rac-2-[(Diphenylphosphino)methyl]ferrocenecarboxylic acid (1) was prepared in a good yield from rac-2-(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)bromoferrocene (2) via rac-2-(hydroxymethyl)bromoferrocene (4) and rac-2-[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]bromoferrocene (5), and further converted to the respective phosphine oxide (6), phosphine sulfide (7) and methyl ester (8). The phosphines 1 and 8 were studied as ligands in rhodium complexes. The reaction of di-μ-chloro-bis[chloro-(η5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)rhodium(III)] with the stoichiometric amounts of 1 and 8 yielded the corresponding mononuclear complexes with P-monodentate ligands: [RhC25-C5Me5)(L-κP)], 9 and 10, respectively. Attempted deprotonation of 9 with LiBu or KOt-Bu gave intractable mixtures, in which the parent complex 9 as the major component was accompanied by two new compounds, likely the diastereoizomeric phosphinocarboxylate complexes. A defined O,P-chelating phosphinocarboxylate complex, [SP-4-2]-carbonyl-[rac-2-{(diphenylphosphino)methyl}ferrocenecarboxylato-κ2O,P]-tricyclohexylphosphinerhodium(I) (12), was obtained from the displacement of acetylacetonate(1−) (acac) ligand in [Rh(acac)(CO)(PCy3)] (Cy = cyclohexyl) with acid 1. The structures of 1, 6 · CHCl3, and 7 · 1/2 CH2Cl2, 10, and hydrated complexes 9 and 12 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A new organometallic phosphanylalkene, 1-(diphenylphosphanyl)-1′-(dimethylvinylsilyl)ferrocene (2) was prepared and—together with 1-(diphenylphosphanyl)-1′-vinylferrocene (1)—studied as a ligand in iron- and tungsten-carbonyl complexes. The following complexes featuring the mentioned phosphanylalkenes as P-monodentate donors were isolated and characterised by spectral methods: [Fe(CO)4(L-κP)] (4, L = 1; 5, L = 2) and trans-[W(CO)4(L-κP)2] (6, L = 1; 7, L = 2). In addition, the solid-state structures of 4 and 6 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and the electrochemical properties of compounds 1, 2, 4 and 6 were studied by cyclic voltammetry at platinum electrode.  相似文献

Reactions of Mo(II)-tetraphosphine complex [MoCl24-P4)] (2; P4 = meso-o-C6H4(PPhCH2CH2PPh2)2) with a series of small molecules have been investigated. Thus, treatment of 2 with alkynes RCCR′ (R = Ph, R′ = H; R = p-tolyl, R′ = H; R = Me, R′ = Ph) in benzene or toluene gave neutral mono(alkyne) complexes [MoCl2(RCCR′)(κ3-P4)] containing tridentate P4 ligand, which were converted to cationic complexes [MoCl(RCCR′)(κ4-P4)]Cl having tetradentate P4 ligand upon dissolution into CDCl3 or CD2Cl2. The latter complexes were available directly from the reactions of 2 with the alkynes in CH2Cl2. On the other hand, treatment of 2 with 1 equiv. of XyNC (Xy = 2,6-Me2C6H3) afforded a seven-coordinate mono(isocyanide) complex [MoCl2(XyNC)(κ4-P4)] (7), which reacted further with XyNC to give a cationic bis(isocyanide) complex [MoCl(XyNC)24-P4)]Cl (8). From the reaction of 2 with CO, a mono(carbonyl) complex [MoCl2(CO)(κ4-P4)] (9) was obtained as a sole isolable product. Reaction of 9 with XyNC afforded [MoCl(CO)(XyNC)(κ4-P4)]Cl (10a) having a pentagonal-bipyramidal geometry with axial CO and XyNC ligands, whereas that of 7 with CO resulted in the formation of a mixture of 10a and its isomer 10b containing axial CO and Cl ligands. Structures of 7 and 9 as well as [MoCl(XyNC)24-P4)][PF6](8′) and [MoCl(CO)(XyNC)(κ4-P4)][PF6] (10a′) derived by the anion metathesis from 8 and 10a, respectively, were determined in detail by the X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Treatment of the bulky iminophosphine ligand [Ph2PCH2C(Ph)N(2,6-Me2C6H3)] (L) with [M(CH3CN)2(ligand)]+n, where for M = Pd(II): ligand = η3-allyl, n = 1, and for M = Rh(I), ligand: 2(C2H4), 2(CO) or cod, n = 0, yields the mono-cationic iminophosphine complexes [Pd(η3-C3H5)(L)][BF4] (1), [Rh(cod)(L)][BF4] (2), [Rh(CO)(CH3CN)(L)][BF4] (3), and cis-[Rh(L)2][BF4] (4). All the new complexes have been characterised by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows moderate activity in the copolymerisation of CO and ethene but is inactive towards Heck coupling of 4-bromoacetophenone and n-butyl acrylate.  相似文献

