Five POM-based hybrid materials have been designed and synthesized based on different metal ions under hydrothermal conditions, namely, [Zn(Hfcz)(H(2)O)(3)](H(3)fcz)(SiMo(12)O(40)).3H(2)O (1), [Cd(2)(Hfcz)(6)(H(2)O)(2)](SiMo(12)O(40)).H(2)O (2), [Co(2)(Hfcz)(2)(SiW(12)O(40))](H(3)fcz)(2)(SiW(12)O(40)).10H(2)O (3), [Ni(2)(Hfcz)(4)(H(2)O)(2)](SiW(12)O(40)).5H(2)O (4) and [Ag(4)(Hfcz)(2)(SiMo(12)O(40))] (5), where Hfcz is fluconazole [2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,3-di(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propan-2-ol]. Their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analyses (TGA). There are 1D mono and double chain-like metal-organic units in compounds 1 and 2, respectively. Polyoxometalates and metal-organic units co-crystallize through hydrogen bonds. In compound 3, metal-organic sheets are pillared by one kind of polyanion through covalent connections to generate a sandwich double-sheet. The other kind of polyanion acts as a counter-ion and lies in two adjacent sandwich double-sheets through non-covalent interactions. Polyanions covalently link metal-organic sheets to extend to an unusual 3D 5-connected framework with the (4(4).6(6)) topology in 4. In compound 5, polyanions link metal-organic chains to form a sheet through covalent connections. It is interesting that compound 5 shows an intricate (4,5,10)-connected framework with (4(4).6(2))(4)(4(8).6(2))(2)(4(14).6(19).8(12)) topology based on two kinds of Ag cations as four-connected and five-connected nodes, and polyanions as ten-connected nodes, when AgO interactions are considered. It represents the highest connected network topology presently known for polyoxometalate systems. The structural differences among 1-5 indicate the importance of different metal-organic units, coordination modes of polyanions for framework formation, and the interactions between polyanions and metal-organic units. In addition, the luminescent properties of compounds 1, 2 and 5, and electrochemical behaviours of compounds 1-5 have been investigated.  相似文献

Two novel inorganic-organic hybrids constructed from Keggin-type polyanions and multinuclear copper clusters based on 1-H-1,2,3-benzotriazole (HBTA), [Cu(I)(8)(BTA)(4)(HBTA)(8)(SiMo(12)O(40))]·2H(2)O (1) and [Cu(II)(6)(OH)(4)(BTA)(4)(SiW(12)O(40))(H(2)O)(6)]·6H(2)O (2), have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR spectra and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses. In compound 1, eight Cu(I) ions were linked by twelve HBTA/BTA ligands to form an octanuclear Cu(I) cluster, which is connected by SiMo(12)O(40)(4-) anion with two bridging O atoms and two terminal O atoms to construct a one-dimensional (1D) wave-like chain. The octanuclear copper unit represents the maximum subunit linked just by amine ligands in the POMs system. In 2, four BTA ligands linked five Cu(II) ions constructing a pentanuclear "porphyrin-like" subunit, which is connected by another Cu(II) ion to form a 1D metal-organic band. The SiW(12)O(40)(4-) polyanions as tetradentate inorganic linkages extend the 1D band into a two-dimensional (2D) network with (8(3))(2)(8(5)·10) topology. To the best of our knowledge, compounds 1 and 2 represent the first examples of inorganic-organic hybrids based on metal-HBTA multinuclear subunits and polyoxometalates. The photocatalysis and electrochemical properties have been investigated in this paper.  相似文献

Polyoxometalate-based metal-organic frameworks {[Gd(dpdo)(4)(H(2)O)(3)](PMo(12)O(40))(H(2)O)(2)CH(3)CN}(n) (2), {[Dy(dpdo)(4)(H(2)O)(3)](PMo(12)O(40))(H(2)O)(20CH(3)CN}(n) (3), {[Gd(dpdo)(4)(H(2)O)(3)](H(3)O)(SiMo(12)O(40))(dpdo)(0.5)(CH(3)CN)(0.5) (H(2)O)(3)}(n) (4), {[Ho(dpdo)(4)(H(2)O)(3)](H(3)O)(SiMo(12)O(40))(dpdo)(0.5)(CH(3)CN)(0.5)(H(2)O)(3)}(n) (5), {[Ni(dpdo)(2)(CH(3)CN) (H(2)O)(2)](2)(SiMo(12)O(40))(H(2)O)(2)}(n) (6), and {[Ni(dpdo)(3)](4)(PW(12)O(40))(3)[H(H(2)O)(27)(CH(3)CN)(12)]}(n) (7) (where dpdo is 4,4'-bipyridine-N,N'-dioxide) were constructed via self-assembly by embedding Keggin-type polyanions within the intercrystalline voids as guests or pillars. Compounds 2 and 3 are isomorphic and exhibit three-dimensional (3D) noninterwoven 64 frameworks with distorted-honeycomb cavities occupied by the polyanions. Compounds 4 and 5 are comprised of 3D noninterwoven frameworks formed by linking the adjacent folded sheets through hydrogen bonds and pi-pi stacking interactions relative to the free isolated dpdo ligand. Compound 6 is a pillar-layered framework with the [SiMo(12)O(40)](4-) anions located on the square voids of the two-dimensional bilayer sheets formed by the dpdo ligands and nickel(II) ions. Compound 7 is a 3D metal-organic framework formed by nickel(II) and 4,4'-bipyridine-N,N'-dioxide with the globular Keggin-structure [PW(12)O(4)](3-) anion as the template. A large protonated water cluster H(+)(H(2)O)(27) is trapped and stabilized within the well-modulated cavity.  相似文献

