A new diffusive gradients in a thin film (DGT) technique, using Microlite PrCH cation exchange resin, was developed and evaluated for measuring NH4–N in freshwaters. Microlite PrCH had high uptake (>92.5%) and elution efficiencies (87.2% using 2 mol L−1 NaCl). Mass vs. time validation experiments over 24 h demonstrated excellent linearity (R2 ≥ 0.996). PrCH-DGT binding layers had an extremely high intrinsic binding capacity for NH4–N (∼3000 μg). NH4–N uptake was quantitative over pH ranges 3.5–8.5 and ionic strength (up to 0.012 mol L−1 as NaCl) typical of freshwater systems. Several cations (Na+, K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+) were found to compete with NH4–N for uptake by PrCH-DGT, but NH4–N uptake was quantitative over concentration ranges typical of freshwater (up to 0.012 mol L−1 Na+, 0.006 mol L−1 K+, 0.003 mol L−1 Ca2+ and 0.004 mol L−1 Mg2+). Effective diffusion coefficients determined from mass vs. time experiments changed non-linearly with electrical conductivity. Field deployments of DGT samplers with varying diffusive layer thicknesses validated the use of the technique in situ, allowed deployment times to be manipulated with respect to NH4–N concentration, and enable the calculation of the diffusive boundary layer thickness. Daily grab sample NH4–N concentrations were observed to vary considerably independent of major rainfall events, but good agreements were obtained between PrCH-DGT values and mean grab sample measurements of NH4–N (CDGT:CSOLN 0.83–1.3). Reproducibility of DGT measurements in the field was good (relative standard deviation < 11%). Limit of detection was 0.63 μg L−1 (equivalent to 0.045 μmol L−1) based on 24 h deployments.  相似文献

Three adsorbents (Chelex-100, manganese dioxide [MnO2] and Metsorb), used as binding layers with the diffusive gradient in thin film (DGT) technique, were evaluated for the measurement of inorganic uranium species in synthetic and natural waters. Uranium (U) was found to be quantitatively accumulated in solution (10–100 μg L−1) by all three adsorbents (uptake efficiencies of 80–99%) with elution efficiencies of 80% (Chelex-100), 84% (MnO2) and 83% (Metsorb). Consistent uptake occurred over pH (5–9), with only MnO2 affected by pH < 5, and ionic strength (0.001–1 mol L−1 NaNO3) ranges typical of natural waters, including seawater. DGT validation experiments (5 days) gave linear mass uptake over time (R2 ≥ 0.97) for all three adsorbents in low ionic strength solution (0.01 M NaNO3). Validation experiments in artificial sea water gave linear mass uptake for Metsorb (R2 ≥ 0.9954) up to 12 h and MnO2 (R2 ≥ 0.9259) up to 24 h. Chelex-100 demonstrated no linear mass uptake in artificial sea water after 8 h. Possible interferences were investigated with SO42− (0.02–200 mg L−1) having little affect on any of the three DGT binding layers. PO43− additions (5 μg L−1–5 mg L−1) interfered by forming anionic uranyl phosphate complexes that Chelex-100 was unable to accumulate, or by directly competing with the uranyl species for binding sites, as with MnO2 and the Metsorb. HCO3 (0.1–500 mg L−1) additions formed anionic species which interfered with the performance of the Chelex-100 and the MnO2, and the Ca2+ (0.1–500 mg L−1) had the affect of forming labile calcium uranyl species which aided uptake of U by all three resins. DGT field deployments in sea water (Southampton Water, UK) gave a linear mass uptake of U over time with Metsorb and MnO2 (4 days). Field deployments in fresh water (River Lambourn, UK) gave linear uptake for up to 7 and 4 days for Metsorb and MnO2 respectively. Field deployment of the Metsorb-DGT samplers with various diffusive layer thicknesses (0.015–0.175 cm) allowed accurate measurements of the diffusive boundary layer (DBL) and allowed DBL corrected concentrations to be determined. This DBL-corrected U concentration was half that determined when the effect of the DBL was not considered. The ability of the DGT devices to measure U isotopic ratios with no isotopic fractionation was shown by all three resins, thereby proving the usefulness of the technique for environmental monitoring purposes.  相似文献

