Sequential treatment of 2‐C6H4Br(CHO) with LiC≡CR1 (R1=SiMe3, tBu), nBuLi, CuBr?SMe2 and HC≡CCHClR2 [R2=Ph, 4‐CF3Ph, 3‐CNPh, 4‐(MeO2C)Ph] at ?50 °C leads to formation of an intermediate carbanion (Z)‐1,2‐C6H4{CA(=O)C≡CBR1}{CH=CH(CH?)R2} ( 4 ). Low temperatures (?50 °C) favour attack at CB leading to kinetic formation of 6,8‐bicycles containing non‐classical C‐carbanion enolates ( 5 ). Higher temperatures (?10 °C to ambient) and electron‐deficient R2 favour retro σ‐bond C?C cleavage regenerating 4 , which subsequently closes on CA providing 6,6‐bicyclic alkoxides ( 6 ). Computational modelling (CBS‐QB3) indicated that both pathways are viable and of similar energies. Reaction of 6 with H+ gave 1,2‐dihydronaphthalen‐1‐ols, or under dehydrating conditions, 2‐aryl‐1‐alkynylnaphthlenes. Enolates 5 react in situ with: H2O, D2O, I2, allylbromide, S2Me2, CO2 and lead to the expected C ‐E derivatives (E=H, D, I, allyl, SMe, CO2H) in 49–64 % yield directly from intermediate 5 . The parents (E=H; R1=SiMe3, tBu; R2=Ph) are versatile starting materials for NaBH4 and Grignard C=O additions, desilylation (when R1=SiMe) and oxime formation. The latter allows formation of 6,9‐bicyclics via Beckmann rearrangement. The 6,8‐ring iodides are suitable Suzuki precursors for Pd‐catalysed C?C coupling (81–87 %), whereas the carboxylic acids readily form amides under T3P® conditions (71–95 %).  相似文献

This paper describes the development of novel aromatic platforms for supramolecular construction. By the Suzuki cross‐coupling protocol, a variety of functionalized m‐terphenyl derivatives were prepared (Schemes 1–4). Macrolactamization of bis(ammonium salt) (S,S)‐ 6 with bis(acyl halide) 7 afforded the macrocyclic receptor (S,S)‐ 2 (Scheme 1), which was shown by 1H‐NMR titration studies to form ‘nesting' complexes of moderate stability (Ka between 130 and 290 M ?1, 300 K) with octyl glucosides 13 – 15 (Fig. 2) in the noncompetitive solvent CDCl3. Suzuki cross‐coupling starting from 3,3′,5,5′‐tetrabromo‐1,1′‐biphenyl provided access to a novel series of extended aromatic platforms (Scheme 5) for cleft‐type (Fig. 1) and macrotricyclic receptors such as (S,S,S,S)‐ 1 . Although mass‐spectral evidence for the formation of (S,S,S,S)‐ 1 by macrolactamization between the two functionalized 3,3′,5,5′‐tetraaryl‐1,1′‐biphenyl derivatives (S,S)‐ 33 and 36 was obtained, the 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectra of purified material remained rather inconclusive with respect to both purity and constitution. The versatile access to the novel, differentially functionalized 3,3′,5,5′‐tetrabromo‐1,1′‐biphenyl platforms should ensure their wide use in future supramolecular construction.  相似文献

In the title compound, C10H6N4O4S2, (I), the molecule has a centre of inversion. The structure is a positional isomer of 5,5′‐dinitro‐2,2′‐dithiodipyridine [Brito, Mundaca, Cárdenas, López‐Rodríguez & Vargas (2007). Acta Cryst. E 63 , o3351–o3352], (II). The 3‐nitropyridine fragment of (I) shows excellent agreement with the bonding geometries of (II). The most obvious differences between them are in the S—S bond length [2.1167 (12) Å in (I) and 2.0719 (11) Å in (II)], and in the C—Cipso—Nring [119.8 (2)° in (I) and 123.9 (3)° in (II)] and S—C—C [122.62 (18)° in (I) and 116.0 (2)° in (II)] angles. The crystal structure of (I) has an intramolecular C—H...O interaction, with an H...O distance of 2.40 (3) Å, whereas this kind of interaction is not evident in (II). The molecules of (I) are linked into centrosymmetric R44(30) motifs by a C—H...O interaction. There are no aromatic π–π stacking and no C—H...π(arene) interactions. Compound (I) can be used as a nucleophilic tecton in self‐assembly reactions with metal centres of varying lability.  相似文献