Six supramolecular compounds constructed by main group and transition metals, polyoxotungstates (SiW(12)O(40)(4-)) and trans-N,N,N',N'-1,2-cyclohexanediaminotetraacetic acid (H(4)CyDTA), (NH(4))(3)[Ni(4)Na(H(2)O)(10)(CyDTA)(2)][SiW(12)O(40)]·10H(2)O (1) (NH(4))(2)[Cu(3)Na(2)(HCyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(13)][SiW(12)O(40)]·5H(2)O (2), (NH(4))(2)[Zn(5)(CyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(16)][SiW(12)O(40)]·8H(2)O (3), (NH(4))(4)[Cd(4)(CyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(8)][SiW(12)O(40)]·6H(2)O (4), (NH(4))(4)[Sr(3)(HCyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(14)][SiW(12)O(40)]·2H(2)O (5) and [Ca(4)(H(2)CyDTA)(2)(H(2)O)(22)][SiW(12)O(40)]·8H(2)O (6), were synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Single-crystal structure analyses indicate they are constructed by the complexes with different nuclearity and polyoxometalates. In the sequence of Ni, Cu, Zn the nuclearity of the homometallic complex units increases from 2 to 5. Cadmium ions gives a tetranuclear complex with a compact structure. In 5 and 6 the main group metal ions and CyDTA form polymeric chains. CyDTA exhibits rather different coordination patterns to main group metal ions and transition metal ions due to their ionic radii and electronic configuration. The complex units and polyoxometalates arrange in different patterns due to the different shapes of the complex units. The compounds exhibit different thermal decomposition processes and the formation of compounds 3 and 4 quenches ligand-centered emissions and gives a ligand-to-metal emission. The study on various temperature susceptibilities of 1 and 2 shows that there is an antiferromagnetic coupling in the two compounds but coupling patterns are different.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of a Cu(II) starting material, a molybdate source, 2,2'-bipyridine or terpyridine, and the appropriate alkyldiphosphonate ligand yield two series of bimetallic organophosphonate hybrid materials of the general types [Cu(n)(bpy)(m)Mo(x)O(y)(H(2)O)(p)[O(3)P(CH(2))(n)PO(3)](z)] and [Cu(n)(terpy)(m)Mo(x)O(y)(H(2)O)(p)[O(3)P(CH(2))(n)PO(3)](z)]. The bipyridyl series includes the one-dimensional materials [Cu(bpy)(MoO(2))(H(2)O)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))] (1) and [[Cu(bpy)(2)][Cu(bpy)(H(2)O)](Mo(5)O(15))(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PO(3))].H(2)O (5.H(2)O) and the two-dimensional hybrids [Cu(bpy)(Mo(2)O(5))(H(2)O)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))].H(2)O (2.H(2)O), [[Cu(bpy)](2)(Mo(4)O(12))(H(2)O)(2)(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)PO(3))].2H(2)O (3.2H(2)O), and [Cu(bpy)(Mo(2)O(5))(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PO(3))](4). The terpyridyl series is represented by the one-dimensional [[Cu(terpy)(H(2)O)](2)(Mo(5)O(15))(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)PO(3))].3H(2)O (7.3H(2)O) and the two-dimensional composite materials [Cu(terpy)(Mo(2)O(5))(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))] (6) and [[Cu(terpy)](2)(Mo(5)O(15))(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PO(3))] (8). The structures exhibit a variety of molybdate building blocks including isolated [MoO(6)] octahedra in 1, binuclear subunits in 2, 4, and 6, tetranuclear embedded clusters in 3, and the prototypical [Mo(5)O(15)(O(3)PR)(2)](4-) cluster type in 5, 7, and 8. These latter materials exemplify the building block approach to the preparation of extended structures.  相似文献