Treatment of either RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 or MPhCl(CO)(PPh3)2 with HSiMeCl2 produces the five-coordinate dichloro(methyl)silyl complexes, M(SiMeCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (1a, M = Ru; 1b, M = Os). 1a and 1b react readily with hydroxide ions and with ethanol to give M(SiMe[OH]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (2a, M = Ru; 2b, M = Os) and M(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (3a, M = Ru; 3b, M = Os), respectively. 3b adds CO to form the six-coordinate complex, Os(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)2(PPh3)2 (4b) and crystal structure determinations of 3b and 4b reveal very different Os-Si distances in the five-coordinate complex (2.3196(11) Å) and in the six-coordinate complex (2.4901(8) Å). Reaction between 1a and 1b and 8-aminoquinoline results in displacement of a triphenylphosphine ligand and formation of the six-coordinate chelate complexes M(SiMeCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N)-NC9H6NH2-8) (5a, M = Ru; 5b, M = Os), respectively. Crystal structure determination of 5a reveals that the amino function of the chelating 8-aminoquinoline ligand is located adjacent to the reactive Si-Cl bonds of the dichloro(methyl)silyl ligand but no reaction between these functions is observed. However, 5a and 5b react readily with ethanol to give ultimately M(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N-NC9H6NH2-8) (6a, M = Ru; 6b, M = Os). In the case of ruthenium only, the intermediate ethanolysis product Ru(SiMeCl[OEt])Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N-NC9H6NH2-8) (6c) was also isolated. The crystal structure of 6c was determined. Reaction between 1b and excess 2-aminopyridine results in condensation between the Si-Cl bonds and the N-H bonds with formation of a novel tridentate “NSiN” ligand in the complex Os(κ3(Si,N,N)-SiMe[NH(2-C5H4N)]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3) (7b). Crystal structure determination of 7b shows that the “NSiN” ligand coordinates to osmium with a “facial” arrangement and with chloride trans to the silyl ligand.  相似文献

The heteroditopic, P-N-chelating ligand diphenylphosphino(phenyl pyridin-2-yl methylene)amine (1) has been synthesised via a simple ‘one-pot’ procedure and its donor characteristics assessed. The neutral [MX(Y)(12-P-N)] (3, M = Rh, X = Cl, Y = CO; 4, M = Pd, X = Y = Cl; 5, M = Pd, X = Cl, Y = Me; 6, M = Pt, X = Y = Cl; 7, M = Pt, X = Cl, Y = Me; 8, M = Pt, X = Y = Me) and cationic [Pd(Me)(MeCN)(12-P-N)][Z] (9, Z = B{3,5-(CF3)2-C6H3}4; 10, Z = PF6) complexes of 1 have been prepared and characterised. The solid-state structures of complexes 3, 4, 6 and 7 have been established by X-ray crystallography. Reactions of [PdCl(Me)(12-P-N)] towards CO and tBuNC have been investigated, affording the corresponding η1-acyl (12) and -iminoacyl (14) complexes, respectively. Similar insertion chemistry is observed for the cationic derivative 9. Treatment of the acyl complex 12 with ethene at elevated pressure establishes an equilibrium between the starting material and the product resulting from insertion, 13. Under catalytic conditions, combination of palladium(II) with 1 in MeOH affords a selective initiator for the formation of 4-oxo-hexanoic acid methyl ester (15) from CO/ethene (38 bar, 90 °C).  相似文献