When tripeptides of type Axxt‐Aib‐Axx‐OH were coupled with amino acid methyl esters by means of commonly used coupling reagents, the formation of 1,3‐thiazol‐5(4H)‐imines and 1,3‐oxazol‐5(4H)‐imines was observed. With the aim of understanding which structure elements are required for this reaction, several model peptides have been prepared according to our recently described methodology, a modification of the ‘azirine/oxazolone method', followed by selective isomerization of the peptide thioamides. In addition, attempts to prepare peptides that contain more than one C=S group by the same methodology also led to the formation of 1,3‐thiazol‐5(4H)‐imine‐containing derivatives. An additional C=S group can be introduced into the peptide, when the 1,3‐thiazol‐5(4H)‐imines were treated with H2S, although mixtures of epimers were obtained. The structures of an endothiohexapeptide, two 1,3‐thiazol‐5(4H)‐ones, and two peptides containing a 1,3‐thiazol‐5(4H)‐imine moiety have been established by X‐ray crystal‐structure analysis.  相似文献

In the title compound, 4‐amino‐1‐(2‐deoxy‐β‐d ‐erythro‐pentofuranosyl)‐6‐methylsulfanyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidine, C11H16N5O3S, the conformation of the glycosidic bond is between anti and high anti. The 2′‐deoxyribofuranosyl moiety adopts the C3′‐exo–C4′‐endo conformation (3T4, S‐type sugar pucker), and the conformation at the exocyclic C—C bond is +sc (+gauche). The exocyclic 6‐amine group and the 2‐methylsulfanyl group lie on different sides of the heterocyclic ring system. The molecules form a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network that is stabilized by O—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The oxidation of the trans, cis‐( 2 ) and trans, trans‐epoxides ( 3 ) of differently substituted (Z)‐3‐arylidene‐1‐thioflavan‐4‐ones ( 1 ) with dimethyldioxirane (DMD) yielded the appropriate sulfoxides ( 4, 5 ) and sulfones ( 6, 7 ). The structures were elucidated by the extensive application of one‐ and two‐dimensional 1H, 13C and 17O NMR spectroscopy. The conformational analysis was achieved by the application of 3J(C,H) coupling constants, NOESY responses and ab initio calculations. The preferred ground‐state conformers (twisted envelope‐A, twisted envelope‐B for 6 and twisted envelope‐A, envelope‐B for 7 ) were obtained as global minima of the theoretical ab initio MO study and also the examination of the 17O and 13C chemical shifts, calculated for the global minima structures of the sulfone isomers by the GIAO method. Analogous results, obtained for the sulfoxide isomers ( 4, 5 ), not only led to the preferred conformers but also gave evidence for the trans arrangement of the 2‐Ph group and the oxygen atom of the S?O group. Chemical shift differences between the isomers, sulfoxides and sulfones were corroborated by ab initio calculations of the anisotropic effects of the oxirane ring and the S?O and SO2 groups. The title triene, C18H10F6, was prepared via the Pd0 coupling reaction of (E)‐(1,2‐difluoro‐1,2‐ethenediyl)bis(tributylstannane) with (Z)‐β‐iodo‐α,β‐difluorostyrene in N,N′‐dimethylformamide/tetrahydrofuran. The crystal structure shows the product to be the 1E,3E,5E isomer. Due to steric interactions between F atoms, the double bonds are not coplanar. The planes defined by the two terminal double bonds are almost perpendicular.  相似文献

