The crystal structure of (hexafluoroacetylacetonato)(pivaloylacetonato)copper(II) has been determined. Crystal data for CuO4C13H14F6: a = 8.288(2) Å, b = 8.682(2) Å, c = 12.307(2) Å; α = 90.75(3)°, β = 94.29(3)°, γ = 106.60(3)°; V = 845.7(3) Å3, space group \(P\overline 1 \), Z = 2, dcalc = 1.617 g/cm3. The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom is formed by four oxygen atoms of two different β-diketonate ligands with Cu-O distances within 1.874–1.946 Å; the O-Cu-O bond angles are 94.8° and 90.6°. The complexes are united into centrosymmetrical “dimers” with Cu...Cu distances of 4.365 Å.  相似文献

Triclinic modification of trans-bis(trifluoroacetylacetonato)copper(II) is studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction (diffractometer X8 APEX BRUKER, MoK α radiation, T = 173(2) K). The structure is molecular. Square environment of the Cu atom (Cu-Oav 1.916 Å, ∠O-Cu-Oav 93.4°) is completed to a bipyramid by two atoms of neighboring molecules, Cu...Cγ 3.18 Å and 3.23 Å.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis has been performed for two complex compounds: Cu(en)2(o-HB)2H2O (I) (a = 16.873(4) Å, b = 8.713(2) Å, c = 14.803(3) Å, β = 91.15(2)°, V = 2175.8(8) Å3, C2/c, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.0263, 1516 reflections with I > 3σ (I)) and [Cu(en)2(OH2)2]2+(o-AB?)2 (II) (a = 7.488(5) Å, b = 22.122(8) Å, c = 7.856(5) Å, β = 118.77(2)°, V = 1140.7(11) Å3, P21/n, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0432, 1684 reflections with I > 3σ(I)) synthesized under identical conditions (en is ethylenediamine, o-HB is o-hydroxybenzoate, and o-AB is o-aminobenzoate). Although the compounds were assumed to have similar structures and the Cu-Lig bond lengths and the cis and trans angles are acceptable for an octahedral structure, the geometric parameters of o-HB suggest that the copper atom has a plane square environment.  相似文献

Synthesis and results of the single crystal X-ray diffraction study of iron(III) pivaloyltrifluoroacetonate are reported. Crystal data for C24H30FeF9O6: a = 9.2205(6) Å, b = 9.6584(10) Å, c = 17.3799(17) Å, α = 75.902(2)°, β = 80.517(3)°, γ = 82.746(3)°, space group P-1, V = 1474.6(2) Å3, Z = 2. The structure is molecular with the octahedral environment of Fe atom, Fe-Oav 1.991 Å, ∠O-Fe-Oav 86.48°. The van der Waals energy of intermolecular interactions is calculated and compared to thermodynamic data.  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the saturated vapor pressure of the trans-Pt(ktf)2 complex obtained from fluorinated β-ketoimine (CF3-CO-CH2-C(NH)-CH3) was studied by the flow method. The standard thermodynamic parameters ΔH 0 T and ΔS 0 T of sublimation have been determined. Full crystal-chemical study has been performed for the complex. Crystal data for C10H10F6N2O2Pt: a = 5.9790(8) Å, b = 7.373(2) Å, c = 8.5767(2) Å,α = 84.05(2)°, β = 72.43(1)°, γ = 67.14(1)°, V = 332.1(1) Å3, Z = 1, dcalc = 2.496 g/cm3, triclinic, space group \(P\bar 1\). The structure is molecular and consists of isolated trans-Pt(ktf)2 complexes. The Pt atom lies at the symmetry center and has a square planar environment of two oxygen and two nitrogen atoms; the distances Pt-O (1.984 Å) and Pt-N (1.969 Å) are similar within the limits of 2σ; the OPtN bond angle is 93.9°. Molecular packing in crystal is considered based on structural data; van der Waals energy of the crystal lattice of trans-Pt(ktf)2 was calculated by the atom-atom potential method.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the compounds trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]Cl2 · H5O2 (I), trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]ClO4 (II), and trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]ReO4 (III) are determined. The crystal data are: I, a = 10.860(3) Å, b = 7.795(2) Å, c = 9.023(3) Å; β = 111.56(10)°, P21/c space group, Z = 4, d x = 1.875 g/cm3; II, a = 6.593(2) Å, b = 8.309(3) Å, c = 11.922(4) Å, α = 83.55(10)°, β = 79.80(10)°, γ = 75.38(10)°, P \(\bar 1\) space group, Z = 2, d x = 2.106 g/cm3; III, a = 6.533(2) Å, b = 16.391(4) Å, c = 12.411(3) Å; β = 98.30(10)°, P21/c space group, Z = 4, d x = 2.749 g/cm3. The compounds are examined by IR spectroscopy and powder XRD. The solubility of the isolated crystalline phases in water decreases in the following order: trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]Cl2·H5O2 > trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]ClO4 > trans-[Rh(en)2Cl2]ReO4.  相似文献

Powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been performed for anhydrous nitrate complexes Rb2[Pd(NO3)4] (I) and Cs2[Pd(NO3)4] (II). Crystal data for I: a = 7.843(1) Å, b = 7.970(1) Å, c = 9.725(1) Å; β = 100.39(1)°, V = 597.9(1) Å 3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d calc = 2.918 g/cm3; for II: a = 10.309(2) Å, b = 10.426(2) Å, c = 11.839(2) Å; β = 108.17(3)°, V = 1209.0(4) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, d calc = 3.408 g/cm3. The structures are formed by isolated [Pd(NO3)4]2? complex anions and alkali metal cations. The plane-square environment of the Pd atom is formed from the oxygen atoms of the monodentate nitrate groups. The geometrical characteristics of the complex anions are analyzed. Compound II has a short contact Pd...Cs 3.252 Å.  相似文献

A new complex of copper (II) with 3-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfo-5-nitrophenylazo)-pentadione-2,4 (HL) is synthesized and analyzed by single crystal XRD. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 7.7563(4) Å, b = 24.0157(12) Å, c = 24.6353(13) Å, β = 91.9490(10)°, V = 4586.2(4) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, ρcalc = 1.713 g/cm3, R = 0.0695. The environment of the copper atom is formed by three oxygen atoms, the nitrogen atom of tetradentate ligand, and the oxygen atom of a water molecule.  相似文献

Heating of a hydrochloric acid solution of trans-PtPy(NH2CH2CN)Cl4 results in the hydrolysis of coordinated aminoacetonitrile to aminoacetic acid with the formation of a five-membered chelate ring attached to platinum through the nitrogen atom of the amino group and the oxygen atom of the carboxy group. X-ray diffraction analysis of [PtPy(NH2CH2COO)Cl3] is carried out. The crystals are monoclinic: space group C2/c, a = 21.704(2), b = 8.7027(7), c = 15.576(1) Å, β = 126.606(1)o, V = 2361.8(3) Å3, Z = 8; R hkl = 0.057, wR = 0.141. In the neutral complex, the Pt atom has a distorted octahedral coordination. The equatorial plane is formed by a Cl atom (Pt-Cl, 2.284(3) Å), the N atom of the Py molecule (Pt-N, 2.062(8) Å), and the N and O atoms of the bidentate-chelating ligand (Pt-N, 2.039(8); Pt-O, 2.026(7) Å); two Cl atoms are arranged in the apical positions (Pt-Cl, 2.301(3) and 2.312(3) Å). The five-membered chelate ring has a flattened gauche conformation with an NCCO torsion angle of 19(1)°.  相似文献