Five copper(II) complexes with N(4)-ortho, N(4)-meta and N(4)-para-tolyl thiosemicarbazones derived from 2-formyl and 2-acetylpyridine were obtained and thoroughly characterized. The crystal structure of N(4)-meta-tolyl-2-acetylpyridine thiosemicarbazone (H2Ac4mT) was determined, as well as that of its copper(II) complex [Cu(2Ac4mT)Cl], which contains an anionic ligand and a chloride in the coordination sphere of the metal. The in vitro antimicrobial activities of all thiosemicarbazones and their copper(II) complexes were tested against Salmonella typhimurium and Candida albicans. Upon coordination a substantial decrease in the minimum inhibitory concentration, from 225 to 1478 μmol L−1 for the thiosemicarbazones to 5–30 μmol L−1 for the complexes was observe against the growth of Salmonella typhimurium and from 0.7–26 to 0.3–7 μmol L−1 against the growth of C. albicans, suggesting that complexation to copper(II) could be an interesting strategy of dose reduction.  相似文献

A diffusive gradients in thin films (DGT) device for the analysis of free Cd(II) species, based on Cd(II) ion-imprinted sorbent (IIS) as the binding agents and commercial polyethersulfone membrane (PES) as diffusion layer, was developed (PES/IIS-DGT). DGT time-series experiments showed that the mass of free Cd(II) species accumulated by PES/IIS-DGT was linear vs. time (R2 = 0.9953) and the concentration of free Cd(II) species by PES/IIS-DGT was in good agreement with the total dissolved concentrations of free Cd(II) species in simple synthetic solutions where free ionic species dominated. PES/IIS-DGT performance was independent in the range of pH 4.5–7.5 and ionic strength range from 1.0 × 10−3 to 0.7 mol L−1. The measurement of free Cd(II) species in synthetic solution containing different concentrations of ligands by PES/IIS-DGT showed an excellent agreement with the value measured by Cd(II) ion selective electrodes (Cd-ISE), indicating that PES/IIS-DGT method is more suitable than Cd-ISE for the measurement of low concentration of free Cd(II) species due to the enrichment of IIS for the analytes.  相似文献

For the first time, a simple and efficient in situ emulsification microextraction method using a dicationic ionic liquid followed by magnetic assisted physisorption was presented to determine trace amounts of lead. In this method, 400 μL of 1.0 mol L−1 lithium bis (trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide aqueous solution, Li[NTf2], was added into the sample solution containing 100 μL of 1.0 mol L−1 1,3-(propyl-1,3-diyl) bis (3-methylimidazolium) chloride, [pbmim]Cl2, to form a water immiscible ionic liquid, [pbmim][NTf2]2. This new in situ formed dicationic ionic liquid was applied as the acceptor phase to extract the lead-ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (Pb-APDC) complexes from the sample solution. Subsequently, 30 mg of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were added into the sample solution to collect the fine droplets of [pbmim][NTf2]2, physisorptively. Finally, MNPs were eluted by acetonitrile, separated by an external magnetic field and the obtained eluent was subjected to micro-sampling flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) for further analysis. Comparing with other microextraction methods, no special devices and centrifugation step are required. Parameters influencing the extraction efficiency such as extraction time, pH, concentration of chelating agent, amount of MNPs and coexisting interferences were studied. Under the optimized conditions, this method showed high extraction recovery of 93% with low LOD of 0.7 μg L−1. Good linearity was obtained in the range of 2.5–150 μg L−1 with determination coefficient (r2) of 0.9921. Relative standard deviation (RSD%) for seven repeated measurements at the concentration of 10 μg L−1 was 4.1%. Finally, this method was successfully applied for determination of lead in some water and plant samples.  相似文献

A new binding agent, consisting of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae immobilized in agarose, is proposed for use in diffusive gradients in thin films (DGT). Different gel compositions, containing from 4.5% to 20% (m/v) of S. cerevisiae and 1.5-5.0% (m/v) of agarose, were prepared and tested for uptake of Cd(II). For gels containing 20% (m/v) of S. cerevisiae, a mass of 14,900 ng has been attributed as the uptake limit of Cd for each disk. Determination of the Cd retained in the binding agent was readily carried out using a slurry of the agarose-yeast disk introduced directly into the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer. The performance characteristics of the DGT samplers, which were assembled with the proposed binding agent (25 mm disk containing 20% of S. cerevisiae and 1.5% of agarose) and a diffusive layer of cellulose (chromatographic paper 3MM Chr of 25 mm diameter), were evaluated by measuring the Cd(II) uptake at various pH values and ionic strengths. Very consistent results were found within the pH range 4.5-7.5 and at ionic strengths ≥0.005 mol L−1. The precision of DGT measurements was characterized by relative standard deviations of <8%. No changes in the uptake of Cd(II) were observed in the samplers that were assembled with recently prepared disks or 35-day-old stored disks. The proposed material has been applied to the analyses of river and sea water samples. For determination of Cd(II), excellent agreement between the results obtained from devices assembled with the proposed material and those assembled with conventional material (Chelex-100 resin) were obtained, strongly validating the use of the agarose-yeast gel disk as a new binding agent for DGT.  相似文献

