A convenient synthesis of pyrrolo[3,2-d][1,3]oxazine-2,4-dione 4 is described and its reactivity towards various nucleophiles studied. The regioselective ring opening of anhydride 4 or its N-alkylated analog 25 in the presence of alanine or proline afforded, respectively, imidazolidinedione 22 and N-protected pyrrolo[3,2-e][1,4]diazepines 30 and 31 in a one-pot process. In a last part of this study, an alternative route to produce a library of eight non protected pyrrolo[3,2-e][1,4]diazepine-2,5-diones 35ah is described to overcome the limited reactivity of anhydride 4.  相似文献

We have measured, by means of NMR titrations, the binding constants for the complexes between hosts N,N′-bis(6-methylpyridin-2-yl)-1,3-benzenedicarboxamide (7) and 4-chloro-N,N′-bis(6-methylpyridin-2-yl)-2,6-pyridinedicarboxamide (8, hydrated) with biotin methyl ester (1), N,N′-dimethylurea (2), 2-imidazolidone (3), N,N′-trimethylenurea (4), barbital (5) and tolbutamide (6) as guests. Molecular Mechanics calculations (Monte Carlo Conformational Search, AMBER and OPLS force fields, MacroModel v.8.1) on the complexes formed between the foregoing guests and hosts 7 and 8, comparatively with 4-oxo-N,N′-bis(6-methylpyridin-2-yl)-1,4-dihydro-2,6-pyridinedicarboxamide (9a) have been carried out in order to determine the correlation between experimental and theoretical results and to understand the behaviour of the designed new hosts. Finally we have performed single point DFT [B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)] calculations on the optimised Molecular Mechanics geometries for the complexes between hosts 7-9 and water.  相似文献

The reactions of 1,2-bis(tetrazol-5-yl)benzene (1), 1,3-bis(tetrazol-5-yl)benzene (2), 1,4-bis(tetrazol-5-yl)benzene (3), 1,2-(Bu3SnN4C)2C6H4 (4), 1,3-(Bu3SnN4C)2C6H4 (5) and 1,4-(Bu3SnN4C)2C6H4 (6) with 1,2-dibromoethane were carried out by two different methods in order to synthesise pendant alkyl halide derivatives of the parent bis-tetrazoles. This lead to the formation of several alkyl halide derivatives, substituted at either N1 or N2 on the tetrazole ring, as well as the surprising formation of several vinyl derivatives. The crystal structures of both 1,2-[(2-vinyl)tetrazol-5-yl)]benzene (1-N,2-N′) (1b) and 1,3-bis[(2-bromoethyl)tetrazol-5-yl]benzene (2-N,2-N′) (5d) are discussed.  相似文献

A novel, cost-effective, and efficient process for the synthesis of 1,7-dimethyl-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane 1 has been developed. The two-step process involved the selective conversion of commercially available cyclen to N1,N7-diethylcarbamate cyclen 3 that afforded the title compound in high yield after the reduction step.  相似文献

Novel adamantane-oxalamide derivatives, N,N′-bis(1-adamantylglycine methyl ester)oxalamide (meso-1 and rac-1), N,N′-bis(3-aminoadamantane-1-carboxylic acid methyl ester)oxalamide (2) and N,N′-bis(3-aminoadamantane-1-carboxylic acid)oxalamide (3) were prepared and structurally characterized by spectroscopic methods and X-ray analysis. Crystal packing of the structures meso-1 and rac-1 is defined by one-dimensional α-networks of hydrogen-bonded chains. The crystal structures of 2 and 3 are characterized by two-dimensional β-networks of hydrogen bonds. The oxalamide 3 crystallizes as the solvates only. In the crystal structure of 3 the protic solvent participates in hydrogen bonding with the oxalamide moieties. However, in non-protic solvents 3 crystallizes as a solvate but the solvent does not participate in hydrogen bonding. The two-dimensional network of hydrogen bonds connecting molecules of 3 generates channels, which are filled by discrete solvent molecules.  相似文献

The synthesis of tricyclic compounds on functionalized cyclam core is described. The addition of four methyl acrylate molecules and consecutive condensation of this derivative with ethylenediamine resulted in formation of 1,4,8,11-tetrakis(2-(N-(2-aminoethyl)carbamoyl)ethyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (3). Compound 3 was the substrate for further condensation with dialdehydes: iso-phthaldialdehyde and 2,6-pyridinedicarbaldehyde, resulting in spontaneous macrocycle ring closure to give tricyclic derivatives: 1,11:4,8-bis(benzene-1,3-diyl-bis(2-(N-(2-formidoylethylene)carbamoyl)ethylene))-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (4) in the reaction of 3 with iso-phthaldialdehyde and three isomers: 1,4:8,11-bis(pyridine-2,6-diyl-bis(2-(N-(2-formidoylethylene)carbamoyl)ethylene))-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (5A), 1,11:4,8-bis(pyridine-2,6-diyl-bis(2-(N-(2-formidoylethylene)carbamoyl)ethylene))-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (5B), and 1,8:4,11-bis(pyridine-2,6-diyl-bis(2-(N-(2-formidoylethylene)carbamoyl)ethylene))-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane (5C) when 2,6-pyridinedicarbaldehyde was used. The compounds 4, 5B, and 5C were identified crystallographically. The isolated 5A converted in solution into the mixture of 5B and 5C as monitored by the 1H NMR spectroscopy. The tricycle 5 is able to accept two manganese(II) metal ions by reacting with manganese(II) dichloride with simultaneous diprotonation of 5. Structure of the resulting Mn2(5BH2)Cl6·(CH3OH)2(H2O)2 was determined crystallographically.  相似文献

