Three-phase liquid-phase microextraction (LLLME) combined with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipped with a monolithic column for the analysis of some aromatic amines is described. These compounds were extracted from an aqueous sample (4.0 mL) adjusted to pH 13 with NaOH-NaCl solution (Donor Phase, P1) into an organic phase (P2, 150 μL of Benzyl alcohol and ethyl acetate mixture, 2:1) and then back-extracted into a microdrop of aqueous acceptor phase (P3) adjusted to pH 2 with Na2HPO4-H3PO4 buffer solution. The extraction time T1 (from P1 to P2) was 20 min, and T2 (from P2 to P3) was 1 min. Different antibiotics as complexing agents for amines were added to the acceptor phase to improve the extraction time. Factors such as organic solvents, extraction times, addition of antibiotics to the acceptor phase, and stirring rate were optimized. The method was applied to the determination of aromatic amines in waste-water samples. Enrichment factors ranged from 189.0 to 395.5. The linearity range was from 2.5 to 1000 ng/mL, and the detection limits varied from 0.5 to 1.50 ng/mL. Relative standard deviations (%, n = 5) were found (at S/N 3) to be in the range of 1.3–8.5. All experiments were carried out at room temperature, 22 ± 0.5°C. The text was submitted by the authors in English.  相似文献

This paper describes a simultaneously performed two-/three-phase hollow-fiber-based liquid-phase microextraction (HF-LPME) method for the determination of aromatic amines with a wide range of pKa (−4.25 to 4.6) and log KOW (0.9–2.8) values in environmental water samples. Analytes including aniline, 4-nitroaniline, 2,4-dinitroaniline and dicloran were extracted from basic aqueous samples (donor phase, DP) into the microliter volume of organic membrane phase impregnated into the pores of the polypropylene hollow fiber wall, then back extracted into the acidified aqueous solution (acceptor phase, AP) filling in the lumen of the hollow fiber. The mass transfer of the analytes from the donor phase through the organic membrane phase into acceptor phase was driven by both the counter-coupled transport of hydrogen ions and the pH gradient. Afterwards, the hollow fiber was eluted with 50 μL methanol to capture the analytes from both the organic membrane and the acceptor phase. Factors relevant to the enrichment factors (EFs) were investigated. Under the optimized condition (DP: 100 mL of 0.1 M NaOH with 2 M Na2SO4; organic phase: di-n-hexyl with 8% trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO); AP: 10 μL of 8 M HCl; extraction time of 80 min), the obtained EFs were 405–2000, dynamic linear ranges were 5–200 μg/L (R > 0.9976), and limits of detection were 0.5–1.5 μg/L. The presence of humic acid (0–25 mg/L dissolved organic carbon) had no significant effect on the extraction efficiency. The proposed procedure worked very well for real environmental water samples with microgram per liter level of analytes, and good spike recoveries (80–103%) were obtained.  相似文献

A simple, precise, and accurate hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatographic (HILIC) method has been developed for the determination of five aromatic amines in environmental water samples. Chromatography was carried out on a bare silica column, using a mixture of acetonitrile and a buffer of NaH2PO4–H3PO4 (pH 1.5, containing 10 mM NaH2PO4) (85:15, v/v) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL min−1. Aromatic amines were detected by UV absorbance at 254 nm. The linear range of amines was good (r2 > 0.998) and limit of detection (LOD) within 0.02–0.2 mg L−1 (S/N = 3). The retention mechanism for the analytes under the optimum conditions was determined to be a combination of adsorption, partition and ionic interactions. The proposed method was applied to the environmental water samples. Aromatic amines were isolated from aqueous samples using solid-phase extraction (SPE) with Oasis HLB cartridges. Recoveries of greater than 75% with precision (RSD) less than 12% were obtained at amine concentrations of 5–50 μg L−1 from 100 mL river water and influents from a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The present HILIC technique proved to be a viable method for the analysis of aromatic amines in the environmental water samples.  相似文献

