The 2,3-biquinolyl dianion, when reacting with aryl- and hetaryl halides, forms arylation products at the 4 position, and treatment of these products with alkyl halides or water yields 1-alkyl-4-aryl-1,4-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls or 4-aryl-1,4-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls, respectively. Oxidation of the latter yields 4-aryl-2,3-biquinolyls. The cation dependence of the arylation reaction is demonstrated.Stavropol' State University, Stavropol' 355009. It has been shown that the reaction of 2, 3-biquinolyls with an excess of lithium in tetrahydrofuran leads to the formation of dianions, treatment of which with water or D2O gives 1, 4-dihydro-2, 3-biquinolyls or their 4-D derivatives in good yield. The 1,4-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyl reacts with organolithium compounds to form the mixture of 4-R-1,4-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls and 2-R-1,2-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls in the ratio analogous to the conversion in the series of 2,3-biquinolyl. The utilization of the complex, the organolithium compound-TMEDA, in this process leads, after treatment of the reaction mixture with water, exclusively to 2-R-1,2-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls. Treatment with methyl iodide leads to 1-methyl-2-R-1,2-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls.  相似文献

The regioselectivity of the nucleophilic addition of stabilized C-nucleophiles to 1-alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)quinolinium halides was investigated. Conformational analysis of 6,6-biquinolyl and its dication was performed using dipole moments and data from electric and magnetic birefringence. The rotation angles between the quinoline rings for thecis- andtrans-conformers in solution are 50°. Reduction of 1-alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)quinolinium halides with sodium borohydride leads to 1-alkyl-1,2-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls which, except for the ethoxycarbonyl derivative, undergo rearrangement to 1-alkyl-1,4-dihydro-2,3-biquinolyls. The Huisgen reaction has been used to synthesize five-membered heterocyclic compounds in high yield and with high regio and stereoselectivity. In the synthesis of spiro [pyrrolidine-2,3′-oxindole] derivatives from isatin, α-amino acids, and (E)-β-phenyl nitroolefins, two regioisomers were obtained in each reaction. The regioselectivity of the major product was found to be different from that in reported work, and was investigated at the B3LYP/6-311G* level of theory. On the basis of this new finding, several conditions, for example molar ratio, solvent, and temperature, which affect the regioselectivity of this reaction were investigated; the results obtained are discussed. It was found that the regioselectivity of this reaction was affected by solvent and temperature, irrespective of the ratio of the reactants. Low temperature and high solvent polarity leads to high regioselectivity, and protic solvents result in higher yield and regioselectivity. These results are of benefit for regioselective synthesis of some compounds.  相似文献

In this paper=5′-O-tosyl-2,3′-anhydrothymidine has been synthesized and its crystal structure was analyzed. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system=space group P1=with a=5.397(2)=b=6.1886(18)=c=3.507(5) =α =87.74(2)=β =89.84(4)=γ =73.79(2)°=C17H18N2O6S=Mr=378.39=Z=1=V=432.8(3)3=Dc=1.452 g/cm3=F(000)=198 and Flack =-0.11(14). No intermolecular hydrogen bonds exist in the crystal=and the angle between benzene ring and pyrimidine planes is 32.23°.  相似文献

3-Amino-4-aryl-6-pyridin-3-ylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carbohydrazides 3a,b were used as the starting materials in the present study. Our targets here were represented by the synthesis of several 3-amino-N′-4-arylmethylenes 5a,b, N-formamides 8a,b, ethyl imidoformate 10b, N,N-dimethyl-N′-imidoformamides 12a,b, N-acetyl-N-acetamides 14a,b, 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thiol 16a,b, pyrazolothienopyridines 20a,b, 2-[(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)carbonyl]-4-aryl-6-pyridin-3-ylthieno[2,3-b]pyridin-3-amines 22a,b, 2-carbonyl-5-methyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-ones 24a,b, and 2-carbonyl-pyrazolidine-3,5-diones 26a,b. The newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds were tested as anti-Alzheimer and anti-COX-2 agents, and their structures were elucidated by considering the data of IR, 1H NMR, mass spectra, and elemental analyses.

Comparative study of cyclopalladated ethylenediamine complexes of 2,3-diphenylquinoxaline (Hdphqx) [Pd(dphqx)En]ClO4 and 2,2′,3,3′-tetraphenylbiquinoline (H2tphbq) [(PdEn)2(μ-tphbq)](ClO4)2, and the free heterocyclic ligands was performed by means of 1H NMR spectroscopy, electronic absorption and emission spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. It was shown that cyclopalladation gives rise to a long-wave absorption band in the visible spectrum, a batochromic shift of the vibrationally structured phosphorescence band, and an anodic shift of the ligand-centered reduction potential of the complexes com-pared to free ligands.  相似文献

The conformational state of two benzo-crown ethers with substantially different physiological activity, 2,3-(4-phenylacetyl)- and 2,3-(4-diphenylacetyl)benzo-15-crown-5, was studied in crystals and solutions in CH3CN and CCl4 by x-ray crystallographic analysis, IR spectroscopy, and conformational calculations by the method of molecular mechanics. Transition from the crystalline state to solutions was found to be accompanied by a substantial change in the conformation of the macrocyclic ring of all the compounds studied. The nature of the substituent in the benzene ring and the polarity of the solvent have an influence on the conformational state of the macrocyclic ring of the free ligand, which, however, is not the determining factor in the change in the activity of the compounds. The COCCOC fragments of the macrocyclic framework are conformationally labile, readily passing from gauche to trans conformations and the reverse, which is promoted by the negligible energy barriers between the different conformations, determined in the work by a molecular mechanics method.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 8, pp. 1819–1825, August, 1991.  相似文献

A short total synthesis of a diacetoxylated E,E-diene lactone ent-hyptenolide, was achieved involving from Phosphonate and cis-butene 1,4-diol. Brown Asymmetric allylation, Acrylation, Acetylation, Ring-closing metathesis as the key steps has been described. Moreover, the biological activity of ent-hyptenolide was evaluated on HeLa, A549, IMR32, and MDA-MB231 cancer cell lines. The ent-hyptenolide selectively and potently inhibited the growth of IMR32 cell line.  相似文献
