The digital communication of two-dimensional messages is investigated when two solid state multi-mode chaotic lasers are employed in a master-slave configuration. By introducing the time derivative of intensity difference between the receiver (carrier) and the transmittal (carrier plus signal), several signals can be encoded into a single pulse. If one signal contains several binary bits, two-dimensional messages in the form of a matrix can be encoded and transmitted on a single pulse. With these improvements in secure communications using chaotic multi-mode lasers, not only the transmission rate can be increased but also the privacy can be enhanced greatly.  相似文献

This study proposes two novel fault tolerant deterministic secure quantum communication(DSQC) schemes resistant to collective noise using logical Bell states. Either DSQC scheme is constructed based on a new coding function, which is designed by exploiting the property of the corresponding logical Bell states immune to collective-dephasing noise and collective-rotation noise, respectively. The secret message can be encoded by two simple unitary operations and decoded by merely performing Bell measurements, which can make the proposed scheme more convenient in practical applications.Moreover, the strategy of one-step quanta transmission, together with the technique of decoy logical qubits checking not only reduces the influence of other noise existing in a quantum channel, but also guarantees the security of the communication between two legitimate users. The final analysis shows that the proposed schemes are feasible and robust against various well-known attacks over the collective noise channel.  相似文献

We have investigated the synchronization of chaotic dual-ring erbium-doped fibre lasers using the delay feedback-injection scheme. Numerical simulation shows that two chaotic dual-ring erbium-doped fibre lasers can be well synchronized if the strengths of delay feedback and injection are suitable. Even though the effects of the noises and the difference between the two lasers are considered, the twins can still reach good synchronization. Secure communication could be realized using the scheme of message-masking based on the synchronization of the chaotic dual-ring erbium-doped fibre lasers.  相似文献

An efficient quantum secure direct communication protocol with one-sender versus N-receiver is proposed. The secret bits can be encoded in the N + 1-particle GHZ states and can be decoded by the N receivers with a classical information of the sender plus their own measurement outcomes. Any attacks can be detected by comparing measurement results on the detecting states.  相似文献

This study proposes the first high-capacity quantum secure direct communication(QSDC) with two-photon six-qubit hyperentangled Bell states in two longitudinal momentum and polarization degrees of freedom(DOFs) of photon pairs, which can be generated using two 0.5 mm-thick type-I β barium borate crystal slabs aligned one behind the other and an eight-hole screen. The secret message can be independently encoded on the photon pairs with 64 unitary operations in all three DOFs. This protocol has a higher capacity than previous QSDC protocols because each photon pair can carry 6 bits of information, not just 2 or 4 bits.Our QSDC protocol decreases the influence of decoherence from environment noise by exploiting the decoy photons to check the security of the transmission of the first photon sequence. Compared with two-way QSDC protocols, our QSDC protocol is immune to an attack by an eavesdropper using Trojan horse attack strategies because it is a one-way quantum communication.The QSDC protocol has good applications in the future quantum communication because of all these features.  相似文献

A two-step quantum secure direct dialogue protocol using Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen(EPR)pair block is proposed.In the protocol,the dialogue messages are encoded on series of qubits and sent through a quantum channel directly.The security of the protocol is assured by its connection to the two-step quantum secure direct communication protocol,which has been proved secure.This protocol has several advantages.It is a direct communication protocol that does not require a separate classical communication for the ciphertext.It has high capacity as two bits of secret messages can be transmitted by an EPR pair.As a dialogue protocol,the two parties can speak to each other either simultaneously or sequentially.  相似文献

Remote quantum-state discrimination is a critical step for the implementation of quantum communication network and distributed quantum computation. We present a protocol for remotely implementing the unambiguous discrimination between nonorthogonal states using quantum entanglements, local operations, and classical communications. This protocol consists of a remote generalized measurement described by a positive operator valued measurement (POVM). We explicitly construct the required remote POVM. The remote POVM can be realized by performing a nonlocal controlled-rotation operation on two spatially separated qubits, one is an ancillary qubit and the other is the qubit which is encoded by two nonorthogonal states to be distinguished, and a conventional local Von Neumann orthogonal measurement on the ancilla. The particular pair of states that can be remotely and unambiguously distinguished is specified by the state of the ancilla. The probability of successful discrimination is not optimal for all admissible pairs. However, for some subset it can be very close to an optimal value in an ordinary local POVM.  相似文献