The 2D CuII metal‐organic framework [Cu2(bptc)(H2O)4]n · 4nH2O ( 1 ) (H4bptc = biphenyl‐2,2′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylic acid) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. In the structure, bptc4– serves as a twisted Π‐shaped organic building block to connect paddlewheel [Cu2(COO)4] dinuclear units and mononuclear units through 2‐/2′‐carboxylate and 4‐/4′‐carboxylate, respectively. According to the magnetic analysis using a dimer‐plus‐monomer model, strong antiferromagnetic coupling is operative within the dinuclear unit (J = –311 cm–1 based on H = –J S 1 S 2), and the compound behaves like a mononuclear molecule at low temperature.  相似文献

The title Schiff base compound {systematic name: 2‐[5‐[(E )‐(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)amino]‐4‐(2‐{5‐[(E )‐(2‐hydroxybenzylidene)amino]‐2‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐1,3‐thiazol‐4‐yl}disulfanyl)‐1,3‐thiazol‐2‐yl]phenol}, C32H22N4O4S4, incorporating a disulfanediyl (dithio) linkage, was obtained from the condensation reaction between two equivalents of salicylaldehyde and one equivalent of dithiooxamide in dimethylformamide, and was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopic analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. A one‐dimensional chain is formed along the b axis via double intermolecular C—H…S hydrogen bonds. The HOMO (highest occupied molecular orbital) and LUMO (lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) energies and some related molecular parameters were calculated at the B3LYP/6‐311G(d,p) level of theory. The molecular hyperpolarizability was also calculated.  相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly.  相似文献

In 1‐(4‐chloroanilinomethyl)‐5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐1,3,5‐triazinane‐2‐thione, C16H16Cl2N4S, there are two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit which form inversion dimers via two weak N—H...S hydrogen bonds. The dimers are then linked into C(9)C(14) chains by a C—H...S hydrogen bond and a C—H...Cl contact. In 1‐(anilinomethyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1,3,5‐triazinane‐2‐thione, C16H18N4S, molecules are linked into complex sheets via a combination of N—H...S and C—H...π hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Synthesis of Phosphido Chalcogenido Bridged Dirhenium Complexes of the Type Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐ER)(CO)8 (E = S, Se, Te; R = org. Residue) The reaction of Re2(μ‐Br)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)8 with nucleophiles MER (M = Na, Li; E = S, Se, Te; R = org. residue) gives via substitution of the bromido bridge phosphido chalcogenido bridged dirhenium complexes of the general formula Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐ER)(CO)8. The new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic data and by elemental analyses. In addition the molecular structures for E = S, Se, Te and R = Ph as well as for E = S and R = H, n‐Bu, 2‐pyridyl have been established by single crystal X‐ray analysis. 13C NMR spectra of Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐EPh)(CO)8 (E = S, Se, Te) prove that the sulfur and selenium compounds are at room temperature dynamic molecules due to inversion of the pyramidal chalcogenido bridge. The tellurium compound, however, is rigid on the time scale of 13C NMR spectroscopy. Eventually the reactivity of the SH function of the novel complex Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐SH)(CO)8 was investigated by reaction with Re2(CO)8(MeCN)2. In toluene at 90 °C the novel spirocyclic complex Re2(μ‐PCy2)(CO)84‐S)Re2(μ‐H)(CO)8 was formed by SH oxidative addition.  相似文献

