In the present study, a cross-linked nano-sized spherical magnetic poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) is synthesized and used as an adsorbent for enrichment-determination of fenitrothion. A miniemulsion polymerization procedure was used to prepare the adsorbent. The magnetic adsorbent was characterized by FT-IR, SEM and TEM. The prepared magnetic adsorbent nanoparticles were mixed with magnetite nanoparticles for faster and more efficient magnetic precipitation. The reduced fenitrothion was coupled with 3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone and then the blue colored complex was extracted. The blue derivative of fenitrothion was eluted by a 1 mL aliquot of 1-propanol prior to spectrophotometry at 571 nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 2–230 ng mL−1 of fenitrothion with relative standard deviation and recovery in the ranges of 0.9–5.1% and 97.2–100.0%, respectively. Selectivity of the method was evaluated, and the method was successfully applied to the determination of fenitrothion in various water, soil, urine and human plasma samples.  相似文献

Dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) combined with dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (DLLME) has been developed as a new approach for the extraction of four sulfonylurea herbicides (metsulfuron-methyl, chlorsulfuron, bensulfuron-methyl and chlorimuron-ethyl) in soil prior to high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (HPLC-DAD). In the DSPE-DLLME, sulfonylurea herbicides were first extracted from soil sample into acetone–0.15 mol L−1 NaHCO3 (2:8, v/v). The clean-up of the extract by DSPE was carried out by directly adding C18 sorbent into the extract solution, followed by shaking and filtration. After the pH of the filtrate was adjusted to 2.0 with 2 mol L−1 HCl, 60.0 μL chlorobenzene (as extraction solvent) was added into 5.0 mL of it for DLLME procedure (the acetone contained in the solution also acted as dispersive solvent). Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factors for the compounds were in the range between 102 and 216. The linearity of the method was in the range from 5.0 to 200 ng g−1 with the correlation coefficients (r) ranging from 0.9967 to 0.9987. The method detection limits were 0.5–1.2 ng g−1. The relative standard deviations varied from 5.2% to 7.2% (n = 5). The relative recoveries of the four sulfonylurea herbicides from soil samples at spiking levels of 6.0, 20.0 and 60.0 ng g−1 were in the range between 76.3% and 92.5%. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the analysis of the four target sulfonylurea herbicides in soil samples, and a satisfactory result was obtained.  相似文献

A phenylurea herbicides-selective molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared using N-(4-isopropylphenyl)-N′-butyleneurea as a dummy template and toluene as a porogen. The experimental results showed that the optimum molar ratio of template, functional monomer (MAA) and cross-linker (EDMA) was 1:8:20. Scatchard analysis showed that two classes of binding sites were formed in the imprinted polymer with dissociation constants of 26.81 μmol l−1 and 1.428 mmol l−1. The affinity and selectivity of MIP for phenylurea herbicides were studied. Among the 14 phenylurea herbicides tested, the MIP prepared showed obviously high affinity and selectivity for 10 chemicals (monuron, diuron, isoproturon, fenuron, chlortoluron, difenoxuron, metoxuron, neburon, buturon and fluometuron) with dichloromethane containing 10% hexane as mobile phase while non-imprinted polymer showed very low affinity for all the phenylurea herbicides tested. The experimental and calculated results also indicated that the size and property of the group at the N′ position of phenylurea molecules have great influence on the affinity of MIP for them and the recognition site is mainly located at the N′ position of phenylurea herbicides.  相似文献

A novel method was developed for the determination of six triazine herbicides from oilseeds by matrix solid-phase dispersion combined with magnetic ionic liquid dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction (MSPD-MIL-DLLME), followed by ultrafast liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection (UFLC-UV). The MIL, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrachloroferrate ([C4mim][FeCl4]), was used as the microextraction solvent to simplify the extraction procedure by magnetic separation. The effects of several important experimental parameters, including type of dispersant, ratio of sample to dispersant, type and volume of collected elution solvent, type and volume of MIL, were investigated. Using the present method, UFLC-UV gave the limits of detection (LODs) of 1.20–2.72 ng g−1 and the limits of quantification (LOQs) of 3.99–9.06 ng g−1 for triazine herbicides. The recoveries were ranged from 82.9 to 113.7% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were equal or lower than 7.7%. The present method is easy-to-use and effective for extraction of triazine herbicides from oilseeds and shows the potentials of practical applications in the treatment of the fatty solid samples.  相似文献

