The hydrothermal reactions of a molybdate source, a nickel(II) salt, tetra-2-pyridylpyrazine (tpyprz), and organodiphosphonic acids H(2)O(3)P(CH(2))(n)()PO(3)H(2) (n = 1-5) of varying tether lengths yielded a series of organic-inorganic hybrid materials of the nickel-molybdophosphonate family. A persistent characteristic of the structural chemistry is the presence of the [Mo(5)O(15)(O(3)PR)(2)](4)(-) cluster as a molecular building block, as noted for the one-dimensional materials [[Ni(2)(tpyprz)(2)]Mo(5)O(15)[O(3)P(CH(2))(4)PO(3)]]x6.65H(2)O (6x6.65H(2)O) and [[Ni(2)(tpyprz)(2)]Mo(5)O(15)[O(3)P(CH(2))(5)PO(3)]]x3.75H(2)O (8x3.75H(2)O), the two-dimensional phases [[Ni(4)(tpyprz)(3)][Mo(5)O(15)(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)PO(3))](2)]x23H(2)O (3x23H(2)O) and [[Ni(3)(tpyprz)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](Mo(5)O(15))(Mo(2)O(4)F(2))[O(3)P(CH(2))(3)PO(3)](2)]x8H(2)O (5x8H(2)O), and the three-dimensional structures [[Ni(2)(tpyprz)(H(2)O)(3)]Mo(5)O(15)[O(3)P(CH(2))(3)PO(3))]]xH(2)O (4xH(2)O) and [[Ni(2)(tpyprz)(H(2)O)(2)]Mo(5)O(15) [O(3)P(CH(2))(4)PO(3)]]x2.25H(2)O (7x2.25H(2)O). In the case of methylenediphosphonic acid, the inability of this ligand to tether adjacent pentanuclear clusters precludes the formation of the common molybdophosphonate building block, manifesting in contrast a second structural motif, the trinuclear [(Mo(3)O(8))(x)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))(y)] subunit of [[Ni(tpyprz)(H(2)O)(2)](Mo(3)O(8))(2) (O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))(2)] (1) which had been previously observed in the corresponding methylenediphosphonate phases of the copper-molybdophosphonate family. Methylenediphosphonic acid also provides a second phase, [Ni(2)(tpyprz)(2)][Mo(7)O(21)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))]x3.5H(2)O (9x5H(2)O), which contains a new heptamolybdate cluster [Mo(7)O(21)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))](4)(-) and a cationic linear chain [Ni(tpyprz)](n)(4n+) substructure. The structural chemistry of the nickel-molybdophosphonate series contrasts with that of the corresponding copper-molybdophosphonate materials, reflecting in general the different coordination preferences of Ni(II) and Cu(II). Consequently, while the Cu(II)-organic complex building block of the copper family is invariably the binuclear [Cu(2)(tpyprz)](4+) subunit, the Ni(II) chemistry with tpyprz exhibits a distinct tendency toward catenation to provide [Ni(3)(tpyprz)(2)](6+), [Ni(4)(tpyprz)(3)](8+), and [Ni(tpyprz)](n)(4n+) building blocks as well as the common [Ni(2)(tpyprz)](4+) moiety. This results in a distinct structural chemistry for the nickel(II)-molybdophosphonate series with the exception of the methylenediphosphonate derivative 1 which is isostructural with the corresponding copper compound [[Cu(2)(tpyprz)(H(2)O)(2)](Mo(3)O(8))(2)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))] (2). The structural chemistry of the nickel(II) series also reflects variability in the number of attachment sites at the molybdophosphonate clusters, in the extent of aqua ligation to the Ni(II) tpyprz subunit, and in the participation of phosphate oxygen atoms as well as molybdate oxo groups in linking to the nickel sites.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of CuSO(4).5H2O, Na2MoO(4).2H2O and 2,2'-bipyridine with the bridging diphosphonate ligand H2O3P(CH2)4PO3H2 yields the one-dimensional chain [(Cu(bpy)2)(Cu(bpy)(H2O)2)(Mo5O15)(O3P(CH2)4PO3)].H2O; the introduction of a second bridging component in the reaction of Cu(MeCO2)2.H2O, MoO3, H2O3PCH2CH2PO3H2 and tetra(2-pyridyl)pyrazine yields the network solid [(Cu2(tpypyz)(H2O)2)(Mo5O15)(O3PCH2CH2PO3)].5.5H2O.  相似文献

