5',6',7',8'-Tetrahydro-1'H,3'H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,2'-quinazolin]-4'-one in Mannich reaction

The Mannich aminomethylation of 5',6',7,'8'-tetrahydro-1'H,3'H-spiro[cyclohexane-1,2'-quinazolin]-4'-one leads to formation of a heterocyclic system containing an annelated azabicyclic fragment. Hydrolysis of the indicated spirans gives 3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes.     

Synthesis of 2-Aryl and 2-Hetaryl Derivatives of 2'-Aminospiro[(1,3-dioxane)-5,5'-thiazolin]-4'-one and Spiro[(1,3-dioxane)-5,5'-thiazolidine]2',4'-dione

2-(Het)aryl derivatives of 2'-aminospiro[(1,3-dioxane)-5,5'-thiazolin]-4'-one or spiro[(1,3-dioxane)-5,5'-thiazolidine]-2',4'-dione are formed by the acid catalyzed interaction of 2-amino-5,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)-4-thiazolinone or its oxo analog 5,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)thiazolidine-2,4-dione with (hetero)aromatic aldehydes.     

3-(2'-苯基-1', 2', 3'-连三唑-4'-基)-6-烷基/芳基-均三唑并[3, 4-b]-1, 3, 4-噻二唑的合成

研究了3-(2'-苯基-1', 2', 3'-连三唑-4'-基)-4-氨基-5-巯基-1, 2, 4-三唑(1)与取代苯甲酸和脂肪酸(2a-r)在POCl3催化下的反应, 共合成得到18个新的3-(2'-苯基-1', 2', 3'-连三唑-4'-基)-6-烷基/芳基-均三唑并[3, 4-b]-1, 3, 4-噻二唑(3a-r), 经元素分析,IR, 1H NMR和MS进行了结构确证。     

Synthesis of thiopyrano[4″,3″:4′,5′]pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]furo[3,2-d]pyrimidines

<正>Reactions of the 6-hydroxy-thiopyrano[3,4-c]pyridine-5-carbonitrile derivative 1 withα-halo-carbonyl compounds gave the ortho-substituted intermediates 2a-c which were converted into furo[2,3-b]thiopyrano[4,3-d]pyridines 3a-c by fusion of a furan moiety under basic conditions.Further cyclization of 3a-c led to a fusion of a pyrimidine ring,yielding the tetracyclic products 6,7 and 8.In addition,condensation of 6 with various aromatic aldehydes afforded the corresponding imines 9a,b.Mannich reaction of 7 gave products 10a,b.     

Condensed Thienopyrimidines. 14. Synthesis of 10H-Thiopyrano[4',3':4',5']thieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazines

Reaction of a substituted 2-aminothienothiopyran with methyl(phenyl) isothiocyanate, intramolecular cyclization of the obtained N'-methyl(phenyl) thioureido derivatives, and work up of the cyclization products with hydrazine hydrate gave 2-hydrazinodihydrothiopyranothienopyrimidines. Treatment of the latter with pyruvic acid gave the novel 10H-thiopyrano[4',3':4',5']thieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazines.
