A sensitive and selective imprinted electrochemical sensor for the determination of oxacillin was developed based on indium tin oxide electrode. The proposed sensor was decorated with imprinted sol–gel film and cobalt nanoparticles‐chitosan/β‐cyclodextrin‐multiwalled carbon nanotubes nanocomposites. The surface morphologies of the modified electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscope. The stepwise assembly process and electrochemical behavior of the novel sensor were characterized by differential pulse voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry and Amperometric i‐t response. The imprinted sensor displayed excellent selectivity toward oxacillin. Meanwhile, the introduced cobalt nanoparticles‐chitosan and β‐cyclodextrin‐multi‐walled carbon nanotubes exhibited noticeable amplified electrochemical response signal. The differential voltammetric anodic peak current was linear to oxacillin concentration in the range from 2.0 × 10?7 to 1.0 × 10?4 mol·l?1, and the detection limit was 6.9 × 10?9 mol·l?1. The proposed imprinted sensor was applied to the determination of oxacillin in human blood serum samples successfully. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel sensor for detection of trace gallium ion [Ga(III)] was created by stepwise modification of a gold electrode with β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD)/multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and an ion imprinted polymer (IIP). The sensor surface morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The electrochemical performance of the imprinted sensor was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The sensor displayed excellent selectivity towards the target Ga(III) ion. Meanwhile, the introduced MWCNTs displayed noticeable catalytic activity, and β‐CD demonstrated significant enrichment capacity. A linear calibration curve was obtained covering the concentration range from 5.0×10?8 to 1.0×10?4 mol·L?1, with a detection limit of 7.6×10?9 mol·L?1. The proposed sensor was successfully applied to detect Ga(III) in real urine samples.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode modified with per‐6‐amino‐β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CDNH2) and functionalized single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT‐COOH) was elaborated. This structure was investigated for the detection of dopamine acid (DA) in presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The sensor behavior was studied by cyclic voltammetry, square wave voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The analysis results show that the electrode modification with CD derivative improves the sensitivity and selectivity of the DA recognition; the electrochemical response was further improved by introduction of SWCNT‐COOH. The sensor shows good and reversible linear response toward DA within the concentration range of 7×10?7–10?4 M with a detection limit of 5×10?7 M.  相似文献

Molecular imprinting and sol-gel technique were combined to develop a molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) based electrochemical sensor in this work. With the successive modification of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and gold nanoparticles (GNPs), a modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was immersed in a sol-gel solution in the presence of paracetamol (PR) for the electropolymerization to fabricate an imprinted sensor. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) were employed to characterize the constructed sensor. The factors for the sensor preparation, the electropolymerization potential range, the monomer concentration, and the scan rate for the sensor preparation were optimized. The sensor displayed an excellent recognition capacity toward PR compared with other analogues. Additionally, the DPV peak current was linear to the PR concentration in the range from 8.0 × 10?8 to 5.0 × 10?5 mol/L, with a detection limit of 4.0 × 10?8 mol/L. The prepared sensor also showed satisfactory reproducibility and regeneration capacity.  相似文献

The electrochemical properties of L ‐cysteic acid studied at the surface of p‐bromanil (tetrabromo‐p‐benzoquinone) modified carbon paste electrode (BMCPE) in aqueous media by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and double step potential chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 7.00) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of L ‐cysteic acid at the surface of BMCPE occurs at a half‐wave potential of p‐bromanil redox system (e.g., 100 mV vs. Ag|AgCl|KClsat), whereas, L ‐cysteic acid was electroinactive in the testing potential ranges at the surface of bare carbon paste electrode. The apparent diffusion coefficient of spiked p‐bromanil in paraffin oil was also determined by using the Cottrell equation. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of L ‐cysteic acid exhibits a linear dependency to its concentration in the ranges of 8.00×10?6 M–6.00×10?3 M and 5.2×10?7 M–1.0×10?5 M using CV and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods, respectively. The detection limits (2σ) were determined as 5.00×10?6 M and 4.00×10?7 M by CV and DPV methods. This method was used as a new, selective, rapid, simple, precise and suitable voltammetric method for determination of L ‐cysteic acid in serum of patient's blood with migraine disease.  相似文献

