测量了单层纳米碳管的一级、二级拉曼光谱.在40—3300cm-1范围内观测到18条一级拉曼谱线和7条二级拉曼谱线,理论所预言的谱线几乎全被观测到,谱峰位置和理论值符合得很好.通过和理论值的对照,对这些谱线作了初步标定.所观测到的单层纳米碳管的拉曼激活振动模数目及二级拉曼谱线条数都是迄今最多的. 关键词:  相似文献

高纯度单壁纳米碳管的合成是应用研究和实际应用的基础和关键.提出了一种氢等离子电弧方法,在适当的生长促进剂的作用下,能大量制备出高纯度的单壁纳米碳管.选用宏观数量的单壁纳米碳管,进行适当预处理,在室温及约100atm下进行储氢实验,发现该材料的储氢容量可达(42—47)wt%,经过5次循环实验,其储氢容量先略有下降,随后便稳定不变.这些初步实验结果表明,单壁纳米碳管是一种很有前途的储氢材料.  相似文献

采用燃烧法制备了Fe/Mo/MgO催化剂,用化学气相沉积法在1000℃下催化裂解甲烷制得了单壁纳米碳管.实验结果表明,550℃下焙烧的催化剂效果最好,适宜的酸碱性应该是催化剂具有较高活性的原因.用扫描电镜、透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜、热重分析和拉曼光谱等方法对制备的纳米碳管粗产品进行了表征.结果表明,该产物确为高质量单壁纳米碳管,其形态基本都以束状存在,且单壁纳米碳管直径分布较窄(0.85~1.22nm);对反应气氛的考察表明,CH4/N2=50/300为最佳,该气氛下所制得粗产物中单壁碳管的含量接近40%,经稀盐酸室温处理后,碳管含量可达到75%以上.  相似文献

用化学气相沉积法制备了多壁碳纳米管,并将其溶解在甲苯溶液中.用波长为1064nm的皮秒脉冲激光测量该样品的透过率,发现了非常明显的光限幅特性.当入射光强较小时,透射光强度随入射光强度的增大而增大,输出与输入为线性关系;随着入射光强的增大,透射光强增长的速度明显变慢,并逐渐趋于饱和.当入射光强度较小时,样品的透过率接近100%;而当入射光强为8GW/cm2时,非线性透过率达到30%.根据三光子吸收理论计算,理论拟合与实验结果非常符合,说明多壁碳纳米管的三光子吸收产生了光限幅效应.实验测 关键词: 多壁碳纳米管 光限幅 三光子吸收  相似文献

通过光限幅、Z扫描、非线性吸收和散射能量分布实验,研究了碳纳米管悬浮液对532 nm激光的限幅机理以及样品厚度对光限幅机理的影响。结果表明:碳纳米管悬浮液的光限幅机理并非单纯的非线性散射,对低能量入射激光光限幅特性主要源于对入射激光的非线性吸收;对高能量入射激光,碳纳米管的吸收效应和它电离形成的微等离子体以及液体汽化所形成气泡散射效应的共同作用,使其具有较强的光限幅能力,对浓度一定的悬浮液,增加样品厚度虽然会增强其限幅效果,但却会减弱其非线性散射效应。  相似文献

表面修饰SrTiO3光催化剂纳米碳管的光电化学嵌锂特性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用直接水解沉淀的方法制备了钙钛矿型SrTiO3纳米粒子,并将其修饰在纳米碳管表面形成SrTiO3/CNTs纳米复合材料,研究了SrTiO3/CNTs电极在氙灯照射下的光电化学嵌锂特性.实验结果表明,光照射对CNTs电极的嵌锂容量影响不大,而SrTiO3/CNTs电极受光照时的嵌锂容最高达251 mAh/g,远高于无光照下的嵌锂容量(170 mAh/g).循环伏安测试也表明光照射可显著提高嵌脱锂反应电流.这可归因于SrTiO3光催化剂受光照射而诱发的纳米碳管嵌锂反应.  相似文献

分别采用化学气相沉积法和电弧放电法制备了多壁碳纳米管.利用扫描电镜测量了两种不同方法所制备样品的形貌,并在室温下测量了这两种样品的喇曼光谱、吸收光谱和光致发光光谱.结果显示:电弧法所制的纳米管管径较小,且纳米管相互缠绕明显;两种样品的喇曼光谱中均存在D模和G模,但化学气相沉积法制备的碳管的结构更完美,石墨化程度和碳管纯度更高;两种样品都在250 nm处有一个强的吸收峰,当采用共振激发时,两种样品均在480 nm处有带状发射光谱,而用550 nm的光激发时,化学气相沉积法制备的多壁碳纳米管在820 nm处具有光致发光,电弧法制备的样品在此波段则无光致发光.  相似文献

