We demonstrated that La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 sintered manganite could exhibit a magnetoreactance ΔX/X0 of −25.5% at 100 kHz, a giant magnetoimpedance ΔZ/Z0 of −20% at 1-2 MHz and a giant AC magnetoresistance ΔR/R0 of −39.3% at 5 MHz under a very low field of 300 Oe at room temperature, whereas the DC magnetoresistance Δρ/ρ0 was −3.95% under H=10 kOe and only about −0.18% under H=300 Oe. Large field-induced change of real and imaginary circular permeabilities (Δμ?/μ?(0) and Δμ?/μ?(0)) were obtained for La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 sintered manganite. The giant magnetoreactance (giant magneto-inductive effect) at very low frequencies originates from the field induced change of transverse permeability. At 100 kHz under H=300 Oe, La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 sintered manganite has Δμ?/μ?(0)=−25.8% and Δμ?/μ?(0)=−10.9%. The values of ΔR/R0 and ΔZ/Z0 are very small under 300 Oe at 100 kHz. The giant magnetoimpedance at high frequencies mainly originates from the large transverse permeability change induced by DC magnetic fields, via the penetration depth. Under H=300 Oe, La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 sintered manganite presents values of Δμ?/μ?(0)=−24.9%, Δμ?/μ?(0)=−49.8% at 1 MHz, and Δμ?/μ?(0)=−21.2%, Δμ?/μ?(0)=−58.2% at 5 MHz.  相似文献

The circular permeability, μ=μ′−″, of two Fe-based nanocrystalline wires obtained by furnace annealing (S1) and by current annealing (S2) were determined from the measurements of the impedance, Z=R+jωL, as a function of frequency (f=0.1-100 kHz) and DC bias field (H=0-89 kA/m). So the H-dependent low-f eddy-current anomaly factor, η(H), has been investigated. The experimental results indicate that the sample S2 by current annealing has a larger η=4 than the sample S1 by furnace annealing with η=2.8 at H=0. With increasing H, the η(H) of two samples decreases initially until about H=450 A/m, and then increases very quickly. These results have been analyzed by the helical magnetization model considering the contribution of domain wall displacements (DWD) and domain magnetization rotation (DMR).  相似文献

By spin-spray ferrite plating, an aqueous process, we prepared ZnxFe3−xO4 (0?x?0.97) films at 90 °C on polyimide and glass substrates, on which complex permeability (μ=μ′–jμ″) was measured. As Zn content x increases from 0 to 0.70 static permeability, μs, increases from 14 to 119, but natural resonance frequency, fr, reduces from 1 GHz to 200 MHz. This is because magnetic anisotropy field decreases more rapidly than saturation magnetization. With increasing x DC electric resistivity, ρ, increases, exceeding 50 Ω cm (a measure of the lower limit for the high-frequency application) when x>0.15. Film with x=0.70 has relatively high μ′≈119 and μ″=0 up to 20 MHz, and is promising to be used as MHz core inductors. Film with x=0.36 has relatively high μ′=80 and μ″=0 up to 100 MHz, and it may be used as inductors at the ten MHz range and noise suppression sheets at the hundred MHz range.  相似文献

The laser-induced fluorescence excitation spectra of jet-cooled CuS molecules have been recorded in the energy range of 17 200-19 500 cm−1. Fourteen observed vibronic bands have been assigned as three transition progressions: A2Σ (v′ = 0-4)-X2Π3/2 (v″ = 0), A2Σ (v′ = 0-4)-X2Π3/2 (v″ = 1), and A2Σ (v′ = 0-3)-X2Π1/2 (v″ = 0). Spectroscopic constants of both the X2Π ground state and the A2Σ excited state of 63CuS and 65CuS were determined by analyzing their rotationally resolved spectra. Furthermore, the lifetimes of most observed bands were measured for the first time.  相似文献