A series of experiments were undertaken to investigate the effect of ionic strength and the concentration of free sodium ions in the resin gel on the performance of the diffusive gradients in thin films (DGT) technique. When the free sodium ion concentration in the resin gel was estimated by the time-dependent release into solution, it agreed with a previous estimate. However, equilibration with different volumes of water gave a higher value, suggesting that inherent averaging in the time-dependent release method underestimates the free concentration. DGT measurements of Cu and Cd were made over a wide range of ionic strengths (from 3 μmol l−1 to 0.8 mol l−1). For all the ionic strengths above 100 μmol l−1 there was no significant difference between measurements made by DGT and measurements made directly on the solution using atomic absorption spectroscopy. Below 100 μmol l−1 results were erratic. They did not comply with a theory that predicts high results for DGT based on enhancement of the diffusion coefficient of trace metal cations by counter diffusion of sodium ions. When Cd in solutions with a range of ionic strengths was measured by DGT there was no difference whether the resin gels were in Na or Ca form. Rather than counter diffusion of Na ions, it is suggested that the spurious behaviour at low ionic strength is due to interactions of the trace metals with the diffusion gel when there are insufficient excess cations present.  相似文献

Commercially available Diphonix® resin (TrisKem International) was evaluated as a receiving phase for use with the diffusive gradients in thin-films (DGT) passive sampler for measuring uranium. This resin has a high partition coefficient for actinides and is used in the nuclear industry. Other resins used as receiving phases with DGT for measuring uranium have been prone to saturation and significant chemical interferences. The performance of the device was evaluated in the laboratory and in field trials. In laboratory experiments uptake of uranium (all 100% efficiency) by the resin was unaffected by varying pH (4–9), ionic strength (0.01–1.00 M, as NaNO3) and varying aqueous concentrations of Ca2+ (100–500 mg L−1) and HCO3 (100–500 mg L−1). Due to the high partition coefficient of Diphonex®, several elution techniques for uranium were evaluated. The optimal eluent mixture was 1 M NaOH/1 M H2O2, eluting 90% of the uranium from the resin. Uptake of uranium was linear (R2 = 0.99) over time (5 days) in laboratory experiments using artificial freshwater showing no saturation effects of the resin. In field deployments (River Lambourn, UK) the devices quantitatively accumulated uranium for up to 7 days. In both studies uptake of uranium matched that theoretically predicted for the DGT. Similar experiments in seawater did not follow the DGT theoretical uptake and the Diphonix® appeared to be capacity limited and also affected by matrix interferences. Isotopes of uranium (U235/U238) were measured in both environments with a precision and accuracy of 1.6–2.2% and 1.2–1.4%, respectively. This initial study shows the potential of using Diphonix®-DGT for monitoring of uranium in the aquatic environment.  相似文献

The diffusive gradient in the thin films (DGT) technique was tested to measure dissolved mercury (Hg) both in laboratory aqueous solutions and in situ in river water. For this purpose, a commercial ready-to-use and specific-for-Hg DGT device was used. Each sampler consisted of a filter membrane-agarose gel as the diffusive layer and a Spheron-Thiol resin in polyacrylamide gel as the binding agent. Basic performance assays at the laboratory with this type of DGT unit confirmed the applicability of Fick's first law for DGT measurements. The diffusion coefficient of MeHg in the agarose diffusive gel was 8.50?×?10?6?cm2 s?1 at 25°C. Several field studies were also carried out in two different rivers of the Ebro River basin (NE Spain) affected by Hg wastes released by the chlor-alkali industry. Hg concentrations determined by DGT were generally much lower than the results obtained through direct measurements of the river water. In addition, the results of a time series experiment also performed in the field show that the amount of Hg accumulated in the resin does not increase at all with the exposure time. This may be explained by the underestimation of the truly dissolved Hg fraction due to the formation of a biofilm layer on the surface of the samplers, thus clogging the filter and preventing Hg species from diffusing through it. Consequently, it was demonstrated that the DGT technique presents important limitations for measuring Hg in polluted rivers characterised by a high biomass load (eutrophic), whereas its performance was demonstrated to be correct in oligotrophic waters.  相似文献