The oxomolybdenum-arsonate system was investigated under hydrothermal conditions in the presence of charge-compensating copper(II)-organonitrogen complex cations as secondary building blocks. A series of materials of the Mo/O/As/Cu/ligand family has been prepared and structurally characterized. The architectures of the products reflect the identity of the arsonate component and the organonitrogen ligand, as well as the reaction conditions. The structural versatility of this emerging class of compounds is manifested by the one-dimensional structures of [[Cu(o-phen)(H(2)O)(2)](2)Mo(6)O(18)(O(3)AsOH)(2)] (1), [[Cu(terpy)](2)Mo(4)O(13)H(AsO(4))(2)].2H(2)O (2.2H(2)O), [[Cu(2,2'-bpy)(H(2)O)](2)Mo(6)O(18)(O(3)AsC(6)H(5))(2)].2H(2)O (4.2H(2)O), and [[Cu(o-phen)(H(2)O)](2)[Mo(6)O(18)(O(3)AsC(6)H(5))(2)]].4H(2)O (5.4H(2)O), by the two-dimensional materials [[Cu(2)(tpyprz)(H(2)O)(2)]Mo(6)O(18)(O(3)AsOH)(2)].2H(2)O (3.2H(2)O), [[Cu(terpy)](2)Mo(6)O(18)(O(3)AsC(6)H(5))(2)].H(2)O (6.H(2)O), and [[Cu(2)(tpyprz)]Mo(6)O(18)(O(3)AsC(6)H(5))(2)].2H(2)O (7.2H(2)O), and the molecular clusters [[Cu(2,2'-bpy)(2)](2)Mo(12)O(34)(O(3)AsC(6)H(5))(4)].2.35H(2)O (8.2.35H(2)O) and [Cu(o-phen)(H(2)O)(3)][Cu(o-phen)(2)Mo(12)O(34) (O(3)AsC(6)H(5))(4)].3H(2)O (9.3H(2)O).  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of MoO(3), an appropriate Cu(II) source, tetra-2-pyridylpyrazine (tpypyz), and phosphoric acid and/or an organophosphonate yielded a series of organic-inorganic hybrid materials of the copper-molybdophosphonate family. A common feature of the structures is the entrainment within the extended architectures of chemically robust [Mo(5)O(15)(O(3)PR)(2)](4)(-) clusters as molecular building blocks. The cluster is a characteristic feature of the one-dimensional materials [[Cu(2)(tpypyz)(H(2)O)(3)]Mo(5)O(15)(HPO(4))(O(3)PCH(2)CO(2)H)].H(2)O (1.H(2)O) and [[Cu(2)(tpypyz)(H(2)O)]Mo(5)O(15)(O(3)PC(6)H(5))(2)].2H(2)O (2.2H(2)O), the two-dimensional network [[Cu(2)(tpypyz)(H(2)O)(3)]Mo(5)O(15)(HPO(4))(2)].2H(2)O (5.2H(2)O) and the three-dimensional frameworks [[Cu(2)(tpypyz)(H(2)O)(2)]Mo(5)O(15)[O(3)P(CH(2))(n)()PO(3)]].xH(2)O [n = 3, x = 2.25 (6.2.25H(2)O); n = 4, x = 0.33 (7.0.33H(2)O)]. In the case of methylenediphosphonate as the phosphorus component, the unique chelating nature of the ligand precludes formation of the pentamolybdate core, resulting in the chain structures [[Cu(2)(tpypyz)(H(2)O)]Mo(3)O(8) (HO(3)PCH(2)PO(3))(2)].8H(2)O (3.8H(2)O) and [[Cu(2)(tpypyz)(H(2)O)](2)(Mo(3)O(8))(2)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))(3)].16.9H(2)O (4.16.9H(2)O). For structures 1-7, the secondary metal-ligand building block is the binuclear [Cu(2)(tpypyz)(H(2)O)(x)](4+) cluster. There is considerable structural versatility as a result of the variability in the number of attachment sites at the phosphomolybdate clusters, the coordination geometry of the Cu(II), which may be four-, five-, or six-coordinate, the extent of aqua ligation, and the participation of phosphate oxygen atoms as well as molybdate oxo groups in bonding to the copper sites. Two asymmetric polyoxomolybdates Na(6){Mo(2)O(5)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)](2)}·16H(2)O (1) and (NH(4))(7)Na{MoO(2)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)]}(4)·H(2)O (2) have been synthesized by the reactions of alendronic acid with molybdate. Structure analysis revealed that the polyoxoanions 1 and 2 can be described as dimeric and tetrameric aggregates of the {MoO(3)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)]} units respectively. Their tetrabutylammonium salts show efficient selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde with 72.5% and 81.5% benzyl alcohol conversion, and 87.1% and 82.4% benzaldehyde selectivity, respectively.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of CuSO4.5H2O, Na3VO4, 2,2':6':2'-terpyridine (terpy), and the appropriate organophosphonate ligand yield a series of materials of the Cu(ii)-terpy/oxovanadium organophosphonate family. The complexes exhibit distinct structures spanning one-, two- and three-dimensions and exhibiting diverse oxovanadium building blocks. Thus, [{Cu(terpy)}(V2O4)(O3PPh)(HO3PPh)2] (1) is one-dimensional and constructed from binuclear units of corner-sharing V(v) square pyramids. While [{Cu(terpy)}VO(O3PCH2PO3)] (2), [{Cu(terpy)}2(V4O10)(O3PCH2CH2PO3)] (3), and [{Cu(terpy)}(V2O4){O3P(CH2)3PO3}].2.5H(2)O (4.2.5H2O) are similarly one-dimensional, the V/O structural components consist of isolated V(iv) square pyramids, tetranuclear V(v) units of three tetrahedra and one square pyramid in a corner-sharing arrangement, and isolated V(v) tetrahedra and square pyramids, respectively. The second propylenediphosphonate derivative, [{Cu(terpy)}(V2O4){O3P(CH2)3PO3}] (5) is three-dimensional and exhibits isolated V(v) tetrahedra as the vanadate component. The two-dimensional structure of [{Cu(terpy)(H2O)}(V3O6){O3P(CH2)4PO3}] (6) is mixed valence with isolated V(iv) square pyramids and binuclear units of corner-sharing V(v) tetrahedra providing the V/O substructures.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of MoO3, [Ni(CH3CO2)2] x 4H2O, tpypyz, ethylenediphosphonic acid and water yields the 2D material [[Ni4(tpypyz)3][Mo5O15(O3PCH2CH2PO3)]2] x 23H2O (1 x 23H2O), constructed from [Mo5O15(O3PCH2CH2PO3)]4- clusters linked in one-dimension through the ethylene tethers of the diphosphonate component; these molybdodiphosphonate chains are in turn linked into a 2D network through the tetranuclear secondary metal-ligand subunit [Ni4(tpypyz)3]8+.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of Na3VO4, an appropriate Cu(II) source, bisterpy and an organodiphosphonate, H2O3P(CH2)nPO3H2 (n = 1-6) yielded a family of materials of the type [Cu2(bisterpy)]4+/VxOy(n-)/[O3P(CH2)nPO3]4-. This family of bimetallic oxides is characterized by an unusual structural diversity. The oxides [[Cu2(bisterpy)]V2O4[O3PCH2PO3H]2] (1), [[Cu2(bisterpy)(H2O)]VO2[O3P(CH2)3PO3][HO3P(CH2)3PO3H2]] (4) and [[Cu2(bisterpy)]V2O4[O3P(CH2)6PO3H]2].2H2O (7.2H2O) are one-dimensional, while [[Cu2(bisterpy)(H2O)2]V2O4[O3P(CH2)2PO3][HO3P(CH2)2PO3H]2] (2), [[Cu2(bisterpy)]V4O8[O3P(CH23PO3]2].4H2O (3.4H2O) and [[Cu2(bisterpy)]V2O4(OH)2[O3P(CH2)4PO3]].4H2O (5.4H2O) are two-dimensional. The V(IV) oxide [[Cu2(bisterpy)]V4O4[O3P(CH2)5PO3H]4].7.3H2O (6.7.3H2O) provides a relatively unusual example of a three-dimensional bimetallic oxide phosphonate. The structures reveal a variety of V/P/O substructures as building blocks.  相似文献

