研究了带负载电容的DC-DC buck变换器的分岔行为及其混沌控制问题,提到了一些新的有意义的结果.随着负载电容的增加,这种电路系统出现周期叠加序列窗口,且系统混沌运动的参数空间的测度逐渐趋于零,而且系统处在周期运动区时其电压转换效率高于系统处在混沌运动区时的电压转换效率,这些结果对于实际电路的设计具有较好的参考价值.同时,采用外加周期脉冲控制方法,能有效地实现该电路系统中的混沌控制.  相似文献

Recent experiments on the conductance of thin, narrow superconducting strips have found periodic fluctuations, as a function of the perpendicular magnetic field, with a period corresponding to approximately two flux quanta per strip area [A. Johansson et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 95, 116805 (2005)]. We argue that the low-energy degrees of freedom responsible for dissipation correspond to vortex motion. Using vortex-charge duality, we show that the superconducting strip behaves as the dual of a quantum dot, with the vortices, magnetic field, and bias current respectively playing the roles of the electrons, gate voltage, and source-drain voltage. In the bias-current versus magnetic-field plane, the strip conductance displays regions of small vortex conductance (i.e., small electrical resistance) that we term "Weber blockade" diamonds, which are dual to Coulomb blockade diamonds in quantum dots.  相似文献

We investigate the effect of an external periodic driving field on the self-trapping of two weakly coupled Bose-Einstein condensates with dissipation. It is shown that the macroscopic self-trapping can be stabilized against dissipation by a high frequency periodic driving field. The parameter ranges for stabilizing self-trapping are found analytically and confirmed numerically.  相似文献

首先建立并验证了含轴对称空腔周期性结构吸声特性计算的简化有限元仿真方法。在水下环境,用简化的有限元模型结合遗传算法对含周期性圆柱空腔结构的吸声性能进行了优化设计。从能量耗散、变形和模态的角度分析了含周期性空腔结构的吸声机理。空腔结构谐振包括表层的弯曲振动和空腔附近粒子的径向运动,且径向运动随吸声结构厚度方向也是变化的。相对低频区主要激起表层振动模态,高频区激起径向运动模态,且径向振动对声学性能影响很大,其更有利于促进纵波转化为能量更易消散的横波。  相似文献

基于电感电流和输出电压的波动频率远低于变换器开关频率的假设,给出了连续导电模式(CCM)与不连续导电模式(DCM)的临界条件,建立了单周期控制器的S域模型,并分别导出了Boost变换器工作在CCM和DCM下的闭环输出-基准电压传递函数.研究结果表明,完全工作在DCM时,变换器处于稳定的周期1状态,而运行在CCM时,变换器将出现低频波动现象.此外,采用零极点分析方法给出了变换器低频波动的频率,并通过变换器拓扑结构的约束关系确定了系统低频波动的幅值.最后,Matlab数值仿真及电路实验验证了理论分析的结果. 关键词: 低频波动 单周期控制 Boost变换器 平均模型  相似文献

由两个一维抛物线离散映射作推广并非线性耦合,实现了一个新的二维抛物线离散映射.利用不动点稳定性分析和映射分岔分析,研究了所提出的二维离散映射的复杂动力学行为及其吸引子的演变过程,阐述了它所特有的共存分岔模式和快慢周期振荡效应等动力学特性.研究结果表明:二维抛物线离散映射具有动力学特性调节和动态幅度调节的两个功能不同的控制参数,存在Hopf分岔、分岔模式共存、锁频和周期振荡快慢效应等非线性物理现象.并基于微控制器实现的数字电路验证了相应的理论分析和数值仿真结果. 关键词: 二维离散映射 分岔 吸引子 参数  相似文献