Reaction of 4-isopropylamino-5-chloro-1,2-dithiole-3-ones 3 and S2Cl2 in acetonitrile gave selectively 3-oxo-bis[1,2]dithiolo[1,4]thiazine-5-thiones 1 by the addition of triethylamine and bis[1,2]dithiolo[1,4]thiazine-3,5-diones 5 under the action of formic acid. 3,5-Diones 5 were also obtained by intramolecular cyclization of N,N-bis(5-chloro-3-oxo[1,2]dithiol-4-yl)amines 6 with S2Cl2 in the presence of Et3N.  相似文献

1,1,3,3,3-Pentafluoro-2-pentafluorophenyl-1,2-epoxypropane 1 reacted with trimethylphosphite giving two diastereomers, (Z)- and (E)-3,6-bis(trifluoromethyl)-3,6-bis(pentafluorophenyl)-1,4-dioxan-2,5-dione 2a, b in a 1:1 ratio, cyclodimerisation product of the intermediately generated α-lactone 4. Compounds 2a, b were hydrolysed to furnish 3,3,3-trifluoro-2-hydroxy-2-(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorophenyl)propionic acid 5.  相似文献

The synthesis of several lanthanide complexes from the tris alkylated cyclen (1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane) ligands 1 and 2 is described. The syntheses of 1 and 2 were investigated by means of two different synthetic routes (Method 1 and Method 2). The first of these involves the mono protection of cyclen using 4-methoxyphenylsulfonyl chloride, followed by alkylation of the remaining three secondary amines of cyclen, and deprotection using solvated Na(s). Using this approach only 1 was successfully formed. The X-ray crystal structure of the intermediate, 9 and the corresponding La(III) complex, 9.La is presented. The second method involved the direct synthesis of the two ligands in a single step. The X-ray crystallography of the Eu(III) complex of one of these ligands is presented. Whereas, Method 1 yielded the product 1 in high purity, but in low overall yield, Method 2 gave higher yields for both ligands (∼50% for both).  相似文献

The syntheses and structures of a series of metal complexes, namely Cu2Cl4(L1)(DMSO)2·2DMSO (L1 = N,N′-bis(2-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 1; {[Cu(L2)1.5(DMF)2][ClO4]2·3DMF} (L2 = N,N′-bis(3-pyridinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 2; {[Cd(NO3)2(L3)]·2DMF} (L3 = N,N′-bis-(2-pyrimidinyl)-1,4-benzenedicarboxamide), 3; {[HgBr2(L3)]·H2O}, 4, and {[Na(L3)2][Hg2X5]·2DMF} (X = Br, 5; I, 6) are reported. All the complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is dinuclear and the molecules are interlinked through S?S interactions. In 2, the Cu(II) ions are linked through the L2 ligands to form 1-D ladder-like chains with 60-membered metallocycles, whereas complexes 3 and 4 form 1-D zigzag chains. In complexes 5 and 6, the Na(I) ions are linked by the L3 ligands to form 2-D layer structures in which the [Hg2X5] anions are in the cavities. The L2 ligand acts only as a bridging ligand, while L1 and L3 show both chelating and bridging bonding modes. The L1 ligand in 1 adopts a trans-anti conformation and the L2 ligand in 2 adopts both the cis-syn and trans-anti conformations, whereas the L3 ligands in 36 adopt the trans conformation.  相似文献

The reaction of an equimolar mixture of N,N′-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)acetamidine (1) and di(tert-butyl)phosphane with dimethylzinc yields dinuclear bis(methylzinc) bis(2-pyridylmethyl)acetamidinate di(tert-butyl)phosphanide (2). A similar protocol allows the preparation of bis(alkylzinc) bis(2-pyridylmethyl)acetamidinate tert-butylamide [zinc-bound methyl (3) or trimethylsilylmethyl group (4)]. The reactions of 3 and 4 with diphenylsilane lead to the formation of insoluble dimeric bis(alkylzinc) N,N′-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)acetamidinate hydrides [zinc-bound methyl (5) or trimethylsilylmethyl group (6)]. These zinc hydrides decompose once dissolved under formation of elemental zinc thus hampering catalytic applications. Molecular structures of [(1)ZnCl2] as well as of the zinc complexes 2 to 6 are discussed.  相似文献

