Proton energies and strengths of (p, γ), (p, p1), (p, p2) and (p, 1γ) resonances of the 27Al + p reaction were determined for Ep < 2.5 MeV. The γ-decay of 78 resonances and 46 bound levels was established and four new bound levels were found at Ex = 9793.8±2.0, 10513.5±1.0, 10884.1±2.0 and 11778.8±1.5 keV. The level at Ex = 11.43 MeV was found to be a doublet. Lifetimes of 25 bound levels were measured by means of the Doppler-shift attenuation technique. Angular distributions were measured at 15 resonances.  相似文献

The yield of the 209Bi(d, γ)211g.s.Po and 211mPo (T1/2 = 25.2s) reaction was measured for deuteron energies Ed = 8–11.5 MeV. The reaction was identified by the -activities of the Po isotope. At Ed = 10.43 MeV, the (d, γ) cross section for the population of the ground state of 211Po is σg.s. = 16 ± 3 μb, the ratio relative to the cross section for the metastable state is σg.s.m = 25.4 ± 0.9. These values and the yield curves were compared with calculations using a simple model for the population of the two states. In the excitation region E* = 15–19 MeV, the branching ratio of γ- to particle emission is nearly constant and has a value of about 0.4 × 10−4.  相似文献

The cross section of the reactions 3He(d, p)4He and d(3He, p)4He has been measured at the center-of-mass energies E=5 to 60 keV and 10 to 40 keV, respectively. The experiments were performed to determine the magnitude of the electron screening effect leading to the respective electron-screening potential energy Ue=219±7 and 109±9 eV, which are both significantly higher than the respective values from atomic physics models, Ue=120 and 65 eV.  相似文献

The γ-decays of the states in 47Ti at 157 keV and 1547 keV have been studied following the 46Ti(d, p)47Ti reaction at 5.0 MeV incident energy. Protons were detected at 0° with a semiconductor detector. The angular correlations of the γ-rays with the reaction protons were measured. The E2/M1 mixing ratios of the γ-decays and the population ratios of the to the substates were deduced. From the non-zero population of the substate it was concluded that a spin-flip mechanism exists in the 46Ti(d, p)47Ti stripping reaction.  相似文献

The decay of 97Ru, 97zr and 97Nb to levels in 97Tc, 97Nb and 97Mo has been studied with Ge(Li), NaI(Tl), plastic scintillation, and Si (Li) detectors in singles and coincidence experiments. Level schemes were constructed with states in 97Te at 96.5, 215.2, 324.4, (560), 785.5, 856 and 971 keV; in 97Nb at 743.5, 1148.6, 1251.4, 1276.6, 1549.2, 1751.2, 1764.0, 1852.0, 2106.9 and 2247 keV; and in 97Mo at 656.0, 1022.0, 1274.5 and 1514 keV. From β-endpoint energies, disintegration energies of 97Zr and 97Nb were determined to be 2580 ± 50 keV and 1830 ± 50 keV, respectively. Decay scheme considerations and an upper limit to the β+/ec ratio established the disintegration energy of 97Ru to be about 1100 keV. Neither the effective-interaction method nor the pairing-correlation model accounts for the experimentally determined levels in mass-97 nuclei.  相似文献

We report on the first observation of hypernuclear γ transitions using germanium detectors. Using a large-acceptance Ge detector system, we observed two γ transitions in Λ7Li, the spin-flip transition at 689±4keV and the transition at 2050±2 keV (preliminary). The strength of the ΛN spin-spin interaction is derived from the energy of the former transition. As for the latter transition, B(E2) was measured to be 3.9±0.6±0.4 e2fm4 (preliminary), which indicates a shrinkage of the nuclear size of Λ7Li from 6Li and confirms “glue-like role” of Λ.  相似文献

