New cationic, pentacoordinate complexes [(TPA)Rh1(ethene)]+, [1a]+, and [(MeTPA)Rh1(ethene)]+, [1b]+, have been prepared (TPA = N,N,N-tri(2-pyridylmethyl)amine, MeTPA = N-[(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)-methyl]-N,N-di(2-pyridylmethyl)amine). Complex [1a]+ is selectively converted by aqueous HCl to [(TPA)RhIII-(ethyl)Cl]+, [2a]+. The same reaction with [1b]+ results in the [(MeTPA)RhIII-(ethyl)Cl]+ isomers [2b]+ and [2c]+. Treatment of [1a]+ and [1b]+ with aqueous H2O2 results in a selective oxygenation to the unsubstituted 2-rho-da(III)oxetanes (1-oxa-2-rhoda(III)cyclo-butanes) [(TPA)RhIII(kappa2-C,O-2-oxyethyl)]+, [3a]+, and [(MeTPA)RhIII(kappa2-C,O-2-oxyethyl)]+, [3b]+. The reactivity of 2-rhodaoxetanes [3a]+ and [3b]+ is dominated by the nucleophilic character of their 2-oxyethyl oxygen. Reaction of [3a]+ and [3b]+ with the non-coordinating acid HBAr(f)4 results in the dicationic protonated 2-rhodaoxetanes [(TPA)RhIII(kappa2-2-hydroxyethyl)]2+, [4a]2+, and [(MeTPA)RhIII(kappa2-2-hydroxyethyl)]2+, [4b]2+. These eliminate acetaldehyde at room temperature, probably via a coordinatively unsaturated kappa1-2-hydroxyethyl complex. In acetonitrile, complex [4a]2+ is stabilised as [(TPA)-RhIII(kappa1-2-hydroxyethyl)(MeCN)]2+, [5a]2+, whereas the MeTPA analogue [4b]2+ continues to eliminate acetaldehyde. Reaction of [3a]+ with NH4Cl and Mel results in the coordinatively saturated complexes [(TPA)RhIII(kappa1-2-hydroxyethyl)(Cl)]+, [6a]+, and [(TPA)-RhIII(kappa1-2-methoxyethyl)(I)+, [7a]+, respectively. Reaction of [3a]+ with NH4+ in MeCN results in formation of the dicationic metallacyclic amide [(TPA)-RhIII [kappa2-O,C-2-(acetylamino)ethyl]]2+, [9]2+, via the intermediates [4a]2+, [5a]2+ and the metallacyclic iminoester [(TPA)RhIII[kappa2-N,C-2-(acetimidoyloxy)ethyl]]2+, [8]2+. The observed overall conversion of the [Rh(I)(ethene)] complex [1a]+ to the metallacyclic amide [9]2+ via 2-rhodaoxetane [3a]+, provides a new route for the amidation of a [RhI(ethene)] fragment.  相似文献

Treatment of the acetylene-coordinated tetrairon cluster, [(eta5-C5H4Me)4Fe4(HCCH)2]+, with N-bromosuccinimide led to stepwise bromination of two acetylene ligands to form [(eta5-C5H4Me)4Fe4(HCCBr)(HCCH)]+, [(eta5-C5H4Me)4Fe4(HCCBr)2]+, [(eta5-C5H4Me)4Fe4(BrCCBr)(HCCBr)]+, and [(eta5-C5H4Me)4Fe4(BrCCBr)2]+. The reactivity of the bromoacetylene fragment in [(eta5-C5H4Me)4Fe4(HCCBr)(HCCH)]+ toward water, pyridine, and ZnMe2 was also investigated.  相似文献

