Lipids from the air-dried aerial part (AP) and seeds of Silybum marianum (L.) Gaerth. (Asteraceae) were studied. The class and fatty acid compositions of neutral lipids (AP, seeds) and glyco- and phospholipids (AP) were determined. Neutral lipids (NL) with a complicated set of lipophilic components, mainly triterpenols, sterols, and their esters predominated in the AP. The fatty acids of the AP were dominated by 16:0, 18:2 (glycolipids), and 18:3 (neutral lipids, phospholipids); of seed NL, by 18:2 and 18:1. The content and composition of flavolignans isolated from defatted seeds and the content of total protein in the meal were found.  相似文献

A new flavonoid, kaempferol-3,4′-di-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (1), and three known flavonoids (2–4) were isolated from the aerial parts of T. communis L. The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 1 and 2 showed significant antioxidant activity (IC50 187.151 ± 0.821 μM, and 92.079±0.513 μM, respectively), whereas compounds 3 and 4 showed moderate activity in DPPH free radical scavenging assays. A sulfolipid, the structure of which was established by NMR spectroscopy, electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), and GC–MS, was isolated for the first time from the sea urchin Scaphechinus mirabilis. The sulfolipid was identified as a sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerin (SQDG) and was the sum of related compounds. The fatty acids (FAs) of the SQDGs included saturated 14:0–24:0 FAs (95.8% of total FAs) and mono-unsaturated 20:1-24:1 FAs (4.2%). The principal FAs were saturated 14:0 (33.1%) and 16:0 (54.2%). ESI-MS/MS detected 15 molecular species of SQDGs, among which the contents of 14:0/14:0 and 16:0/16:0 were relatively high although 16:0/14:0 dominated.  相似文献

The composition of free and bound lipids from seeds of Cortusa turkestanica A. Lozinsk (Primulaceae) was studied. The fatty acid composition of principal acyl-containing classes was established using GC/MS. It was found that triacylglycerines isolated from free and bound lipids contained the usual acids and rarely encountered polyunsaturated 18:3 ω-6 (γ-linolenic, 8.8 and 3.2%) and 18:4 ω-3 (stearidonic, 0.7 and 0.4%) acids and were enriched in linoleic acid (18:2, ω-6, 58.2 and 60.8%, respectively). It was found that polyunsaturated 18:3 ω-6 and 18:4 ω-3 acids were missing in the free form and were found among polar substances of bound lipids.  相似文献

A new stilbene glycoside, 5-methylresveratrol-3,4′-O-β-D-diglucopyranoside (1), was isolated from the n-butanol fraction of the rhizomes of Veratrum dahuricum, together with five known stilbenoids: resveratrol-3-O-β-D-glycoside (2), 4′-methylresveratrol-3-O-β-D-glycoside (3), oxyresveratrol-4′-O-β-D-glycoside (4), oxyresveratrol-3-O-β-D-glycoside (5), and oxyresveratrol-3,4′-O-β-D-diglycoside (6), and found for the first time in the investigated plant. The structures of six isolates were identified on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data. Compounds 1–6 showed platelet aggregation inhibition, and compound 1 had an IC50 value of 383.6 μM against platelet aggregation induced by AA. A new compound of formula C28H48O with mp 179-180°C (aqueous ethanol) that was called eucanbin was isolated pure by column chromatography of the ethanol extract of the aerial part of Eupatorium cannabinum L. The sterol composition of macromycete fungus Laetiporus sulphureus was analyzed by GC-MS. The fungus contained mainly C16 to C20 fatty acids, C16 to C24 fatty acid ethyl esters, and C28, C29, and C30, Δ5, Δ7, and Δ5,7 conventional sterols, and in minor amounts Δ0 analogues with saturated and unsaturated side chains. Moreover, ergosterol peroxide and cerevisterol were identified. This sterol pattern was compared with those of other members of the family Polyporaceae reported in the literature. Lipids from Crambe amabilis Butk. et Majlun and C. kotschyana Boiss. grown in the open in Uzbekistan in soil imported from the Aral Sea region were studied. It was found that the seed oil content decreased with increasing salinity of irrigation water with EC 1.5 up to 9.0 dS/m. The content of polar lipids increased. The content of unsaturated acids from C. amabilis neutral lipids was 94.74–97.46%; C. kotschyana, 95.76– 96.78%.  相似文献