Dynamics of the axial mode transition process in a 0.33-THz second-harmonic gyrotron is investigated to reveal the physical mechanism of realizing broadband frequency tuning in an open cavity circuit. A new interaction mechanism about propagating waves, featured by wave competition and wave cooperation, is presented and provides a new insight into the beam-wave interaction. The two different features revealed in the two different operation regions of low-order axial modes(LOAMs) and high-order axial modes(HOAMs) respectively determine the characteristic of the overall performance of the device essentially. The device performance is obtained by the simulation based on the time-domain nonlinear theory and shows that using a 12-kV/150_(-mA) electron beam and TE_(-3,4) mode, the second harmonic gyrotron can generate terahertz radiations with frequency-tuning ranges of about 0.85 GHz and 0.60 GHz via magnetic field and beam voltage tuning,respectively. Additionally, some non-stationary phenomena in the mode startup process are also analyzed. The investigation in this paper presents guidance for future developing high-performance frequency-tunable gyrotrons toward terahertz applications.  相似文献

We predict the possibility to generate a finite stationary spin current by applying an unbiased ac driving to a quasi-one-dimensional asymmetric periodic structure with Rashba spin-orbit interaction and strong dissipation. We show that under a finite coupling strength between the orbital degrees of freedom the electron dynamics at low temperatures exhibits a pure spin ratchet behavior, i.e., a finite spin current and the absence of charge transport in spatially asymmetric structures. It is also found that the equilibrium spin currents are not destroyed by the presence of strong dissipation.  相似文献

根据BIFRED变换器四种不同的工作模式, 建立了脉冲序列(PT)控制双断续导电模式(DCM-DCM) BIFRED变换器的分段光滑线性时变模型, 数值仿真得到了负载不同时的时域波形和相轨图. 通过分析在一个开关周期内输出电容的电荷变化量, 导出了PT控制DCM-DCM BIFRED变换器的一维近似离散映射模型, 研究了随负载电阻和输入电压变化的多周期行为, 并进行了稳定性分析和负载取阻范围估算. 研究发现, 一维近似离散映射模型刻画的动力学行为与分段光滑线性时变模型描述的完全一致, 均较好地揭示了PT控制DCM-DCM BIFRED变换器所存在的复杂多周期行为. PSIM电路仿真和物理电路实验测量获得了与理论分析结果所一致的波形, 有效验证了两种动力学模型的正确性.  相似文献

This paper presents a new hyperbolic-type memristor model,whose frequency-dependent pinched hysteresis loops and equivalent circuit are tested by numerical simulations and analog integrated operational amplifier circuits.Based on the hyperbolic-type memristor model,we design a cellular neural network(CNN)with 3-neurons,whose characteristics are analyzed by bifurcations,basins of attraction,complexity analysis,and circuit simulations.We find that the memristive CNN can exhibit some complex dynamic behaviors,including multi-equilibrium points,state-dependent bifurcations,various coexisting chaotic and periodic attractors,and offset of the positions of attractors.By calculating the complexity of the memristor-based CNN system through the spectral entropy(SE)analysis,it can be seen that the complexity curve is consistent with the Lyapunov exponent spectrum,i.e.,when the system is in the chaotic state,its SE complexity is higher,while when the system is in the periodic state,its SE complexity is lower.Finally,the realizability and chaotic characteristics of the memristive CNN system are verified by an analog circuit simulation experiment.  相似文献

利用单电子晶体管和金属氧化物半导体的混合器件——SETMOS设计实现了细胞神经网络结构的蔡氏电路,得到了单涡卷吸引子和双涡卷吸引子.通过设计构成的SETMOS跨导放大器和SETMOS电压比较器,提出了基于SETMOS的类双涡卷混沌电路,仿真验证了类双涡卷吸引子.模拟结果表明,所设计的硬件电路结构简单,功耗低,有利于进一步提高集成电路的集成度,为混沌在工程领域的实际应用提供了新方法. 关键词: 细胞神经网络 蔡氏电路 混沌 涡卷  相似文献

A periodic shell made of functionally graded material (FGM) is proposed in this Letter. Wave propagation and vibration transmission in the FGM periodic shell for different circumferential modes are investigated. By illustrating the dynamical behavior of the periodic FGM shell within the pass/stop band frequency ranges, the mechanism of wave propagation and vibration transmission in the shell are illuminated. Moreover, the suppression characteristics of structure-borne sound in the internal field of the shell, either within the stop or pass band frequency ranges, are studied.  相似文献