A novel multiwalled nanotubes (MWNTs)/Cerium(III) 12 ‐ tungstophosphoric acid (CePW) nanocomposite film glassy carbon electrode was prepared in this paper. Electrochemical behaviors of the CePW/MWNTs modified electrode were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). This modified electrode brought new capabilities for electrochemical devices by combining the advantages of carbon nanotubes, rare‐earth, and heteropoly‐acids. The results demonstrated that the CePW/MWNTs modified electrode exhibited enhanced electrocatalytic behavior and good stability for the detection of guanine and adenine in 0.1 M PBS (pH 7.0). The experimental parameters were optimized and a direct electrochemical method for the simultaneous determination of guanine and adenine was proposed. The detection limit (S/N=3) for guanine and adenine was 2.0×10?8 M and 3.0×10?8 M, respectively. Further, the acid‐denatured calf thymus DNA was also detected and the result was satisfied.  相似文献

A molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was fabricated based on a gold electrode modified by chitosan-multiwalled carbon nanotube composite (CS-MWCNTs) multilayer films and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) for convenient and sensitive determination of oxytetracycline (OTC). The multilayer of CS-MWCNTs composites and AuNPs were used to augment electronic transmission and sensitivity. The molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) were synthesized using OTC as the template molecule and o-phenylenediamine (OPD) as the functional monomer. They were modified on a gold electrode by electropolymerization. The electrochemical behavior of OTC at the imprinted sensor was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and amperometry. The molecularly imprinted sensor showed high selectivity and excellent stability toward OTC. The linear range was from 3.0 × 10?8 to 8.0 × 10?5 mol/L, with a limit of detection (LOD) of 2.7 × 10?8 mol/L (S/N = 3). The developed sensor showed good recovery in spiked samples analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, we present an electrochemical impedance‐based DNA biosensor by using a composite material of polypyrrole (PPy) and multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) to modify glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The polymer film was electropolymerized onto GCE by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in the presence of carboxylic groups ended MWNTs (MWNTs‐COOH). Such electrode modification method is new for DNA hybridization sensor. Amino group ended single‐stranded DNA (NH2‐ssDNA) probe was linked onto the PPy/MWNTs‐COOH/GCE by using EDAC, a widely used water‐soluble carbodiimide for crosslinking amine and carboxylic acid group. The hybridization reaction of this ssDNA/PPy/MWNTs‐COOH/GCE resulted in a decreased impedance, which was attributed to the lower electronic transfer resistance of double‐stranded DNA than single‐stranded DNA. As the result of the PPy/MWNTs modification, the electrode obtained a good electronic transfer property and a large specific surface area. Consequently, the sensitivity and selectivity of this sensor for biosensing DNA hybridization were improved. Complementary DNA sequence as low as 5.0×10?12 mol L?1 can be detected without using hybridization marker or intercalator. Additionally, it was found that the electropolymerization scan rate was an important factor for DNA biosensor fabrication. It has been optimized at 20 mV s?1.  相似文献

A chemically modified carbon paste electrode with 2,7‐bis(ferrocenyl ethyl)fluoren‐9‐one (2,7‐BFEFMCPE) was employed to study the electrocatalytic oxidation of ascorbic acid in aqueous solution using cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The diffusion coefficient (D=1.89×10?5 cm2 s?1), and the kinetic parameter such as the electron transfer coefficient, α (=0.42) of ascorbic acid oxidation at the surface of 2,7‐BFEFMCPE was determined using electrochemical approaches. It has been found that under an optimum condition (pH 7.00), the oxidation of ascorbic acid at the surface of such an electrode occurs at a potential about 300 mV less positive than that of an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The catalytic oxidation peak currents show a linear dependence on the ascorbic acid concentration and linear analytical curves were obtained in the ranges of 8.0×10?5 M–2.0×10?3 M and 3.1×10?5 M–3.3×10?3 M of ascorbic acid with correlation coefficients of 0.9980 and 0.9976 in cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry, respectively. The detection limits (2δ) were determined to be 2.9×10?5 M and 9.0×10?6 M with cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry, respectively. This method was also examined for determination of ascorbic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

The electrochemical behavior of L ‐cysteine studied at the surface of ferrocenedicarboxylic acid modified carbon paste electrode (FDCMCPE) in aqueous media using cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry and double potential step chronoamperometry. It has been found that under optimum condition (pH 8.00) in cyclic voltammetry, the oxidation of L ‐cysteine occurs at a potential about 200 mV less positive than that of an unmodified carbon paste electrode. The kinetic parameters such as electron transfer coefficient, α, and catalytic reaction rate constant, kh were also determined using electrochemical approaches. The electrocatalytic oxidation peak current of L ‐cysteine showed a linear dependent on the L ‐cysteine concentration and linear analytical curves were obtained in the ranges of 3.0×10?5 M–2.2×10?3 M and 1.5×10?5 M–3.2×10?3 M of L ‐cysteine concentration with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods respectively. The detection limits (3σ) were determined as 2.6×10?5 M and 1.4×10?6 M by CV and DPV methods.  相似文献