Fluorophilic ethers having the structure RC(CF3)2O(CH2)3CnF2n + 1 are obtained in high yields, when F-tert-butyl alcohol (R = CF3), F-acetone hydrate (R = O(CH2)3CnF2n + 1), F-pinacol (R = C(CF3)2O(CH2)3CnF2n + 1) are reacted with 3-perfluoroalkyl-1-propanols (CnF2n + 1(CH2)3OH, n = 4, 6, 8, 10) in a Mitsunobu reaction (Ph3P/DIAD [i-PrO2CN = NCO2Pr-i]/ether). The parent lipophilic ethers with the structure of (CF3)3CO(CH2)3CnH2n + 1 were prepared analogously using the corresponding fatty alcohols and F-tert-butyl alcohol. To achieve ideal separations, products were transferred to orthogonal phases relative to the other reaction components using fluorous extraction, fluorous solid-organic liquid filtration, or steam-distillation. Selected physical properties including melting and boiling point, together with fluorous partition coefficients of these ethers were determined and the figures obtained were qualitatively analyzed using relevant thermodynamic theories. Some of these ethers are liquids with rather low freezing points and are miscible with fluorocarbon solvents.  相似文献

A new and fast hollow fiber based liquid phase microextraction (HF-LPME) method using volatile organic solvents coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for determination of aromatic amines in the environmental water samples. Analytes including 3-nitroaniline, 3-chloroaniline and 4-bromoaniline were extracted from 6 mL basic aqueous sample solution (donor phase, NaOH 1 mol L−1) into the thin film of organic solvent that surrounded and impregnated the pores of the polypropylene hollow fiber wall (toluene, 20 μL), then back-extracted into the 6 μL acidified aqueous solution (acceptor phase, HCl 0.5 mol L−1) in the lumen of the two-end sealed hollow fiber. After the extraction, 5 μL of the acceptor phase was withdrawn into the syringe and injected directly into the HPLC system for the analysis. The parameters influencing the extraction efficiency including the kind of organic solvent and its volume, composition of donor and acceptor phases and the volume ratio between them, extraction time, stirring rate, salt addition and the effect of the analyte complexation with 18-crown-6 ether were investigated and optimized. Under the optimal conditions (donor phase: 6 mL of 1 mol L−1 NaOH with 10% NaCl; organic phase: 20 μL of toluene; acceptor phase: 6 μL of 0.5 mol L−1 HCl and 600 m mol L−1 18-crown-6 ether; pre-extraction and back-extraction times: 75 s and 10 min, respectively; stirring rate: 800 rpm), the obtained EFs were between 259 and 674, dynamic linear ranges were 0.1-1000 μg L−1 (R > 0.9991), and also the limits of detection were in the range of 0.01-0.1 μg L−1. The proposed procedure worked very well for real environmental water samples with microgram per liter level of the analytes, and good relative recoveries (91-102%) were obtained for the spiked sample solutions.  相似文献

Ultrasound-assisted ionic liquid dispersive liquid-phase micro-extraction was developed for the determination of four aromatic amines such as 2,4-dichloroaniline, 1-naphthylamine, 6-chloroanline and N,N-dimethylaniline. High-performance liquid chromatography coupled with UV detector was used for the determination of aromatic amines. In the novel procedure, 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate [C6MIM] [PF6] was dispersed into the aqueous sample solution as fine droplets by ultrasonication, and which promoted the analytes more easily migrate into the ionic liquid phase. Variable affecting such as the volume of [C6MIM] [PF6], sample pH, ultrasonication time, extraction time, centrifuging time have been investigated in detail. The proposed method has been found to have excellent detection sensitivity with limits of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) in the range of 0.17–0.49 μg L−1 and precisions in the range of 2.0–6.1% (RSDs, n = 6). This method has been also successfully applied to analyze the real water samples and good spiked recoveries over the range of 92.2–119.3% were obtained.  相似文献