Reactions of Ru3(CO)12 with diphosphazane monoselenides Ph2PN(R)P(Se)Ph2 [R = (S)-∗CHMePh (L4), R = CHMe2 (L5)] yield mainly the selenium bicapped tetraruthenium clusters [Ru44-Se)2(μ-CO)(CO)8{μ-P,P-Ph2PN(R)PPh2}] (1, 3). The selenium monocapped triruthenium cluster [Ru33-Se)(μsb-CO)(CO)72-P,P-Ph2PN((S)-∗CHMePh)PPh2}] (2) is obtained only in the case of L4. An analogous reaction of the diphosphazane monosulfide (PhO)2PN(Me)P(S)(OPh)2 (L6) that bears a strong π-acceptor phosphorus shows a different reactivity pattern to yield the triruthenium clusters, [Ru33-S)(μ3-CO)(CO)7{μ-P,P-(PhO)2PN(Me)P(OPh)2}] (9) (single sulfur transfer product) and [Ru33-S)2(CO)52-P,P-(PhO)2PN(Me)P(OPh)2}{μ-P,P-(PhO)2PN(Me)P(OPh)2}] (10) (double sulfur transfer product). The reactions of diphosphazane dichalcogenides with Ru3(CO)12 yield the chalcogen bicapped tetraruthenium clusters [Ru44-E)2(μ-CO)(CO)8{μ-P,P-Ph2PN(R)PPh2}] [R = (S)-∗CHMePh, E = S (6); R = CHMe2, E = S (7); R = CHMe2, E = Se (3)]. Such a tetraruthenium cluster [Ru44-S)2(μ- CO)(CO)8{μ-P,P-(PhO)2PN(Me)P(OPh)2}] (11) is also obtained in small quantities during crystallization of cluster 9. The dynamic behavior of cluster 10 in solution is probed by NMR studies. The structural data for clusters 7, 9, 10 and 11 are compared and discussed.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-acetylpyridine semicarbazone (H2APS), 3-acetylpyridine semicarbazone (H3APS) and 4-acetylpyridine semicarbazone (H4APS) with [VO(acac)2] (acac = acetylacetonate) gave [VO(H2APS)(acac)2] (1), [VO(H3APS)(acac)2] (2) and [VO(4APS)(acac)(H2O)] · 1/2H2O (3). Oxidation of complex 1 in acetonitrile gave [VO2(2APS)] (4). The crystal structures of complexes 1 and 4 have been determined. Complexes 13 were able to enhance glucose uptake and to inhibit glycerol release from adipocytes, which indicate their potential to act as insulin-mimics.  相似文献

The 1,5-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)-3-thiapentane ligand (bdtp) reacts with [Rh(COD)(THF)2][BF4] to give [Rh(COD)(bdtp)][BF4] ([1][BF4]), which is fluxional in solution on the NMR time scale. Its further treatment with carbon monoxide leads to a displacement of the 1,5-cyclooctadiene ligand, generating a mixture of two complexes, namely, [Rh(CO)2(bdtp)][BF4] ([2][BF4]) and [Rh(CO)(bdtp3N,N,S)][BF4] ([3][BF4]). In solution, [2][BF4] exists as a mixture of two isomers, [Rh(CO)2(bdtp2N,N)]+ ([2a]+) and [Rh(CO)2(bdtp3N,N,S)]+ ([2b]+; major isomer) rapidly interconverting on the NMR time scale. At room temperature, [2][BF4] easily loses one molecule of carbon monoxide to give [3][BF4]. The latter is prone to react with carbon monoxide to partially regenerate [2][BF4]. The ligands 1,2-bis[3-(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)-2-thiapropyl]benzene (bddf) and 1,8-bis(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)-3,6-dithiaoctane (bddo) are seen to react with two equivalents of [Rh(COD)(THF)2][BF4] to give the dinuclear complexes [Rh2(bddf)(COD)2][BF4]2 ([4][BF4]2) and [Rh2(bddo)(COD)2][BF4]2 ([5][BF4]2), respectively. In such complexes, the ligand acts as a double pincer holding two rhodium atoms through a chelation involving S and N donor atoms. Bubbling carbon monoxide into a solution of [4][BF4]2 results in loss of the COD ligand and carbonylation to give [Rh2(bddf)(CO)4][BF4]2 ([6][BF4]2). The single-crystal X-ray structures of [3][CF3SO3], [5][BF4]2 and [6][BF4]2 are reported.  相似文献