Gas-phase fragmentation reactions of [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ were studied by electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry (ESI-FTICR-MS). The results of sustained off-resonance irradiation collision-activated dissociation (SORI-CAD) experiments provide detailed insights into mechanisms for the gas-phase fragmentation reactions of these complex ions. The PC bond cleavage mediated by palladium is investigated in the gas phase. There are two competitive fragmentation pathways for the complex ions [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ (Ar = p-OCH3-C6H4, p-CH3-C6H4, p-tBu-C6H4, p-NH2-C6H4, p-COCH3-C6H4, and p-F-C6H4) of electron-donating and electron-withdrawing aromatic iodides. Path A proceeds through reductive elimination of [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ to produce the product ion [PPh3Ar]+. Path B mostly proceeds via phenyl migration from the triphenylphosphine ligand to the palladium center by cleavage of the phosphorus-phenyl bond to give a palladium-phenyl intermediate, and subsequent reductive elimination of the intermediate to yield a product ion [PPh4]+. The result of deuterium-labeling experiments provides evidence for the phenyl shift between the palladium center and the coordinated ligand through cleavage of the PC bond. The complex ions [(o-CH3-C6H4)Pd(PPh3)2]+, [(o-2,6-Me2-C6H3)Pd(PPh3)2]+, and [(C10H7)Pd(PPh3)2]+ display more fragmentation pathways, two of which are similar to those of the ions [ArPd(PPh3)2]+ (Ar = p-OCH3-C6H4, p-CH3-C6H4, p-tBu-C6H4, p-NH2-C6H4, p-COCH3-C6H4, p-F-C6H4), and the third pathway involves loss of one molecule of benzene and one PPh3 ligand. The electronic effect and steric effect of the aryl groups also exhibit different influences on the fragmentation pathways.  相似文献

The complex [Rh(kappa(3)-N,N,N-pybox)(CO)][PF(6)] (1) has been prepared by reaction of the precursor [Rh(mu-Cl)(eta(2)-C(2)H(4))(2)](2), 2,6-bis[4'(S)-isopropyloxazolin-2'-yl]pyridine (pybox), CO, and NaPF(6). Complex 1 reacts with monodentate phosphines to give the complexes [Rh(kappa(1)-N-pybox)(CO)(PR(3))(2)][PF(6)] (R(3) = MePh(2) (2), Me(2)Ph (3), (C(3)H(5))Ph(2) (4)), which show a previously unseen monodentate coordination of pybox. Complex 1 undergoes oxidative addition reactions with iodine and CH(3)I leading to the complexes [RhI(R)(kappa(3)-N,N,N-pybox)(CO)][PF(6)] (R = I (5); R = CH(3) (6)). Furthermore, a new allenyl Rh(III)-pybox complex of formula [Rh(CH=C=CH(2))Cl(2)(kappa(3)-N,N,N-pybox)] (7) has been synthesized by a one-pot reaction from [Rh(mu-Cl)(eta(2)-C(2)H(4))(2)](2), pybox, and an equimolar amount of propargyl chloride.  相似文献

Reactions of [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PR'3)2(Cl)] with NaBAr(F) [BAr(F)-=B{3,5-[C6H3(CF3)2]}4-; PR'3=PEt3 or 1/2Et2PCH2CH2PEt2) (depe)] and PR2H (R=Ph, a; tBu, b; Cy, c) in C6H5F, or of related cationic Ru(N2) complexes with PR2H in C6H5F, gave the secondary phosphine complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PR'3)2(PR2H)]+ BAr(F)- (PR'3=PEt3, 3 a-c; 1/2depe, 4 a,b) in 65-91 % yields. Additions of tBuOK (3 a, 4 a; [D6]acetone) or NaN(SiMe3)2 (3 b,c, 4 b; [D8]THF) gave the title complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PEt3)2(PR2)] (5 a-c) and [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(depe)(PR2)] (6 a,b) in high spectroscopic yields. These complexes were rapidly oxidized in air; with 5 a, [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PEt3)2{P(=O)Ph2}] was isolated (>99 %). The reaction of 5 a and elemental selenium yielded [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PEt3)2{P(=Se)Ph2}] (70 %); selenides from 5 c and 6 a were characterized in situ. Competitive deprotonation reactions showed that 5 a is more basic than the rhenium analog [(eta5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(PPh2)], and that 6 b is more basic than PtBu3 and P(iPrNCH2CH2)3N. The latter is one of the most basic trivalent phosphorus compounds [pK(a)(acetonitrile) 33.6]. Complexes 5 a-c and 6 b are effective ligands for Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reactions: 6 b gave a catalyst nearly as active as the benchmark organophosphine PtBu3; 5 a, with a less bulky and electron-rich PR2 moiety, gave a less active catalyst. The reaction of 5 a and [(eta3-C3H5)Pd(NCPh)2]+ BF4- gave the bridging phosphido complex [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(PEt3)2(PPh2)Pd(NCPh)(eta3-C3H5)]+ BAr(F)- in approximately 90 % purity. The crystal structure of 4 a is described, as well as substitution reactions of 3 b and 4 b.  相似文献