A new method involving headspace single-drop microextraction (SDME) and capillary electrophoresis (CE) is developed for the preconcentration and determination of ammonia (as dissolved NH3 and ammonium ion). An aqueous microdrop (5 μL) containing 1 mmol/L H3PO4 and 0.5 mmol/L KH2PO4 (as internal standard) was used as the acceptor phase. Common experimental parameters (sample and acceptor phase pH, extraction temperature, extraction time) affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated. Proposed SDME-CE method provided about 14-fold enrichment in about 20 min. The calibration curve was linear for concentrations of NH4+ in the range from 5 to 100 μmol/L (R2 = 0.996). The LOD (S / N = 3) was estimated to be 1.5 μmol/L of NH4+. Such detection sensitivity is high enough for ammonia determination in common environmental and biological samples. Finally, headspace SDME was applied to determine ammonia in human blood, seawater and milk samples with spiked recoveries in the range of 96-107%.  相似文献

Perfluoroalkyl- or nonafluoro-tert-butoxy-alkyl-substituted enantiopure amines having the structure PhCHCH3(NR1R2) [R1 = H, CH3; R2 = (CH2)3C8F17, (CH2)2OC(CF3)3; R1 = R2 = (CH2)3C8F17, (CH2)2OC(CF3)3] are obtained in high yields, when (S)-(−)-1-phenylethylamine is reacted with readily accessible alkylating reagents or fluorous 2° amines (R1 = H; R2 = (CH2)3C8F17, (CH2)2OC(CF3)3) are methylated in a Leuckart-Wallach reaction. The solubility patterns of these novel chiral amines and their hydrochlorides are qualitatively described for a broad spectrum of solvents and the fluorous partition coefficients of the free bases are determined by GC. A novel method for the resolution of enantiomers is disclosed here, which involves the use a half-equivalent of the selected resolving agent in solvent water that displays low solubility for the crystalline diastereomeric salt(s) formed even at temperatures near to its boiling point. Compound (S)-(−)-PhCHCH3[NH(CH2)3C8F17] is found to satisfy all the latter conditions and successfully used for the heat facilitated resolution of the title racemic acid. The circular dichroism (CD) spectra of six novel fluorous (S)-(−)-1-phenylethylamine derivatives are measured in ethanol, trifluoroethanol and hexafluoropropan-2-ol and discussed in detail.  相似文献

The effect of changing substituents of organic dyes for their performance on dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) is examined. These dyes consist of an aromatic amine donor group, a cyanoacrylic acid acceptor group, and a triaryl spacer group, while they are linked together by consecutive palladium catalyzed coupling reactions. These materials exhibit strong charge transfer absorption bands in the UV/vis region. Their redox potential levels were estimated by cyclic voltammetry, and found to suit well to the charge flow in DSSCs. Adding electron-donating substituents on the phenyl groups of aromatic amines increased the electron density on the donor groups, therefore reduced the HOMO/LUMO band gap. These dyes were chemisorbed on the surface of nanocrystalline TiO2, and fabricated into DSSCs through standard operations. For a typical device the maximal monochromatic incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE) can reach to 80%, with a short-circuit photocurrent density (Jsc) 16.34 mA cm−2, an open-circuit photovoltage (Voc) 0.68 V, and fill factor (FF) 0.55, which corresponds to an overall conversion efficiency of 6.05%.  相似文献

The equilibrium molalities In3+ in {In2(SO4)3 + Na2SO4 + HDEHMTPCA + n-C8H18 + water} were measured at ionic strength from (0.1 to 2.0) mol · kg−1 containing Na2SO4 as supporting electrolyte in aqueous phase and at constant molality extractant at temperatures from (278.15 to 303.15) K in organic phase. The standard extraction constants K0 at various temperatures were obtained by methods of extrapolation and polynomial approximation. Thermodynamic quantities for the extraction process were calculated.  相似文献