Treatment of [Cp′MH(CO)3] (M = Mo, W; Cp′ = η5-C5H5 (Cp), η5-C5Me5 (Cp*)) with 1/8 equiv of S8 in THF, followed by the reaction with dppe under UV irradiation, gave new mono(hydrosulfido) complexes [Cp′M(SH)(CO)(dppe)] (Cp′ = Cp: M = Mo (5), W (6); Cp′ = Cp*: M = Mo (7), W (8); dppe = Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2). When 5 and 6 dissolved in THF were allowed to react with [RhCl(PPh3)3] in the presence of base, heterodinuclear complexes with bridging S and dppe ligands [CpM(CO)(μ-S)(μ-dppe)Rh(PPh3)] (M = Mo (9), W(10)) were obtained. Semi-bridging feature of the CO ligands were also demonstrated. Upon standing in CH2Cl2 solutions, 9 and 10 were converted further to the dimerization products [(CpM)2{Rh(dppe)}22-CO)23-S)2] (M = Mo (13), W). Detailed structures of mononuclear 7 and 8, dinuclear 9 and tetranuclear 13 have been determined by the X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

We describe reactions of [99mTc(H2O)3(CO)3)]+ (1) with Diels-Alder products of cyclopentadiene such as “Thiele’s acid” (HCp-COOH)2 (2) and derivatives thereof in which the corresponding [(Cp-COOH)99mTc(CO)3)] (3) complex did form in water. We propose a metal mediated Diels-Alder reaction mechanism. To show that this reaction was not limited to carboxylate groups, we synthesized conjugates of 2 (HCp-CONHR)2 (4a-c) (4a, R = benzyl amine; 4b, R = Nα-Boc-l-2,3-diaminopropionic acid and 4c, R = glycine). The corresponding 99mTc complexes [(4a)99mTc(CO)3)] 6a, [(4b)99mTc(CO)3)] 6b and [(4c)99mTc(CO)3)] 6c have been prepared along the same route as for Thiele’s acid in aqueous media demonstrating the general applicability of this synthetic strategy. The authenticity of the 99mTc complexes on the no carrier added level have been confirmed by chromatographic comparison with the structurally characterized manganese or rhenium complexes.Studies of the reaction of 1 with Thiele’s acid bound to a solid phase resin demonstrated the formation of [(Cp-COOH)99mTc(CO)3)] 3 in a heterogeneous reaction. This is the first evidence for the formation of no carrier added 99mTc radiopharmaceuticals containing cyclopentadienyl ligands via solid phase syntheses. Macroscopically, the manganese analogue 5a and the rhenium complexes 5b-c have been prepared and characterized by IR, NMR, ESI-MS and X-ray crystallography for 5a (monoclinic, P21/c, a = 9.8696(2) Å, b = 25.8533(4) Å, c = 11.8414(2) Å, β = 98.7322(17)°) in order to unambiguously assign the authenticity of the corresponding 99mTc complexes.  相似文献

Treating the complexes [Rh(TFA)(PPh3)2], [Rh(HFA)(PPh3)2], and [Rh(TFA)(Cod)] (TFA - trifluoroacetylacetonate, HFA - hexafluoroacetylacetonate, Cod - 1,5 cyclooctadiene) with an excess of NaBPh4 in acetonitrile yields the rhodium(I) complexes with coordinated [BPh4] anion, [Rh(PPh3)2(π-PhBPh3)] · 2MeCN (I) and [Rh(Cod)(π-PhBPh3)] (II). The reactions present a new example of β-diketonate ligand replacement. The 1H, 31P, and 11B NMR spectra of I and II are discussed. [Rh(PPh3)2(π-PhBPh3)] has been characterized by single crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

