The aim of the present work is to find the numerical solutions for time‐fractional coupled Burgers equations using a new novel technique, called fractional natural decomposition method (FNDM). Two examples are considered in order to illustrate and validate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The numerical simulation has been conducted to ensure the exactness of the present method, and the obtained solutions are offered graphically to reveal the applicability and reliability of the FNDM. The outcomes of the study reveal that the FNDM is computationally very effective and accurate to study the (2 + 1)‐dimensional coupled Burger equations of arbitrary order.  相似文献

The pivotal aim of the present study is to employ fractional natural decomposition method (FNDM) to find the solution for a nonlinear system arising in thermoelasticity. The considered coupled system is generalised many physical phenomena associated with the material with elastic characters and its temperature and also which is called a Cauchy problem. We consider the coupled system by incorporating the Caputo fractional operator and investigate three distinct cases for different initial values to illustrate the applicability and efficiency of the FNDM. With respect to fractional order, we capture the behaviour of the achieved solution cited in three different cases and exemplified with the aid of 2D and 3D plots for the particular value of the parameters in the model. Moreover, some interesting behaviours of the projected model are confirms the prominence of the employed fractional operator while analysing the nonlinear coupled equations exemplifying real-world problems and also shows the capability of the considered algorithm.  相似文献

This paper aims to formulate the fractional quasi‐inverse scattering method. Also, we give a positive answer to the following question: can the Ablowitz‐Kaup‐Newell‐Segur (AKNS) method be applied to the space–time fractional nonlinear differential equations? Besides, we derive the Bäcklund transformations for the fractional systems under study. Also, we construct the fractional quasi‐conservation laws for the considered fractional equations from the defined fractional quasi AKNS‐like system. The nonlinear fractional differential equations to be studied are the space–time fractional versions of the Kortweg‐de Vries equation, modified Kortweg‐de Vries equation, the sine‐Gordon equation, the sinh‐Gordon equation, the Liouville equation, the cosh‐Gordon equation, the short pulse equation, and the nonlinear Schrödinger equation.  相似文献

In this article, the sub‐equation method is presented for finding the exact solutions of a nonlinear fractional partial differential equations. For this, the fractional complex transformation method has been used to convert fractional‐order partial differential equation to ordinary differential equation. The fractional derivatives are described in Jumarie's the modified Riemann–Liouville sense. We apply to this method for the nonlinear time fractional differential equations. With the aid of symbolic computation, a variety of exact solutions for them are obtained. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this work, we present numerical analysis for nonlinear multi‐term time fractional differential equation which involve Caputo‐type fractional derivatives for . The proposed method is based on utilization of fractional B‐spline basics in collocation method. The scheme can be readily obtained efficient and quite accurate with less computational work numerical result. The proposal approach transform nonlinear multi‐term time fractional differential equation into a suitable linear system of algebraic equations which can be solved by a suitable numerical method. The numerical experiments will be verify to demonstrate the effectiveness of our method for solving one‐ and two‐dimensional multi‐term time fractional differential equation.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a two‐dimensional multi‐term time‐fractional Oldroyd‐B equation on a rectangular domain. Its analytical solution is obtained by the method of separation of variables. We employ the finite difference method with a discretization of the Caputo time‐fractional derivative to obtain an implicit difference approximation for the equation. Stability and convergence of the approximation scheme are established in the L ‐norm. Two examples are given to illustrate the theoretical analysis and analytical solution. The results indicate that the present numerical method is effective for this general two‐dimensional multi‐term time‐fractional Oldroyd‐B model.  相似文献

This article presents a finite element scheme with Newton's method for solving the time‐fractional nonlinear diffusion equation. For time discretization, we use the fractional Crank–Nicolson scheme based on backward Euler convolution quadrature. We discuss the existence‐uniqueness results for the fully discrete problem. A new discrete fractional Gronwall type inequality for the backward Euler convolution quadrature is established. A priori error estimate for the fully discrete problem in L2(Ω) norm is derived. Numerical results based on finite element scheme are provided to validate theoretical estimates on time‐fractional nonlinear Fisher equation and Huxley equation.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a new, simple, and accurate scheme to obtain approximate solution for nonlinear differential equation in the sense of Caputo‐Fabrizio operator. To derive this new predictor‐corrector scheme, which suits on Caputo‐Fabrizio operator, firstly, we obtain the corresponding initial value problem for the differential equation in the Caputo‐Fabrizio sense. Hence, by fractional Euler method and fractional trapeziodal rule, we obtain the predictor formula as well as corrector formula. Error analysis for this new method is derived. To test the validity and simplicity of this method, some illustrative examples for nonlinear differential equations are solved.  相似文献