By using ionic liquid as membrane liquid and tri-n-octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) as additive, hollow fiber supported liquid phase microextraction (HF-LPME) was developed for the determination of five sulfonamides in environmental water samples by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection The extraction solvent and the parameters affecting the extraction enrichment factor such as the type and amount of carrier, pH and volume ratio of donor phase and acceptor phase, extraction time, salt-out effect and matrix effect were optimized. Under the optimal extraction conditions (organic liquid membrane phase: [C8MIM][PF6] with 14% TOPO (w/v); donor phase: 4 mL, pH 4.5 KH2PO4 with 2 M Na2SO4; acceptor phase: 25 μL, pH 13 NaOH; extraction time: 8 h), low detection limits (0.1–0.4 μg/L, RSD ≤ 5%) and good linear range (1–2000 ng/mL, R2 ≥ 0.999) were obtained for all the analytes. The presence of humic acid (0–25 mg/L dissolved organic carbon) and bovine serum albumin (0–100 μg/mL) had no significant effect on the extraction efficiency. Good spike recoveries over the range of 82.2–103.2% were obtained when applying the proposed method on five real environmental water samples. These results indicated that this present method was very sensitive and reliable with good repeatabilities and excellent clean-up in water samples. The proposed method confirmed hollow fiber supported ionic liquid membrane based LPME to be robust to monitoring trace levels of sulfadiazine, sulfamerazine, sulfamethazine, sulfadimethoxine and sulfamethoxazole in aqueous samples.  相似文献

The macrocyclic calixarenes and crown ethers have recently been found to form hydrophobic complexes with the cationic protein cytochrome c (Cyt-c), by recognizing lysine residues on the protein surface. In the present study, it was found that the distribution of cytochrome c in Li2SO4/PEG aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) can be controlled by complexation with the crown ether dicyclohexano-18-crown-6 (DCH18C6). The protein was quantitatively extracted into the PEG-rich phase in the presence of DCH18C6 and perchlorate ion. Of various crown ethers and their analogues that were investigated, only DCH18C6 was able to extract cytochrome c into the PEG-rich phase. Extraction of cytochrome c in the ATPS using DCH18C6 is complete within 5 min. Cytochrome c complexed with DCH18C6 in the PEG-rich phase was quantitatively recovered into a salt-rich phase using K2SO4 by ion exchange of potassium ion and cationic protein in the cationic protein complex with DCH18C6. Selective extraction of cationic proteins was demonstrated in the ATPS. Under optimum conditions, the lysine-rich protein cytochrome c was selectively extracted over other cationic proteins using DCH18C6.  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and efficient protocol for the chemoselective N-Boc protection of amines using sulfamic acid as catalyst is described. N-Boc protection of various structurally diverse aliphatic, aromatic, alicyclic, and heterocyclic amines (1°, 2°, 3°) was carried out with (Boc)2O using sulfamic acid as catalyst (5 mol %) at room temperature under solventless conditions. The advantages of this method are simplicity, shorter reaction times (1-15 min), a cost-effective catalyst, and excellent isolated yields (90-100%); it is also environmentally benign. Moreover, the combined use of ultrasound and sulfamic acid achieves a synergic effect that is especially marked in the N-Boc protection of deactivated (sterically hindered and electron-deficient) amines. The catalyst possesses distinct advantages: ease of handling, cleaner reactions, high activity, and excellent chemoselectivity.  相似文献

The thermodynamic functions of complex formation of benzo-15-crown-5 ether with sodium cation in {(1 − x)DMA + xH2O} at T = 298.15 K have been calculated. The equilibrium constants of complex formation of benzo-15-crown-5 ether with sodium cation have been determined by conductivity measurements. The enthalpic effect of complex formation has been measured by calorimetric method at T = 298.15 K. The complexes are enthalpy stabilized and entropy destabilized. A simple model has been proposed to describe the relationship between the thermodynamic functions of complex formation of crown ethers with sodium cation and the structural and energetic properties of the mixed water-organic solvent. The linear enthalpy-entropy relationship for complex formation is also presented. The solvation enthalpy of the complex in {(1 − x)DMA + xH2O} is discussed.  相似文献