采用Tersoff势的分子动力学方法,研究外部加氢及内/外加氢单壁硅纳米管的热稳定性与拉伸力学特性,进而将两种单壁硅管与(14,14)碳纳米管的拉伸特性进行对比.研究结果表明:①外部加氢和内/外加氢单壁硅管的"骨架"结构近似于单晶硅的{110}晶面,两种硅管分别只能在低于150 K和75 K的温度下稳定存在;②外部加氢以及内/外加氢硅管硅的抗拉强度分别为4.0和1.2 GPa,断裂应变(抗拉强度对应的应变)分别为35%和32%,均远小于(14,14)碳管的抗拉强度和断裂应变.  相似文献

Multi-scale hybrid composite laminates of epoxy/carbon fiber (CF) reinforced with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were fabricated in an autoclave. For laminate fabrication, 0.5 wt% of pristine MWCNTs or silane-functionalized MWNCTs (f-MWCNTs) were dispersed into a diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A epoxy system and applied on the woven carbon fabric. The neat epoxy/CF composite and the MWCNTs-reinforced epoxy/CF hybrid composites were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), thermomechanical analysis (TMA), tensile testing, and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). A significant improvement in initial decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature of epoxy/CF composite was observed when reinforced with 0.5 wt% of f-MWCNTs. The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), measured by TMA, diminished by 22% compared to the epoxy/CF composite, indicating an improvement in dimensional stability of the hybrid composite. No significant improvement in tensile properties of either MWCNTs/epoxy/CF composites was observed compared to those of the neat epoxy/CF composite.  相似文献

Carbon dots possess versatile optical properties that have prompted their investigation in applications including photocatalysis, photovoltaics, imaging, and drug delivery, among others. However, the preparation of these nanodots is accompanied by the formation of fluorophores and intermediates, which can be difficult to separate. In the absence of thorough purification protocols, the reported optical properties are often heterogeneous, which hinders understanding of their physicochemical and optical properties and concrete application development. Here, two hydrophilic carbon dot systems starting with citric acid and diethylenetriamine are prepared. The impact of purification, including dialysis, ultrafiltration, and organic washes, on the properties of the dots is demonstrated. It is shown that monitoring the purification endpoint using near-infrared, fluorescence, and absorbance spectroscopies is possible. Moreover, it is demonstrated that fluorescence quantum yields can be a reliable tool to determine the purification endpoint. This work shows that even carbon dots derived from the same chemical precursors can have different purification profiles and purification requirements. However, the developed approach can be used to determine the proper purification procedure and endpoint for any carbon dot system regardless of the starting materials. Finally, it is envisioned that this work can be easily extended toward the purification of other hydrophilic nanomaterials.  相似文献

利用实验的方法研究了碳纳米管悬浮液对脉宽8 ns,波长532 nm多脉冲激光的光限幅效应.分析了直径分布为10~20 nm的多壁碳纳米管悬浮液对重复频率分别为1 Hz、 3 Hz、 5 Hz、 10 Hz情况下532 nm激光的光限幅效应,分析计算了不同重复频率下碳纳米管悬浮液的限幅阈值,比较了不同焦距的透镜会聚入射光束情况下对碳纳米管悬浮液光限幅效果的影响.实验结果表明:碳纳米管悬浮液对不同重复频率的532 nm 激光都具有较强的光限幅特性;碳纳米管悬浮液对激光在不同重复频率入射情况下的光限幅阈值变化很大,当入射激光的重复频率为5 Hz时,碳纳米管悬浮液的光限幅阈值比单脉冲激光入射时的限幅阈值低了2倍,重复频率为10 Hz时的限幅阈值比单脉冲时的限幅阈值低了近3倍;碳纳米管在紧焦系统中的光限幅效果更好.  相似文献

在单壁碳纳米管的低温拉曼光谱测量过程中,发现径向呼吸模(RBM)和正切拉伸模(GM)的拉曼频移在低温下的温度效应和在高温时的温度效应存在着很大的区别,在低温下拉曼光谱的频移和温度并不呈线性关系。而且,在温度为210K时,单壁碳纳米管内部的振动结构可能发生了变化。在低温下单壁碳纳米管拉曼峰的强度的变化是不可逆的。  相似文献

Epoxy nanocomposites with unmodified multiwalled carbon nanotubes (u-MWCNTs) and silanized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (si-MWCNTs) were prepared by a cast molding method. The effects of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane functionalization of MWCNTs on thermal, tensile, and morphological properties of the nanocomposites were examined. The nanocomposites were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis, and tensile testing. The results showed that epoxy composites based on si-MWCNTs showed better thermal stability, glass transition temperature, and tensile properties than the composites based on u-MWCNTs. These results prove the effect of silane functionalization on the interfacial adhesion between epoxy and MWCNTs. This was further confirmed by morphology study of fractured surfaces of nanocomposites by field emission scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献