A novel molecularly imprinted sensor was firstly prepared based on a carbon nanotubes/graphene composite modified carbon electrode (MIPs/CNT/GP/CE) for the selective determination of bovine serum albumin. The molecularly imprinted sensor was tested by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) to investigate the relationship between the response current and bovine serum albumin concentration. The results showed that a wide linear range (1.0×10?4 to 1.0×10?10 g mL?1) for the detection of bovine serum albumin with a low detection limit of 6.2×10?11 g mL?1 for S/N=3 was obtained. The novel imprinted sensor exhibited high selectivity, sensitivity, and reproducibility, which provided an applicable way for sensor development.  相似文献

Iron‐phthalocyanines (FePc) are functionalized at multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) to remarkably improve the sensitivity toward hydrogen peroxide. We constructed a highly sensitive and selective glucose sensor on FePc‐MWNTs electrode based on the immobilization of glucose oxidase (GOD) on poly‐o‐aminophenol (POAP)‐electropolymerized electrode surface. SEM images indicate that GOD enzymes trapped in POAP film tend to deposit primarily on the curved tips and evenly disperse along the sidewalls. The resulting GOD@POAP/FePc‐MWNTs biosensor exhibits excellent performance for glucose with a rapid response (less than 8 s), a wide linear range (up to 4.0×10?3 M), low detection limits (2.0×10?7 M with a signal‐to‐noise of 3), a highly reproducible response (RSD of 2.6%), and long‐term stability (120 days). Such characteristics may be attributed to the catalytic activity of FePc and carbon nanotube, permselectivity of POAP film, as well as the large surface area of carbon nanotube materials.  相似文献

Double‐stranded DNA and multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) complex modified glassy carbon electrodes (DNA‐MWNT‐GCE) were employed to discriminate penicillamine (PA) enantiomers. Cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy and ultraviolet‐visible spectroscopy were used to characterize the enantioselective phenomenon. The results indicated that the binding effect between L ‐PA and DNA‐MWNTs was stronger than that of D ‐PA and DNA‐MWNTs. In addition, the influencing factors of the modified electrodes were systematically investigated. The modified electrodes exhibited a linear response towards PA enantiomers from 1.0×10?1 to 1.0×10?8 mol L?1 and detection limits of 3.1×10?9 and 3.3×10?8 mol L?1 for L ‐PA and D ‐PA, respectively.  相似文献

A simpe electrochemical sensor for detection of cholic acid (CA) was designed by modifying phosphomolybdate (PMo12) doped polypyrrole (PPy) film on glassy carbon electrode (PMo12‐PPy/GCE). The electrochemical behavior of CA on PMo12‐PPy/GCE was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and 0.5 order differential voltammetry. The results indicated that CA had high inhibitory activity toward the peak currents of PMo12‐PPy/GCE. The reduction peak currents were linearly related to the logarithmic value of the concentration of CA from 1.0×10?7 to 1.0×10?3 mol/L with a low detection limit of 1.0×10?8 mol/L. The developed sensor exhibited excellent sensitivity, selectivity and stability for detection of CA, and it could be successfully applied to detect the level of CA in the urine samples. Moreover, the response mechanism of CA on the PMo12‐PPy/GCE was discussed in detail.  相似文献

Abstract

An electrochemical sensor for hydroquinone (HQ) using β‐cyclodextrin/poly(N‐acetylaniline)/carbon nanotube composite (β‐CD/PAA/MWNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode has been successfully developed. Based on the synergistic effect of MWNTs and conducting PAA polymer and the accumulation effect of β‐CD, the analytical response of the β‐CD/PAA/MWNTs film to the electrochemical behavior of HQ was better than that of a β‐CD/PAA film, a PAA/MWNTs film, a PAA film, or a bare glassy carbon (GC) electrode. Under the conditions chosen, the anodic currents increased linearly with HQ concentration from 1×10?6 to 5×10?3 mol l?1 and the detection limit was 8×10?7 mol l?1. This electrochemical sensor showed excellent reproducibility, stability and recovery for the determination of HQ.  相似文献