In this work, an isotope dilution method for the determination, in agricultural and industrial soil samples, of tetrabromobisphenol-A, tetrachlorobisphenol-A and bisphenol-A by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was developed. The compounds were extracted from soil by sonication assisted extraction in small columns (SAESC) with a low volume of ethyl acetate as extraction solvent. For dirty soil samples, such as industrial soils, a simultaneous clean-up on an acidified Florisil–anhydrous sodium sulfate mixture was carried out to remove interferences. After extraction, solvent was evaporated and analytes were derivatized with N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide (BSTFA) and determined by isotope dilution gas chromatography with electron impact mass spectrometric detection in the selected ion monitoring mode (GC–MS–SIM), using 13C12 labeled compounds as internal standards. Recoveries from spiked samples were between 88% and 108% and the estimated limits of detection (S/N = 3) varied from 30 pg g−1 to 90 pg g−1. The response obtained with this method was linear over the range assayed, 5–300 ng ml−1, with correlation coefficients equal or higher than 0.999. The validated method was used to investigate the levels of these phenolic compounds in soil samples collected from different locations in Spain. Bisphenol-A was detected in all samples at concentrations from 0.7 ng g−1 to 4.6 ng g−1 in agricultural soils and from 1.1 ng g−1 to 44.5 ng g−1 in industrial soils. Tetrabromobisphenol-A was found in various soil samples at levels in the range of 3.4–32.2 ng g−1 in industrial soils and at 0.3 ng g−1 in one agricultural soil, whereas tetrachlorobisphenol-A was not detected.  相似文献

Pesticides residues in aquatic ecosystems are an environmental concern which requires efficient analytical methods. In this study, we proposed a generic method for the quantification of 13 pesticides (azoxystrobin, clomazone, diflufenican, dimethachlor, carbendazim, iprodion, isoproturon, mesosulfuron-methyl, metazachlor, napropamid, quizalofop and thifensulfuron-methyl) in three environmental matrices. Pesticides from water were extracted using a solid phase extraction system and a single solid-liquid extraction method was optimized for sediment and fish muscle, followed by a unique analysis by liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Limits of quantification were below 5 ng L−1 for water (except for fluroxypyr and iprodion) and ranged between 0.1 ng g−1 and 57.7 ng g−1 for sediments and regarding fish, were below 1 ng g−1 for 8 molecules and were determined between 5 and 49 ng g−1 for the 5 other compounds. This method was finally used as a new routine practice for environmental research.  相似文献

A magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) method coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was proposed for the determination of five sulfonylurea herbicides (bensulfuron-methyl, prosulfuron, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, chlorimuron-ethyl and triflusulfuron-methyl) in environmental water samples. The magnetic adsorbent was prepared by incorporating Fe3O4 nanoparticles and surfactant into a silica matrix according to a sol–gel procedure, which can provide surfactant free extracts during the eluting step to avoid chromatographic interference. The prepared adsorbent was used to extract the sulfonylurea herbicides in several kinds of water samples. The main factors affecting the extraction efficiency, including desorption conditions, extraction time, sample volume, and sample solution pH were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, good linearity was obtained within the range of 0.2–50.0 μg L−1 for all analytes, with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9993 to 0.9999. The enrichment factors were between 1200 and 1410, and the limits of detection were between 0.078 and 0.10 μg L−1. The proposed method was successfully applied in the analysis of sulfonylurea herbicides in environmental samples (tap, reservoir, river, and rice field). The recoveries of the method ranged between 80.4% and 107.1%. This study reported for the first time the use of MSPE procedure in the preconcentration of sulfonylurea herbicides in environmental samples. The procedure proved to be efficient, environmentally friendly, and fast.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive method has been developed for the simultaneous detection of cyromazine and melamine in chicken eggs using the quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe (QuEChERS) method coupled with liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). The optimal extraction solvent for the liquid–liquid extraction was 5 mL of acetonitrile with a 0.1 M hydrochloric acid aqueous solution (99.5:0.5, v/v). The extract was cleaned with 0.5 g of anhydrous magnesium sulfate and 10 mg of graphitized carbon black. The analysis of cyromazine and melamine was accomplished by combining the use of an anion exchange LC column with tandem mass spectrometry in the positive electrospray ionization mode with selected reaction monitoring mode (SRM). The detection limits were 1.6 ng g−1 for cyromazine and 8 ng g−1 for melamine, and the quantitation limits were 5.5 ng g−1 for cyromazine and 25 ng g−1 for melamine. The recoveries of cyromazine and melamine in the spiked egg samples were 83.2% and 104.6%, respectively, with an relative standard deviation (RSD) of less than 18.1%. The intra-day and inter-day precisions, represented by the RSD, ranged from 1.5% to 8.8% and 6.8% to 14.3%, respectively. The proposed method was tested by analyzing chicken eggs from the markets and from the veterinary medicine laboratory. The concentrations of cyromazine and melamine detected in these samples were in the range of 20–94 ng g−1. The results demonstrated that the QuEChERS method combined with LC–MS/MS is a simple, rapid and inexpensive method for the analysis of cyromazine and melamine in eggs.  相似文献

A single-step, environmentally friendly sample treatment was developed and used in combination with liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) for the quantitation of hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) stereoisomers in fish. It was based on the microextraction of the stereoisomers with a supramolecular solvent (SUPRAS) made up of reverse aggregates of decanoic acid (DeA). The procedure involved the stirring of the fish sample (750 mg) with 600 μL of SUPRAS for five minutes, subsequent centrifugation for extract separation from matrix components and direct analysis of the extract after dilution 1:1 with methanol. Individual enantiomers of α-, β- and γ-HBCD were separated on a chiral stationary phase of β-cyclodextrin and quantified by monitoring of the [M−H] → Br transition at m/z 640.9→80.9. Driving forces for the microextraction of HBCD in the SUPRAS involved both dispersion and dipole–dipole interactions. Quantitation limits for the determination of individual HBCD enantiomers in hake, cod, sole, panga, whiting and sea bass were within the intervals 0.5–3.4 ng g−1, 0.9–2.5 ng g−1, 0.6–1.4 ng g−1, 1.0–5.6 ng g−1, 0.8–1.3 ng g−1 and 0.5–3.5 ng g−1, respectively. Recoveries for fish samples fortified at the ng g−1 level ranged between 87 and 114% with relative standard deviations from 1 to 10%. The sample treatment proposed greatly simplifies current procedures for extraction of HBCD stereoisomers and is a useful tool for the development of a large scale database for their presence in fish.  相似文献

This paper presents the development, optimization and validation of a LC–MS/MS methodology to determine the antiparasitic veterinary drug toltrazuril and its two main metabolites, toltrazuril sulfoxide and toltrazuril sulfone, in environmental surface water, soil and animal manure. Using solid phase extraction and selective pressurized liquid extraction with integrated clean-up, the analytical method allows for the determination of these compounds down to 0.06–0.13 ng L−1 in water, 0.01–0.03 ng g−1 dw in soil and 0.22–0.51 ng g−1 dw in manure. The deuterated analog of toltrazuril was used as internal standard, and ensured method accuracy in the range 96–123% for water and 77–110% for soil samples. The developed method can also be applied to simultaneously determine steroid hormones in the solid samples. The antiparasitic drug and its metabolites were found in manure and soil up to 114 and 335 pg g−1 dw, respectively. Little is known regarding the environmental fate and effects of these compounds; consequently more research is urgently needed.  相似文献