2,4,8‐Trialkyl‐3‐thia‐1,5‐diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes have been obtained by the regioselective and stereoselective cyclocondensation of 1,2‐ethanediamine with aldehydes RCHO (R═Me, Et, Prn, Bun, Pentn) and H2S at molar ratio 1:3:2 at 0°C. The increase in molar ratio of thiomethylation mixture RCHO–H2S (6:4) at 40°C resulted in selective formation of bis‐(2,4,6‐trialkyl‐1,3,5‐dithiazinane‐5‐yl)ethanes. Cyclothiomethylation of aliphatic α,ω‐diamines with aldehydes RCHO (R═Me, Et) and H2S at molar ratio 1:6:4 and at 40°С led to α,ω‐bis(2,4,6‐trialkyl‐1,3,5‐dithiazinane‐5‐yl)alkanes. Stereochemistry of 2,4,8‐trialkyl‐3‐thia‐1,5‐diazabicyclo[3.2.1]octanes have been determined by means of 1H and 13С NMR spectroscopy and further supported by DFT calculations at the B3LYP/6‐31G(d,p) level. The structure of α,ω‐bis(2,4,6‐trialkyl‐1,3,5‐dithiazinane‐5‐yl)alkanes was confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction study.  相似文献

Reaction of O,O′‐diisopropylthiophosphoric acid isothiocyanate (iPrO)2P(S)NCS with 1,10‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6, 1,7‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6, or 1,7‐diaza‐15‐crown‐5 leads to the N‐thiophosphorylated bis‐thioureas N,N′‐bis[C(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)2]‐1,10‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6 ( H2LI ), N,N′‐bis[C(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)2]‐1,7‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6 ( H2LII ) and N,N′‐bis[C(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)2]‐1,7‐diaza‐15‐crown‐5 ( H2LIII ). Reaction of the potassium salts of H2LI–III with a mixture of CuI and 2,2′‐bipyridine ( bpy ) or 1,10‐phenanthroline ( phen ) in aqueous EtOH/CH2Cl2 leads to the dinuclear complexes [Cu2(bpy)2LI–III] and [Cu2(phen)2LI–III] . The structures of these compounds were investigated by 1H, 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The crystal structures of H2LI and [Cu2(phen)2LI] were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Extraction capacities of the obtained compounds in comparison to the related compounds 1,10‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6, N,N′‐bis[C(=CMe2)CH2P(O)(OiPr)2]‐1,10‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6, N,N′‐bis[C(S)NHP(O)(OiPr)2]‐1,10‐diaza‐18‐crown‐6 towards the picrate salts LiPic, NaPic, KPic. and NH4Pic were also studied.  相似文献

In 4‐fluoroisoquinoline‐5‐sulfonyl chloride, C9H5ClFNO2S, (I), one of the two sulfonyl O atoms lies approximately on the isoquinoline plane as a result of minimizing the steric repulsion between the chlorosulfonyl group and the neighbouring F atom. In (S)‐(−)‐4‐fluoro‐N‐(1‐hydroxypropan‐2‐yl)isoquinoline‐5‐sulfonamide, C12H13FN2O3S, (II), there are two crystallographically independent molecules (Z′ = 2). The molecular conformations of these two molecules differ in that the amine group of one forms an intramolecular bifurcated hydrogen bond with the F and OH groups, whilst the other forms only a single intramolecular N—H...F hydrogen bond. The N—H...F hydrogen bonds correspond to weak coupling between the N(H) and 19F nuclei, observed in the 1H NMR solution‐state spectra. In (S)‐(−)‐4‐[(4‐fluoroisoquinolin‐5‐yl)sulfonyl]‐3‐methyl‐1,4‐diazepan‐1‐ium chloride, C15H19FN3O2S+·Cl, (III), the isoquinoline plane is slightly deformed, suggestive of a steric effect induced by the bulky substituent on the sulfonyl group.  相似文献

The reactivity of tBuLi (pentane) toward the N‐neopentyl‐substituted π‐excess P=CH–N heterocycle 1 depends on the solvent (tetrahydrofuran, diethyl ether, hexane, and toluene) and reaction conditions. Trapping of the resulting organolithium compounds with CO2/ClSiMe3, ClSiMe3, or EtI led to various products indicating CH lithiation ( 1a , b ), normal addition of tBuLi at the P=C bond (E/Z ‐2a , b ), inverse addition of the primary addition product 2Li at the P=C bond of a second molecule 1 , affording 3‐tert‐butyl‐2,2’‐bis(1,3‐benzazaphospholines) 3 , or inverse addition of tBuLi ( 4b,c ). The formation of 3 demonstrates a novel route to asymmetric heterocyclic 1,2‐diphosphine ligands. The structure elucidation of the new compounds is based on their 31P and 13C NMR data with conclusive chemical shifts and P–C coupling constants, that of the isolated PH‐functionalized diphosphine 3 on crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