The electrochemical detection of artemisinin generally requires high oxidation potential or the use of complex electrode modification. We find that artemisinin can react with p-aminophenylboronic acid to produce easily electrochemically detectable aminophenol for the first time. By making use of the new reaction, we report an alternative method to detect artemisinin through the determination of p-aminophenol. The calibration curve for the determination of artemisinin is linear in the range of 2 μmol L−1 to 200 μmol L−1 with the detection limit of 0.8 μmol L−1, which is more sensitive than other reported electrochemical methods. The relative standard deviation is 4.83% for the determination of 10 μM artemisinin. Because the oxidation potential of p-aminophenol is around 0 V, the present method is high selective. When 40 μM, 90 μM and 140 μM of artemisinin were spiked to compound naphthoquine phosphate tablet samples, the recoveries are 107.6%, 105.4% and 101.7%, respectively. This detection strategy is attractive for the detection of artemisinin and its derivatives. The finding that artemisinin can react with aromatic boronic acid has the potential to be exploited for the development of other sensors, such as fluorescence artemisinin sensors.  相似文献

This work demonstrated the feasibility of mercury speciation analysis by anion exchange chromatographic separation with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry detection. For the first time, by complexing with the mobile phase containing 3-mercapto-1-propanesulfonate into negatively charged complexes, fast separation of inorganic mercury (Hg2+), monomethylmercury (MeHg), ethylmercury (EtHg) and phenylmercury (PhHg) was achieved within 5 min on a 12.5-mm strong anion exchange column. The detection limits for Hg2+, MeHg, EtHg and PhHg were 0.008, 0.024, 0.029 and 0.034 μg L−1, respectively. The relative standard deviations of peak height and peak area (5.0 μg L−1 for each Hg species) were all below 3%. The determined contents of Hg2+, MeHg and total Hg in a certified reference material of fish tissue by the proposed method were in good accordance with the certified values with satisfactory recoveries. The relative errors for determining MeHg and total mercury were −2.4% and −1.2%, respectively, with an acceptable range for spike recoveries of 94–101%. Mercury speciation in 11 fish samples were then analyzed after the pretreated procedure. The mercury contents in all fish samples analyzed were found compliant with the criteria of the National Standards of China.  相似文献

An ionic liquid 1-butylpyridinium hexafluorophosphate based carbon ionic liquid electrode (CILE) was used as the substrate electrode and a poly(methylene blue) (PMB) functionalized graphene (GR) composite film was co-electrodeposited on CILE surface by cyclic voltammetry. The PMB–GR/CILE exhibited better electrochemical performances with higher conductivity and lower electron transfer resistance. Electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) was further investigated by cyclic voltammetry and a pair of well-defined redox peaks appeared with the peak-to-peak separation (ΔEp) as 0.058 V in 0.1 mol L−1 pH 6.0 phosphate buffer solution, which proved a fast quasi-reversible electron transfer process on the modified electrode. Electrochemical parameters of DA on PMB–GR/CILE were calculated with the electron transfer number as 1.83, the charge transfer coefficients as 0.70, the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant as 1.72 s−1 and the diffusional coefficient (D) as 3.45 × 10−4 cm2 s−1, respectively. Under the optimal conditions with differential pulse voltammetric measurement, the linear relationship between the oxidation peak current of DA and its concentration was obtained in the range from 0.02 to 800.0 μmol L−1 with the detection limit as 5.6 nmol L−1 (3σ). The coexisting substances exhibited no interference and PMB–GR/CILE was applied to the detection of DA injection samples and human urine samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

