A new spectrofluorimetric method was developed for the determination of trace amounts of dopamine (DA). Using chlorosulfonylthenoyltrifluoroacetone (CTTA)–europium ion (Eu3+) as a fluorescent probe, in a buffer solution at pH = 10.0, DA can remarkably enhance the fluorescence intensity of the CTTA-Eu3+ complex at λ = 612 nm; the enhanced fluorescence intensity of Eu3+ is proportional to the concentration of DA. Optimum conditions for the determination of DA were also investigated. The linear range and detection limit for the determination of DA were 5.0 × 10−8∼1.6 × 10−5 mol/l and 3.2 × 10−8 mol/l. This method is simple, practical and relatively free of interference from coexisting substances, and can be applied to assess DA in injection and human serum samples with good precision and accuracy.  相似文献

The fluorescence intensity dependences on electron kinetic energy, or fluorescence excitation functions, for some aromatic (perylene and p-terphenyl) and heterocyclic (biphenylfuran, oxazoles, and oxadiazoles) compounds are studied. It is found that the addition of phenyl rings to the above molecules result in a moderate decrease in excitation function. On the other hand, introducing heteroatoms such as oxygen or nitrogen leads to a substantial decrease in excitation function.  相似文献

Using a Langevin equation coupled with a statistical model, we calculate pre-scission giant dipole resonance (GDR) γ-ray multiplicity of nuclei 194 pb, 200Pb, 206Pb, and 200 Os. It is demonstrated that with increasing the isospin asymmetry of these fissioning nuclei the sensitivity of the emitted γ multiplicity to the nuclear viscosity coefficient is decreased significantly. For 200Os nuc/eus, this γ-ray emission is no longer sensitive to the magnitude of the viscosity coefficient. In addition, the effect of the isospin asymmetry on the γ rays as a probe of nuclear dissipation is reduced with increasing angular momentum. These results suggest that to obtain a more accurate information of the viscosity coemfficient by the measurement of pre-scission GDR γ-ray multiplicity it is better to choose those compound systems with small isospin asymmetry and low spin.  相似文献

In this paper, the probe absorption spectrum of an atom in a double-band photonic crystal have been studied. In the modes, we assume that one of the two atomic transitions in a Λ-type atomic system is interacting with free vacuum modes, and another transition is interacting with free vacuum modes, isotropic photonic band gap (PBG) modes and anisotropic PBG modes, separately. The effects of the fine structure of the atomic lower levels on the probe absorption spectrum are investigated in detail in the three cases. The most interesting thing is that the two (four) transparencies at one (two) probe absorption peak(s), caused by the fine structure of the lower levels of an atom, are predicted in the case of isotropic PBG modes.  相似文献

The medium effect of nucleon-nucleon cross section reed σ^medNN (αm) on the isoscaling parameter α is investigated for two central nuclear reactions ^40 Ca+ ^40Ca, ^60Ca+^60Ca within isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics at beam energies from 40 to 50 MeV/nucleon. It is found that there is the very obvious medium effects of nucleonreed nucleon cross section σ^medNN (αm) on the isoscaling parameters a. In this case the isoscaling parameter a is a possible probe of the medium effect of nucleon-nucleon cross section σ^medNN (αm) in the heavy ion collisions. The mechanism of the above-mentioned properties is studied and discussed.  相似文献

Based on both very obvious isospin effect of the neutron-proton number ratio of nucleon emissions (n/p)nud on symmetry potential and (n/p)nucl's sensitive dependence on symmetry potential in the nuclear reactions induced by halo-neutron projectiles, compared to the same mass stable projectile, probing symmetry potential is investigated within the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics with isospin and momentum-dependent interactions for different symmetry potentials U;ym and U2^sym. It is found that the neutron-halo projectile induces very obvious increase of (n/p)nucl and strengthens the dependence of (n/p) l on the symmetry potential for all the beam energies and impact parameters, compared to the same mass stable projectile under the same incident channel condition. Therefore (n/p)nucl induced by the neutron-halo projectile is a more favourable probe than the normal neutron-rich and neutron-poor projectiles for extracting the symmetry potential.  相似文献

The boundary diffraction wave theory is introduced to analyse a near-field diffraction (NFD) pattern of a metallic probe tip of apertureless scanning near-field microscopy. This method is simple and can give a clear physical picture. The polarization effect of the incident light and the different shapes of the metallic probe tip are simulated. The results show that the NFD pattern of the metallic probe tip is directly related to those factors.  相似文献

Zn1-xMgxO films are grown on A-sapphire substrates by molecular beam epitaxy, and Mg content in the Zn1-xMgxO films is measured by electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) when the acceleration voltage, the emission current, and the magnification are set to be 1 k V, 30 μA and 1000, respectively. The dead time is controlled within 17%-20% during the measurement with the receive angle of characteristic x-ray of 45°. The Mg content of the ZnMgO film is calculated by the low energy calibration and the ZAF calibration. By comparing the measurement result with the theoretical analysis and the EPMA result with the inductively coupled plasma (ICP), one can obtain that the measured value of Mg content of the samples is in good agreement with the theoretical analysis no matter whether the phase separation exists or not, and the correctness of ICP and EPMA is valid when Mg content in the samples is less than 0.5.  相似文献