In the work, isomeric complexes of platinum(II) with the (ptac)–1 pivaloyltrifluoroacetonate ion (Pt((CH3)3–CO–CH–CO–CF3)2) are studied. The synthesis and chromatographic separation of Pt(ptac)2 isomers are described, TGA data for the separated isomers are given, and the crystal structures of the solid phases are studied. The cis-Pt(ptac)2 complex crystallizes in the space group P-1, a = 10.7091(4) Å, b = 12.7787(6) Å, c = 16.0154(8) Å, α = 92.389(2)°, β = 90.868(2)°, γ = 112.1260(10)°, V = 2027.39(16) Å3, Z = 4, d calc = 1.918 g/cm3. The trans-Pt(ptac)2 complex crystallizes in the space group C2/m, a = 13.3235(5) Å, b = 8.5515(3) Å, c = 9.6694(3) Å, β = 118.5880(10)°, V = 967.38(6) Å3, Z = 2, d calc = 2.010 g/cm3. The structures of the complexes are molecular, the Pt atom has a square coordination of four oxygen atoms of two ligands; for cis-Pt(ptac)2, the Pt–Oav distance is 1.968 Å, for trans-Pt(ptac)2 it is 1.980 Å.  相似文献

A copper(II) complex with 2-(diphenylacetyl)indanedione-1,3 (HL) was synthesized. CuL2·0.5C4H8O2 crystals prepared from chloroform + 1,4-dioxane are triclinic, space group P \(\bar 1\), a = 15.0206(9) Å, b = 16.0132(9) Å, c = 16.8323(10) Å, α = 109.6850(10)°, β = 96.4390(10)°, γ = 97.7120(10)°, Z = 4. A unit cell contains two crystallographically independent centrosymmetric dinuclear complexes of the same structure. Each copper(II) atom is coordinated by bidentate cis-oriented deprotonated ligands L at the corners of the square. Bridging 1,4-dioxane molecules make the CN of each metal atom five.  相似文献

A solvate [Cu(CF3COCHCOCH3)2(CH3COCH3)] has been synthesized and characterized for the first time. According to X-ray structural data (diffractometer X8 APEX BRUKER, radiation MoK α, T = 150 K), it crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/c, a = 8.9940(4) Å, b = 22.3966(11) Å, c = 8.1884(3) Å, β = 92.705(2)°, V = 1647.59(12) Å3, Z = 4, d calc = 1.725 g/cm3, final R = 0.0272. The structure is molecular. In the equatorial plane the atom Cu(II) is surrounded with four oxygen atoms of two chelating ligands (CF3COCHCOCH3)?; Cu-O distances 1.927–1.937 Å, O-Cu-O angles 86.18–93.30° and 170.18–175.67°. Square coordination of Cu is complemented to the square-pyramidal one by the oxygen atom of an acetone molecule behaving as an axial ligand; Cu-Oacetone 2.342 Å, O-Cu-Oacetone 89.66–100.11°. In the studied compound disorder of one of the chelate ligands implies the co-existance of the molecules in the cis- and trans-configuration in the crystal under ratio 54.6:45.4. In air the solvate rapidly degrades losing acetone, while in a sealed vessel melts around 313 K. Temperature dependence of equilibrium vapor pressure of acetone over the complex was measured with the static spoon gauge technique, thermodynamic characteristics of its dissociation process being derived: [Cu(CF3COCHCOCH3)2(CH3COCH3)]s = [Cu(CF3COCHCOCH3)2]s + CH3COCH3g, ΔH av 0 = 49.6(3) kJ/mol, ΔS av 0 = 152(1) J/(mol K), ΔG av 0 = 4.30(2) kJ/mol.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Cu(En)2CrO4]n (En is ethylenediamine) is determined: a = 14.7359(4) Å, b = 9.8083(3) Å, c = 14.2664(4) Å, V = 2061.98(10) Å3, space group Cmce, Z = 8, dx = 1.931 g/cm3. It is demonstrated that the studied phase is isostructural with [Сu(Еn)2SO4]n. A pseudotetragonal copper atom coordination (Cu–N 2.0204 Å and 2.0244 Å, ∠N–Cu–N 84.73°) is completed to distorted octahedral by two oxygen atoms of chromate anions (Cu–O 2.433 Å and 2.380 Å).  相似文献