Using the general idea of the fluctuation–dissipation theorem we study a new contribution to the voltage fluctuations which is associated with the presence of radiation resistance. We consider the particular case of a solenoid immersed in a cavity with equilibrium radiation at temperature T. We prove that these new fluctuations are generated by the random magnetic field present in the cavity. These magnetic voltage fluctuations are shown to be experimentally distinguishable from the voltage fluctuations associated with the well known Nyquist noise. Accordingly we suggest feasible experiments to measure this magnetic noise. All the calculations are made within the context of Stochastic Electrodynamics, a theory in which the vacuum zero-point field is taken as a real electromagnetic field. We also study the average energy of an RLC circuit in thermodynamic equilibrium with the radiation.  相似文献

This paper presents a new category of composite right-left-handed (CL-CRLH) unit cells. The new cells rely on complementary stubs, e.g., open and short circuited stubs in planar transmission lines or dual modes in coupled lines. They have geometrical circuit model, do not rely on commercial off-the-shelf components, and do not require vias. Theoretical expectations have been confirmed by EM simulations and measurements.  相似文献

We report on the experimental investigation of gluing bifurcations in the analog electronic circuit which models a dynamical system of the third order: Lorenz equations with an additional quadratic nonlinearity. Variation of one of the resistances in the circuit changes the coefficient at this nonlinearity and replaces the Lorenz route to chaos by a different scenario which leads, through the sequence of homoclinic bifurcations, from periodic oscillations of the voltage to the irregular ones. Every single bifurcation “glues” in the phase space two stable periodic orbits and creates a new one, with the doubled length: a sequence of such bifurcations results in the birth of the chaotic attractor.  相似文献

The non-linear response of NbSe3 to pulsed electric fields has been measured using a bridge circuit which subtracts the ohmic contribution to the voltage from the total signal. The current-induced metastable states of the charge-density wave (CDW) reported by Gill are confirmed. The periodic voltage induced by dc electric fields is clearly resolved and in some cases may be synchronized with the applied pulses. The periodic voltage comprises a large fraction of the non-linear response, growing to 100% near threshold.  相似文献

This paper presents a new 3D quadratic autonomous chaotic system which contains five system parameters and three quadratic cross-product terms, and the system can generate a single four-wing chaotic attractor with wide parameter ranges. Through theoretical analysis, the Hopf bifurcation processes are proved to arise at certain equilibrium points. Numerical bifurcation analysis shows that the system has many interesting complex dynamical behaviours; the system trajectory can evolve to a chaotic attractor from a periodic orbit or a fixed point as the proper parameter varies. Finally, an analog electronic circuit is designed to physically realize the chaotic system; the existence of four-wing chaotic attractor is verified by the analog circuit realization.  相似文献

We study lasing emission from asymmetric resonant cavity GaN microlasers. By comparing far-field intensity patterns with images of the microlaser we find that the lasing modes are concentrated on three-bounce unstable periodic ray orbits; i.e., the modes are scarred. The high-intensity emission directions of these scarred modes are completely different from those predicted by applying Snell's law to the ray orbit. This effect is due to the process of "Fresnel filtering" which occurs when a beam of finite angular spread is incident at the critical angle for total internal reflection.  相似文献

A nonlinear evolution equation for wave propagation in bubbly liquids, taking into account viscosity and heat transfer, has been derived by Kudryashov and Sinelshchikov. In the case of no dissipation the authors have provided analytical solutions representing undistorted waves. These results are cast into a simpler form and studied in more detail. In addition to the wave profiles the corresponding phase curves are presented. Depending on some parameter the solutions represent solitary or periodic waves. Some of the periodic waves exhibit peaks or cusps. From the periodic waves a new type of “meandering” solutions is constructed.  相似文献