The 2-picolylcyclopentadienyl derivatives of rhodium(I) and iridium(I) of formula [M{η5-C5H4(2-CH2C5H4N)}(η4-C8H12)] (3) (M = Rh) and (4) (M = Ir) are obtained in good yields by reacting 2-picolylcyclopentadienyllithium (7) with [RhCl(η4-C8H12)]2 and [IrCl(η4-C8H12)]2, respectively. The corresponding dicarbonyl derivatives, [M{η5-C5H4(2-CH2C5H4N)}(CO)2] (5) (M = Rh) and 6 (M = Ir), are obtained in good yields by reacting 2-picolylcyclopentadienylthallium(I) (8) with [RhCl(CO)2]2 and [IrCl(C5H5N)(CO)2], respectively. 5 has already been reported in the literature. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, 1H NMR, FT-IR, and UV-Vis (210-330 nm) spectroscopy. The UV-Vis spectra indicate the existence of some electronic interaction between the 2-picolinic chromophore and the cyclopentadienyl-metal moiety. The study of the electrochemical behaviour of 3-6 by cyclic voltammetry (CV) allows the interpretation of the electrode processes and gives information about the location of the redox sites. Moreover, various synthetic strategies were tested in order to try to coordinate the complexes 3-6 to a ruthenium(II) centre, but most of them failed. Instead, the hetero-bimetallic complex bis(2,2′-bipyridine)[(η5-2-picolylcyclopentadienyl)(η4-cycloocta-1,5-diene)rhodium(I)]chlororuthenium(II)-(hexafluorophosphate) (13), was obtained, although in poor yields (10%), by reacting the nitrosyl complex [RuCl(bipy)2(NO)][PF6]214 (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) first with potassium azide and then with the rhodium(I) complex 3. The analogous complex bis(2,2′-bipyridine)(2-picoline)chlororuthenium(II)-(hexafluorophosphate) (15), that carries a ruthenium-bonded 2-picoline molecule instead of 3, has prepared in the same way. 13 and 15 were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, and 1H NMR.  相似文献

The oxidative addition of CH3I to planar rhodium(I) complex [Rh(TFA)(PPh3)2] in acetonitrile (TFA is trifluoroacetylacetonate) leads to the formation of cationic, cis-[Rh(TFA)(PPh3)2(CH3)(CH3CN)][BPh4] (1), or neutral, cis-[Rh(TFA)(PPh3)2(CH3)(I)] (4), rhodium(III) methyl complexes depending on the reaction conditions. 1 reacts readily with NH3 and pyridine to form cationic complexes, cis-[Rh(TFA)(PPh3)2(CH3)(NH3)][BPh4] (2) and cis-[Rh(TFA)(PPh3)2(CH3)(Py)][BPh4] (3), respectively. Acetylacetonate methyl complex of rhodium(III), cis-[Rh(Acac)(PPh3)2(CH3)(I)] (5), was obtained by the action of NaI on cis-[Rh(Acac)(PPh3)2(CH3)(CH3CN)][BPh4] in acetone at −15 °C. Complexes 1-5 were characterized by elemental analysis, 31P{1H}, 1H and 19F NMR. For complexes 2, 3, 4 conductivity data in acetone solutions are reported. The crystal structures of 2 and 3 were determined. NMR parameters of 1-5 and related complexes are discussed from the viewpoint of their isomerism.  相似文献

