We establish a two‐wave mode equation for the integrable Kadomtsev–Petviashvili equation, which describes the propagation of two different wave modes in the same direction simultaneously. We determine the necessary conditions that make multiple soliton solutions exist for this new equation. The simplified Hirota's method will be used to conduct this work. We also use other techniques to obtain other set of periodic and singular solutions for the two‐mode Kadomtsev‐Petviashvili equation. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this work, the completely integrable sixth-order nonlinear Ramani equation and a coupled Ramani equation are studied. Multiple soliton solutions and multiple singular soliton solutions are formally derived for these two equations. The Hirota’s bilinear method is used to determine the two distinct structures of solutions. The resonance relations for the three cases are investigated.  相似文献

In this work, the integrable bidirectional sixth-order Sawada-Kotera equation is examined. The equation considered is a KdV6 equation that was derived from the fifth order Sawada-Kotera equation. Multiple soliton solutions and multiple singular soliton solutions are formally derived for this equation. The Cole-Hopf transformation method combined with the Hirota’s bilinear method are used to determine the two sets of solutions, where each set has a distinct structure.  相似文献

In this work, a variety of distinct kinds of multiple soliton solutions is derived for a ( 3 + 1)‐dimensional nonlinear evolution equation. The simplified form of the Hirota's method is used to derive this set of distinct kinds of multiple soliton solutions. The coefficients of the spatial variables play a major role in the existence of this variety of multiple soliton solutions for the same equation. The resonance phenomenon is investigated as well. In this work, two generalized breaking soliton equations, namely, the Bogoyavlenskii’s breaking soliton equation and its extended form, are examined. The complete integrability of these equation are justified. Multiple soliton solutions and multiple singular soliton solutions are formally derived for each equation. The additional terms of these equations do not kill the integrability of the typical breaking soliton equation. The Cole-Hopf transformation method and the simplified Hereman’s method are applied to conduct this analysis.  相似文献

In this work, we develop the negative‐order modified Korteweg–de Vries (nMKdV) equation. By means of the recursion operator of the modified KdV equation, we derive negative order forms, one for the focusing branch and the other for the defocusing form. Using the Weiss–Tabor–Carnevale method and Kruskal's simplification, we prove the Painlevé integrability of the nMKdV equations. We derive multiple soliton solutions for the first form and multiple singular soliton solutions for the second form. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

We derive a new ( 2 + 1)‐dimensional Korteweg–de Vries 4 (KdV4) equation by using the recursion operator of the KdV equation. This study shows that the new KdV4 equation possess multiple soliton solutions the same as the multiple soliton solutions of the KdV hierarchy, but differ only in the dispersion relations. We also derive other traveling wave solutions. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper solves the integrable CH-γ equation for analytical multiple soliton solutions with the Darboux transformation method. Some properties of the soliton solutions are different from the CH equation. In this work we show that the integrable negative-order Korteweg–de Vries (nKdV) and the integrable negative-order modified Korteweg–de Vries (nMKdV) equation admit multiple complex soliton solutions. To achieve this goal, we introduce two complex forms of the simplified Hirota’s method, the first works effectively for the nKdV equation, and the other form is nicely applicable for the nMKdV equation. We believe that the newly proposed complex forms and the obtained findings will shed light on complex solitons of other integrable equations.  相似文献

With the aid of computer symbolic computation system such as Maple, the extended hyperbolic function method and the Hirota’s bilinear formalism combined with the simplified Hereman form are applied to determine the soliton solutions for the general fifth-order KdV equation. Several new soliton solutions can be obtained if we taking parameters properly in these solutions. The employed methods are straightforward and concise, and they can also be applied to other nonlinear evolution equations in mathematical physics. The article is published in the original.  相似文献

The Hirota bilinear method is prepared for searching the diverse soliton solutions for the fractional generalized Calogero‐Bogoyavlenskii‐Schiff‐Bogoyavlensky‐Konopelchenko (CBS‐BK) equation. Also, the Hirota bilinear method is used to finding the lump and interaction with two stripe soliton solutions. Interaction among lumps, periodic waves, and multi‐kink soliton solutions will be investigated. Also, the solitary wave, periodic wave, and cross‐kink wave solutions will be examined for the fractional gCBS‐BK equation. The graphs for various fractional order α are plotted to contain 3D plot, contour plot, density plot, and 2D plot. We construct the exact lump and interaction among other types solutions, by solving the under‐determined nonlinear system of algebraic equations for the associated parameters. Finally, analysis and graphical simulation are presented to show the dynamical characteristics of our solutions and the interaction behaviors are revealed. The existence conditions are employed to discuss the available got solutions.  相似文献

In this work, a (3 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear evolution equation is investigated. The Hirota’s bilinear method is applied to determine the necessary conditions for the complete integrability of this equation. Multiple soliton solutions are established to confirm the compatibility structure. Multiple singular soliton solutions are also derived. The resonance phenomenon does not exist for this model.  相似文献

Based on the extended homoclinic test technique, we introduce two new ansätz functions to construct multiple periodic-soliton solutions of Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) equation by the Hirota’s bilinear method. Some entirely new periodic-soliton solutions are obtained. The obtained results show that there exist multiple-periodic solitary waves in the different directions for the KP equation, which differ from complexiton. The employed approach is powerful and can be also applied to solve other nonlinear differential equations.  相似文献

In this work, four (2 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear completely integrable equations, generated by extending the KdV equation are developed. The necessary condition for the complete integrability of these equation are formally derived. Multiple-soliton solutions and multiple singular soliton solutions are determined to emphasize the compatability of these models. The dispersion relations of these models are characterized by distinct physical structures. The resonance phenomenon for these equations does not exist for any model.  相似文献

The multiple exp-function method is utilized for solving the multiple soliton solutions for the new (2+1)-dimensional Korteweg–de Vries equation, which include one-soliton, two-soliton, and three-soliton type solutions. The physical phenomena of these obtained multiple soliton solutions are analyzed and illustrated in figures by selecting appropriate parameters.  相似文献

The present article deals with multi-waves and breather wave solutions of the generalized Bogoyavlensky-Konopelchenko equation by virtue of the Hirota bilinear operator method and the semi-inverse variational principle. The obtained solutions for solving the current equation represent some localized waves including soliton, periodic, and cross-kink solutions in which have been investigated by the approach of the bilinear method. With certain parameter constraints in the multi-waves and breather, all cases of the periodic and cross-kink solutions can be captured from the one and two soliton(s). The obtained solutions are extended with numerical simulation to analyze graphically, which results into 1- and 2-soliton solutions and also periodic and cross-kink solutions profiles, that will be extensively used to report many attractive physical phenomena in the fields of acoustics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, classical mechanics, and so on.  相似文献

Under investigation in this work is a (2+1)-dimensional generalized Korteweg-de Vries equation, which can be used to describe many nonlinear phenomena in plasma physics. By using the properties of Bell"s polynomial, we obtain the bilinear formalism of this equation. The expression of $N$-soliton solution is established in terms of the Hirota"s bilinear method. Based on the resulting $N$-soliton solutions, we succinctly show its breather wave solutions. Furthermore, with the aid of the corresponding soliton solutions, the $M$-lump solutions are well presented by taking a long wave limit. Two types of hybrid solutions are also represented in detail. Finally, some graphic analysis are provided in order to better understand the propagation characteristics of the obtained solutions.  相似文献