Two polyoxometalate-pillared 3D compounds, {Cu(5)(2-ptz)(6)(H(2)O)(4)(SiW(12)O(40))}·4H(2)O 1 and {Cu(9)(2-ptz)(12)(H(2)O)(6)(PMo(12)O(40))(2)}·H(2)O 2 (2-ptz = 5-(2-pyridyl)tetrazole) have been constructed based on different polyoxometalate anions, and copper-organic coordination polymer sheets by a hydrothermal method. Magnetic investigations reveal that both 1 and 2 exhibit antiferromagnetic coupling between the Cu(II) ions. Structural studies show the compound 1 exhibits a typical pcu-type net with the Sch?lfli symbol of {4(12)·6(3)}, and that compound 2 is a (3,4,6)-connected framework with novel {4(4)·6(10)·10}{6(3)}(2){6(5)·8} topology which has not been reported to date.  相似文献

Three metal-organic networks based on Keggin-type polyoxometalates (POMs) have been hydrothermally synthesized by tuning the spacer lengths of bis(tetrazole)-functionalized thioether ligands and structurally characterized: [Cu(4)(bmtm)(4)][SiW(12)O(40)]·2H(2)O (1), [Cu(4)(bmte)(3.5)][SiW(12)O(40)] (2), and [Cu(4)(bmtp)(4)][SiW(12)O(40)] (3) [bmtm = 1,1'-bis(1-methyl-5-mercapto-1,2,3,4-tetrazole)methane, bmte = 1,2-bis(1-methyl-5-mercapto-1,2,3,4-tetrazole)ethane, and bmtp = 1,5-bis(1-methyl-5-mercapto-1,2,3,4-tetrazole)pentane]. The spacer lengths and sulfhydryl of bis(tetrazole)-functionalized thioether ligands play important roles in the final framework formation, as shown by X-ray diffraction analysis. In compound 1, with the connection of a N,S bridge of bmtm, two kinds of binuclear Cu(I) units are formed and linked to construct a one-dimensional (1D) chain. The [SiW(12)O(40)](4-) (SiW(12)) cluster provides four terminal O atoms linking four binuclear units to generate a two-dimensional layer with (8(3))(2)(8(5)·10) topology. In compound 2, centrosymmetric octameric moieties composed of two equivalent tetrameric Cu(I) units are bridged by bmte ligands to form a 1D chain. The SiW(12) clusters show an unusual (2,8)-connected mode to connect with the 1D chain and construct a four-connected three-dimensional (3D) network with 5(3)·6(2)·7 topology. Compound 3 exhibits a rare 3D host framework with a type of large cavity and two types of small windows. The SiW(12) clusters as templates are strongly cemented into the large cavities and completely encircled by small windows. Furthermore, the compound 2 bulk-modified carbon-paste electrode (2-CPE) displays good electrocatalytic activity toward the reduction of nitrite.  相似文献

The reaction of [Cu(L)(H(2)O)](2+) with an excess of thiosulfate in aqueous solution produces a blue to green color change indicative of thiosulfate coordination to Cu(II) [L = tren, Bz(3)tren, Me(6)tren, and Me(3)tren; tren = tris(2-aminoethyl)amine, Bz(3)tren = tris(2-benzylaminoethyl)amine, Me(6)tren = tris(2,2-dimethylaminoethyl)amine, and Me(3)tren = tris(2-methylaminoethyl)amine]. In excess thiosulfate, only [Cu(Me(6)tren)(H(2)O)](2+) promotes the oxidation of thiosulfate to polythionates. Products suitable for single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses were obtained for three thiosulfate complexes, namely, [Cu(tren)(S(2)O(3))].H(2)O, [Cu(Bz(3)tren)(S(2)O(3))].MeOH, and (H(3)Me(3)tren)[Cu(Me(3)tren)(S(2)O(3))](2)(ClO(4))(3). Isolation of [Cu(Me(6)tren)(S(2)O(3))] was prevented by its reactivity. In each complex, the copper(II) center is found in a trigonal bipyramidal (TBP) geometry consisting of four amine nitrogen atoms, with the bridgehead nitrogen in an axial position and an S-bound thiosulfate in the other axial site. Each structure exhibits H bonding (involving the amine ligand, thiosulfate, and solvent molecule, if present), forming either 2D sheets or 1D chains. The structure of [Cu(Me(3)tren)(MeCN)](ClO(4))(2) was also determined for comparison since no structures of mononuclear Cu(II)-Me(3)tren complexes have been reported. The thiosulfate binding constant was determined spectrophotometrically for each Cu(II)-amine complex. Three complexes yielded the highest values reported to date [K(f) = (1.82 +/- 0.09) x 10(3) M(-1) for tren, (4.30 +/- 0.21) x 10(4) M(-1) for Bz(3)tren, and (2.13 +/- 0.05) x 10(3) M(-1) for Me(3)tren], while for Me(6)tren, the binding constant was much smaller (40 +/- 10 M(-1)).  相似文献