Two methods for the synthesis of N-(2-chloroethyl)glycine and-DL-alanine esters are proposed: 1) reductive amination of the C=O group of glyoxilic or pyruvic acids upon treatment with 2-chloroethylamine and sodium cyanoborohydride in methanol and 2) alkylation of 2-chloroethylamine with α-haloalkanoic acid esters in K2CO3-MeCN two-phase system. Twelve compounds including secologanin, loganin, the aglycon of loganin, and a new iridoid called glucologanin were isolated from fruit of common snowberry Symphoricarpos albus (L.) Blake. The structure of glucologanin was confirmed using PMR and mass spectroscopy and chemical transformations. 2′,3′,4′,6′,7-Penta-O-acetylloganin and 2′,3′,4′,6′-tetra-O-acetylloganin were synthesized. Two new lignans were isolated with two other known compounds, eusiderin A and eusiderin I, from Eusideroxylon zwageri (billian). The two new lignans have isomeric structure. The structures of the new lignans were determined to be (2R,3R,4S)-2,3-dimethyl-6,7-dimethoxy-4-ethoxy (3′,4′,5′-trimethoxybenzene)-1,5-dihydroxytetralin and (2R,3S,4S)-2,3-dimethyl-6,7-dimethoxy-4-ethoxy(3′,4′,5′-trimethoxybenzene)-1,5-dihydroxytetralin. A new xanthone (1, 1,7-dihydroxy-2-methoxyxanthone), in addition to the known metabolites 1,7-dihydroxyxanthone (2), 24(R)-stigmast-7,22 (E)-dien-3α-ol (3), and 1,7-dimethoxyxanthone (4), was isolated from the roots of Securidaca inappendiculata. The kernel oils of Quercus robur and Quercus cerris were obtained by Soxhlet extraction using petroleum ether. Oil yields were found to be 5.2–5.6% and 4.3–4.8% for Q. robur and Q. cerris kernel, respectively (expressed in g per 100 g of dried plant material). The physical and chemical constants, unsaponifiable matter and total fatty acids were determined. The total fatty acid composition of oils was determined by GC in the methyl ester form. Considering the composition and content of fatty acids, the examined kernel oils were very similar. Seven fatty acid components were identified in both oils: palmitic, stearic, arachidic, palmitoleic, oleic, linoleic, and -linolenic. In Q. robur and Q. cerris kernel oils the principal acids were oleic (44.3% and 43.0%, respectively) and linoleic (37.2% and 32.6%, respectively), followed by a significant amount of palmitic acid.Published in Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 5, pp. 347–348, September–October, 2004.  相似文献

The fatty acid (FA) composition of total lipids from the marine sponge Tedania dirhaphis from the Sea of Okhotsk was studied. GC and GC-MS identified 50 acids, particular attention being paid to components with 14–22 C atoms. Acids 16-Me-19:0, 10,14-Me2-15:1(Δ6), 18:1(Δ6), 18:1(Δ8), and 22:1(Δ16) were observed and identified for the first time in sponges. Flavones 2′,5′-dimethoxyflavone, 3′-methoxy-4′,5′-methylenedioxyflavone, 3′,4′-dimethoxyflavone, 5,6,2′,3′,6′-pentamethoxyflavone, and 5,6,2′,3′,5′,6′-hexamethoxyflavone; salicylates, methyl-4-methoxysalicylate and peonol; and bisbibenzyl polyphenol riccardin C were isolated for the first time from the acetone extract of the aerial part of Primula macrocalyx Bge. The content of free and total fatty acids was determined by GC and GC—MS. Palmitic (16:0), octadecatetraenoic 18:4 (6,9,12,15), linoleic 18:2 (9,12), and α-linolenic 18:3 (9,12,15) were the principal acids from the aerial part of Primula macrocalyx. The structure of glucofructans from Taraxacum officinale roots growing in Buryatia was studied by chemical, chromatographic, and spectral methods. It was found that fructose,glucose, saccharose, 1-kestose, and nystose were present in the free state. The structures of the two dominant polymeric compounds, TGf-1 (5.7 kDa) and TGf-2 (2.6 kDa), which were linear inulin-type macromolecules consisting of fructofuranose units bonded through β-(2→1)-bonds, were studied.
