This paper describes a convenient preparation of tetrathia-[7]-helicene (TH[7]), the generation of the α-anion on the terminal thiophene ring, and the synthesis of the 2-formyl-tetrathia-[7]-helicene (2-CHO-TH[7]). The key intermediate trans-1,2-dibenzodithiophene-ethene, prepared in 97% yield by McMurry coupling of the 2-formyl-benzo[1,2-b;4,3-b′]dithiophene, was transformed into TH[7] using a known procedure. The described method affords TH[7] in 46% overall yield, which is more than four times the yield previously reported in the literature. The α-anion of TH[7], which is easily generated on the α-position of one of the terminal thiophene rings, reacts with electrophilic reagents such as D2O and DMF. The latter reaction proved to be the best way to prepare 2-CHO-TH[7], a key intermediate for the preparation of new substituted heterohelicenes.  相似文献

In the present study, an environmentally benign, efficient, and solvent-free procedure was developed for the synthesis of 1,2-azidoalcohols by the regioselective ring opening of some epoxides with sodium azide (NaN3) in the presence of an acetic acid functionalized imidazolium salt [Cmmim]BF4 or [Cmmim]Br as a green and Brønsted acidic ionic liquid (BAIL) catalyst under mild and neutral reaction conditions at 60 °C. The remarkable features of this procedure are excellent regioselectivity, simple work-up procedure, high yields of products, short reaction times, and ease of recyclability of ionic liquids.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The synthesis of the pyrazino[1,2-a]indole nucleus was achieved by intramolecular cyclization of several 2-carbonyl-1-propargylindoles in the presence of ammonia. The reaction conditions were optimized using microwave heating and a pool of catalysts. Cyclization of 1-alkynylindole-2-carbaldehydes was easily accomplished under standard heating conditions, whereas microwave heating contributed to reduced reaction times and improved overall yields. Moreover, a fine-tuning of the microwave irradiation time made possible the selective synthesis of both pyrazino[1,2-a]indole isomers. TiCl4 proved the catalytic system of choice to achieve pyrazinoindoles in satisfactory yields starting from 1-alkynyl-2-acetylindoles and 1-alkynyl-2-benzoylindole derivatives. Also in these cases, microwave heating contributed to faster reactions and improved yields. The uncatalyzed versus catalyzed reaction mechanism is discussed.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Aromatic 11C-sulfones were synthesized by S alkylation of lithium arenesulfinates, which are readily available from the corresponding thiols by an oxaziridine-mediated oxidation reaction with [11C]alkyl iodides in THF/H2O (4:1) at 150 degrees C. The radiosyntheses, including purification by HPLC, were completed in an average of 35 min from the end of the bombardment with 55-76% overall radiochemical yields (decay corrected). The described procedure extends the range of accessible labeling methods.  相似文献

1-Alkoxy-1-[2-chloro-2-(p-tolylsulfinyl)ethyl]cycloalkanes were prepared from various cyclic ketones in good overall yields. Treatment of these cycloalkanes bearing a sulfinyl group with i-PrMgCl resulted in the formation of 1-oxaspiro[4.n]alkanes in high to quantitative yields via the 1,5-CH insertion reaction of generated magnesium carbenoid intermediates. When this procedure was commenced with acyclic ketones, multi-substituted tetrahydrofurans were obtained in up to a 96% yield. This procedure provides a new and good way for the synthesis of 1-oxaspiro[4.n]alkanes and tetrahydrofurans with the formation of a carbon–carbon bond between a carbenoid carbon and a non-activated carbon in high yields. The oxygen atom in the magnesium carbenoid intermediates was proved to act very important roles in the 1,5-CH insertion reaction.  相似文献

The combination of homo-Nazarov cyclization of 2-(tert-butyldiphenylsilylmethyl)cyclopropyl vinyl ketone leading to oxyallyl cation and its subsequent [3+2] capture by allylsilane has been demonstrated as an useful strategy for the construction of functionalized bicyclo[3.2.1]octan-8-ones. The [3+2] capture proceeds exclusively in the exo mode to make the overall reaction diastereoselective. The less substituted end of the oxyallyl cation was found to react nearly two times faster than the more substituted end.  相似文献

An efficient tandem reaction approach is described to prepare novel benzo[f]chromenes from 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene, malononitrile and aldehydes using 10 mol% guanidine hydrochloride as the catalyst under solvent-free conditions. The method was also extended to the preparation of novel 12H-benzo[5,6]chromeno[2,3-b]pyridines from 2-aminoprop-1-ene-1,1,3-tricarbonitrile instead of malononitrile under the same reaction conditions. The described one-pot three-component reaction is characterized by short reaction times, high-product yield, mild reaction conditions, simple workup procedure, and simple purification.  相似文献