Five organic-inorganic hybrid compounds, namely, [Co2(fcz)4(H2O)4][beta-Mo8O26].5H2O (1), [Ni2(fcz)4(H2O)4][beta-Mo8O26].5H2O (2), [Zn2(fcz)4(beta-Mo8O26)].4H2O (3), [Cu2(fcz)4(beta-Mo8O26)].4H2O (4), and [Ag4(fcz)4(beta-Mo8O26)] (5), where fcz is fluconazole [2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,3-di(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)propan-2-ol], were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, and crystal structures of 1-5 have been determined by X-ray diffraction. In compounds 1 and 2, metal cations are linked by fluconazole ligands to form hinged chain structures and [beta-Mo8O26]4- anions act as counterions. In compound 3, Zn(II) cations are bridged by fluconazole ligands to form 2D (4,4) networks, and each pair of these networks is linked by [beta-Mo8O26]4- anions to form a sandwich double-layer structure. In compound 4, Cu(II) cations are bridged by fluconazole ligands to form 2D (4,4) networks, and these networks are connected by [beta-Mo8O26]4- anions to form a 3D framework. In compound 5, AgI cations and [Ag2]2+ units are bridged by fluconazole ligands to form 2D Ag-fcz layers, and these layers are further connected by [beta-Mo8O26]4- anions to form a complicated 3D structure with the topology of (7(2).8(1))2(7(3).8(3))(7(2).8(11).10(1).12(1))2. Thermogravimetric analyses for these compounds are also discussed in detail. The complexes exhibit antitumor activity in vitro, as shown by MTT experiments.  相似文献

Reaction of acidified (pH approximately 7) sodium tungstate solutions with transition metal cations (Fe(3+), Ni(2+), Zn(2+), Co(2+)) leads to the formation of transition-metal-disubstituted Keggin-type heteropolytungstates with 3d-metal ions distributed over three different positions. A detailed investigation of the synthesis conditions confirmed that the complexes could equally be obtained using aqueous solutions of either Na(2)WO(4).2H(2)O (sodium monotungstate) at pH approximately 7, Na(6)[W(7)O(24)]. approximately 14H(2)O (sodium paratungstate A), or Na(10)[H(2)W(12)O(42)].27H(2)O (sodium paratungstate B) as starting materials. Three complexes, (NH(4))(6)Ni(II)(0.5)[alpha-Fe(III)O(4)W(11)O(30)Ni(II)O(5)(OH(2))].18H(2)O, (NH(4))(7)Zn(0.5)[alpha-ZnO(4)W(11)O(30) ZnO(5)(OH(2))].18H(2)O, and (NH(4))(7)Ni(II)(0.5)[alpha-ZnO(4)W(11)O(30)Ni(II)O(5)(OH(2))].18H(2)O were isolated in crystalline form. X-ray single-crystal structure analysis revealed that the solid-state structures of the three compounds consist of four main structural fragments, namely [MO(4)W(11)O(30)M'O(5)(OH(2))](n-) (Keggin-type, alpha-isomer) heteropolytungstates, hexaquo metal cations, [M'(OH(2))(6)](2+), ammonium-water cluster ions, [(NH(4)(+))(8)(OH(2))(12)], and additional ammonium cations and water molecules. The 3d metals occupy the central (tetrahedral, M) and the peripheral (octahedral, M') positions of the Keggin anion, as well as cationic sites (M') outside of the polyoxotungstate framework. UV-vis spectroscopy, solution ((1)H, (183)W) and solid-state ((1)H) NMR, and also chemical analysis data provided evidence that the 3d-metal-disubstituted Keggin anions do not exist in solution but are being formed only during the crystallization process. Investigations in the solid state and in solution were completed by ESR, IR, and Raman measurements.  相似文献

The influences of the nature of reactants and water on the self-assembly of cationic Cu(II) complex structures containing N-(2-pyridylmethyl)glycine (Hpgly) and N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-l-alanine (Hpala) ligands have been investigated. A metallamacrocycle [Cu(6)(pgly)(3)(spgly)(3)] (ClO(4))(6).9H(2)O has been formed by the reaction of [Cu(pgly)(2)].2H(2)O with Cu(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O. The hexameric cation has Schiff base and reduced Schiff base ligands alternatively bonded to Cu(II) to provide cyclohexane-like conformation with a cavity diameter of 9.4 A. The reaction of Cu(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O with Hpgly.HCl yielded [Cu(pgly)(H(2)O)](ClO(4)), which is presumed to have 1D coordination polymeric structure. A [K subset [12-MC-3]] metallacrown, [K(ClO(4))(3)[Cu(3)(pala)(3)]](ClO(4)) has been isolated by reacting Cu(ClO(4))(2) with Kpala in MeCN/MeOH. This [K subset [12-MC-3]] metallacrown further reacts with water to form an infinite 1D coordination polymer [Cu(pala)(H(2)O)(ClO(4))](n)(), which can also be obtained by conducting the reaction in aqueous MeOH.  相似文献

