In this investigation, a clean, atomic economic and direct synthesis of oxygenates (methanol, ethanol) form water and methane via dielectric-barrier discharge was developed at room temperature and under atmospheric pressure. The effect of discharge voltage on this process was studied. The results showed that the conversion of water can be as high as 7%, the selectivity of methanol and ethanol can be as high as 100%.  相似文献

Bioactive calcium silicates prepared by sol–gel routes mainly use calcium nitrate as the calcium precursor. However, the toxic nitrate ions are usually removed by calcination(i.e. 550 8C or over), which poses great challenge for the in situ preparation of inorganic/polymer composites, as polymer moieties could not survive such temperatures. In this study, we prepared 70Si30Ca(70 mol% Si O_2 and 30 mol%Ca O) bioactive glass at low temperatures where polymer could survive(i.e. 200 8C and 350 8C), and proposed to remove the residual nitrate ions through soaking. Deionized water and simulated body fluid(SBF) were employed as the soaking medium. The results showed that the residual nitrate ions could be removed as quickly as 0.5 h while maintain the bioactivity of the samples. This technique may open the possibility of preparing sol–gel derived bioactive glass/polymer hybrids in situ with reduced potential toxicity.  相似文献

The volume changes of rubber modified polymers under creep at room temperature were successfully used to characterize the toughening mechanisms of blends with brittle polymer matrices such as high impact polystyrene.This approach cannot be applied to pseudo-ductile polymers such as polypropylene and polyamide,because they are ductile when stretched at low speed at room temperature.Based on the time-temperature equivalence princi ple,the volume change at low temperature is proposed to characterize quantitatively the toughening mechanisms of polymer blends with ductile matrices,which is illustrated by applying this approach to rubber modified polypropylene  相似文献

The kinetics of the oxidation of lactic acid(Lac) by dihydroxyditelluratoargentate(Ⅲ)[abbreviated as DDA of Ag(Ⅲ)]anions was studied in an aqueous alkaline medium by conventional spectrophotometry in a temperature range of 25-40℃.The order of the redox reaction of lactic acid and DDA was found to be first-order.The rates increased with the increase in [OH^-]and decreased with the increase in [tellurate].No free radical was detected.In the view of this the dihydroxymonotelluratoargentate(Ⅲ)species(DMA) is assumed to be the active species.A plausible mechanism involving a two-electron transfer is proposed,and the rate equation derived from the mechanism can be used to explain all the experimenttal results.The activation parameters(25℃)and the rate constants of the rate-determining step along with the preequilibrium constants at different temperatures were evaluated.  相似文献

The effort on electrochemical reduction of CO_2 to useful chemicals using the renewable energy to drive the process is growing fast recently. In this review, we introduce the recent progresses on the electrochemical reduction of CO_2 in solid oxide electrolysis cells(SOECs). At high temperature, only CO is produced with high current densities and Faradic efficiency while the reactor is complicated and a better sealing technique is urgently needed. The typical electrolytes such as zirconia-based oxides, ceria-based oxides and lanthanum gallates-based oxides, anodes and cathodes are introduced in this review, and the cathode materials, such as conventional metal–ceramics(cermets), mixed ionic and electronic conductors(MIECs) are discussed in detail. In the future, to gain more value-added products, the electrolyte, cathode and anode materials should be developed to allow SOECs to be operated at temperature range of 573–873 K. At those temperatures, SOECs may combine the advantages of the low temperature system and the high temperature system to produce various products with high current densities.  相似文献

Phase transition from form Ⅰ to form Ⅲ in syndiotactic polypropylene crystallized at different conditions during tensile deformation at different temperatures was investigated by using in situ synchrotron wide angle X-ray diffraction technique. In all cases, the occurrence of this phase transition was observed. The onset strain of this transition was found to be crystalline thickness decided by crystallization temperature and drawing temperature dependent. The effect of drawing temperature on this phase transition is understood by the changes in mechanical properties with temperature. Moreover, crystalline thickness dependency of the phase transition reveals that this form Ⅰ to from Ⅲ phase transition occurs first in those lamellae with their normal along the stretching direction which have not experienced stress induced melting and recrystallization.  相似文献

A straightforward and general method has been developed for the synthesis of C5-unsubstitiuted 1,4-dihydropyridines by a reaction using dimedone, acetophenone, aromatic aldehydes, and ammonium acetate in the presence of a catalytic amount of Co nanoparticles as a heterogeneous and eco-friendly catalyst with high catalytic activity at room temperature under solvent-free conditions. This catalyst is easily separated by magnetic devices and can be reused without any apparent loss of activity for the reaction. In addition, it is very interesting that when using Co nanoparticles as a catalyst, spatially-hindered aldehydes such as 2-methoxy-, 2-fluoro-, and 2-chloro-aldehydes are suitable for this reaction.  相似文献

Poly(1,8-octanediol-co-citrate)(POC) represents a new promising biocompatible and biodegradable polyester that has been extensively investigated for soft tissue engineering. However, the poor mechanical performance and poor bioactivity limit its application in bone regeneration. In this study, a series of POC/bioactive glasses(BG) composites were developed using 45 S5 Bioglass~ and a phytic acidderived bioactive glass(referred as PSC). The results indicated that calcium in BG could enhance the crosslinking of the POC/BG composites by forming calcium dicarboxylate bridges and thus improve their mechanical performances. When PSC were used, the composites exhibited significantly better mechanical properties compared to composites with 45 S5 Bioglass~. For example, by incorporating70 wt% PSC, the compressive strength of POC/PSC composites could be improved to approximately50 MPa and modulus 1.3±0.1 GPa. Furthermore, all these POC/PSC composites showed good in vitro bioactivity and cellular biocompatibility. Histology results in femoral condyle defects of Sprague-Dawley rats indicated that the POC/PSC samples integrated well with surrounding tissues and stimulated bone regeneration. The improved mechanical properties and bioactivity of POC/PSC composites make them promising for potential application in bone regeneration.  相似文献