Coupled map lattices (CMLs) are taken as examples to study the synchronization of spatiotemporal chaotic systems.In this paper,we use the nonlinear coupled method to implement the synchronization of two coupled map lattices.Through the appropriate separation of the linear term from the nonlinear term of the spatiotemporal chaotic system,we set the nonlinear term as the coupling function and then we can achieve the synchronization of two coupled map lattices.After that,we implement the secure communication of digital image using this synchronization method.Then,the discrete characteristics of the nonlinear coupling spatiotemporal chaos are applied to the discrete pixel of the digital image.After the synchronization of both the communication parties,the receiver can decrypt the original image.Numerical simulations show the effectiveness and the feasibility of the proposed program.  相似文献

We present an approach to generate high-dimensional entangled coherent states between photons by using a dense atomic system in a double electromagnetically induced transparency state. The system under our consideration involves an atomic configuration with six internal states, two weak quantized probe lasers, and two strong classical coupling lasers. We show how to generate high dimensional entangled coherent states between the two probe lasers.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate the coherent combining of two tunable erbium-doped fiber lasers by using a single-mode fiber feedback loop configuration. A single-mode fiber is arranged in the feedback loop to filter the far-field pattern, and the energy of desired in-phase mode is collected and injected into the resonators of two component fiber lasers. The coherently combined laser is tunable over a wide spectrum ranging from 1536 to 1569 nm, which means that the combining scheme is compatible with wavelength tuning. The effects and necessity of whether adopting polarization controlling measures or not in component lasers are investigated in detail. The results indicate that adding polarization controlling can improve the array's coherence, whereas it will decrease the output power and efficiency simultaneously.  相似文献

Digital Communication Using Multi-mode Chaotic Lasers   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The digital communication in a system of two multi-mode solid state chaotic lasers is investigated theoretically. If the usual method working well in a single-mode laser system is applied to a multi-mode laser system, the memory effect of the two nearest digits can cause high rate of mistakes when the digits are decoded through the subtraction of receiver output from the transmittal. By introducing the deviations of two nearest maximum and minimum fluctuations of the signal to decode the digit, the message can be decoded correctly. Also, this communication method does not critically depend on the quality of the chaotic synchronization of the two multi-mode lasers.  相似文献

We demonstrate wavelength division multiplexing with chaotic subcarriers in two pairs of one-way-coupled Nd:YVO4 microchip lasers. Two individual digital messages are encoded on two chaotic carriers with different wavelengths in two transmitters by the chaotic masking method, and the mixed signals are sent to two receivers. Dual synchronization of chaos is used to obtain the original chaotic waveforms in the receivers. Two messages are decoded by filtering the difference of the laser outputs between the transmitter and the receiver by use of a low-pass filter for each pair of lasers. The message recovery can be achieved more easily when messages with small amplitude and low frequency are used.  相似文献

利用双光反馈垂直腔面发射半导体激光器(VCSELs) 两个正交偏振模式输出的两个混沌信号作为混沌载波, 构建了一个双信道的混沌保密通信系统, 并对该系统的通信性能进行了数值仿真研究.研究结果表明: 通过合理的选取反馈参量, 双光反馈VCSELs两个偏振模式输出的混沌信号能很好地隐藏外腔反馈延时特性; 双光反馈VCSEL两个偏振模式输出的混沌信号通过偏振保持注入到接收VCSEL中, 在强注入锁定条件下可以实现很好的混沌同步, 同步性能对频率失谐的容忍性随着注入强度的增加而加强; 在附加混沌调制加密方式下, 500 Mbit/s的信号在传输过程中能够得到很好的隐藏, 同时在接收端可以成功解调; 随着通信速率的增加, Q因子呈现下降的趋势, 但对于 6 Gbit/s的信息, Q因子仍大于6. 关键词: 垂直腔面发射激光器 双光反馈 双信道 混沌通信  相似文献