The Cu(SO(3))(4)(7-) anion, which consists of a tetrahedrally coordinated Cu(I) centre coordinated to four sulfur atoms, is able to act as a multidentate ligand in discrete and infinite supramolecular species. The slow oxidation of an aqueous solution of Na(7)Cu(SO(3))(4) yields a mixed oxidation state, 2D network of composition Na(5){[Cu(II)(H(2)O)][Cu(I)(SO(3))(4)]}·6H(2)O. The addition of Cu(II) and 2,2'-bipyridine to an aqueous Na(7)Cu(SO(3))(4) solution leads to the formation of a pentanuclear complex of composition {[Cu(II)(H(2)O)(bipy)](4)[Cu(I)(SO(3))(4)]}(+); a combination of hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions leads to the generation of infinite parallel channels that are occupied by disordered nitrate anions and water molecules. A pair of Cu(SO(3))(4)(7-) anions each act as a tridentate ligand towards a single Mn(II) centre when Mn(II) ions are combined with an excess of Cu(SO(3))(4)(7-). An anionic pentanuclear complex of composition {[Cu(I)(SO(3))(4)](2)[Fe(III)(H(2)O)](3)(O)} is formed when Fe(II) is added to a Cu(+)/SO(3)(2-) solution. Hydrated ferrous [Fe(H(2)O)(6)(2+)] and sodium ions act as counterions for the complexes and are responsible for the formation of an extensive hydrogen bond network within the crystal. Magnetic susceptibility studies over the temperature range 2-300 K show that weak ferromagnetic coupling occurs within the Cu(II) containing chains of Na(5){[Cu(II)(H(2)O)][Cu(I)(SO(3))(4)]}·6H(2)O, while zero coupling exists in the pentanuclear cluster {[Cu(II)(H(2)O)(bipy)](4)[Cu(I)(SO(3))(4)]}(NO(3))·H(2)O. Weak Mn(II)-O-S-O-Mn(II) antiferromagnetic coupling occurs in Na(H(2)O)(6){[Cu(I)(SO(3))(4)][Mn(II)(H(2)O)(2)](3)}, the latter formed when Mn was in excess during synthesis. The compound, Na(3)(H(2)O)(6)[Fe(II)(H(2)O)(6)](2){[Cu(I)(SO(3))(4)](2)[Fe(III)(H(2)O)](3)(O)}·H(2)O, contained trace magnetic impurities that affected the expected magnetic behaviour.  相似文献

A new polydentate ligand 4,4'-bipyridazine (4,4'-bpdz) was prepared by employing inverse electron demand cycloaddition of 1,2,4,5-tetrazine. A unique combination of structural simplicity, ampolydentate character and efficient donor properties towards Cu(I), Cu(II) and Zn(II) provide wide new possibilities for the synthesis of coordination polymers incorporating the 4,4'-bpdz module either as a bi-, tri- or tetradentate connector between the metal ions. 1D coordination polymers Cu(2)(4,4'-bpdz)(CH(3)CO(2))(4) x 4H(2)O and Zn(4,4'-bpdz)(NO(3))(2), and interpenetrated (4,4)-nets in [Cu(4,4'-bpdz)(2)(H(2)O)(2)]S(2)O(6) were closely related to 4,4'-bipyridine compounds. 1D "ladder-like" polymer Cu(2)(4,4'-bpdz)(3)(CF(3)CO(2))(4) and the unprecedented 3D binodal net ({8(6)}{6(3);8(3)}) in [Cu(3)(4,4'-bpdz)(6)(H(2)O)(4)](BF(4))(6) x 6H(2)O were based upon a combination of linear and angular organic bridges. Complex [Cu(3)(OH)(2)(4,4'-bpdz)(3)(H(2)O)(2){CF(3)CO(2)}(2)](CF(3)CO(2))(2) x 2H(2)O has a "NbO-like" 3D topology incorporating discrete dihydroxotricopper(II) clusters linked by tri- and tetradentate ligands. The tetradentate function of the 4,4'-bpdz ligand was especially relevant for copper(I) complexes, which adopt layered Cu(2)X(2)(4,4'-bpdz) (X = Cl, Br) or 3D chiral framework (X = I) structures based upon infinite (CuX)(n) chains. The electron deficient character of the ligand was manifested by short anion-pi interactions (O-pi 3.02-3.20; Cl-pi 3.35 A), which may be involved as a factor for controlling the supramolecular structure.  相似文献