Photochemical decarbonylation of [Mo2Cp2(mu-PR*)(CO)4] (Cp = eta5-C5H5; R* = 2,4,6-C6H2tBu3) gives [Mo2Cp2(mu-kappa1:kappa1,eta6-PR*)(CO)2], which shows the first example of a remarkable 10-electron donor arylphosphinidene ligand which bridges two Mo atoms through its phosphorus atom while being pi-bonded to one Mo center through the six carbon atoms of the aryl ring. This causes a severe pyramidal distortion of the P-bound C atom. The complex adds CO to give [Mo2Cp2(mu-kappa1:kappa1,eta4-PR*)(CO)3], which has an 8-electron donor PR* ligand, and then the parent complex [Mo2Cp2(mu-PR*)(CO)4]. Protonation of [Mo2Cp2(mu-kappa1:kappa1,eta6-PR*)(CO)2] gives the hydride [Mo2Cp2(H)(mu-kappa1:kappa1,eta6-PR*)(CO)2]+, which undergoes P-C bond cleavage and hydride migration, affording the phosphido cation [Mo2Cp2(mu-P)(eta6-R*H)(CO)2]+.  相似文献

This paper, describing electron ionization mass spectral fragmentation of some hydroxycarboxylic and oxocarboxylic acid trimethylsilyl derivatives, focuses on the formation of fragment ions resulting from the interactions between the two functionalities of these compounds. These interactions result in the formation of fragment ions at [CH2=C(OTMS)2]+., [CH2=CHC(OTMS)=OTMS]+, [M-31]+, [M-105]+, and [M-RCHO]+. in the case of hydroxycarboxylic acid trimethylsilyl derivatives of formula RCHOTMS(CH2)nCOOTMS and at [RC(OTMS)=CH2]+., [RC(=OTMS)CH=CH2]+, and [M-RC(=O)CH2]+ in the case of oxocarboxylic acid trimethylsilyl esters of formula RC(=O)(CH2)nCOOTMS. Some of these fragmentations appeared to be sufficiently specific to be used to characterize these compounds. Several fragmentation pathways involving trimethylsilyl and hydrogen transfers were proposed to explain the formation of these different fragment ions and were substantiated by deuterium labeling.  相似文献

The ethene derivatives [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))RuX(C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))] with R=H and Me, which have been prepared from the eta(3)-allylic compounds [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))Ru(eta(3)-2-MeC(3)H(4))(PPh(3))] (1, 2) and acids HX under an ethene atmosphere, are excellent starting materials for the synthesis of a series of new halfsandwich-type ruthenium(II) complexes. The olefinic ligand is replaced not only by CO and pyridine, but also by internal and terminal alkynes to give (for X=Cl) alkyne, vinylidene, and allene compounds of the general composition [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))RuCl(L)(PPh(3))] with L=C(2)(CO(2)Me)(2), Me(3)SiC(2)CO(2)Et, C=CHCO(2)R, and C(3)H(4). The allenylidene complex [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuCl(=C=C=CPh(2))(PPh(3))] is directly accessible from 1 (R=H) in two steps with the propargylic alcohol HC triple bond CC(OH)Ph(2) as the precursor. The reactions of the ethene derivatives [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuX(C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))] (X=Cl, CF(3)CO(2)) with diazo compounds RR'CN(2) yield the corresponding carbene complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))RuX(=CRR')(PPh(3))], while with ethyl diazoacetate (for X=Cl) the diethyl maleate compound [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuCl[eta(2)-Z-C(2)H(2)(CO(2)Et)(2)](PPh(3))] is obtained. Halfsandwich-type ruthenium(II) complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)R(5))RuCl(=CHR')(PPh(3))] with secondary carbenes as ligands, as well as cationic species [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Ru(=CPh(2))(L)(PPh(3))]X with L=CO and CNtBu and X=AlCl(4) and PF(6), have also been prepared. The neutral compounds [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuCl(=CRR')(PPh(3))] react with phenyllithium, methyllithium, and the vinyl Grignard reagent CH(2)=CHMgBr by displacement of the chloride and subsequent C-C coupling to generate halfsandwich-type ruthenium(II) complexes with eta(3)-benzyl, eta(3)-allyl, and substituted olefins as ligands. Protolytic cleavage of the metal-allylic bond in [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Ru(eta(3)-CH(2)CHCR(2))(PPh(3))] with acetic acid affords the corresponding olefins R(2)C=CHCH(3). The by-product of this process is the acetato derivative [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Ru(kappa(2)-O(2)CCH(3))(PPh(3))], which can be reconverted to the carbene complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)H(5))RuCl(=CR(2))(PPh(3))] in a one-pot reaction with R(2)CN(2) and Et(3)NHCl.  相似文献