A novel amperometric magnetoimmunoassay, based on the use of core–shell magnetic nanoparticles and screen-printed carbon electrodes, was developed for the selective determination of Legionella pneumophila SG1. A specific capture antibody (Ab) was linked to the poly(dopamine)–modified magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs@pDA-Ab) and incubated with bacteria. The captured bacteria were sandwiched using the antibody labeled with horseradish peroxidase (Ab-HRP), and the resulting MNPs@pDA-Ab-Legionella neumophila-Ab-HRP were captured by a magnetic field on the electrode surface. The amperometric response measured at −0.15 V vs. Ag pseudo-reference electrode of the SPCE after the addition of H2O2 in the presence of hydroquinone (HQ) was used as transduction signal. The achieved limit of detection, without pre-concentration or pre-enrichment steps, was 104 Colony Forming Units (CFUs) mL−1. The method showed a good selectivity and the MNPs@pDA-Ab exhibited a good stability during 30 days. The possibility of detecting L. pneumophila at 10 CFU mL−1 level in less than 3 h, after performing a membrane-based preconcentration step, was also demonstrated.  相似文献

A novel voltammetric sensor for O,O-dimethyl-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxyl)(3′-nitrophenyl)methinephosphonate (Phi-NO2) based on molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) film electrode is constructed by using sol-gel technology. The sensor responds linearly to Phi-NO2 over the concentration range of 2.0 × 10−5 to 1.0 × 10−8 mol L−1 and the detection limit is 1.0 × 10−9 mol L−1 (S/N = 3). This sensor provides an efficient way for eliminating interferences from coexisting substances in the solution. The high sensitivity, selectivity and stability of the sensor demonstrates its practical application for a simple and rapid determination of Phi-NO2 in cabbage samples.  相似文献

A study was undertaken to evaluate Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a substrate for the biosorption of Cr(III) and Cr(VI) aiming to the selective determination of these species in aqueous solutions. The yeast cells were covalently immobilised on controlled pore glass (CPG), packed in a minicolumn and incorporated in an on-line flow injection system. The effect of chemical and physical variables affecting the biosorption process was tested in order to select the optimal analytical conditions for the Cr retention by S. cerevisiae. Cr(III) was retained by the immobilised cells and Cr(VI) were retained by CPG. The speciation was possible by selective and sequential elution of Cr(III) with 0.05 mol L−1 HCl and 2.0 mol L−1 HNO3 for Cr(VI). The influence of some concomitant ions up to 20 mg L−1 was also tested. Quantitative determinations of Cr were carried out by means of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP OES). Preconcentration factors of 12 were achieved for Cr(III) and 5 for Cr(VI) when 1.7 mL of sample were processed reaching detection limits of 0.45 for Cr(III) and 1.5 μg L−1 for Cr(VI). The speciation of inorganic Cr in different kinds of natural waters was performed following the proposed method. Spiked water samples were also analysed and the recoveries were in all cases between 81 and 103%.  相似文献

The π-A isotherms and UV-vis spectra of the transferred films suggested that the monolayer of p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene can coordinate with Hg2+ at the air-water surface. From these observations, a glassy carbon electrode coated with Langmuir-Blodgett film of p-tert-butylthiacalix[4] arene as a new voltammetric sensor is designed for the determination of trace amounts of Hg2+. Compared with bare glassy carbon electrode and modified glassy carbon electrode using direct coating method, the Langmuir-Blodgett film-modified electrode can greatly improve the measuring sensitivity of Hg2+. Under the selected conditions, the Langmuir-Blodgett film-modified electrode in 0.1 mol L−1 H2SO4 + 0.01 mol L−1 KCl solution shows a linear voltammetric response for Hg2+ in the range of 5.0 × 10−10 to 1.5 × 10−7 mol L−1, with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10−10 mol L−1. The proposed method was also applied to determine Hg2+ in water samples (tap, lake and river water). In addition, the fabricated electrode exhibited a distinct advantage of simple preparation, non-toxicity, good reproducibility and good stability.  相似文献

The set of starting tri-, di- and monoorganotin(IV) halides containing N,C,N-chelating ligand (LNCN = {1,3-[(CH3)2NCH2]2C6H3}) has been prepared (1-5) and two compounds structurally characterized ([LNCNPh2Sn]+I3 (1c), LNCNSnBr3 (5)) in the solid state. These compounds were reacted with KF with 18-crown-6, NH4F or LCNnBu2SnF to give derivatives containing fluorine atom(s). Triorganotin(IV) fluorides LNCNMe2SnF (2a) and LNCNnBu2SnF (3a) revealed monomeric structural arrangement with covalent Sn-F bond both in the coordinating and non-coordinating solvents, except the behaviour of 3a that was ionized in the methanol solution at low temperature. The products of fluorination of LNCNSnPhCl2 (4) and 5 were described by NMR in solution as the ionic hypervalent fluorostannates or the oligomeric species reacting with chloroform, methanol or moisture to zwitterionic monomeric stannate LNCN(H)+SnF4 (5c), which was confirmed by XRD analysis in the solid state.  相似文献