Four hybrid inorganic-metalorganic compounds containing copper(II)-monosubstituted Keggin polyoxotungstates, K3[Cu(I)(4,4'-bpy)]3[SiW11Cu(II)O39].11H2O (1), (paraquat)3[SiW11Cu(II)O39].6H2O (2; paraquat = N,N'-dimethyl-4,4'-bipyridinium), K3[Cu(I)(4,4'-bpy)]3[GeW11Cu(II)O39].11H2O (3), and Na2[Cu(I)(4,4'-bpy)]3[PW11Cu(II)O39(H2O)].4H2O (4), have been synthesized under autogenous pressure hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The crystal structures of 1, 2, and 4 have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal packings are characterized by the presence of monodimensional extended entities: either the polymeric polyanion [SiW11CuO39]n(6n-) (2), the cationic [Cu(4,4'-bpy)]n(n+) chain (4), or both simultaneously as in compound 1, where the inorganic and metalorganic sublattices are mutually perpendicular. To asses the influence of packing in the copper(I) complex structural diversity found in compounds 1 and 4, a search in the CSD database has been performed and the resulting geometrical features have been analyzed and compared with experimental crystallographic data and DFT calculations.  相似文献

To study the conformations of 1,2,3,4,5,6-cyclohexanehexacarboxylic acid (H(6)L), eleven new coordination polymers have been isolated from hydrothermal reactions of different metal salts with 1e,2a,3e,4a,5e,6a-cyclohexanehexacarboxylic acid (3e+3a, H(6)L(I)) and characterized. They are [Cd(12)(mu(6)-L(II))(mu(10)-L(II))(3)(mu-H(2)O)(6)(H(2)O)(6)]16.5 H(2)O (1), Na(12)[Cd(6)(mu(6)-L(II))(mu(6)-L(III))(3)]27 H(2)O (2), [Cd(3)(mu(13)-L(II))(mu-H(2)O)] (3), [Cd(3)(mu(6)-L(III))(2,2'-bpy)(3)(H(2)O)(3)]2 H(2)O (4), [Cd(4)(mu(4)-L(VI))(2)(4,4'-Hbpy)(4)(4,4'-bpy)(2)(H(2)O)(4)]9.5 H(2)O (5), [Cd(2)(mu(6)-L(II))(4,4'-Hbpy)(2)(H(2)O)(10)]5 H(2)O (6), [Cd(3)(mu(11)-L(VI))(H(2)O)(3)] (7), [M(3)(mu(9)-L(II))(H(2)O)(6)] (M=Mn (8), Fe (9), and Ni (10)), and [Ni(4)(OH)(2)(mu(10)-L(II))(4,4'-bpy)(H(2)O)(4)]6 H(2)O (11). Three new conformations of 1,2,3,4,5,6-cyclohexanehexacarboxylate, 6e (L(II)), 4e+2a (L(III)) and 5e+1a (L(VI)), have been derived from the conformational conversions of L(I) and trapped in these complexes by controlling the conditions of the hydrothermal systems. Complexes 1 and 2 have three-dimensional (3D) coordination frameworks with nanoscale cages and are obtained at relatively low temperatures. A quarter of the L(I) ligands undergo a conformational transformation into L(II) while the others are transformed into L(III) in the presence of NaOH in 2, while all of the L(I) are transformed into L(II) in the absence of NaOH in 1. Complex 3 has a 3D condensed coordination framework, which was obtained under similar reaction conditions as 1, but at a higher temperature. The addition of 2,2'-bipyridine (2,2'-bpy) or 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bpy) to the hydrothermal system as an auxiliary ligand also induces the conformational transformation of H(6)L(I). A new L(VI) conformation has been trapped in complexes 4-7 under different conditions. Complex 4 has a 3D microporous supramolecular network constructed from a 2D L(III)-bridged coordination layer structure by pi-pi interactions between the chelating 2,2'-bpy ligands. Complexes 5-7 have different frameworks with L(II)/L(VI) conformations, which were prepared by using different amounts of 4,4'-bpy under similar synthetic conditions. Both 5 and 7 are 3D coordination frameworks involving the L(VI) ligands, while 6 has a 3D microporous supramolecular network constructed from a 2D L(II)-bridged coordination layer structure by interlayer N(4,4'-Hbpy)--HO(L(II)) hydrogen bonds. 3D coordination frameworks 8-11 have been obtained from the H(6)L(I) ligand and the paramagnetic metal ions Mn(II), Fe(II), and Ni(II), and their magnetic properties have been studied. Of particular interest to us is that two copper coordination polymers of the formulae [{Cu(II) (2)(mu(4)-L(II))(H(2)O)(4)}{Cu(I) (2)(4,4'-bpy)(2)}] (12 alpha) and [Cu(II)(Hbtc)(4,4'-bpy)(H(2)O)]3 H(2)O (H(3)btc=1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid) (12 beta) resulted from the same one-pot hydrothermal reaction of Cu(NO(3))(2), H(6)L(I), 4,4'-bpy, and NaOH. The Hbtc(2-) ligand in 12 beta was formed by the in situ decarboxylation of H(6)L(I). The observed decarboxylation of the H(6)L(I) ligand to H(3)btc may serve as a helpful indicator in studying the conformational transformation mechanism between H(6)L(I) and L(II-VI). Trapping various conformations in metal-organic structures may be helpful for the stabilization and separation of various conformations of the H(6)L ligand.  相似文献