A novel, facile and inexpensive solid phase extraction (SPE) method using ethylene glycol bis-mercaptoacetate modified 3-(trimethoxysilyl)-1-propanethiol grafted Fe3O4 nanoparticles coupled with spectrofluorimetric detection was proposed for determination of aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) in liquid milk samples. The method uses the advantage fluorescence enhancement by β-cyclodexterin complexation of AFM1 in 12% (v/v) acetonitrile–water and the remarkable properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles namely high surface area and strong magnetization were utilized to achieve high enrichment factor (57) and satisfactory extraction recoveries (91–102%) using only 100 mg of magnetic adsorbent. Furthermore, fast separation time of about 15 min avoids many time-consuming column-passing procedures of conventional SPE. The main factors affecting extraction efficiency including pH value, desorption conditions, extraction/desorption time, sample volume, and adsorbent amount were evaluated and optimized. Under the optimal conditions, a wide linear range of 0.04–8 ng mL−1 with a low detection limit of 0.015 ng mL−1 was obtained. The developed method was applied for extraction and preconcentration of AFM1 in three commercially available milk samples and the results were compared with the official AOAC method.  相似文献

Sensitive and reliable methods have been developed and validated for determination of commonly consumed azole antifungal pharmaceuticals (clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, and miconazole) and biocides (propiconazole and tebuconazole) in various waters and sewage sludge. Solid phase extraction (SPE) combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS) was used to determine the azole antifungals in waters. Azole antifungals in sewage sludge were extracted with ultrasonic-assisted extraction, followed by SPE cleanup and UHPLC–MS/MS detection. Quantification was performed by internal standard calibration in multiple reaction monitoring mode. Recoveries were mostly in the range of 52–110% with relative standard deviations generally within 20%. Method quantification limits were 0.5–6 ng L−1 in waters and 3–9 ng g−1 dry weight (dw) in sewage sludge, respectively. The methods were applied to determine the azole antifungals in wastewater, river water, sediment, and sewage sludge sampled from the Pearl River Delta, China. Clotrimazole, ketoconazole, and miconazole were widely detected at low ng L−1 in waters, low ng g−1 dw in river sediment, and low μg g−1 dw in sewage sludge. The methods can provide valuable tools for investigating occurrence and fate of the azole antifungals in the environment.  相似文献

In the work, magnetic strong cation exchange (MSCX) resins were prepared using hydrophobic Fe3O4 magnetite as the magnetically susceptible component, styrene and divinylbenzene as polymeric matrix components, acetyl sulfonate as the sulfonation agent. The resins were successfully applied to the extraction of melamine (MEL) from egg samples. The extraction procedure was carried out in a single step by blending and stirring the sample, extraction solvent and the magnetic resins. The MEL was extracted from the sample matrix then adsorbed onto the resins directly through ion-exchange interaction. When the extraction was completed, the resins with adsorbed analyte were easily separated from the sample matrix by applying an appropriate magnetic field. Main factors affecting the extraction of MEL such as the amount of MSCX resins, extraction time, washing and eluting conditions were optimized. The MEL eluted from the resins was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The linearity of quantification obtained by analyzing matrix-matched standards is in the range of 10-1000 ng g−1. The limit of detection and quantification obtained are 2.6 and 8.8 ng g−1, respectively. The relative standard deviations of intra- and inter-day ranging from 1.6% to 6.5% and from 2.1% to 7.2% are obtained. The recoveries of MEL are in the range of 77.2-99.3%. The proposed method was successfully applied to determine MEL in eggs obtained from different local markets. MEL was detectable with the contents of 43.5 and 234.1 ng g−1 in two samples.  相似文献