Hydrothermal conditions have been used in the preparation of a series of organic-inorganic hybrid materials of the cobalt-molybdophosphonate family. The reactions of MoO(3), cobalt(II) acetate or cobalt(II) acetylacetonate, tetra-2-pyridylpyrazine (tpyprz), and organodiphosphonic acids H(2)O(3)P(CH(2))nPO(3)H(2) (n = 1-5 and 9) of varying tether lengths yielded compounds of the general type {Co(2)(tpyprz)(H(2)O)(m)}4+/MoxOy{O(3)P(CH(2))(n)PO(3)}z. The recurring theme of the structural chemistry is the incorporation of {Mo(5)O(15)(O(3)PR)(2)}(4-) clusters as molecular building blocks observed in the structures of nine phases (compounds 2-9 and 11). The structural consequences of variations in reaction conditions are most apparent in the series with propylene diphosphonate, where four unique structures 4-7 are observed, including two distinct three-dimensional architectures for compounds 5 and 6 whose formulations differ only in the number of water molecules of crystallization. With pentyldiphosphonate, a second phase 10 is obtained which exhibits a unique cluster building block, the hexamolybdate [Mo(6)O(18){O(3)P(CH(2))(5)PO(3)}](4-). In the case of methylenediphosphonic acid, a third structural motif, the trinuclear {(Mo(3)O(8))(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))}2- subunit, is observed in compound 1. The structural chemistry of compounds 1-11 of this study is quite distinct from that of the {Ni(2)(tpyprz)(H(2)O)(m)}(4+)/Mo(x)O(y){O(3)P(CH(2))(n)PO(3)}z family, as well as that of the copper-based family. The structural diversity of this general class of materials reflects the coordination preferences of the M(II) sites, the extent of aqua ligation to the M(II) sites, the participation of both phosphate oxygen atoms and molybdate oxo-groups in linking to the M(II) sites, and the variability in the number of attachment sites at the molybdophosphonate clusters. Since the charge densities at the peripheral oxygen atoms of the clusters are quite uniform, the attachment of {M(2)(tpyprz)}(4+) subunits to the molybdophosphonates appears to be largely determined by steric, coulombic, and packing factors, as shown by extensive density functional theory calculations.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of Na2MoO4 x 2H2O and 2,2':6',2"-terpyridine with appropriate salts of Fe(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) yield a variety of mixed metal oxide phases. The Cu(II) system affords the molecular cluster [Cu(terpy)MoO4].3H2O (MOXI-40 x 3H2O), as well as a one-dimensional material [Cu(terpy)Mo2O7](MOXI-41) which is constructed from (Mo4O14)4- clusters linked through (Cu(terpy))2+ units. In constrast, the Zn(II) phase of stoichiometry identical to that of MOXI-41, [Zn(terpy)Mo2O7](MOXI-42), exhibits a one-dimensional structure characterized by a (Mo2O7)n2n- chain decorated with peripheral (Zn(terpy))2+ subunits. The iron species [(Fe(terpy))2Mo4O12](MOXI-43) is also one-dimensional but exhibits [(Fe(terpy))2(MoO4)2]2+ rings linked through (MoO4)2- tetrahedra. A persistent structural motif which appears in MOXI-40, MOXI-41, and MOXI-43 is the [(M(terpy))2(MoO4)2]n cluster with a cyclic )(M2Mo2O4) core. In general, the secondary metal sites M(II, III) are effective bridging groups between molybdate subunits of varying degrees of aggregation. Furthermore, the ligands passivate the bimetallic oxide from spatial extension in two or three dimensions and provide a routine entree into low-dimensional structural types of the molybdenum oxide family of materials.  相似文献