The syntheses of the chloro complexes [Ru(eta5-C5R5)Cl(L)] (R = H, Me; L = phosphinoamine ligand) (1a-d) have been carried out by reaction of [(eta5-C5H5)RuCl(PPh3)2] or {(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl}4 with the corresponding phosphinoamine (R,R)-1,2-bis((diisopropylphosphino)amino)cyclohexane), R,R-dippach, or 1,2-bis(((diisopropylphosphino)amino)ethane), dippae. The chloride abstraction reactions from these compounds lead to different products depending on the starting chlorocomplex and the reaction conditions. Under argon atmosphere, chloride abstraction from [(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl(R,R-dippach)] with NaBAr'4 yields the compound [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(kappa3P,P'-(R,R)-dippach)][BAr'4] (2b) which exhibits a three-membered ring Ru-N-P by a new coordination form of this phosphinoamine. However, under the same conditions the reaction starting from [(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl(dippae)] yields the unsaturated 16 electron complex [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(dippae)][BAr'4] (2d). The bonding modes of R,R-dippach and dippae ligands have been analyzed by DFT calculations. The possibility of tridentate P,N,P-coordination of the phosphinoamide ligand to a fragment [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru]+ is always present, but only the presence of a cyclohexane unit in the ligand framework converts this bonding mode in a more favorable option than the usual P,P-coordination. Dinitrogen [(eta5-C5R5)Ru(N2)(L)][BAr'4] (3a-d) and dioxygen complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(O2)(R,R-dippach)][BPh4] (4a) and [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(O2)(L)][BPh4] (4b,d) have been prepared by chloride abstraction under dinitrogen or dioxygen atmosphere, respectively. The presence of 16 electron [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(R,R-dippach)]+ species in fluorobenzene solutions of the corresponding dinitrogen or dioxygen complexes in conjunction with the presence of [BAr'4]- gave in some cases a small fraction of [Ru(eta5-C5H5)(eta6-C6H5F)][BAr'4] (5a), which has been isolated and characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Reaction between the Os(VI)-nitrido complex, trans-[OsVI(tpy)(Cl)2(N)]PF6 (tpy = 2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine), and ammonia (NH3) under N2 in dry CH3CN gives the mu-1,3-azido bridged [OsII-N3-OsII]- dimer, trans,trans-NH4[(tpy)(Cl)2OsII(N3)OsII(Cl)2(tpy)]. It undergoes air oxidation to give the [OsIII-N3-OsIII]+ analogue, trans,trans-[(tpy)(Cl)2OsIII(N3)OsIII(Cl)2(tpy)]PF6 ([OsIII-N3-OsIII]PF6), which has been isolated and characterized. The structural formulation as a mu-1,3-N3 bridged complex has been established by infrared and 15N NMR measurements on the 15N-labeled forms, [OsIII-14N=15N=14N-OsIII]+, [OsIII-15N=14N=15N-OsIII]+, and [OsIII-15N=15N=15N-OsIII]+. Cyclic voltammetric measurements in 0.2 M Bu4NPF6/CH3CN reveal the existence of five chemically reversible waves from 1.40 to -0.12 V for couples ranging from OsV-OsIV/OsIV-OsIV to OsIII-OsII/OsII-OsII. DeltaE1/2 values for couples adjacent to the three mixed-valence forms are 0.19 V for OsIII-OsII, 0.52 V for OsIV-OsIII, and >0.71 V for OsV-OsIV. In CH3CN at 60 degrees C, [OsIII-N3-OsIII]+ undergoes a [2 + 3] cycloaddition with CH3CN at the mu-N3- bridge followed by a solvolysis to give trans-[OsIII(tpy)(Cl)2(5-MeCN4)] and trans-[OsIII(tpy)(Cl)2(NCCH3)]PF6.  相似文献

