law of thermodynamics in the presence of logarithmic corrected entropy and non-minimal RBH. We also discuss the stability of this RBH using various frameworks such as the \(\gamma \) factor (the ratio of heat capacities), phase transition, grand canonical ensemble and canonical ensemble. It is observed that the non-minimal RBH becomes globally and locally more stable if we increase the value of the cosmological constant.  相似文献

We obtain the free energy and thermodynamic geometry of holographic superconductors in \(2+1\) dimensions. The gravitational theory in the bulk dual to this \(2+1\)-dimensional strongly coupled theory lives in the \(3+1\) dimensions and is that of a charged AdS black hole together with a massive charged scalar field. The matching method is applied to obtain the nature of the fields near the horizon using which the holographic free energy is computed through the gauge/gravity duality. The critical temperature is obtained for a set of values of the matching point of the near horizon and the boundary behaviour of the fields in the probe limit approximation which neglects the back reaction of the matter fields on the background spacetime geometry. The thermodynamic geometry is then computed from the free energy of the boundary theory. From the divergence of the thermodynamic scalar curvature, the critical temperature is obtained once again. We then compare this result for the critical temperature with that obtained from the matching method.  相似文献

Logarithmic corrections to the extremal black hole entropy can be computed purely in terms of the low energy data—the spectrum of massless fields and their interaction. The demand of reproducing these corrections provides a strong constraint on any microscopic theory of quantum gravity that attempts to explain the black hole entropy. Using quantum entropy function formalism we compute logarithmic corrections to the entropy of half BPS black holes in N=2{{\mathcal N}=2} supersymmetric string theories. Our results allow us to test various proposals for the measure in the OSV formula, and we find agreement with the measure proposed by Denef and Moore if we assume their result to be valid at weak topological string coupling. Our analysis also gives the logarithmic corrections to the entropy of extremal Reissner–Nordstrom black holes in ordinary Einstein–Maxwell theory.  相似文献

We present an exact three-dimensional massive Kiselev AdS black hole solution. This Kiselev black hole is neither perfectly fluid, nor is it the quintessential solution, but the BTZ black hole modified by the anisotropic matter. This black hole possesses an essential singularity at its radial origin and a single horizon whose radius will increase monotonically when the parameter of the anisotropic matter field ω decreases. We calculate all thermodynamic quantities and find that the first law of thermodynamics of this massive Kiselev AdS black hole can be protected, while the consistent Smarr formula is only held in the extended thermodynamic phase space. After examining the sign of free energy, we conclude that there is no Hawking-Page transition since the massive Kiselev AdS black hole phase is always thermodynamically favored. Moreover, we study the phase transition between the Kiselev AdS black hole and BTZ black hole by considering the matchings for their temperature. We find that the Kiselev AdS black hole is still a thermodynamically more preferred phase, because it always has a smaller amount of free energy than the BTZ black hole, which seems to indicate that the anisotropic matter field may emerge naturally in BTZ black hole spacetime under some thermal fluctuations. We also show a first order phase transition between the Kiselev AdS black hole phase with -1w -1/2 and the black hole phase with -1/2w0. As the Kiselev AdS black hole has some notable features on the phase transition of black holes in three dimensions, it provides important clues to further investigate these both surprising and similar behaviors in four and higher dimensions.  相似文献