Complex permittivity, permeability and microwave absorbing properties of a U-type hexaferrite series Ba4Mn(2−x)ZnxFe36O60 (with 0≤x≤2 in step of 0.5) have been examined in the X-band (8.2-12.4 GHz) frequency range. The series have been prepared using conventional solid state reaction route. Microstructural variations with composition have been found with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microgram (SEM). The complex permittivity (ε?=ε′jε″) and permeability ?=μ−jμ″) were measured using vector network analyzer (Agilient Make model PNA E8364B). These parameters were then used for calculating the reflection loss for determination of microwave absorbing properties. Addition of Zn resulted in an increase in reflection loss from −4 dB (or 60 % absorption) in sample with x= 0 to −32 dB (99.92% absorption) in sample with x=1 when the sample thickness was 1.7 mm. Multiple peaks of resonance were obtained in the dielectric and magnetic loss spectra for all samples with x>0. The result indicates that the sample with composition Ba4MnZnFe36O60, i.e., x=1, can be used effectively for microwave absorption and suppression of electromagnetic interference.  相似文献

Polycrystalline samples of U-type hexaferrite series: (Ba1−3xLa2x)4Co2Fe36O60 with 0.10≤x≤0.20 in step of 0.05, are prepared by conventional solid state reaction route. Partial substitution of Ba2+ ions with La3+ ions enhances the electron hopping and reduces the magnetic interaction in the samples over the entire X-band frequencies; leading to wide band microwave absorption in all sample. Relative complex permittivity (εr=ε′−″) and permeability (μr=μ′−″) of the prepared samples were measured using Vector Network Analyzer (VNA, Agilent PNA-L N5230A) for X-band (8.2-12.4 GHz) frequency range. The maximum absorption of 99.8% was obtained for x=0.10 sample for thickness tm=1.8 mm and all sample showed absorption ≥96%. The reflection loss (RL) calculated using the measured parameter r=ε′−″ and μr=μ′−″) shows good agreement when compared with the return loss measured directly using VNA for sample x=0.20. The material can be expected to find relevance in suppression of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and reduction of radar signatures.  相似文献

NiZn ferrite films with well-defined spinel crystal structure were in situ fabricated by radio frequency magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The microstructures and static magnetic properties of the films’ dependence on the partial pressure ratio of argon to oxygen gas were investigated. Scanning electron microscope images indicated that all the films consisted of particles nanocrystalline in nature and the sizes increase as the ratio increases in the range of 10-25 nm. A large saturation magnetization (237.2 emu/cm3) and a minimum of coercivity (68 Oe) were obtained when the ferrite film was deposited in the ratio of 4:1. The complex permeability values (μ = μ−iμ″) of the film were measured at frequency up to 5 GHz. It was shown that the film exhibited a large real part of permeability μ′ of 18 and a very high resonance frequency fr of 1.2 GHz. The results suggested that the NiZn ferrite film as-deposited in the ratio of 4:1 may be promised as magnetic medium in the application of integrated circuits operating at microwave frequencies.  相似文献

A pair of 1.5 μm semiconductor laser frequency standards have been developed for optical telecommunications use, stabilised to transitions of 12C2H2 and 13C2H2, using cavity-enhanced Doppler-free saturation absorption spectroscopy. The absolute frequencies of 41 lines of the ν1 + ν3 band of 12C2H2, covering the spectral region 1520-1545 nm, have been measured by use of a passive optical frequency comb generator, referenced to 13C2H2 transitions of known frequency. The mean experimental uncertainties (coverage factor k = 1) of the frequency values are 3.0 kHz (type A) and 10 kHz (type B). Improved values of the band origin ν0, rotational constants B′ and B″, and centrifugal distortion coefficients D′, D″, H′, and H″ are presented.  相似文献