Two pro-ligands ((R)LH) comprised of an o,p-di-tert-butyl-substituted phenol covalently bonded to a benzimidazole ((Bz)LH) or a 4,5-di-p-methoxyphenyl substituted imidazole ((PhOMe)LH), have been structurally characterised. Each possesses an intramolecular O-H[dot dot dot]N hydrogen bond between the phenolic O-H group and an imidazole nitrogen atom and (1)H NMR studies show that this bond is retained in solution. Each (R)LH undergoes an electrochemically reversible, one-electron, oxidation to form the [(R)LH] (+) radical cation that is considered to be stabilised by an intramolecular O...H-N hydrogen bond. The (R)LH pro-ligands react with M(BF(4))(2).H(2)O (M = Cu or Zn) in the presence of Et(3)N to form the corresponding [M((R)L)(2)] compound. [Cu((Bz)L)(2)] (), [Cu((PhOMe)L)(2)] (), [Zn((Bz)L)(2)] and [Zn((PhOMe)L)(2)] have been isolated and the structures of .4MeCN, .2MeOH, .2MeCN and .2MeCN determined by X-ray crystallography. In each compound the metal possesses an N(2)O(2)-coordination sphere: in .4MeCN and .2MeOH the {CuN(2)O(2)} centre has a distorted square planar geometry; in .2MeCN and .2MeCN the {ZnN(2)O(2)} centre has a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The X-band EPR spectra of both and , in CH(2)Cl(2)-DMF (9 : 1) solution at 77 K, are consistent with the presence of a Cu(ii) complex having the structure identified by X-ray crystallography. Electrochemical studies have shown that each undergo two, one-electron, oxidations; the potentials of these processes and the UV/vis and EPR properties of the products indicate that each oxidation is ligand-based. The first oxidation produces [M(II)((R)L)((R)L )](+), comprising a M(ii) centre bound to a phenoxide ((R)L) and a phenoxyl radical ((R)L ) ligand; these cations have been generated electrochemically and, for R = PhOMe, chemically by oxidation with Ag[BF(4)]. The second oxidation produces [M(II)((R)L )(2)](2+). The information obtained from these investigations shows that a suitable pro-ligand design allows a relatively inert phenoxyl radical to be generated, stabilised by either a hydrogen bond, as in [(R)LH] (+) (R = Bz or PhOMe), or by coordination to a metal, as in [M(II)((R)L)((R)L )](+) (M = Cu or Zn; R = Bz or PhOMe). Coordination to a metal is more effective than hydrogen bonding in stabilising a phenoxyl radical and Cu(ii) is slightly more effective than Zn(II) in this respect.  相似文献

Reactions of [RhH(PEt3)3] (1) or [RhH(PEt3)4] (2) with pentafluoropyridine or 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoropyridine afford the activation product [Rh(4-C5NF4)(PEt3)3] (3). Treatment of 3 with CO, 13CO or CNtBu effects the formation of trans-[Rh(4-C5NF4)(CO)(PEt3)2] (4a), trans-[Rh(4-C5NF4)(13CO)(PEt3)2] (4b) and trans-[Rh(4-C5NF4)(CNtBu)(PEt3)2] (5). The rhodium(III) compounds trans-[RhI(CH3)(4-C5NF4)(PEt3)2] (6a) and trans-[RhI(13CH3)(4-C5NF4)(PEt3)2] (6b) are accessible on reaction of 3 with CH3I or 13CH3I. In the presence of CO or 13CO these complexes convert into trans-[RhI(CH3)(4-C5NF4)(CO)(PEt3)2] (7a), trans-[RhI(13CH3)(4-C5NF4)(CO)(PEt3)2] (7b) and trans-[RhI(13CH3)(4-C5NF4)(13CO)(PEt3)2] (7c). The trans arrangement of the carbonyl and methyl ligand in 7a-7c has been confirmed by the 13C-13C coupling constant in the 13C NMR spectrum of 7c. A reaction of 4a or 4b with CH3I or 13CH3I yields the acyl compounds trans-[RhI(COCH3)(4-C5NF4)(PEt3)2] (8a) and trans-[RhI(13CO13CH3)(4-C5NF4)(PEt3)2] (8b), respectively. Complex 8a slowly reacts with more CH3I to give [PEt3Me][Rh(I)2(COCH3)(4-C5NF4)(PEt3)](9). On heating a solution of 7a, the complex trans-[RhI(CO)(PEt3)2] (10) and the C-C coupled product 4-methyltetrafluoropyridine (11) have been obtained. Complex 8a also forms 10 at elevated temperatures in the presence of CO together with the new ketone 4-acetyltetrafluoropyridine (12). The structures of the complexes 3, 4a, 5, 6a, 8a and 9 have been determined by X-ray crystallography. 19F-1H HMQC NMR solution spectra of 6a and 8a reveal a close contact of the methyl groups in the phosphine to the methyl or acyl ligand bound at rhodium.  相似文献