Summary Degradation products of chlorsulfuron, chlortoluron, diuron, fluometuron, isoproturon, linuron, metabenzthiazuron, metobromuron, and monuron formed in the gas chromatographic injector have been used for identification of the respective herbicides. Mass spectra of the derived compounds were obtained with a quadrupole mass spectrometric detector working in scan mode (20–450 amu). The compounds generated often depended on the solvent used for phenylurea herbicide injection (ethanol, methanol, dichloromethane, and acetonitrile). When methanol and ethanol were used as solvents the major products formed from phenylureas were carbamic acid esters. When acetonitrile or dichloromethane were used the main derivatives were phenylisocyanates. Chlorsulfuron and metabenzthiazuron, however, generated a triazine plus a phenylsulfonamide and a benzothiazolamine, respectively, irrespective of the solvent used. Linuron and diuron behaved similarly and gave degradation products with the same mass spectra. The thermal reactions occurred instantaneously in the injector block and were promoted by the high temperature selected (300°C). Detemination of the compounds derived from urea herbicides, by use of a 30 m BP10 column and a selected ion registering (SIR) program based on two or three ions, can be used for sensitive detection of the presence of urea herbicides in environmental extracts. With standards in methanol instrument detection limits ranged from 0.1 pg for chlorsulfuron (detected as 2-chlorobenzensulfonamide) to 1 pg for monuron and metobromuron (both detected as their carbamic acid methyl esters).RSD were below 9% at the 5 ng L−1 level. The response was linearly dependent on quantily (r>0.9986) in the 5 ng L−1 to 25 μg L−1 range. Unequivocal identification of some phenylurea herbicides was not always possible because some herbicides with similar structures, for example diuron and linuron, gave the same derivative.  相似文献

A new method for the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 (AFB1, AFB2, AFG1, AFG2) in cereal flours based on solid-phase microextraction (SPME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography with post-column photochemical derivatization and fluorescence detection (SPME–HPLC–PD–FD) has been developed. Aflatoxins were extracted from cereal flour samples by a methanol:phosphate buffer (pH 5.8, I = 0.1) (80:20, v/v) solution, followed by a SPME step. Different SPME and HPLC–PD–FD parameters (fiber polarity, temperature, pH, ionic strength, adsorption and desorption time, mobile phase) have been investigated and optimized. This method, which was assessed for the analysis of different cereal flours, showed interesting results in terms of LOD (from 0.035 to 0.2 ng g−1), LOQ (from 0.1 to 0.63 ng g−1, respectively), within and inter-day repeatability (2.27% and 5.38%, respectively) linear ranges (up to 20 ng g−1 for AFB1 and AFG1 and 6 ng g−1 for AFB2 and AFG2), and total raw extraction efficiency (in the range 55–59% at concentrations in the range 0.3–1 ng g−1 and 49–52% at concentrations in the range 1–10 ng g−1). The results were also compared with the purification step carried out by conventional immunoaffinity columns.  相似文献

Hemimicelles of tetradecanoate chemisorbed onto magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are here proposed as a sorbent for the single-step extraction and cleanup of bisphenol A (BPA) in soft drinks. The purpose of this work was to develop a simple, rapid and low-cost sample treatment suitable to assess the human exposure to BPA from this type of high consumption food. The nanoparticles were easily coated by mixing commercially available magnetite of 20–30 nm mean particle diameter with tetradecanoate at 85 °C for 30 min. The extraction/cleanup procedure involved stirring the samples (3 mL) with 200 mg of tetradecanoate-coated MNPs for 20 min, isolating the sorbent with a Nd–Fe–B magnet and eluting BPA with methanol. The extraction efficiency was not influenced by salt concentrations up to 1 M and pH values over the range 4–9. No cleanup of the extracts was needed, and the method proved matrix-independent. The extracts were analyzed by liquid chromatography, electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. Quantitation was performed by internal standard calibration using BPA-13C12. The limit of quantitation obtained for the method, 0.03 ng mL−1, was below the usual range of concentrations reported for BPA in soft drinks (0.1–3.4 ng mL−1). The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of BPA in different samples acquired from various supermarkets in southern Spain; the concentrations found ranged from 0.066 to 1.08 ng mL−1. Recoveries from samples spiked with 0.33 ng mL−1 of BPA ranged from 91% to 105% with relative standard deviations from 3% to 8%.  相似文献