Infrared spectra of bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane (C5H8) have been recorded at a resolution (0.0015 cm−1) sufficient to resolve for the first time individual rovibrational lines. This initial report presents the ground state constants for this molecule determined from the detailed analysis of three of the ten infrared-allowed bands, ν14(e′) at 540 cm−1, ν17 (a2″) at 1220 cm−1, ν18(a2″) at 832 cm−1, and a partial analysis of the ν11(e′) band at 1237 cm−1. The upper states of transitions involving the lowest frequency mode, ν14(e′), show no evidence of rovibrational perturbations but those for the ν17 and ν18 (a2″) modes give clear indication of Coriolis coupling to nearby e′ levels. Accordingly, ground state constants were determined by use of the combination-difference method for all three bands. The assigned frequencies provided over 3300 consistent ground state difference values, yielding the following constants for the ground state (in units of cm−1): B0 = 0.2399412(2), DJ = 6.024(6) × 10−8, DJK = −1.930(21) × 10−8. For the unperturbed ν14(e′) fundamental, more than 3500 transitions were analyzed and the band origin was found to be at 540.34225(2) cm−1. The numbers in parentheses are the uncertainties (two standard deviations) in the values of the constants. The results are compared with those obtained previously for [1.1.1]propellane and with those computed at the ab initio anharmonic level using the B3LYP density functional method with a cc-pVTZ basis set.  相似文献

Magnetic and electromagnetic properties were investigated on the composites of iron oxide and Co-B alloy, which were prepared by a modified chemical reduction method. The composites are characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDXA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). The complex electromagnetic parameters (permittivity εr=εr′+jεr″ and permeability μr=μr′+jμr″) of paraffin mixed composite samples (paraffin:composites=1:1 in mass ratio) were measured in the frequency range 2-18 GHz by vector network analyzer. The measured real part (εr′) and imaginary part (εr″) of the relative permittivity show two resonant peaks in the range of 2-18 GHz. The imaginary parts of relative permeability (μr″) of all samples exhibited one broad resonant peak over the 2-8 GHz range. The μr″ of samples with higher molar ratio of Co to Fe (C and D) shows negative values within 13-18 GHz, which exhibit resonant and antiresonant permeabilities simultaneously. Calculation results indicated that the reflection loss values of the composites and paraffin wax mixtures are less than −10 dB with frequency width of about 6 GHz at the matching thickness.  相似文献

An endlessly single mode highly polarization maintaining nonlinear microstructure fiber at telecommunication window is reported via full-vector finite element method. By taking three ring hexagonal PCF with suitable fiber parameter such as air hole diameter in cladding region d = 0.8 μm, pitch 2.3 μm and introducing four symmetrical large air holes near core region d′ = 2 μm, single mode (Veff ≤ π), small effective mode area 2.7 μm2, nonlinear co-efficient 44.39 W−1 km−1, high phase birefringence of the order of 10−3 and group birefringence of the order of 10−4 with beat length 0.3 μm at wavelength 1.55 μm are achieved.  相似文献

In this paper, we report measured Lorentz N2-broadening and N2-induced pressure-shift coefficients of CH3D in the ν2 fundamental band using a multispectrum fitting technique. These measurements were made by analyzing 11 laboratory absorption spectra recorded at 0.0056 cm−1 resolution using the McMath-Pierce Fourier transform spectrometer located at the National Solar Observatory on Kitt Peak, Arizona. The spectra were obtained using two absorption cells with path lengths of 10.2 and 25 cm. The total sample pressures ranged from 0.98 to 402.25 Torr with CH3D volume mixing ratios of 0.01 in nitrogen. We have been able to determine the N2 pressure-broadening coefficients of 368 ν2 transitions with quantum numbers as high as J″ = 20 and K = 16, where K″ = K′ ≡ K (for a parallel band). The measured N2-broadening coefficients range from 0.0248 to 0.0742 cm−1 atm−1 at 296 K. All the measured pressure-shifts are negative. The reported N2-induced pressure-shift coefficients vary from about −0.0003 to −0.0094 cm−1 atm−1. We have examined the dependence of the measured broadening and shift parameters on the J″, and K quantum numbers and also developed empirical expressions to describe the broadening coefficients in terms of m (m = −J″, J″, and J″ + 1 in the QP-, QQ-, and QR-branch, respectively) and K. On average, the empirical expressions reproduce the measured broadening coefficients to within 4.7%. The N2-broadening and pressure-shift coefficients were calculated on the basis of a semiclassical model of interacting linear molecules performed by considering in addition to the electrostatic contributions the atom-atom Lennard-Jones potential. The theoretical results of the broadening coefficients are in good overall agreement with the experimental data (8.7%). The N2-pressure shifts whose vibrational contribution is derived from parameters fitted in the QQ-branch of self-induced shifts of CH3D, are also in reasonable agreement with the scattered experimental data (20% in most cases).  相似文献