The thioethers (4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylimino)methyl)phenyl)(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBuL3) and (4-tert-butyl-2,6-bis((2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylamino)methyl)phenyl)(tert-butyl)sulfane (tBuL4) react readily with [Pd(NCMe)2Cl2] to give the dinuclear palladium thiophenolate complexes [(L3)Pd2(Cl)2]+ and [(L4)Pd2(micro-Cl)]2+ (HL3=2,6-bis((2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylimino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol, HL4=2,6-bis((2-(diphenylphosphino)ethylamino)methyl)-4-tert-butylbenzenethiol). The chlorides in could be replaced by neutral (MeCN) and anionic ligands (NCS-, N3-, I-, CN-) to give the dinuclear PdII complexes [(L3)Pd2(NCMe)2]3+, [(L3)Pd2(SCN)2]+, [(L3)Pd2(N3)2]+, [(L3)Pd2(I)2]+, and [(L3)Pd2(CN)2]+. The acetonitrile ligands in are readily hydrated to give the corresponding amidato complex [(L3)Pd2(NHCOMe)]2+. All complexes were isolated as perchlorate salts and studied by infrared, 1H, and 31P NMR spectroscopy. In addition, complexes [ClO4].EtOH, [ClO4]2, [ClO4], [ClO4].EtOH, and [ClO4]2.MeCN.MeOH have been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The dipalladium complex was found to catalyse the vinyl-addition polymerization of norbornene in the presence of MAO (methylalumoxane) and B(C6F5)3/AlEt3.  相似文献

Addition of 1.0 equiv of Ph3SiH to [Cp*(PMe3)Rh(Me)(CH2Cl2)]+BAr'4- (1) resulted in release of methane and quantitative formation of [Cp*(PMe3)Rh(SiPh3)(CH2Cl2)]+BAr'4- (2). Subsequent addition of 1.0 equiv of MeCN to 2 caused immediate displacement of dichloromethane to form the eta1-nitrile adduct [Cp*(PMe3)Rh(SiPh3)(NCMe)]+BAr'4- (3). Upon standing at room-temperature overnight, complex 3 converted quantitatively to another product which has been characterized as the C-C activation product, [Cp*(PMe3)Rh(Me)(CNSiPh3)]+BAr'4- (5). Addition of other nitrile substrates (R-CN, R = Ph, (4-CF3)Ph, (4-MeO)Ph, iPr, tBu) to 2 also resulted in C-C activation of the R-CN bond to form [Cp*(PMe3)Rh(R)(CNSiPh3)]+BAr'4-. Evidence for an eta2-iminoacyl intermediate complex, [Cp*(PMe3)Rh(eta2-C(R)=N(SiPh3)]+BAr'4-, is also presented.  相似文献