A new complex salt trans-[CrF2(2,3,2-tet)][ZnCl3(H2O)] (2,3,2-tet is 1,4,8,11-tetraazaundecane), is prepared and its structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction using synchrotron data at 100 K. The complex crystallizes in the space group P21/c of the monoclinic system with two mononuclear formula units in a cell with dimensions a = 5.6360(11) Å, b = 17.120(3) Å, c = 17.020(3) Å, and β = 94.38(3)°. The chromium(III) ion is coordinated by four N atoms of the 2,3,2-tet ligand in the equatorial plane and two F atoms in a trans axial arrangement, displaying a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The mean Cr–N(2,3,2-tet) and Cr–F bond distances are 2.0772(11) Å and 1.8930(8) Å, respectively. The crystal packing is stabilized by hydrogen bonding interactions between N–H groups of the 2,3,2-tet, O–H groups of the anion, the F atom, and the Cl atom of the anion. The FT-infrared, UV-visible spectra, and magnetic properties are also described.  相似文献

A novel dinuclear NiII complex, [Ni2(ntc)(H2O)10]·7(H2O) (1), with 1,4,5,8-naphthaenetetracarboxylate (ntc) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, IR, UV-vis spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P-1, a = 7.721(3) Å, b = 9.458(3) Å, c = 11.453(4) Å, α = 114.110(6)°, β = 92.184(6)°, γ = 107.472(6)°, V = 715.7(4) Å3, Z = 1, final R = 0.048. Each nickel atom is octahedrally coordinated by five aqua ligands and one oxygen atom of the bridging ntc connecting two nickel atoms. The resulting dinuclear NiII complex forms a 3D H-bonded network.  相似文献

Two volatile hafnium(IV) complexes with acetylacetone and trifluoroacetylacetone (HL) have been prepared and their structures have been studied at ?30°C. Crystal data for C20H28HfO8: a = 21.5493(4) Å, b = 8.36720(10) Å, c = 13.9905(3) Å; β = 116.5550(10)°, space group C2/c, Z = 4, d calc = 1.692 g/cm3, R = 0.015. Crystal data for C20H16F12HfO8: a = 8.1039(12) Å, b = 11.4499(14) Å, c = 15.790(2) Å; α = 99.341(4)°, β = 103.175(4)°, γ = 108.185(4)°, space group P?1, Z = 2, d calc = 2.003 g/cm3, R = 0.074. Both structures are molecular and comprise isolated complex molecules HfL4. The hafnium atom is coordinated with eight oxygen atoms of four β-diketonate ligands, Hf-O distances varying from 2.153 Å to 2.191 Å. The molecules make van der Waals contacts in the structures.  相似文献

The complex [Co(2-Me-Pyz)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 is synthesized and its structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 10.685(2) Å, b = 6.837(1), c = 12.515(3) Å, β = 91.84(3)°, V = 913.8(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.042 g/cm 3, Z = 2. The Co2+ ion (in the inversion center) is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted octahedron by two nitrogen atoms of methylpyrazine and four oxygen atoms of the water molecules (Co(1)–N(1) 2.180(3), average Co(1)–O(w) 2.079(3) Å, angles at the Co atom 87.9(1)–92.1(1)°). Supramolecular pseudometallocycles are formed in the structure through the O(w)–H…N(1) hydrogen bonds between the coordinated H2O molecules and the terminal nitrogen atoms of the 2-methylpyrazine molecules. Their interaction results in the formation of supramolecular layers joined by the NO3 groups into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