Using the dynamical properties of the polarization bistability that depends on the detuning of the injected light,we propose a novel approach to implement reliable all-optical stochastic logic gates in the cascaded vertical cavity surface emitting lasers(VCSELs) with optical-injection.Here,two logic inputs are encoded in the detuning of the injected light from a tunable CW laser.The logic outputs are decoded from the two orthogonal polarization lights emitted from the optically injected VCSELs.For the same logic inputs,under electro-optic modulation,we perform various digital signal processing(NOT,AND,NAND,XOR,XNOR,OR,NOR) in the all-optical domain by controlling the logic operation of the applied electric field.Also we explore their delay storages by using the mechanism of the generalized chaotic synchronization.To quantify the reliabilities of these logic gates,we further demonstrate their success probabilities.  相似文献

基于两个在驱动混沌信号注入下的响应半导体激光器之间的混沌同步, 提出了一种新型的可实现信息双向、长距离保密传输的系统, 并建立了相应的理论模型. 利用该理论模型, 研究了系统的双向传输性能、 安全性能以及系统性能随传输距离的变化. 结果表明: 两个响应激光器在受到发自同一驱动混沌激光器的混沌光注入下, 其混沌输出虽然与注入混沌信号相差很大, 但两个响应激光器的混沌输出却能实现非常好的无时间延迟的等时同步; 对窃听者可能获取信息的各个途径进行了考察, 结果显示该系统具有很好的安全性; 采用普通单模光纤作为传输信道, 信息经过50 km传输后, 解调信息Q因子可达到6以上; 采用色散位移光纤, 信息经过200 km的传输, 解调信息Q因子还可达6以上.  相似文献

提出了一种利用半导体环形激光器(SRLs)的新型高速双向、双信道混沌保密通信系统. 在该系统中, 首先利用交叉双光反馈对驱动激光器的顺时针模式和逆时针模式的混沌延时特征进行抑制. 然后将此混沌信号注入到一对响应激光器对应的顺时针模和逆时针模中, 以实现带宽的增强及混沌同步. 最后基于响应激光器之间的混沌同步, 实现高速率、双向、双信道的混沌保密通信. 通过对驱动激光器在交叉双光反馈作用下的混沌特性、以及响应激光器在不同条件下的同步特性进行了相关理论和仿真研究, 结果表明: 驱动激光器在合适的交叉双光反馈作用下可以产生延时特性被良好隐藏的顺时针模式和逆时针模式混沌信号; 在该混沌信号的注入下, 响应激光器输出的混沌信号带宽可以得到明显增强; 通过设置合适注入强度值和频率失谐值, 响应激光器之间可实现高质量的等时混沌同步. 最后, 对系统的双向、双信道混沌保密通信特性进行了讨论. 当10 Gbit/s信号传输距离为10 km时, 解调信息Q因子值仍可保持在6以上.  相似文献

It has been proposed to realize secure communication using chaotic synchronization via transmission of a binary message encoded by parameter modulation in the chaotic system. This paper considers the use of parameter adaptive control techniques to extract the message, based on the assumptions that we know the equation form of the chaotic system in the transmitter but do not have access to the precise values of the parameters which are kept secret as a secure set. In the case in which a synchronizing system can be constructed using parameter adaptive control by the transmitted signal and the synchronization is robust to parameter mismatches, the parameter modulation can be revealed and the message decoded without resorting to exact parameter values in the secure set. A practical local Lyapunov function method for designing parameter adaptive control rules based on originally synchronized systems is presented.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate a chaotic on-off keying method for secure communications by using chaos synchronization in two microchip lasers. The output of the microchip laser in the transmitter is externally modulated with an acousto-optic modulator at ~4 MHz . One encodes a digital message in the chaotic carrier by turning the modulation on and off at 100 kHz. Because the accuracy of synchronization for the slave laser in the receiver tends to be degraded in the presence of external modulation in the injection laser signal, one can distinguish two binary states. The digital message can be recovered as an envelope of the chaotic oscillation when the difference between the two laser outputs of the transmitter and the receiver is calculated.  相似文献