The present article describes an efficient one-pot method for the preparation of spiro[diindeno[1,2-b:2′,1′-e]pyridine-11,3′-indoline]-trione derivatives from a three-component condensation reaction of 1,3-indandione, aromatic amines and isatins in the presence of a zinc terephthalate metal-organic framework Zn (BDC) MOF as the catalyst under solvent-free conditions. High yields, short reaction times, simple workup and environmentally benign procedure are advantages of this protocol. The Zn (BDC) MOF catalyst can be recovered and reused several times without loss of activity. The catalyst was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform infra red, X-ray powder diffraction and thermal gravimetric analysis.  相似文献

An facile and efficient protocol for the synthesis of 13-aryl-indeno[1,2-b]naphtha[1,2-e]pyran- 12(13H)- ones has been developed that proceeds via the one-pot three-component sequential reaction of an aromatic aldehyde with β-naphthol and 2H-indene-1,3-dione under solvent-free conditions in the presence of a poly(4-vinylpyridinium)hydrogen sulfate (P(4-VPH)HSO4) catalyst. The catalyst can be reused several times, making this procedure facile, practical, and sustainable. The simple experimental procedure, solvent-free reaction conditions, use of an inexpensive catalyst, short react time, and excellent yields are some of the major advantages of this methodology.  相似文献

A simple and efficient procedure for the synthesis of benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-α]pyrimidine and 2-amino-4-substituted-1,4-dihydrobenzo[4,5]imidazolo[1,2-α]pyrimidine-3-carbonitrile derivatives using poly(vinylpyrrolidonium) perchlorate {[PVPH]ClO4} as a newly reported, modified polymeric catalyst is reported. An economical and efficient synthesis of dipyrimido-dihydropyridines and pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidines is described using greener and recyclable β-cyclodextrin as a supramolecular catalyst in aqueous medium. The remarkable features of this method are mild reaction conditions, short reaction times, easy workup procedure, recyclability of the catalyst, and excellent yields of the products. The highly functional group tolerance and shorter reaction times make this method suitable for the synthesis of dihydropyridine and pyrimido[4,5-d]pyrimidine derivatives with a wide substitution pattern.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and eco-friendly protocol for the synthesis of 1,3-oxazine derivatives, viz. 7-aryl-7,8-dihydro-6H-[1,3]dioxolo[4′,5′:4,5]benzo[1,2-e][1,3]oxazines and 3-aryl-3,4-dihydro-2H- naphtho[2,3-e][1,3]oxazine-5,10-diones, involving one-pot multicomponent condensation reaction of various amines and formaldehyde with sesamol/2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone, respectively, catalyzed by a choline chloride–oxalic acid deep eutectic solvent has been developed. The method offers several advantages, including mild reaction conditions, simple operating procedure, recyclable and biodegradable catalyst, short reaction times, and excellent yields of the target products.

1,8‐Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec‐7‐ene immobilized on silica (SB‐DBU)Cl as a reusable and heterogeneous catalyst was applied for the one‐pot, three‐component synthesis of 2‐amino‐4,8‐dihydropyrano[3,2‐b]pyrane‐3‐carbonitriles and pyridopyrimidines, under solvent‐free conditions. The reaction was carried out at room temperature, and pure products were obtained in high yields and short reaction times (3–7 min). Grignard reagents undergo enantioselective (up to 86% ee) copper-catalyzed S(N)2' substitution on achiral allylic chlorides. The reaction is wide in scope for both the Grignard reagent and the allylic substrate. The resulting terminal alkene could be submitted to intra- or intermolecular metathesis to afford new chiral synthons. Oxiranes undergo ring opening rapidly with sodium azide in a [bmim]BF4/H2O or [bmim]PF6/H2O (2:1) solvent system, under mild and neutral reaction conditions to afford the corresponding 2-azidoalcohols in high to quantitative yields. The remarkable features of this procedure are improved yields, enhanced reaction rates, high regioselectivity and ease of recyclability of ionic liquids (ILs). An efficient route to various sugar lactones has been developed. Key to the overall transformation is the sequential osmium-catalyzed dihydroxylation of 2,4-dienoates. The simplest (one-step/racemic) example of this reaction occurs when the dihydroxylation is performed with aqueous NMO in MeOH. When the first dihydroxylation is performed using the AD-mix procedure, an enantioselective variant results. [reaction: see text] The total synthesis of lepadiformine has been achieved in 10 steps and 15% overall yield from cyclohexanone. The amino-substituted quaternary carbon center is created through a radical carboazidation reaction. The tricyclic core of lepadiformine is built via an efficient hydrogenation process, involving reduction of the azide and intramolecular reductive amination of a ketone, followed by lactamization of the intermediate gamma-aminoester. The hydroxymethyl side chain is introduced according to a modified Takahata procedure after conversion of the lactam into a thiolactam.  相似文献