One-electron oxidation of [(Me(n)tpa)Ir(I)(ethene)]+ complexes (Me(3)tpa = N,N,N-tri(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)amine; Me(2)tpa = N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-N,N,-di[(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)methyl]-amine) results in relatively stable, five-coordinate Ir(II)-olefin species [(Me(n)tpa)Ir(II)(ethene)](2+) (1(2+): n = 3; 2(2+): n = 2). These contain a "vacant site" at iridium and a "non-innocent" ethene fragment, allowing radical type addition reactions at both the metal and the ethene ligand. The balance between metal- and ligand-centered radical behavior is influenced by the donor capacity of the solvent. In weakly coordinating solvents, 1(2+) and 2(2+) behave as moderately reactive metallo-radicals. Radical coupling of 1(2+) with NO in acetone occurs at the metal, resulting in dissociation of ethene and formation of the stable nitrosyl complex [(Me(3)tpa)Ir(NO)](2+) (6(2+)). In the coordinating solvent MeCN, 1(2+) generates more reactive radicals; [(Me(3)tpa)Ir(MeCN)(ethene)](2+) (9(2+)) by MeCN coordination, and [(Me(3)tpa)Ir(II)(MeCN)](2+) (10(2+)) by substitution of MeCN for ethene. Complex 10(2+) is a metallo-radical, like 1(2+) but more reactive. DFT calculations indicate that 9(2+) is intermediate between the slipped-olefin Ir(II)(CH(2)=CH(2)) and ethyl radical Ir(III)-CH(2)-CH(2). resonance structures, of which the latter prevails. The ethyl radical character of 9(2+) allows radical type addition reactions at the ethene ligand. Complex 2(2+) behaves similarly in MeCN. In the absence of further reagents, 1(2+) and 2(2+) convert to the ethylene bridged species [(Me(n)tpa)(MeCN)Ir(III)(mu(2)-C(2)H(4))Ir(III)(MeCN)(Me(3)tpa)](4+) (n = 3: 3(4+); n = 2: 4(4+)) in MeCN. In the presence of TEMPO (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxo), formation of 3(4+) from 1(2+) in MeCN is completely suppressed and only [(Me(3)tpa)Ir(III)(TEMPO(-))(MeCN)](2+) (7(2+)) is formed. This is thought to proceed via radical coupling of TEMPO at the metal center of 10(2+). Titanium complexes with chelating alkoxide ligands [TiCp*(O(2)Bz)(OBzOH)] (1) and [TiCp*(Me)((OCH(2))(2)Py)] (2) were synthesised by reaction of [TiCp*Me(3)] (Cp*=eta(5)-C(5)Me(5)) with 2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol ((HO)(2)Bz) and 2,6-pyridinedimethanol ((HOCH(2))(2)Py), respectively. Complex 1 reacts with [(M(mu-OH)(cod))(2)] (M=Rh, Ir) to yield the early-late heterobimetallic complexes [TiCp*(O(2)Bz)(2)M(cod)] [M=Rh (3), Ir (4)]. Carbon monoxide readily replaces the COD ligand in 3 to give the rhodium dicarbonyl derivative [TiCp*(O(2)Bz)(2)Rh(CO)(2)] (5). Compound 2 reacts with [(M(mu-OH)(cod))(2)] (M=Rh, Ir) with protonolysis of a Tibond;Me bond to give [TiCp*((OCH(2))(2)Py)(mu-O)M(cod)] [M=Rh (6), Ir (7)]. The molecular structures of complexes 3, 5 and 7 were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

Neutral and cationic mononuclear complexes containing both group 15 and polypyridyl ligands [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)Cl2] [1; tptz=2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine], [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(kappa2-dppm)Cl]BF4 [2; dppm=bis(diphenylphosphino)methane], [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(pa)]Cl (3; pa=phenylalanine), [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(dtc)]Cl (4; dtc=diethyldithiocarbamate), [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(SCN)2] (5) and [Ru(kappa3-tptz)(PPh3)(N3)2] (6) have been synthesized. Complex 1 has been used as a metalloligand in the synthesis of homo- and heterodinuclear complexes [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(micro-tptz)Ru(eta6-C6H6)Cl]BF4 (7), [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(mu-tptz)Ru(eta6-C10H14)Cl]PF6 (8), and [Cl2(PPh3)Ru(micro-tptz)Rh(eta5-C5Me5)Cl]BF4 (9). Complexes 7-9 present examples of homo- and heterodinuclear complexes in which a typical organometallic moiety [(eta6-C6H6)RuCl]+, [(eta6-C10H14)RuCl]+, or [(eta5-C5Me5)RhCl]+ is bonded to a ruthenium(II) polypyridine moiety. The complexes have been fully characterized by elemental analyses, fast-atom-bombardment mass spectroscopy, NMR (1H and 31P), and electronic spectral studies. Molecular structures of 1-3, 8, and 9 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Complex 1 functions as a good precursor in the synthesis of other ruthenium(II) complexes and as a metalloligand. All of the complexes under study exhibit inhibitory effects on the Topoisomerase II-DNA activity of filarial parasite Setaria cervi and beta-hematin/hemozoin formation in the presence of Plasmodium yoelii lysate.  相似文献