(Nonafluoro-tert-butyloxy)ethyl tosylate 4 was prepared in 65% yield from nonafluoro-tert-butanol 1 using commercially available reagents. Further reaction of 4 with HNR1R2 (R1 = R2 = H, CH3; R1 = H, R2 = CH3, (CH2)3C8F17, CH2CH2OC(CF3)3) affords the appropriate (CF3)3COCH2CH2NR1R2 amines in 20-69% yields. Improved overall yields of [(CF3)3COCH2CH2]3−nNRn to 1 were obtained by the reaction of (CF3)3CONa 2 and (XCH2CH2)3−nNRn (X = Cl, n = 0, 1, 2, R = CH3; X = CH3SO2O, n = 1, R = CH3SO2) nitrogen mustards and a similar reactive β-substituted ethyl amine. The title amines are mobile colorless liquids and volatile with steam. The bulky fluorous ponytail (CF3)3CO(CH2)2 displays high acidic stability and increases fluorous character almost as much as the classical straight-chain C8F17(CH2)3 ponytail.  相似文献

(Liquid + liquid) equilibrium data are presented for four ternary systems of an alkane, or aromatic compound and ethyl(2-hydroxyethyl)dimethylammonium bis{(trifluomethyl)sulfonyl}imide (C2NTf2) at 298.15 K: [hexane + benzene + C2NTf2], [hexane + p-xylene + C2NTf2], and [hexane, or octane + m-xylene + C2NTf2]. The separation of aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, or p-xylene, or m-xylene) from aliphatic hydrocarbons (hexane, or octane) is investigated by extraction with the ammonium ionic liquid. Selectivities and distribution ratios are discussed for these mixtures at constant temperature. The data were analysed and compared to those previously reported for other ionic liquids and especially for the system {hexane + benzene + [EMIM][NTf2]}. The nonrandom two liquid NRTL model was successfully used to correlate the experimental tie-lines and to calculate the phase compositions of the ternary systems.  相似文献

Equilibrium constants () for the ion-pair formation of a complex ion NaL+ with ReO4 in water were determined potentiometrically at 25 °C and the ionic strength (I) of 0 mol dm−3 using a Na+-selective electrode. Here, crown ethers, L, were 15-crown-5 ether (15C5), benzo-15C5, 18-crown-6 ether (18C6) and benzo-18C6. Also, NaReO4 was extracted by the L into 1,2-dichloroethane and then extraction constants (Kex/mol−2 dm6) for the species, NaLReO4, were determined at 25 °C by AAS. These Kex values were resolved into four component equilibrium constants containing KMLA calculated at given I values. Based on these data, extraction-abilities of the L against the perrhenate were discussed in comparison with those of sodium picrate-L systems reported previously.  相似文献

A series of new C2-symmetric 2,2′-bipyridine-contaning crown macrocycles 1-4 has been developed for enantiomeric recognition of amino acid derivatives. These new macrocycles have been showed to be strong complexing agents for primary organic ammonium salts (with K up to 4.83×105 M−1 and −ΔG0 up to 32.4 kJ mol−1) and also useful chromophores for UV-vis titration studies. These macrocyclic hosts exhibited enantioselective binding towards the (S)-enantiomer of phenylglycine methyl ester hydrochloride (Am1) with K(S)/K(R) up to 2.10 (ΔΔG0=−1.84 kJ mol−1) in CH2Cl2 with 0.25% CH3OH. The structure-binding relationship studies showed that the aromatic subunit and the ester group of the ammonium guests are both important for good enantioselectivity. In addition, the host-guest complexes have been studied using various NMR experiments.  相似文献