Five mononuclear complexes of manganese(II) of a group of the general formula, [MnL(NCS)2] where the Schiff base L = N,N′-bis[(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene]ethane-1,2-diamine (L1), (1); N,N′-bis[(pyridin-2-yl)benzylidene]ethane-1,2-diamine (L2), (2); N,N′-bis[(pyridin-2-yl)methylidene]propane-1,2-diamine (L3), (3); N,N′-bis[(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene]propane-1,2-diamine (L4), (4) and N,N′-bis[(pyridin-2-yl)benzylidene]propane-1,2-diamine (L5), (5) have been prepared. The syntheses have been achieved by reacting manganese chloride with the corresponding tetradentate Schiff bases in presence of thiocyanate in the molar ratio of 1:1:2. The complexes have been characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and other physicochemical studies, including crystal structure determination of 1, 2 and 4. Structural studies reveal that the complexes 1, 2 and 4 adopt highly distorted octahedral geometry. The antibacterial activity of all the complexes and their respective Schiff bases has been tested against Gram(+) and Gram(−) bacteria.  相似文献

Polymer-supported N-benzyloxy-2-nitrobenzenesulfonamides 1 were N-alkylated using three different routes: via Fukuyama reaction with alcohols, by N-alkylation with alkylbromides, and by Michael addition reaction with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. The N-alkylated products prepared on the linker 1b were obtained in excellent purity and yield. The 2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl (Nos) group was cleaved under mild conditions to yield polymer-supported N-alkylated benzyloxyamines. Convenient and regioselective syntheses of 1,2-annulated, and 1,2-, 5,6- and 1,2-, 7,8-bisannulated polycyclic indolizine derivatives have been achieved by one-pot tandem reactions of cyclic N-ylides derived from the corresponding N-substituted pyridinium, quinolinium, and isoquinolinium salts 1-3 with dichloro substituted α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds 4-7. The reactions of the N-ylides with 2,3-dichloroindenone 4, 3,4-dichlorocoumarin 5, and 4a,6,7,8a-tetrachloro-1,4-methanonaphthalene-5,8-dione 6 proceed by sequential [3+2] cycloaddition and elimination of hydrogen chlorides from the cycloadducts. On the other hand, reactions of the N-ylides with 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone 7 take place via a novel reaction sequence to give the products 15-17.  相似文献

Five novel coordination polymers, [Co(bpb)2Cl2] (1), [Co(bpb)2(SCN)2] (2), [Cd(H4bpb)0.5(dmf)(NO3)2] (3), [Cd2(H4bpb)Br4] (4), and [Hg2(H4bpb)I4] (5) [bpb=N,N′-bis(3-pyridylmethyl)-1,4-benzenedimethyleneimine, H4bpb=N,N′-bis(3-pyridylmethyl)-1,4-benzenedimethylamine], were synthesized and their structures were determined by X-ray crystallography. In the solid state, complex 1 is a 1D hinged chain, while 2 has 2D network structure with the ligand bpb serving as a bridging ligand using its two pyridyl N atoms. The imine N atoms keep free of coordination and bpb acts as a bidentate ligand in both 1 and 2. Complexes 3, 4, and 5 with reduced bpb ligand, i.e. H4bpb, show similar 2D network structure, in which ligand H4bpb serves as a tetradentate ligand. Thermogravimetric analyses for complexes 1-5 were carried out and found that they have high thermal stability. The magnetic susceptibilities of compounds 1, 2 were measured over a temperature range of 75-300 K.  相似文献

Four photochromic dithienylethene compounds, 1,2-bis(2-methyl-5-naphthalene-3-thienyl)perfluorocyclopentene 1a, 1,2-bis[2-methyl-5(p-fluorophenyl)-3-thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene 2a, 1,2-bis[2-methyl-5(p-ethoxyphenyl)-3-thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene 3a, and 1,2-bis[2-methyl-5(p-N,N-dimethylaminophenyl)-3-thienyl]perfluorocyclopentene 4a were synthesized, and their optoelectronic properties, such as photochromism in solution as well as in poly-methylmethacrylate (PMMA) amorphous films, fluorescences and electrochemical properties were investigated in detail. These dithienylethenes have shown good photochromic behavior both in solution and in PMMA amorphous film. All of them exhibited relatively strong fluorescence and gave a bathochromic shift upon increasing concentration in THF. The irreversible anodic oxidation of 1a, 2a and 4a was observed by performing cyclic voltammetry experiments.  相似文献

Polymer-supported N-benzyl- and N-benzhydryl-2-nitrobenzenesulfonamides 1 were N-alkylated using three different routes: via Fukuyama reaction with alcohols, by N-alkylation with electrophiles, and by Michael addition reaction with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds. The N-alkylated products were obtained in excellent purity and high yield. The 2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl (Nos) group was then cleaved to yield polymer-supported N-alkylated benzylamines and benzhydrylamines. N-alkylation of polymer-supported 2-nitrobenzenesulfonamide linkers 1 described herein represents an alternative route to reductive amination of aldehyde linkers.  相似文献