Analyses of the magnetic data of 2, 3, 4, and [Cu(2)(2,6-tpcd)(H(2)O)Cl](ClO(4))(2) (6) [2,6-tpcd = 2,6-bis[bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amino]-p-cresolate] show the occurrence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the copper(II) ions, the bis-terdentate 1,3-tpbd/2,6-tpcd, μ(4)-XO(4) (X = As and P) μ(1,2)-OPO and μ-O(phenolate) appearing as poor mediators of exchange interactions in this series of compounds. Simple orbital symmetry considerations based on the structural knowledge account for the small magnitude of the magnetic couplings found in these copper(II) compounds.  相似文献

Four new binuclear Mn(III) complexes with carboxylate bridges have been synthesized: [[Mn(nn)(H(2)O)](2)(mu-ClCH(2)COO)(2)(mu-O)](ClO(4))(2) with nn = bpy (1) or phen (2) and [[Mn(bpy)(H(2)O)](2)(mu-RCOO)(2)(mu-O)](NO(3))(2) with RCOO = ClCH(2)COO (3) or CH(3)COO (4). The characterization by X-ray diffraction (1 and 3) and X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) (1-4) displays the relevance of this spectroscopy to the elucidation of the structural environment of the manganese ions in this kind of compound. Magnetic susceptibility data show an antiferromagnetic coupling for all the compounds: J = -2.89 cm(-1) (for 1), -8.16 cm(-1) (for 2), -0.68 cm(-1) (for 3), and -2.34 cm(-1) (for 4). Compounds 1 and 3 have the same cation complex [[Mn(bpy)(H(2)O)](2)(mu-ClCH(2)COO)(2)(mu-O)](2+), but, while 1 shows an antiferromagnetic coupling, for 3 the magnetic interaction between Mn(III) ions is very weak. The four compounds show catalase activity, and when the reaction stopped, Mn(II) compounds with different nuclearity could be obtained: binuclear [[Mn(phen)(2)](mu-ClCH(2)COO)(2)](ClO(4))(2), trinuclear [Mn(3)(bpy)(2)(mu-ClCH(2)COO)(6)], or mononuclear complexes without carboxylate. Two Mn(II) compounds without carboxylate have been characterized by X-ray diffraction: [Mn(NO(3))(2)(bpy)(2)][Mn(NO(3))(bpy)(2)(H(2)O)]NO(3) (5) and [Mn(bpy)(3)](ClO(4))(2).0.5 C(6)H(4)-1,2-(COOEt)(2).0.5H(2)O (8).  相似文献

Two new hybrid organic-inorganic molybdates based on layered (2/∞)[Mo(n)O(3n+1)](2-) blocks and organoammonium cations (+)(Me(x)H(3-x)N)(CH(2))(6)(NH(3-x)Me(x))(+) (x = 0-1), namely, (H(3)N(CH(2))(6)NH(3))[Mo(7)O(22)]·H(2)O (1) and (MeH(2)N(CH(2))(6)NH(2)Me)[Mo(9)O(28)] (2), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The (2/∞)[Mo(9)O(28)](2-) unit in 2 is an unprecedented member of the (2/∞)[Mo(n)O(3n+1)](2-) family with the n value extended to 9. The structural filiation between the (2/∞)[Mo(n)O(3n+1)](2-) (n = 5, 7, 9) blocks is well established, and their structural similarity with the (2/∞)[MoO(3)] slabs in α-MoO(3) is also discussed. Single-crystal X-ray analyses show that the (2/∞)[Mo(n)O(3n+1)](2-) layers in 1 and 2 are pillared in the three-dimensional networks by the organic cations with a similar connection at the organic-inorganic interface. In addition, a correlation between the topology of the (2/∞)[Mo(n)O(3n+1)](2-) blocks in 1 and 2 and the overall sizes of the associated organic cations is pointed out. Finally, the efficiency of Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy to easily discriminate the different (2/∞)[Mo(n)O(3n+1)](2-) blocks (n = 5, 7, 9) in hybrid organic-inorganic layered molybdate materials is clearly evidenced.  相似文献