A series of carbenerhodium(I) complexes of the general composition [(eta5-C5H5)Rh(=CRR')(L)] (2a-2i) with R = R'= aryl and L = SbiPr3 or PR3 has been prepared from the square-planar precursors trans-[RhCl(=CRR')(L)2] and NaC5H5 in excellent yields. Reaction of the triisopropylsibane derivative 2a. which contains a rather labile Rh-Sb bond, with CO, PMe3, and CNR (R = Me, CH2Ph, tBu) leads to the displacement of the SbiPr3 ligand and affords the substitution products [(eta5-C5H5)Rh(=CPh2)(L)] (3-7). In contrast, treatment of the triisopropylphosphane compound 2c with CO and CNtBu leads to the cleavage of the Rh=CPh2 bond and gives besides [(eta5-C5H5)Rh(PiPr3)(L)] (10, 12) by metal-assisted C-C coupling diphenylketene Ph2C=C=O (11) or the corresponding imine Ph2C=C=NtBu (13). While the reaction of 2a, c with C2H4 yields [(eta5-C5H5)Rh(C2H4)(L)] (14, 15) and the trisubstituted olefin Ph2C=CHCH3 (16), treatment of 2a, c with RN3 leads to the cleavage of both the Rh-EiPr3 and Rh=CPh2 bonds and gives the chelate complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Rh(kappa2-RNNNNR)] (19, 20). The substitution products 3 (L=CO) and 4 (L= PMe3) react with an equimolar amount of sulfur or selenium by addition of the chalcogen to the Rh=CPh2 bond to generate the complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Rh(kappa2-ECPh2)(L)] (21-24) with thio- or selenobenzophenone as ligand. Similarly, treatment of 3 with CuCl affords the unusual 1:2 adduct [(eta5-C5H5)(CO)Rh(mu-CPh2)(CuCl)2] (25), which reacts with NaC5H5 to form [(eta5-C5H5)(CO)Rh(muCPh2)Cu(eta5-C5H5)] (26). The molecular structures of 3 and 22 have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Zeise's anion in strongly basic hydroxylated solvents undergoes unprecedented nucleophilic addition of OR- (R = H, Me, Et) to the eta2-ethene giving trans-[PtCl2(eta1-C2H4OR)(OR)]2- which readily reacts with bidentate nitrogen donors N-N to give Cl- and OR- substitution and formation of [PtCl(CH2CH2OR)(N-N)]. Protonolysis of this stable organometallic species offers a versatile route to cationic [PtCl(eta2-C2H4)(N-N)]+ complexes.  相似文献

The effect of four different mobile phase compositions with reversed-phase methanol-water (50:50) + 0.05 M ammonium acetate, methanol-water (50:50) + 0.05 M ammonium formate, acetonitrile-water (50:50) + 0.05 M ammonium acetate and acetonitrile-water (50:50) + 0.05 M ammonium formate were compared in filament-on thermospray liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for the determination of carbamate and chlorotriazine pesticides. In the positive-ion mode, [M + H]+ and [M + NH4]+ were generally the base peaks for the chlorotriazines and the carbamates, respectively. Depending on the mobile phase used, other adduct ions obtained corresponded to [M + CH3CN + H]+, [M + CH3OH + NH4]+, [M + CH3COONH4 + NH4 - 2H2O]+, [M + CH3CN + NH4]+, [M + CH3COONH4 + H - H2O]+ and the dimer [2M + H]+. In the negative-ion mode, [M - H]- and adducts with the ionizing additive [M + CH3COO]- or [M + HCOO]- were obtained. Other ions for the carbamates carbaryl and oxamyl corresponded to [M - CONHCH3 + CH3COOH]- and [M - CON(CH3)2 + HCOO]-, respectively. The variation of mobile phase composition provides additional structural information in thermospray liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry with no appreciable loss of sensitivity. Applications are reported for the determination of carbamate and chlorotriazine pesticides at the ng/g level in spiked and real soil samples, respectively.  相似文献