Four bis-tetradentate N(4)-substituted-3,5-{bis[bis-N-(2-pyridinemethyl)]aminomethyl}-4H-1,2,4-triazole ligands, L(Tz1)-L(Tz4), differing only in the triazole N(4) substituent R (where R is amino, pyrrolyl, phenyl, or 4-tertbutylphenyl, respectively) have been synthesized, characterized, and reacted with M(II)(BF(4))(2)·6H(2)O (M(II) = Cu, Ni or Co) and Co(SCN)(2). Experiments using all 16 possible combinations of metal salt and L(TzR) were carried out: 14 pure complexes were obtained, 11 of which are dinuclear, while the other three are tetranuclear. The dinuclear complexes include two copper(II) complexes, [Cu(II)(2)(L(Tz2))(H(2)O)(4)](BF(4))(4) (2), [Cu(II)(2)(L(Tz4))(BF(4))(2)](BF(4))(2) (4); two nickel(II) complexes, [Ni(II)(2)(L(Tz1))(H(2)O)(3)(CH(3)CN)](BF(4))(4)·0.5(CH(3)CN) (5) and [Ni(II)(2)(L(Tz4))(H(2)O)(4)](BF(4))(4)·H(2)O (8); and seven cobalt(II) complexes, [Co(II)(2)(L(Tz1))(μ-BF(4))](BF(4))(3)·H(2)O (9), [Co(II)(2)(L(Tz2))(μ-BF(4))](BF(4))(3)·2H(2)O (10), [Co(II)(2)(L(Tz3))(H(2)O)(2)](BF(4))(4) (11), [Co(II)(2)(L(Tz4))(μ-BF(4))](BF(4))(3)·3H(2)O (12), [Co(II)(2)(L(Tz1))(SCN)(4)]·3H(2)O (13), [Co(II)(2)(L(Tz2))(SCN)(4)]·2H(2)O (14), and [Co(II)(2)(L(Tz3))(SCN)(4)]·H(2)O (15). The tetranuclear complexes are [Cu(II)(4)(L(Tz1))(2)(H(2)O)(2)(BF(4))(2)](BF(4))(6) (1), [Cu(II)(4)(L(Tz3))(2)(H(2)O)(2)(μ-F)(2)](BF(4))(6)·0.5H(2)O (3), and [Ni(II)(4)(L(Tz3))(2)(H(2)O)(4)(μ-F(2))](BF(4))(6)·6.5H(2)O (7). Single crystal X-ray structure determinations revealed different solvent content from that found by microanalysis of the bulk sample after drying under a vacuum and confirmed that 5', 8', 9', 11', 12', and 15' are dinuclear while 1' and 7' are tetranuclear. As expected, magnetic measurements showed that weak antiferromagnetic intracomplex interactions are present in 1, 2, 4, 7, and 8, stabilizing a singlet spin ground state. All seven of the dinuclear cobalt(II) complexes, 9-15, have similar magnetic behavior and remain in the [HS-HS] state between 300 and 1.8 K.  相似文献

A POMs-based 3D zeolike ionic crystal 1, {[Co(dpdo)2(CH3CN)(H2O)2]2(SiMo12O40)- (HEO)2}n (dpdo = 4,4'-bipyridine-N,N'-dioxide), was constructed via self-assembly by embedding Keggintype [SiMo12O40]^4- polyanions within the intercrystalline voids as pillars and structurally characterized. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 11.430(3), b = 12.242(3), c = 14.279(3)A, α = 106.196(4),β = 94.316(4), γ = 98.294(3)°, V = 1884.5(7)A^3 Z = 1, C44H50N10O54CoEMo12Si, Mr = 2880.17, Dc = 2.538 g/cm^3, p = 2.484 mm^-1,F(000) = 1388, the final R = 0.0383 and wR = 0.1096 for 7753 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Flack factor is 0.22(3). Compound 1 is a pillar-layered framework with the [SiMo12O40]^4- anions linearly located on the square voids between the 2D bilayers which are formed by the dpdo ligands and cobalt(II) ions.  相似文献