The reaction of [[RhCl(C(8)H(14))(2)](2)] (2) with iPr(2)PCH(2)CH(2)C(6)H(5) (L(1)) led, via the isolated dimer [[RhCl(C(8)H(14))(L(1))](2)] (3), to a mixture of three products 4 a-c, of which the dinuclear complex [[RhCl(L(1))(2)](2)] (4 a) was characterized by Xray crystallography. The mixture of 4a-c reacts with CO, ethene, and phenylacetylene to give the square-planar compounds trans-[RhCl(L)(L(1))(2)] (L=CO (5), C(2)H(4) (6), C=CHPh (9)). The corresponding allenylidene(chloro) complex trans-[RhCl(=C=C=CPh(2))(L(1))(2)] (11), obtained from 4 a-c and HC triple bond CC(OH)Ph(2) via trans-[RhCl[=C=CHC(OH)Ph(2)](L(1))(2)] (10), could be converted stepwise to the related hydroxo, cationic aqua, and cationic acetone derivatives 12-14, respectively. Treatment of 2 and [[RhCl(C(2)H(4))(2)](2)] (7) with two equivalents of tBu(2)PCH(2)CH(2)C(6)H(5) (L(2)) gave the dimers [[RhCl(C(8)H(14))(L(2))](2)] (15) and [[RhCl(C(2)H(4))(L(2))](2)] (16), which both react with L(2) in the molar ratio of 1:2 to afford the five-coordinate aryl(hydrido)rhodium(III) complex [RhHCl(C(6)H(4)CH(2)CH(2)PtBu(2)-kappa(2)C,P)(L(2))] (17) by C-H activation. The course of the reactions of 17 with CO, H(2), PhC triple bond CH, HCl, and AgPF(6), leading to the compounds 19-21, 24, and 25 a, respectively, indicate that the coordinatively unsaturated isomer of 17 with the supposed composition [RhCl(L(2))(2)] is the reactive species. Labeling experiments using D(2), DCl, and PhC triple bond CD support this proposal. With either [Rh(C(8)H(14))(eta(6)-L(2)-kappaP]PF(6) or [Rh(C(2)H(4))(eta(6)-L(n)-kappaP]PF(6) (n=1 and 2) as the starting materials, the corresponding halfsandwich-type complexes 27, 28, and 32 were obtained. The nonchelating counterpart of the dihydrido compound 32 with the composition [RhH(2)(PiPr(3))(eta(6)-C(6)H(6))]PF(6) (35) was prepared stepwise from [Rh(C(2)H(4))(PiPr(3))(eta(6)-C(6)H(6))]PF(6) and H(2) in acetone via the tris(solvato) species [RhH(2)(PiPr(3))(acetone)(3)]PF(6) (34) as intermediate. The synthesis of the bis(chelate) complex [Rh(eta(4)-C(8)H(12))(C(6)H(5)OCH(2)CH(2)PtBu(2)-kappa(2)O,P)]BF(4) (39) is also described. Besides 4 a, the compounds 17, 25 a, and 39 have been characterized by Xray crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

Treatment of titanyl sulfate in dilute sulfuric acid with 1 equiv of NaL(OEt) (L(OEt)(-) = [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Co{P(O)(OEt)(2)](3)](-)) in the presence of Na(3)PO(4) and Na(4)P(2)O(7) led to isolation of [(L(OEt)Ti)(3)(mu-O)(3)(mu(3-)PO(4))] (1) and [(L(OEt)Ti)(2)(mu-O)(mu-P(2)O(7))] (2), respectively. The structure of 1 consists of a Ti(3)O(3) core capped by a mu(3)-phosphato group. In 2, the [P(2)O(7)](4-) ligands binds to the two Ti's in a mu:eta(2),eta(2) fashion. Treatment of titanyl sulfate in dilute sulfuric acid with NaL(OEt) and 1.5 equiv of Na(2)Cr(2)O(7) gave [(L(OEt)Ti)(2)(mu-CrO(4))(3)] (3) that contains two L(OEt)Ti(3+) fragments bridged by three mu-CrO(4)(2-)-O,O' ligands. Complex 3 can act as a 6-electron oxidant and oxidize benzyl alcohol to give ca. 3 equiv of benzaldehyde. Treatment of [L(OEt)Ti(OTf)(3)] (OTf(-) = triflate) with [n-Bu(4)N][ReO(4)] afforded [[L(OEt)Ti(ReO(4))(2)](2)(mu-O)] (4). Treatment of [L(OEt)MF(3)] (M = Ti and Zr) with 3 equiv of [ReO(3)(OSiMe(3))] afforded [L(OEt)Ti(ReO(4))(3)] (5) and [L(OEt)Zr(ReO(4))(3)(H(2)O)] (6), respectively. Treatment of [L(OEt)MF(3)] with 2 equiv of [ReO(3)(OSiMe(3))] afforded [L(OEt)Ti(ReO(4))(2)F] (7) and [[L(OEt)Zr(ReO(4))(2)](2)(mu-F)(2)] (8), respectively, which reacted with Me(3)SiOTf to give [L(OEt)M(ReO(4))(2)(OTf)] (M = Ti (9), Zr (10)). Hydrolysis of [L(OEt)Zr(OTf)(3)] (11) with Na(2)WO(4).xH(2)O and wet CH(2)Cl(2) afforded the hydroxo-bridged complexes [[L(OEt)Zr(H(2)O)](3)(mu-OH)(3)(mu(3)-O)][OTf](4) (12) and [[L(OEt)Zr(H(2)O)(2)](2)(mu-OH)(2)][OTf](4) (13), respectively. The solid-state structures of 1-3, 6, and 11-13 have been established by X-ray crystallography. The L(OEt)Ti(IV) complexes can catalyze oxidation of methyl p-tolyl sulfide with tert-butyl hydroperoxide. The bimetallic Ti/ Re complexes 5 and 9 were found to be more active catalysts for the sulfide oxidation than other Ti(IV) complexes presumably because Re alkylperoxo species are involved as the reactive intermediates.  相似文献

Single crystals of (NH(4))(4)[(UO(2))(5)(MoO(4))(7)](H(2)O)(5) have been synthesized hydrothermally using (NH(4))(6)Mo(7)O(24), (UO(2))(CH(3)COO)(2).2H(2)O, and H(2)O at 180 degrees C. The phase has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction using a merohedrally twinned single crystal: it is hexagonal, P6(1), a = 11.4067(5) A, c = 70.659(5) A, V = 7961.9(7) A(3), and Z = 6. The structure is based upon an open framework with composition [(UO(2))(5)(MoO(4))(7)](4-) that is composed of UO(7) pentagonal bipyramids that share vertexes with MoO(4) tetrahedra. The framework has large channels (effective pore size: 4.8 x 4.8 A(2)) parallel to the c axis and a system of smaller channels (effective pore size: 2.5 x 3.6 A(2)) parallel to [100], [110], [010], [110], [110], and [110]. The channels are occupied by NH(4)(+) cations and H(2)O molecules. The topological structure of the uranyl molybdate framework can be described either in terms of fundamental chains of UO(7) pentagonal bipyramids and MoO(4) tetrahedra or in terms of tubular building units parallel to the c axis.  相似文献

When the ligand 1,4,5-triazanaphthalene (abbreviated as tan) is reacted with Cu(II) BF(4)(-) and ClO(4)(-) salts, a variety of mononuclear compounds has been found, all with the [Cu(tan)(4)] unit and varying amounts of weakly coordinating axial ligands and lattice solvents. Reproducible compounds formed include two purple compounds, analyzing as [Cu(tan)(4)](ClO(4))(2)(CH(3)OH)(2)(H(2)O) (1) and [Cu(tan)(4)](BF(4))(2)(CH(3)OH)(1.5)(H(2)O) (3), and two blue compounds, analyzing as [Cu(tan)(4)](ClO(4))(2)(H(2)O)(2) (2) and [Cu(tan)(4)](2)(BF(4))(2)(H(2)O)(2) (4). Upon standing at room temperature, red-coloured, mixed-valence dinuclear-based 3D coordination polymers are formed by conversion of the purple/blue products, of which [Cu(2)(tan)(4)](n)(BF(4))(3n) (5) and the isomorphic methanol-water adduct [Cu(tan)(4)](n)(BF(4))(3n)(CH(3)OH)(n)(H(2)O)(5n) (5A) are presented in this paper. In addition a fully reduced dinuclear Cu(I) compound of formula [Cu(2)(tan)(3)(ClO(4))(2)] (7) has been observed, and structurally characterized, as a rare three-blade propeller structure, with a Cu-Cu distance of 2.504 ?.  相似文献

Three supramolecular materials based on different poly(oxomolybdophosphate) clusters, (H(2)imi)(6)(Himi)(4)[{Sr(H(2)O)(4)}(2){Sr ? P(6)Mo(4)(V)Mo(14)(VI)O(73)}(2)]·17H(2)O (1), (H(2)(4,4'-bpy))(2)[Cu(2)Sr(2)Mo(12)O(24)·(OH)(6)(H(2)O)(6)(H(2)PO(4))(2)(HPO(4))(2)(PO(4))(4)]·5H(2)O (2), and (H(2)bim)(H(2)bim)[SrP(2)Mo(5)O(23)(H(2)O)(3)]·2H(2)O (3) (imi = imidazole, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine, and bim = 2,2'-biimidazole), have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by the elemental analysis, TG, IR, UV-vis, XPS and the single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 