Synthesis and single crystal X-ray diffraction study of hafnium(IV) dipivaloylmethanate Hf(dpm)4 and chloro-tris-(dipivaloylmethanato)hafnium(IV) Hf(dpm)3Cl have been carried out. Crystal data: a = 22.6606(5) Å, b = 11.3990(4) Å, c = 19.8513(7) Å, β = 106.458(1)°, Pc, Z = 4, d calc = 1.231 g/cm3, R = 0.075 for C44H76HfO8; a = 10.6376(13) Å, b = 10.6701(10) Å, c = 19.4400(22) Å, α = 74.970(3)°, β = 75.672(3)°, γ = 61.725(2)°, P-1, Z = 2, d calc = 1.366 g/cm3, R = 0.031 for C33H57ClHfO6. The structures are molecular and are built from discrete mononuclear complexes joined by van der Waals interactions. Disordering of carbon atoms preserving at low temperature is observed for the compound Hf(dpm)4. It has been found out that the structure contains two crystallographically unique complexes of hafnium(IV) with central atoms coordinated with eight oxygen atoms of four dipivaloylmethane ligands, bond lengths Hf-O fall within 2.084–2.222 Å, the distances Hf...Hf between the molecules are 10.07–13.87 Å. In Hf(dpm)3Cl the hafnium atom is seven-coordinated with six oxygen atoms of three β-diketonate ligands and one chlorine atom, the distances Hf-O fall within 2.087–2.179 Å, the lengths of the bond Hf-Cl for two crystallographically independent molecules Hf(1) and Hf(2) are 2.466 Å and 2.442 Å, respectively.  相似文献

Single crystal X-ray diffraction is used to investigate two synthesized β-diketonate complexes of copper(II) with aminopyridine: Cu(4-NH2Py)(aa)2 (I) and Cu(4-NH2Py)(hfa)2 (II). The crystals of I and II have a monoclinic system; the unit cell parameters of I are: P21/n space group, a = 8.2921(3) Å, b = 14.7243(5) Å, c = 13.4970(4) Å, β = 102.426(1)°, V = 1609.32(9) Å3, Z = 4; for II: C2/c space group, a = 23.5704(5) Å, b = 11.4977(2) Å, c = 16.0285(3) Å, β = 109.265(1)°, V = 4100.6(1) Å3, Z = 8. The structures of I and II are molecular; they are composed of isolated molecules. The coordination polyhedron of the copper atom is formed by the O atoms of two acetylacetonate ligands (Cu-O 1.940(2)–2.171(2) I and the O atoms of two hexafluoroacetylacetonate ligands (Cu-O 1.940(2)–2.215(3) Å) in II. The molecules of 4-NH2Py are bonded to the copper atom via the nitrogen atom of the aromatic ring (Cu-N 2.008(2) Å in I and Cu-N 1.978(3) Å in II). Noncoordinated amino groups join the molecules of the complexes together by means of N-H…O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The centrosymmetric binuclear complex of samarium(III) nitrate with bicyclic biscarbamide 2,4,6,8-tetramethyl-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo(3.3.0)octane-3,7-dione, or mebicar (Mk) namely, [Sm(C8H14N4O2)(H2O)2(NO3)3]2 (I) has been synthesized. Its crystal structure has been characterized (CIF file CCDC no. 1451436). Crystals of complex I are triclinic, space group P1 a = 9.8661(2) Å, b = 10.2913(3) Å, c = 10.9629(3) Å, α = 74.475(2)°, β = 67.802(2)°, γ = 67.570(2)°, V = 942.68(5) Å3, ρcalcd = 2.01028 g/cm3, and Z = 1. The samarium atom is coordinated by the two oxygen atoms of two Mk molecules bonded via the symmetry center, three bidentate nitrate anions, and two water molecules. The coordination number of the samarium atom is 10, the coordination polyhedron of the metal atom is a decahedron and the Sm…Sm distance is 9.7904(4) Å.  相似文献