Two novel hybrid materials based on two kinds of octamolybdate anions and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), namely, [Ag(8)(L(1))(4)(α-Mo(8)O(26))(β-Mo(8)O(26))(H(2)O)(3)]·H(2)O (1) and [Cu(I)(3.1)Cu(II)(0.5)(β-Mo(8)O(26))(0.5)(ζ-Mo(7)(VI)Mo(V)O(26))(0.5)(L(2))(2)(H(0.8)L(2))(0.5)] (2), where L(1) = 1,1'-(1,3-propanediyl)bis[2-(4-pyridyl)benzimidazole] and L(2) = 1,1'-(1,4-butanediyl)bis[2-(3-pyridyl)benzimidazole], have been successfully synthesized. Crystal structure analysis revealed that 1 is a three-dimensional (3D) framework constructed of silver(I)-organic sheets and two types of (Mo(8)O(26))(4-) isomers. Compound 2 is a rare 3D framework containing copper(I,II)-organic cages and 1D channels occupied by the (ζ-Mo(7)(VI)Mo(V)O(26))(5-) and (β-Mo(8)O(26))(4-) anions. The two compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, diffuse reflectivity spectroscopy, and photoluminescent spectroscopy. In addition, the photocatalytic behavior of 1 was investigated.  相似文献

Reaction of in situ generated copper(II)-monosubstituted Keggin polyoxometalates and copper(II)-bipyridine-oxalate complexes in the corresponding alkaline acetate buffer led to the formation of hybrid metal organic-inorganic compounds K(2)[{SiW(11)O(39)Cu(H(2)O)}{Cu(2)(bpy)(2)(H(2)O)(2)(mu-ox)}(2)].14H(2)O (1), K(14)[{SiW(11)O(39)Cu(H(2)O)}{Cu(2)(bpy)(2)(mu-ox)}](2)[SiW(11)O(39)Cu(H(2)O)].55H(2)O (2), (NH(4))(4)[{SiW(11)O(39)Cu(H(2)O)}{Cu(2)(bpy)(2)(mu-ox)}].10H(2)O (3), and Rb(4)[{SiW(11)O(39)Cu(H(2)O)}{Cu(2)(bpy)(2)(mu-ox)}].10H(2)O (4). Their structures have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The main structural feature of these compounds is the presence of copper(II)-monosubstituted alpha-Keggin polyoxoanions as inorganic building blocks, on which the mu-oxalatodicopper metalorganic blocks are supported. Compound 1contains the discrete hybrid polyanion [{SiW(11)O(39)Cu(H(2)O)}{Cu(2)(bpy)(2)(H(2)O)(2)(mu-ox)}(2)](2)(-), whereas the polymeric hybrid polyanion [{SiW(11)O(39)Cu(H(2)O)}{Cu(2)(bpy)(2)(mu-ox)}(2)](n)(4)(n)(-) gives a monodimensional character to compounds 2-4. Magnetic and EPR results are discussed with respect to the crystal structure of the compounds. DFT calculations on both the [Cu(2)(bpy)(2)(H(2)O)(4)(mu-ox)](2+) cationic complex and the metalorganic blocks have been performed in order to determine the optimized geometry and the magnetic coupling constants, respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of cyclohexylphosphonic acid (C(6)H(11)PO(3)H(2)), anhydrous CuCl(2) and 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) in the presence of triethylamine followed by a metathesis reaction with KNO(3) afforded [Cu(4)(mu-Cl)(2)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(bpy)(4)](NO(3))(2) (1). In an analogous reaction involving Cu(OAc)(2).H(2)O, the complex [Cu(4)(mu-CH(3)COO)(2)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(2,2'-bpy)(4)](CH(3)COO)(2) (2) has been isolated. The three-component reaction involving Cu(NO(3))(2).3H(2)O, cyclohexylphosphonic acid and 2,2'-bipyridine in the presence of triethylamine afforded the tetranuclear assembly [Cu(4)(mu-OH)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(2,2'-bpy)(4) (H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(3) (3). Replacing 2,2'-bipyridine with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in the above reaction resulted in [Cu(4)(mu-OH)(mu(3)-C(6)H(11)PO(3))(2)(phen)(4)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(3) (4). In all the copper(II) phosphonates (1-4) the two phosphonate ions bridge the four copper(II) ions in a capping coordination action. Each phosphonate ion bridges four copper(II) ions in a mu(4), eta(3) coordination mode or 4.211 of the Harris notation. Variable-temperature magnetic studies on reveal that all four complexes exhibit moderately strong intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling. The DNA cleavage activity of complexes 1-4 is also described. Compounds 1 and 3 were able to completely convert the supercoiled pBR322 DNA form I to nick form II without any co-oxidant. In contrast, 50% conversion occurred with and 40% with 4. In the presence of magnesium monoperoxyphthalate all four compounds achieved rapid conversion of form I to form II.  相似文献