In this paper, we compared two different methods, one numerical technique, viz Legendre multiwavelet method, and the other analytical technique, viz optimal homotopy asymptotic method (OHAM), for solving fractional‐order Kaup–Kupershmidt (KK) equation. Two‐dimensional Legendre multiwavelet expansion together with operational matrices of fractional integration and derivative of wavelet functions is used to compute the numerical solution of nonlinear time‐fractional KK equation. The approximate solutions of time fractional Kaup–Kupershmidt equation thus obtained by Legendre multiwavelet method are compared with the exact solutions as well as with OHAM. The present numerical scheme is quite simple, effective, and expedient for obtaining numerical solution of fractional KK equation in comparison to analytical approach of OHAM. By introducing the fractional derivatives in the sense of Caputo, we use the adomian decomposition method to construct the approximate solutions for the cubic nonlinear fractional Schordinger equation with time and space fractional derivatives. The exact solution of the cubic nonlinear Schrodinger equation is given as a special case of our approximate solution. This method is efficient and powerful in solving wide classes of nonlinear evolution fractional order equation.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the time‐fractional gas dynamics equation with Caputo derivative. Fractional operators are very natural tools to model memory‐dependent phenomena. Modified iteration method is proposed to obtain the approximate and analytical solution of the fractional gas dynamics equation. This method is a combined form of the new iteration method and Laplace transform. Modified iteration method really is powerful and simple method compared with other methods. Existence and uniqueness of solution are proven. Numerical results for different cases of the equation are obtained. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This work suggested a new generalized fractional derivative which is producing different kinds of singular and nonsingular fractional derivatives based on different types of kernels. Two new fractional derivatives, namely Yang-Gao-Tenreiro Machado-Baleanu and Yang-Abdel-Aty-Cattani based on the nonsingular kernels of normalized sinc function and Rabotnov fractional-exponential function are discussed. Further, we presented some interesting and new properties of both proposed fractional derivatives with some integral transform. The coupling of homotopy perturbation and Laplace transform method is implemented to find the analytical solution of the new Yang-Abdel-Aty-Cattani fractional diffusion equation which converges to the exact solution in term of Prabhaker function. The obtained results in this work are more accurate and proposed that the new Yang-Abdel-Aty-Cattani fractional derivative is an efficient tool for finding the solutions of other nonlinear problems arising in science and engineering.  相似文献

This article discusses the spectral collocation method for numerically solving nonlocal problems: one‐dimensional space fractional advection–diffusion equation; and two‐dimensional linear/nonlinear space fractional advection–diffusion equation. The differentiation matrixes of the left and right Riemann–Liouville and Caputo fractional derivatives are derived for any collocation points within any given bounded interval. Several numerical examples with different boundary conditions are computed to verify the efficiency of the numerical schemes and confirm the exponential convergence; the physical simulations for Lévy–Feller advection–diffusion equation and space fractional Fokker–Planck equation with initial δ‐peak and reflecting boundary conditions are performed; and the eigenvalue distributions of the iterative matrix for a variety of systems are displayed to illustrate the stabilities of the numerical schemes in more general cases. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We focus on a numerical scheme applied for a fractional oscillator equation in a finite time interval. This type of equation includes a complex form of left- and right-sided fractional derivatives. Its analytical solution is represented by a series of left and right fractional integrals and therefore is difficult in practical calculations. Here we elaborated two numerical schemes being dependent on a fractional order of the equation. The results of numerical calculations are compared with analytical solutions. Then we illustrate convergence and stability of our schemes.  相似文献

The fractional derivatives in the sense of Caputo, and the homotopy perturbation method are used to construct approximate solutions for nonlinear Kolmogorov–Petrovskii–Piskunov (KPP) equations with respect to time and space fractional derivatives. Also, we apply complex transformation to convert a time and space fractional nonlinear KPP equation to an ordinary differential equation and use the homotopy perturbation method to calculate the approximate solution. This method is efficient and powerful in solving wide classes of nonlinear evolution fractional order equations.  相似文献

Fractional advection‐dispersion equations are used in groundwater hydrologhy to model the transport of passive tracers carried by fluid flow in a porous medium. In this paper we present two reliable algorithms, the Adomian decomposition method and variational iteration method, to construct numerical solutions of the space‐time fractional advection‐dispersion equation in the form of a rabidly convergent series with easily computable components. The fractional derivatives are described in the Caputo sense. Some examples are given. Numerical results show that the two approaches are easy to implement and accurate when applied to space‐time fractional advection‐dispersion equations. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The inherent heterogeneities of many geophysical systems often gives rise to fast and slow pathways to water and chemical movement. One approach to model solute transport through such media is by fractional diffusion equations with a space–time dependent variable coefficient. In this paper, a two-sided space fractional diffusion model with a space–time dependent variable coefficient and a nonlinear source term subject to zero Dirichlet boundary conditions is considered. Some finite volume methods to solve a fractional differential equation with a constant dispersion coefficient have been proposed. The spatial discretisation employs fractionally-shifted Grünwald formulas to discretise the Riemann–Liouville fractional derivatives at control volume faces in terms of function values at the nodes. However, these finite volume methods have not been extended to two-dimensional and three-dimensional problems in a natural manner. In this paper, a new weighted fractional finite volume method with a nonlocal operator (using nodal basis functions) for solving this two-sided space fractional diffusion equation is proposed. Some numerical results for the Crank–Nicholson fractional finite volume method are given to show the stability, consistency and convergence of our computational approach. This novel simulation technique provides excellent tools for practical problems even when a complex transition zone is involved. This technique can be extend to two-dimensional and three-dimensional problems with complex regions.  相似文献

The determination of a space‐dependent source term along with the solution for a 1‐dimensional time fractional diffusion equation with nonlocal boundary conditions involving a parameter β>0 is considered. The fractional derivative is generalization of the Riemann‐Liouville and Caputo fractional derivatives usually known as Hilfer fractional derivative. We proved existence and uniqueness results for the solution of the inverse problem while over‐specified datum at 2 different time is given. The over‐specified datum at 2 time allows us to avoid initial condition in terms of fractional integral associated with Hilfer fractional derivative.  相似文献