A water‐insoluble picket‐fence porphyrin was first assembled on nitrogen‐doped multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CNx MWNTs) through Fe? N coordination for highly efficient catalysis and biosensing. Scanning electron micrographs, Raman spectra, X‐ray photoelectron spectra, UV/Vis absorption spectra, and electrochemical impedance spectra were employed to characterize this novel nanocomposite. By using electrochemical methods on the porphyrin at low potential in neutral aqueous solution, the presence of CNx MWNTs led to the direct formation of a high‐valent iron(IV)–porphyrin unit, which produced excellent catalytic activity toward the oxidation of sulfite ions. By using sulfite ions, a widely used versatile additive and preservative in the food and beverage industries, as a model, a highly sensitive amperometric biosensor was proposed. The biosensor showed a linear range of four orders of magnitude from 8.0×10?7 to 4.9×10?3 mol L?1 and a detection limit of 3.5×10?7 mol L?1 due to the highly efficient catalysis of the nanocomposite. The designed platform and method had good analytical performance and could be successfully applied in the determination of sulfite ions in beverages. The direct noncovalent assembly of porphyrin on CNx MWNTs provided a facile way to design novel biofunctional materials for biosensing and photovoltaic devices.  相似文献

The paper describes the first electrochemical method (differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry, DPAdSV) using a screen‐printed sensor with a carbon/carbon nanofibers working electrode (SPCE/CNFs) for the direct determination of low (real) concentrations of paracetamol (PA) in environmental water samples. By applying this sensor together with DPAdSV, two linear PA concentration ranges from 2.0×10?9 to 5.0×10?8 mol L?1 (r=0.9991) and 1.0×10?7–2.0×10?6 mol L?1 ( r=0.9994) were obtained. For the accumulation time of 90 s, the limit of detection was 5.4×10?10 mol L?1. Moreover, the SPCE/CNFs sensor and the DPADSV procedure for PA determination are potentially applicable in field analysis. The process of PA adsorption at the SPCE/CNFs surface was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and theoretical studies. In the theoretical study of the interaction of CNF and PA, the first species was modelled by graphene‐like clusters containing up to 37 rings. It was found that the preferable orientation of PA is parallel to the carbon surface with the binding energy of about ?68 kJ/mol calculated by symmetry‐adapted perturbation theory (SAPT). Both the selectivity and the accuracy of the developed sensor for real sample analysis were also investigated using Polish river and sea samples.  相似文献

A carbon‐coated iron nanoparticles (CIN, a new style fullerence related nanomaterial) modified glassy carbon electrode (CIN/GCE) has been developed for the determination of uric acid (UA). Electrochemical behaviors of UA on CIN/GCE were explored by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). It was found that the voltammetric response of UA on CIN/GC was enhanced dramatically because of the strong accumulation effect of CIN and the large working area of the CIN/GC electrode. The parameters including the pH of supporting electrolyte, accumulation potential and time, that govern the analytical performance of UA have been studied and optimized. The DPV signal of UA on CIN/GCE increased linearly with its concentration in the range from 5.0×10?7 to 2.0×10?5 M, with a detection limit of 1.5×10?7 M (S/N=3). The CIN/GCE was used for the determination of UA in samples with satisfactory results. The proposed CIN/GCE electrochemical sensing platform holds great promise for simple, rapid, and accurate detection of UA.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical sensor for sensitive detection of methyldopa at physiological pH was developed by the bulk modification of carbon paste electrode (CPE) with graphene oxide nanosheets and 3‐(4′‐amino‐3′‐hydroxy‐biphenyl‐4‐yl)‐acrylic acid (3,′AA). Applying square wave voltammetry (SWV), in phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 7.0, the oxidation current increased linearly with two concentration intervals of methyldopa, one is 1.0×10?8–1.0×10?6 M and the other is 1.0×10?6–4.5×10?5 M. The detection limit (3σ) obtained by SWV was 9.0 nM. The modified electrode was successfully applied for simultaneous determination of methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide. Finally, the proposed method was applied to the determination of methyldopa and hydrochlorothiazide in some real samples.  相似文献

This paper reports the use of a tetracycline (TC) sensor constructed from a combination of molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and gold nanoparticles modified multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs‐GNPs). The results demonstrated that the amount of recognition sites in the polymer was significantly increased and the electron transfer ability of the sensor was improved. The relationship between the peak current and the TC concentration was linear in the range from 0.1 to 40 mg L?1, and the detection limit was 0.04 mg L?1 (S/N=3). The peak current to TC was 4.3, 6.2 and 6.8 times larger than that of oxytetracycline, chloramphenicol and nafcillin, respectively. Thus, the combination of MIP and MWNTs‐GNPs provides a sensitive and selective electrochemical detection method for tetracycline.  相似文献