In its simple form, the relaxation time of the Néel relaxation process of the magnetic moment of single-domain particles is given by τN0Nexp(σ), σ being the ratio of anisotropy energy to thermal energy. The pre-factor, τ0N, is normally given a value of 10−9 s, but values ranging from 10−8 to 10−12 s have been reported in literature. Here, by means of the field and frequency dependence of the complex magnetic susceptibility, χ(ω,H)′(ω,H)−iχ″(ω,H), of a magnetic fluid sample, in the MHz-GHz range, in conjunction with the determination of the sample decay function, b(t), the pre-factor τ0N is determined. b(t) is readily obtained through the inverse Fourier transformation relationship, which exists between b(t) and χ″(ω).  相似文献

Y-type polycrystalline hexagonal ferrites Ba2Co2−xyZnxCuyFe12O22 with 0≤x≤2 and 0≤y≤0.8 were prepared by the mixed-oxide route. Single phase Y-type ferrite powders were obtained after calcinations at 1000 °C. Samples sintered at 1200 °C show a permeability that increases with the substitution of Zn for Co and display maximum permeability of μ′=35 at 1 MHz for x=1.6 and y=0.4. A resonance frequency fr=500 MHz is observed for Zn-rich ferrites with y=0 and 0.4. The saturation magnetization increases with substitution of Zn for Co. Addition of Bi2O3 shifts the temperature of maximum shrinkage down to T≤950 °C. Moreover, an increase of the Cu-concentration further lowers the sintering temperature to T≤900 °C, enabling co-firing of the ferrites with Ag metallization for multilayer technologies. However, low-temperature firing reduces the permeability to μ′=10 and the resonance frequency is shifted to 1 GHz. Thus substituted hexagonal Y-type ferrites can be used as soft magnetic materials for multilayer inductors for high frequency applications.  相似文献

This study describes an attempt to produce NdFeB magnets that are insensitive to the sintering temperature. It was found that addition of Zr to NdFeB magnets significantly augmented the thermal stability of this magnetic material during sintering at high temperature even at industrial scale. The best sintered magnets were produced by jet-milling the powder (to achieve an average 3.4 μm particle size), and then aligned, pressed and sintered under argon at 1100 °C for 3 h followed by appropriate heat treatment. The magnetic properties of the resulting magnets were: (BH)m=403.8 kJ m−3 (±4.7 kJ m−3), Br=1430 mT (±9 mT) and iHc=907 kA m−1 (±12 kA m−1). Large grain growth, in excess of 100 μm in the Zr-free magnets, was observed during sintering at 1100 °C. This did not occur in the presence of Zr. These observations imply that the sensitivity of this class of magnets to high sintering temperatures is greatly reduced by Zr addition. Corrosion resistance of NdFeB was therefore significantly improved by the addition of small amounts of Zr.  相似文献