is made up of unusual basket-shape [Sr ? P(6)Mo(18)O(73)](10-) cages linked by [Sr(H(2)O)(4)](2+) fragments to yield unprecedented dimeric chains, which represent the first 1-D assemblies of basket-type POMs. Compound 2 exhibits a novel string constructed from sandwich-like [Cu(P(4)Mo(6)O(31))(2)] units and {Sr(2)Cu} trinuclear linkers. Compound 3 is the first chain of Strandberg-type polyoxoanions connected by Sr(2+) cations. All the 1-D chains are further packed into various 3-D supramolecular assemblies via strong hydrogen-bonding interactions. The electrochemical and electrocatalysis behavior of 1, 2, and 3-CPE have been investigated in detail.  相似文献

The reaction of cyclohexylphosphonic acid (C(6)H(11)PO(3)H(2)), anhydrous CuCl(2) and 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) in the presence of triethylamine followed by a metathesis reaction with KNO(3) afforded [Cu(4)(mu-Cl)(2)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(bpy)(4)](NO(3))(2) (1). In an analogous reaction involving Cu(OAc)(2).H(2)O, the complex [Cu(4)(mu-CH(3)COO)(2)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(2,2'-bpy)(4)](CH(3)COO)(2) (2) has been isolated. The three-component reaction involving Cu(NO(3))(2).3H(2)O, cyclohexylphosphonic acid and 2,2'-bipyridine in the presence of triethylamine afforded the tetranuclear assembly [Cu(4)(mu-OH)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(2,2'-bpy)(4) (H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(3) (3). Replacing 2,2'-bipyridine with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in the above reaction resulted in [Cu(4)(mu-OH)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(phen)(4)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(3) (4). In all the copper(II) phosphonates (1-4) the two phosphonate ions bridge the four copper(II) ions in a capping coordination action. Each phosphonate ion bridges four copper(II) ions in a mu(4), eta(3) coordination mode or 4.211 of the Harris notation. Variable-temperature magnetic studies on reveal that all four complexes exhibit moderately strong intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling. The DNA cleavage activity of complexes 1-4 is also described. Compounds 1 and 3 were able to completely convert the supercoiled pBR322 DNA form I to nick form II without any co-oxidant. In contrast, 50% conversion occurred with and 40% with 4. In the presence of magnesium monoperoxyphthalate all four compounds achieved rapid conversion of form I to form II.  相似文献

The reaction of manganese(II) salts with organophosphonic acid [t-BuPO(3)H(2) or cyclopentyl phosphonic acid (C(5)H(9)PO(3)H(2))] in the presence of ancillary nitrogen ligands [1,10-phenanthroline (phen) or 2,6-bis(pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (dpzpy)], afforded, depending on the stoichiometry of the reactants and the reaction conditions, dinuclear, trinuclear, and tetranuclear compounds, [Mn(2)(t-BuPO(3)H)(4)(phen)(2)]·2DMF (1), [Mn(3)(C(5)H(9)PO(3))(2)(phen)(6)](ClO(4))(2)·7CH(3)OH (2), [Mn(3)(t-BuPO(3))(2)(dpzpy)(3)](ClO(4))(2)·H(2)O (3), [Mn(4)(t-BuPO(3))(2)(t-BuPO(3)H)(2)(phen)(6)(H(2)O)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (4), and [Mn(4)(C(5)H(9)PO(3))(2)(phen)(8)(H(2)O)(2)](ClO(4))(4) (5). Magnetic studies on 1, 2, and 4 reveal that the phosphonate bridges mediate weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the Mn(II) ions have also been carried out.  相似文献