Brassica raparapa group is widely distributed and consumed in northwestern Spain. The consumption of Brassica vegetables has been related to human health due to their phytochemicals, such as glucosinolates and phenolic compounds that induce a variety of physiological functions including antioxidant activity, enzymes regulation and apoptosis control and the cell cycle. For first time in Brassica crops, intact glucosinolates and phenolic compounds were simultaneously identified and characterized. Twelve intact glucosinolates, belonging to the three chemical classes, and more than 30 phenolic compounds were found in B. rapa leaves and young shoots (turnip greens and turnip tops) by LC–UV photodiode array detection (PAD)–electrospray ionization (ESI). The main naturally occurring phenolic compounds identified were flavonoids and derivatives of hydroxycinnamic acids. The majority of the flavonoids were kaempferol, quercetin and isorhamnetin glycosylated and acylated with different hydroxycinnamic acids. Quantification of the main compounds by HPLC-PAD showed significant differences for most of compounds between plant organs. Total glucosinolate content value was 26.84 μmol g−1 dw for turnip greens and 29.11 μmol g−1 dw for turnip tops; gluconapin being the predominant glucosinolate (23.2 μmol g−1 dw). Phenolic compounds were higher in turnip greens 51.71 μmol g−1 dw than in turnip tops 38.99 μmol g−1 dw, in which flavonols were always the major compounds.  相似文献

Two methods, based on hollow fiber liquid–liquid–liquid (three phase) microextraction (HF-LLLME) and hollow fiber liquid phase (two phase) microextraction (HF-LPME), have been developed and critically compared for the determination of methylmercury content in human hair and sludge by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). In HF-LPME, methylmercury was extracted into the organic phase (toluene) prior to its determination by GFAAS, while inorganic mercury remained as a free species in the sample solution. In HF-LLLME, methylmercury was first extracted into the organic phase (toluene) and then into the acceptor phase (4% thiourea in 1 mol L 1 HCl) prior to its determination by GFAAS, while inorganic mercury remained in the sample solution. The total mercury was determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the levels of inorganic mercury in both HF-LLLME and HF-LPME were obtained by subtracting methylmercury from total mercury. The factors affecting the microextraction of methylmercury, including organic solvent, extraction time, stirring rate and ionic strength, were investigated and the optimal extraction conditions were established for both HF-LLLPME and HF-LPME. With a consumption of 3.0 mL of the sample solution, the enrichment factors were 204 and 55 for HF-LLLPME and HF-LPME, respectively. The limits of detection (LODs) for methylmercury were 0.1 μg L 1 and 0.4 μg L 1 (as Hg) with precisions (RSDs (%), c = 5 μg L− 1 (as Hg), n = 5) of 13% and 11% for HF-LLLPME–GFAAS and HF-LPME–GFAAS, respectively. For ICP-MS determination of total mercury, a limit of detection of 39 ng L 1 was obtained. Finally, HF-LLLME–GFAAS was applied to the determination of methylmercury content in human hair and sludge, and the recoveries for the spiked samples were in the range of 99–113%. In order to validate the method, HF-LLLME–GFAAS was also applied to the analysis of a certified reference material of NRCC DORM-2 dogfish muscle, and the determined values were in good agreement with the certified values.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective method was developed for the determination of N-acetyl-p-aminophenol (APAP) and p-aminophenol (PAP) using poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT)-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were used to investigate the electrochemical reaction of APAP and PAP at the modified electrode. Both APAP and PAP showed quasireversible redox reactions with formal potentials of 367 mV and 101 mV (vs. Ag/AgCl), respectively, in phosphate buffer solution of pH 7.0. The significant peak potential difference (266 mV) between APAP and PAP enabled the simultaneous determination both species based on differential pulse voltammetry. The voltammetric responses gave linear ranges of 1.0 × 10−6-1.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 and 4.0 × 10−6-3.2 × 10−4 mol L−1, with detection limits of 4.0 × 10−7 mol L−1 and 1.2 × 10−6 mol L−1 for APAP and PAP, respectively. The method was successfully applied for the determination of APAP and PAP in pharmaceutical formulations and biological samples.  相似文献