The present work describes the development of a sensitive analytical method based on pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) and pre-concentration by solid-phase extraction (SPE), followed by liquid chromatography–electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (LC–ESI-MS/MS) for the determination of seventeen pharmaceuticals in soils and sediments. The method is based on sample homogenisation using Na2–EDTA washed sand and extraction with water at 90 °C. Special emphasis was placed on the optimization of the extraction procedure to develop a green method that reduces, at a maximum, the use of organic solvents in order to eliminate matrix components during the clean-up. The proposed method was linear in a concentration range from 0.3 to 333 ng g−1, with correlation coefficients higher than 0.993. Method detection (MDLs) and quantification (MQLs) limits ranged from 0.1 to 6.8 ng g−1 and from 0.25 to 23 ng g−1, respectively. Absolute recoveries were analyte dependent, varying between 50% and 105% at the MQL level, except for fenofibrate (40%) and diclofenac (34%). The intra-day and inter-day precision was given by RSD values from 0.7% to 7.9% and from 1.6% to 14.5%, respectively. Acetaminophen, carbamazepine, ciprofloxacin, clofibric acid, codeine, diazepam, fenofibrate, metropolol, ofloxacin and propanolol were detected at concentrations from MDL to 35.62 ng g−1 in soils and sediments from marsh areas. Due to the low recoveries, results for fenofibrate and diclofenac can only be considered as semi-quantitative. The method was fully suitable for the other 15 pharmaceuticals.  相似文献

A novel ultrasound-assisted surfactant-enhanced emulsification microextraction (UASEME) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection has been developed for the extraction and determination of six carbamate pesticides (metolcarb, carbofuran, carbaryl, pirimicarb, isoprocarb and diethofencarb) in water samples. In the UASEME technique, Tween 20 was used as emulsifier, and chlorobenzene and chloroform were used as dual extraction solvent without using any organic dispersive solvent that is normally required in the previously described common dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction method. Parameters that affect the extraction efficiency, such as the kind and volume of the extraction solvent, the type and concentration of the surfactant, ultrasound emulsification time and salt addition, were investigated and optimized for the method. Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factors were in the range between 170 and 246. The limits of detection of the method were 0.1–0.3 ng mL−1 and the limits of quantification were between 0.3 and 0.9 ng mL−1, depending on the compounds. The linearity of the method was obtained in the range of 0.3–200 ng mL−1 for metolcarb, carbaryl, pirimicarb, and diethofencarb, 0.6–200 ng mL−1 for carbofuran, and 0.9–200 ng mL−1 for isoprocarb, with the correlation coefficients (r) ranging from 0.9982 to 0.9998. The relative standard deviations varied from 3.2 to 4.8% (n = 5). The recoveries of the method for the six carbamates from water samples at spiking levels of 1.0, 10.0, 50.0 and 100.0 ng mL−1 were ranged from 81.0 to 97.5%. The proposed UASEME technique has demonstrated to be simple, practical and environmentally friendly for the determination of carbamates residues in river, reservoir and well water samples.  相似文献

In this paper a novel solid phase extraction method to determine Co(II) and Ni(II) using silica gel-polyethylene glycol (Silica-PEG) as a new adsorbent is described. The method is based on the adsorption of cobalt and nickel ions in alkaline media on polyethylene glycol-silica gel in a mini-column, elution with nitric acid and determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The adsorption conditions such as NaOH concentration, sample volume and amount of adsorbent were optimized in order to achieve highest sensitivity. The calibration graph was linear in the range of 0.5-200.0 ng mL−1 for Co(II) and 2.0-100.0 ng mL−1 for Ni(II) in the initial solution. The limit of detection based on 3Sb was 0.37 ng mL−1 for Co(II) and 0.71 ng mL−1 for Ni(II). The relative standard deviations (R.S.D.) for ten replicate measurements of 40 ng mL−1 of Co(II), and Ni(II) were 3.24 and 3.13%, respectively. The method was applied to determine Co(II) and Ni(II) in black tea, rice flour, sesame seeds, tap water and river water samples.  相似文献