X‐Ray‐diffraction analysis of tBu2CN SCl ( 4b ) revealed an almost linear CNS unit with an SN bond order of ca. 1.9 (Fig. 1), in agreement with the structure of a 1‐thia‐2‐azoniaallene chloride. With SCl2 and SbCl5, compound 4b was transformed into the imidosulfurous dichloride 6 (Scheme 2). With morpholine, compounds 4b and 6 afforded the sulfenamide 7 and the aminosulfonium salt 8 , respectively. The (diarylmethylene)amidosulfenyl chlorides 4g , h , i reacted with SbCl5 to give SbCl salts of the 1,2‐benzisothiazoles 9a , b , d , most likely via 1‐thia‐2‐azoniaallene intermediates 2 (Scheme 3).  相似文献

The aldol reactions of 2‐arylimino‐3‐aryl‐thiazolidine‐4‐ones with benzaldehyde carried out at ?78 °C were found to produce sec‐carbinols. Intramolecular hydrogen bonding within the aldol products forming a six‐membered ring enabled the assignment of stereochemistries of the major and minor diastereomers via analysis of the syn and anti 3JH,H 1H NMR coupling constants. The reaction of di(alkyn‐1‐yl)vinylsilanes R1(H2C═CH)Si(C≡C―R)2 (R1 = Me ( 1 ), Ph ( 2 ); R = Bu (a), Ph (b), Me2HSi (c)) at 25°C with 1 equiv. of 9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (9‐BBN) affords 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives ( 3a , 3b , 3c , 4a , 4b ), bearing one Si―C≡C―R function readily available for further transformations. These compounds are formed by consecutive 1,2‐hydroboration followed by intramolecular 1,1‐carboboration. Treated with a further equivalent of 9‐BBN in benzene they are converted at relatively high temperature (80–100°C) into 1‐alkenyl‐1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives ( 5a , 5b 6a , 6b ) as a result of 1,2‐hydroboration of the Si―C≡C―R function. Protodeborylation of the 9‐BBN‐substituted 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , using acetic acid in excess, proceeds smoothly to give the novel 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene ( 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 ). The solution‐state structural assignment of all new compounds, i.e. di(alkyn‐1‐yl)vinylsilanes and 1‐silacyclopent‐2‐ene derivatives, was carried out using multinuclear magnetic resonance techniques (1H, 13C, 11B, 29Si NMR). The gas phase structures of some examples were calculated and optimized by density functional theory methods (B3LYP/6‐311+G/(d,p) level of theory), and 29Si NMR parameters were calculated (chemical shifts δ29Si and coupling constants nJ(29Si,13C)). The crystal structure of the title compound, C20H17NO4S, (I), was determined in order to compare the solution and solid‐state conformations. The molecule was synthesized as a building block for incorporation into oligosaccharides comprised of conformationally restricted furanose residues. The furanose ring adopts an envelope conformation with the ring O atom displaced above the plane (an OE conformation). The pseudorotational phase angle (P) is 88.6° and the puckering amplitude (τm) is 31.5°. The C2—C1—S—C(Ph) torsion angle is ?163.2 (2)°, which places the aglycone in the exo‐anomeric effect preferred position. The C1—S—C14 bond angle is 99.02 (13)° and the plane of the cresyl moiety is oriented nearly parallel to the four in‐plane atoms of the furanose ring envelope. The orientation about the C4—C5 bond is gauchegauche [Bock & Duus (1994). J. Carbohydr. Chem. 13 , 513–543].  相似文献