The reaction of in situ generated 1′-(diphenylphosphino)-1-lithioferrocene with isocyanates RNCO affords the respective phosphino-carboxamides Ph2PfcCONHR (fc = ferrocene-1,1′-diyl, R = cyclohexyl (2), and Ph (3)) in moderate yields. The coordination behaviour of 3 chosen as a representative was studied in palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes. Depending on the metal precursor and the reaction conditions, the following compounds featuring this ligand as a P-monodentate or an O,P-chelating donor were isolated and characterised by spectroscopic methods (IR, multinuclear NMR and electrospray ionisation MS): trans-[PdCl2(3P)2] (5), trans-[PtCl2(3P)2] (6), cis-[PtCl2(3P)2] (7), [SP-4-4]-[(LNC)PdCl(3P)] (8; LNC = 2-[(dimethylamino-κN)methyl]phenyl-κC1), and [SP-4-3]-[(LNC)PdCl(32O,P)]SbF6 (9). Besides, the crystal structures of a phosphine oxide resulting by oxidation of 2, viz Ph2P(O)fcCONHCy (4), and of complexes 5·2Et2O and 9 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Three new optically pure C1-terpyridine ligands (L13) were prepared and the copper(II) complexes, of formula [Cu(L)Cl2], the rhodium(III) complexes, of formula [Rh(L)Cl3], and the ruthenium(II) complexes, of formula cis- or trans-[Ru(L)(X)Cl2] (X = DMSO or CO), were synthesized. Structures of a chiral C1-ligand, a copper complex, a rhodium complex and a ruthenium DMSO complex were analysed using X-ray crystal structure analysis. The copper, rhodium and ruthenium complexes were shown to be precursors of catalysts for cyclopropanation. Reaction of [Cu(L)Cl2], [Rh(L)Cl3] or cis- or trans-[Ru(L)(X)Cl2] with AgOTf converted the complex to catalyst, which in the case of trans-[Ru(L)(CO)Cl2] gave enantioselectivities of up to 67% ee for the cis-isomers of styrene cyclopropanes with t-butyl diazoacetate. Comparisons with C2-analog of copper, rhodium and ruthenium catalysts were made.  相似文献

Treatment of the tetrameric group eight fluoride complexes [MF(μ-F)(CO)3]4 [M = Ru (1a), Os (1b)] with the alkynylphosphane, Ph2PCCPh, results in fluoride-bridge cleavage and the formation of the air-sensitive monomeric octahedral complexes [MF2(CO)2(PPh2CCPh)2] [M = Ru (2a), Os (2b)] in high yield. The molecular structure of 2b reveals a cis, cis, trans configuration for each pair of ligands, respectively. The free alkyne moieties in 2 can be readily complexed to hexacarbonyldicobalt fragments by treatment with dicobalt octacarbonyl to afford [MF2(CO)2(μ-η12-PPh2CCPh)2{Co2(CO)6}2] [M = Ru (3a), Os (3b)]. Evidence for an intramolecular non-bonded contact between a bound fluoride and a cobalt carbonyl carbon atom is seen in the molecular structure of 3a. Thermolysis of 3a at 50 °C results in fluoride dissociation to give [RuF(CO)2(μ-η12-PPh2CCPh)2{Co2(CO)6}2]+ (4), while no reaction occurred with the osmium analogue. Prolonged thermolysis at 120 °C in a sealed vessel of both 3a and 3b gave only insoluble decomposition products.  相似文献

Reactions of [(η5-R)Rh(CO)2] (R = cp, ind) with water-soluble phosphines (L = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane and tris(2-cyanoethyl)phosphine) give the new rhodium(I) complexes of the types [Rh(η5-cp)(CO)(PTA)] (1), [Rh(η5-cp)(CO)(P(CH2CH2CN)3)] (2), [Rh(η5-ind)(CO)(PTA)] (3) and [Rh(η5-ind)(CO)(P(CH2CH2CN)3)] (4) in isolated yields of 52-75%. All these compounds have been fully characterized by IR, 1H, 31P{1H} and 13C{1H} NMR, FAB-MS spectroscopies and elemental analyses. Reactivity for the substitution of phosphine is greater for [(η5-ind)Rh(CO)(L)] comparing to [(η5-cp)Rh(CO)(L)] because of a flexibility of the indenyl ligand to undergo facile η5-η3 coordinative isomerizations. The obtained complexes are active catalyst precursors for the dehydrogenation of propan-2-ol, octane and cyclooctane under photoassisted conditions without any organic hydrogen transfer acceptors, giving TOFs of 26-56 using 3 as precatalyst.  相似文献