The hyperfine splitting of pionic and muonic X-rays in natural Re has been studied using the known ratio (accurate to 1.6 parts in 105) of the quadrupole moments of the two naturally occurring 185Re and 187Re isotopes. From the hyperfine splitting of the 5g → 4f and 4f → 3d pionic X-rays the effective quadrupole hyperfine constants were determined to be 187A2eff(4f) = 1.163 ± 0.010 keV and 187A2eff(3d) = 5.39 ± 0.63 keV, giving strong interaction quadrupole shifts 2(4f) = 46 ± 10 eV and 2(3d) = 1.3 ± 0.6 keV. The strong interaction monopole shifts 0 and widths Γ0 of the 5g, 4f and 3d levels have also been measured. For the two higher orbits, standard optical-potential calculations fit the measured shifts and widths quite well. The observed deeper-lying 3d state, however, has shifts and widths that differ by a factor of 2 or more from the predictions. From the measured quadrupole hyperfine constants of the 4f level we calculate the spectroscopic quadrupole moments to be 187Qμ(gm) = 2.09 ± 0.04 b, 187Qπ = 2.07 ± 0.02 b, 185Qμ = 2.21 ± 0.04 b, and 185Qπ = 2.1 addition, muonic X-rays from 181Ta were observed; using the same methods for determining the quadrupole moment as above, a value of 181Qμ = 3.28 ± 0.06 b was obtained, in good agreement with earlier published data.  相似文献

We report the measurement of the energies of various muonic atomic transitions above 500 keV in 197Au. We have used the weak-coupling model in order to analyze the hyperfine structure of 197Au. Using transitions to and from the 1s, 2s 2p and 3p levels as well as the fine structure of the 2p states and hyperfine splittings of the 2p, 3p and 3d states we have fitted our data to two deformed Fermi distributions: one with a constant skin thickness, the other with a skin thickness which varies. Both yield equally good fits. We have determined the quadrupole moment of 197Au to be 0.547±0.016 b. The model dependence of our results is discussed. The weak coupling parameters of de-Shalit Ωp, Ω22, Ω20 and A2 have been determined and are in fair agreement with Coulomb excitation results. There is also good agreement between our results and those of electron scattering.  相似文献

The differential cross section of the reaction γp→π+n has been measured with the PHOENICS detector at ELSA in Bonn. For the first time this cross section has been determined simultaneously over a large range of photon energies (Eγ = 220−900 MeV) and pion angles (Θc.m.pi = 35°−135°) with a tagged photon facility. The experimental set-up allowed a considerable kinematic overdetermination of the investigated reaction. Accordingly, the background contributions have been suppressed to below 1%. The measured differential cross section is in good agreement with existing data. The comparison with different model calculations is presented.  相似文献

The decays of 48Sc and 48V have been studied with Ge(Li) diodes, scintillation spectrometers and a double focussing beta-ray spectrometer. The 3507 keV level, from which originates the quadruple cascade (9.4±0.5)% in the 48Sc decay, is also de-excited by a 1212 keV cross-over transition to the 2295 keV (4+) level and supports the assumption, that the 3507 keV level has a spin 6+. The first member of the reported triple cascade in the 48V decay is shown to be a doublet of 928.9±0.7 (1.2±0.2)% and 944.3±0.5 keV (8.0±0.5)% gamma rays, both followed by the 1311.4–983.3 keV cascade. Evidence was found, that the 2421 keV (2+) level is excited by weak gamma rays from high-energy levels. The K/β+ ration in the 48V decay is 0.69±0.05 The Q-values of 48Sc and 48V are calculated to be 3986±7 keV and if 4015±4 keV, respectively. The energy of the gamma ray of 47Sc, which is present as an impurity, is 159.2±0.5 keV.  相似文献

The paper presents the results of TCS and EELS investigations of a CdTe(110) crystal and vapour deposited Sn layers. EELS spectra were recorded for primary electron energies from 50 eV to 1 keV. The results obtained by both methods show good resemblance in spite of the fact that in the TCS method the scattering events are observed at or near the threshold δEEp. The spectral structures have been explained on the basis of inelastic interactions of impinging electrons on the solid.  相似文献

The radioactive decay of 79Rb(23.0±0.5 min) has been studied with the aid of semiconductor radiation detectors. Both singles and coincidence spectra have been recorded. The decay energy: 3520±45 keV was determined by measuring the endpoint of the positon spectrum in coincidence with prominent γ-rays. A decay scheme is proposed incorporating most of the measured γ-rays. The following energies in keV and parities of levels are assigned: ground state ( ), , , , , 383.71±0.18, 532.82±0.33, 688.21±0.09, , 934.0±1.4, 1089.4±0.4, 1474.7±0.3. The spin and parity of the 79Rb ground state is most probably .  相似文献