The localization of Fe atoms in the process of mechanical alloying of a Mo powder composite with 8 at % O at boundaries of the bcc Mo grains has been investigated by Mössbauer spectroscopy on impurity 57Fe isotope atoms (1 at %), X-ray diffraction, and Auger spectrometry. The process begins with the formation of a nanostructure (~10 nm) in bcc Mo and ends with the formation of a bcc supersaturated solid solution with O atoms at interstitial positions and Fe atoms at substitutional positions. The presence of oxygen in the boundaries of bcc Mo grains leads to an extraordinarily large isomer shift (2 mm/s with respect to α-Fe) for the grainboundary component in the Mössbauer spectrum. This circumstance makes it possible to consider 57Fe-O complexes as new probes for studying grain boundaries of powder nanocrystalline materials. As a result, the following three structural components have been identified in the mechanically activated system: a grain boundary and distorted near-boundary regions with the common name interface and a grain with the perfect (defect-free) structure. For powder nanocrystalline (~10 nm) materials subjected to intense mechanical treatment in a planetary ball mill, the widths of the unrelaxed grain boundary and interface average over the entire volume of particles have been experimentally estimated as 0.2 and 1 nm, respectively.  相似文献

Whispering gallery modes (WGMs), due to their high quality factors, small mode volumes and simple fabrications, have potential applications especially in sensing. In this work, we theoretically propose a mass sensor based on a realistic cavity optomechanical system (such as in Weis et al., Science 330, 1520 [2010]) in the presence of a strong pump laser and a weak probe laser. The mass of external bioparticles (such as smallpox virus and influenza virus) landing onto WGM cavity can be detected accurately via the probe transmission spectrum. Furthermore, based on this scheme one can even determine a single virus mass via monitoring the half-linewidth of the probe transmission spectrum. Through detecting the virus mass, one may identify the kinds of different viruses.  相似文献

The optical transient absorption spectra of an Ag-BaO thin film have been detected at a wavelength ranging from 400nm to 1000nm using the pump supercontinuum probe technique with a resolution of 130fs.We have observed the optical ultrafast relaxation,in which the electrons near the Fermi level of Ag nanoparticles were excited to a non-equilibrium state and then returned to an equilibrium state.The decay time was exponentially fitted and varied from 0.67ps to 4ps for different components of the supercontinuum probe.The peak of an unoccupied state for silver at level X‘4 was estimated to be 1.47eV above the Fermi level.  相似文献

In this paper a pair of observables are proposed as alternative ways,by examining the fluctuation of net momentum-ordering of charged pairs,to study the charge separation induced by the Chiral Magnetic Effect(CME)in relativistic heavy ion collisions.They are,the out-of-plane to in-plane ratio of fluctuation of the difference between signed balance functions measured in pair’s rest frame,and the ratio of it to similar measurement made in the laboratory frame.Both observables have been studied with simulations including flow-related backgrounds,and for the first time,backgrounds that are related to resonance's global spin alignment.The two observables have similar positive responses to signal,and opposite,limited responses to identifiable backgrounds arising from resonance flow and spin alignment.Both observables have also been tested with two realistic models,namely,a multi-phase transport(AMPT)model and the anomalous-viscous fluid dynamics(AVFD)model.These two observables,when cross examined,will provide useful insights in the study of CME-induced charge separation.  相似文献

We design an isotropic electric-field sensing system using an optical probe. The optical probe consists of three electric-field sensors based on a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with the structure of segmented electrodes, which are perpendicular to each other. The measured results show that the ±5 dB baseband can reach 3 GHz, the linear dynamics range is 70dB, and the minimum detectable electric field is lower than 90 dBμ V/m (the spectrum analyser resolution is 100 Hz). The directional characteristics are almost isotropic within deviations of ±1.5 dB. Therefore this sensing system can be used in the electromagnetic compatibility measurements.  相似文献

A new probe (Z)-3-((naphthalen-1-ylmethylene)amino)phenol has been synthesized by condensation reaction between 1-naphthaldehyde and 3-aminophenol for the fluorescent sensing of Ce3+ by “on” mode and dichromate (Cr2O72?) by “off” mode. Metal ions—Ag+, Al3+, As3+, Ba2+, Ca2+, Cd2+, Ce4+, Co2+, Cr3+, Cr6+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Hg2+, K+, La+, Li+, Mg2+, Mn2+, Na+, Ni2+, Pb2+, Zn2+and anions Br?, C2O42?, CH3COO?, Cl?, CO32?, F?, H2PO4?, HCO3?, HF2?, HPO42?, I?, MnO4?, NO3?, OH?, S2?, S2O32?, SCN?, SO42? do not interfere. The limit of detection (LOD) for sensing Ce3+ and Cr2O72? ions are 1.286?×?10–7 M and 6.425?×?10–6 M, respectively.