Reactions of the ruthenium complexes [Ru(κ3-tpy)(PPh3)Cl2], [Ru(κ3-tptz)(PPh3)Cl2] and [Ru(κ3-tpy)Cl3] [tpy = 2,2′:6′,2′′-terpyridine; tptz = 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine] with diphenyl-(2-pyridyl)-phosphine (PPh2Py) have been investigated. The complexes [Ru(κ3-tpy)(PPh3)Cl2] and [Ru(κ3-tptz)(PPh3)Cl2] reacted with PPh2Py to afford [Ru(κ3-tpy)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)2Cl]+ (1) and [Ru(κ3-tptz)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)2Cl]+ (2), which were isolated as their tetrafluoroborate salts. Under analogous conditions, [Ru(κ3-tpy)Cl3] gave a neutral complex [Ru(κ3-tpy)(κ1-PPh2Py)Cl2] (3). Upon treatment with an excess of NH4PF6 in methanol, 1 and 2 gave [Ru(κ3-tpy)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)(κ2-P,N-PPh2Py)](PF6)2 (4) and [Ru(κ3-tptz)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)(κ2-P,N-PPh2Py)](PF6)2 (5) containing both monodentate and chelated PPh2Py. Further, 4 and 5 reacted with an excess of NaCN and CH3CN to afford [Ru(κ3-tpy)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)2(CN)](PF6) (6), [Ru(κ3-tpy)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)2(NCCH3)](PF6)2 (7), [Ru(κ3-tptz)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)2(CN)]PF6 (8) and [Ru(κ3-tptz)(κ1-P-PPh2Py)2(NCCH3)](PF6)2 (9) supporting hemi labile nature of the coordinated PPh2Py. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, spectral (IR, NMR, electronic absorption, FAB-MS), electrochemical studies and structures of 1, 2 and 3 determined by X-ray single crystal analyses. At higher concentration level (40 μM) the complexes under investigation exhibit inhibitory activity against DNA-Topo II of the filarial parasite S. cervi and 3 catalyses rearrangement of aldoximes to amide under aerobic conditions.  相似文献

The corresponding ruthenium and iron dicarbonyl complexes M(triphos)(CO)2 (1: M = Ru; triphos = I; 2: M = Ru; triphos = II; 3: M = Ru; triphos = III; 4: M = Ru; triphos = IV; 5: M = Fe; triphos = I; 6: M = Fe; triphos = II; 7: M = Fe; triphos = III and 8: M = Fe; triphos = IV) have been prepared and fully characterized. The structures of 1, 3 and 5 have been established by X-ray diffraction studies. The oxidative addition of MeI to 1-8 produces a mixture of the corresponding isomeric octahedral cationic complexes mer,trans-(13a-20a) and mer,cis-[M(Me)(triphos)(CO)2]I (13b-20b) (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV). The structures of 13a and 20a (as the tetraphenylborate salt (21)) have been verified by X-ray diffraction studies. The oxidative addition of other alkyl iodides (EtI, i-PrI and n-PrI) to 1-8 did not afford the corresponding alkyl metal complexes and rather the cationic octahedral iodo complexes mer,cis-[M(I)(triphos)(CO)2]I (22-29) (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV) were produced. Complexes 22-29 could also be obtained by the addition of a stoichiometric amount of I2 to 1-8. The structure of 22 has been verified by an X-ray diffraction study. Reaction of 13a/b-20a/b with CO afforded the acetyl complexes mer,trans-[M(COMe)(triphos)(CO)2]I, 30-37, respectively (M = Ru, Fe; triphos = I-IV). The ruthenium acetyl complexes 30-33 reacted slowly with 2-tert-butylimino-2-diethylamino-1,3-dimethylperhydro-1,3,2-diazaphosphorine (BEMP) even in boiling acetonitrile. Under the same conditions, the deprotonation reactions of the iron acetyl complexes 34-37 were completed within 24-40 h to afford the corresponding zero valent complexes 5-8. It was not possible to observe the intermediate ketene complexes. Tracing of the released ketene was attempted by deprotonation studies on the labelled species mer,trans-[Fe(COCD3)(triphos)(CO)2]I (38) and mer,trans-[Fe(13COMe)(triphos)(CO)2]I (39).  相似文献