Extensive experimental data for the resonance scatttering of protons to the ground state and first excited state in 138Ba are presented. A Breit Wigner analysis with a background term of the form Σn(an/En) is performed and the extracted background function is compared with optical-model calculations using the parameters given in a detailed investigation by Perey. Neutron spectroscopic factors calculated in different ways from this data are compared with the corresponding factors from (d, p). An accurate determination of resonance energies for the first two resonances reveals a deviation from a constant Coulomb shift of the order of 10 keV.  相似文献

The reaction 40Ca(d, p)41Ca has been studied with a resolution 30 keV. Excitation functions for the first three strong states have been measured in the energy interval 9.80 to 12.12 MeV. Cross section fluctuations are found to be entirely within statistics, i.e. < 5 %, and it is concluded that σCN(θ)/(2Jf+1) < 5 μb/sr. Differential cross sections have been measured for elastic scattering, and the (d, p) transitions to the ground state and the strong single-particle states at E* = 1.949, 2.471, 3.623 and 3.954 MeV at Ed = 12.00 MeV and, over a limited angular range, at Ed = 11.00 MeV. The angular distributions have been analysed by the DWBA method and spectroscopic factors have been determined. It is suggested that the 3.623 MeV state may be the third state predicted by Gerace and Green rather than as assigned by earlier studies.  相似文献

Lifetimes of excited 0+ states in 166Er have been measured with the (n,n′γ) reaction. The first and second excited 0+ states have no significant collective enhancements of their decays, and their properties are suggestive of pair-type excitations rather than those of a β vibration or phonon excitation built on the γ vibration. The third excited 0+ state at 1934 keV has an enhanced decay to the ground state band with B(E2; 04+ → 2gsb+) = 8.8 ± 0.9 W.u., consistent with that expected for a β vibration.  相似文献

Angular distributions of proton groups, corresponding to fifteen levels observed in the reaction 34S(d, p)35S at Ed = 10 MeV have been measured with a split-pole spectrograph equipped with position-sensitive detectors. For the levels at Ex = 0, 1.58, 1.99, 2.34, 2.73, 3.68, 3.80 and 4.20 MeV, ln = 2, 0, 3, 1, (2, 3), (1), 1 and 1, respectively, has been found from a DWBA analysis. Experimental spectroscopic factors and those following from many-particle shell-model calculations for the lowest four states are in satisfactory agreement. The ground state Q-value has been measured as Q = 4757 ± 5 keV.  相似文献

The mean lifetimes of levels below 3 MeV excitation in 49Cr were measured using the reaction 49Ti(, nγ)49Cr. The Doppler-shift attenuation method was used in a neutron-gamma coincidence measurement. The lifetime of the first excited state was determined with the recoil distance method. The results are : 272 keV, 19±5 ps; 1085 keV, 260±90 fs; 1563 keV, 590−120+300 fs; 1704 keV, > 5.5 ps; 1742 keV, > 4 ps; 1982 keV, > 6.5 ps; 2169 keV, > 4.5 ps; 2433 keV, > 6 ps; 2504 keV, < 12 fs; 2614 keV, 65 ±20 fs. The lifetimes of the second and third excited states in combination with known multipole mixing ratios gave evidence for spin assignments of for the 1085 keV level and for the 1563 keV level. The energies and spins of the four lowest levels as well as the B(M1) and B(E2) values of their γ-decays are in good agreement with calculations based on the strong coupling model and suggest that these levels are strongly collective. Dipole transitions of the higher levels to the ground and first excited states are highly retarded.  相似文献

A broad peak was systematically observed at about 10 MeV above the Gamow-Teller resonance in the 90Zr, 120Sn, 140Ce, 208Pb (p,n) reactions at Ep = 41 MeV. The angular distribution shapes of these peaks support the interpretation that they they correspond to ΔL = 1 state. The data are compared with TDA-DWBA calculations.  相似文献