M-type hexagonal ferrite composition, Ba(1−x)SrxFe12O19 (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0), was prepared by a two route ceramic method. Complex permittivity (ε′−″) and complex permeability (μ′−″) have been measured using a network analyzer from 8.2 to 12.4 GHz X-ray diffraction confirmed the M-type hexagonal structure and a scanned electron micrograph was used to analyze the grain size distribution of ferrite. Substitution of Sr2+ ions causes an increase in porosity that deteriorates the electromagnetic and microstructural properties in the doped samples. Both dielectric constant and dielectric loss are enhanced in comparison to the permeability and magnetic loss over the entire frequency region. This is due to a resistivity variation and the formation of Fe2+ ions, which increases the hopping mechanism between Fe2+ and Fe3+ ions.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of four compounds in the series CaBaCo4−xyZnxAlyO7 (x=0,1,2, y=0,1) were investigated. Using AC-susceptibility and DC-magnetometry, magnetic transitions (Tfs) were found for all four compositions in the range 50-3 K. The data from the AC measurements proved to be frequency dependent: Tf increases with higher frequencies. An energy-loss in the magnetic coupling, indicated as contributions in the imaginary part of the magnetic susceptibility (χ″), was seen for every compound and its maximum appeared just below the maximum χ′. Modelling the data with Arrhenius-, Vogel-Fulcher-, and the power-law made it possible to relate the four compounds to spin-glass materials. The Casimir-du Pré relation was used to extract average relaxation times at Tf. The DC magnetisations clearly show differences between field-cooled and zero-field-cooled measurements. None of the compounds exhibit any metamagnetic properties up to 8 T. A new method is presented to calculate the saturation fields using DC data. Relaxation measurements on three compounds indicate that the systems relax very fast, in contrast to spin-glasses. Aging does not affect the fast relaxations. The compounds are interpreted as disordered anti-ferromagnets with spin-glass features.  相似文献

High-frequency magnetic properties and attenuation characteristics for barium-ferrite/epoxy composites have been studied. The methods for increasing μ′ and μ″ and controlling fR, including ion substitution, doping of small amount of oxides, effect of damping, as well as the modification of particle sizes and shapes, are introduced. The results show that the composites are potential candidates for use as electromagnetic (EM) attenuation materials with low reflectivity and broad bandwidth at 2-18 GHz.  相似文献

NiFe2O4 nanoparticles were synthesized by the polyacrylamide gel method with acrylamide as the monomer and N,N′-methylenediacrylamide as lattice agent. The average crystallite sizes of the nickel ferrites annealed at 500, 600 and 800 °C are about 10, 30 and 50 nm, respectively. Ferrite-polystyrene composites were made by hot pressing, and microwave-absorbing properties of the composites with different contents of 35, 45, 55 and 65 wt% ferrite were investigated by testing complex permeability and complex permittivity in the X-band (8.2-12.4 GHz) frequency range. All the parameters, ε′, ε″, μ′ and μ″, increase with increasing ferrite content. The reflection losses were calculated based on a model of a single-layered plane wave absorber backed by a perfect conductor. The composite with 65 wt% ferrite content shows a minimum reflection loss of −13 dB at 11.5 GHz with a −10 dB bandwidth over the extended frequency range of 10.3-13 GHz for an absorber thickness of 2 mm.  相似文献

The region of the infrared-active band of the ν9 CH2 bending mode [1.1.1]propellane has been recorded at a resolution (0.0025 cm−1) sufficient to distinguish individual rovibrational lines. This region includes the partially overlapping bands ν9 (e′) = 1459 cm−1, 2ν18 (l = 2, E′) = 1430 cm−1, ν6 + ν12 (E′) = 1489 cm−1, and ν4 + ν15 (A2″) = 1518 cm−1. In addition, the difference band ν4 − ν15 (A2″) was observed in the far infrared near 295 cm−1 and analyzed to give good constants for the upper ν4 levels. The close proximities of the four bands in the ν9 region suggest that Coriolis and Fermi resonance couplings could be significant and theoretical band parameters obtained from Gaussian ab initio calculations were helpful in guiding the band analyses. The analyses of all four bands were accomplished, based on our earlier report of ground state constants determined from combination differences involving more than 4000 pairs of transitions from five fundamental and four combination bands. This paper presents the analyses and the determination of the upper state constants of all four bands in the region of the ν9 band. Complications were most evident in the 2ν18 (l = 2, E′) band, which showed significant perturbations due to mixing with the nearby 2ν18 (l = 0, A1′) and ν4 + ν12 (E′) levels which are either infrared inactive as transitions from the ground state, or, in the latter case, too weak to observe. These complications are discussed and a comparison of all molecular constants with those available from the ab initio calculations at the anharmonic level is presented.  相似文献
