Stereoselective preparation of a variety of synthetically useful functionalized bicyclo[5.3.0]decane derivatives was achieved by tandem cyclization of 3‐siloxy‐1,3,9‐triene‐7‐yne derivatives based on the electrophilic activation of alkynes catalyzed by [W(CO)5(L)]. The reaction proceeded smoothly under photoirradiation, and various substrates were cyclized to give the corresponding bicyclic compounds with up to four chiral centers stereospecifically. Reactions of siloxydienes with a silyl substituent as an equivalent of a hydroxyl group also proceeded with wide generality to afford silyl‐substituted bicyclo[5.3.0]decanes, which were highly useful as synthetic intermediates. Stereochemical studies concerning the silyl enol ether moiety suggested that two types of reaction pathway for the formation of seven‐membered rings were present. The reaction of (Z)‐enol silyl ethers proceeded through Cope rearrangement of cis‐divinylcyclopropane intermediates, and that of (E)‐enol silyl ethers by 1,4‐addition of the dienyl tungsten species at the position δ to the metal atom. In the reactions of siloxydiene derivatives with silyl substituents, all possible diastereomers could be synthesized stereoselectively by changing the geometry of the silyl enol ether and enyne moieties.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] On treatment of 5-siloxyhexa-1,2,5-trienes with a catalytic amount of W(CO)(6) under photoirradiation, formal Cope rearrangement proceeded to give 2-siloxyhex-1-en-5-ynes in good yield. The electrophilic activation of the allenyl moiety by W(CO)(5) triggers the intramolecular attack of the silyl enol ether in a 6-endo manner to produce a cyclohexenyl tungsten species. Carbon-carbon bond cleavage occurs by electron donation from the anionic W(CO)(5) into the silyloxonium moiety to afford the products with regeneration of the W(CO)(5)(L).  相似文献

Tungsten(0)- and rhenium(I)-catalyzed reactions of acetylenic dienol silyl ethers based on the concept of geminal carbo-functionalization of alkynes are reported. Treatment of 3-siloxy-1,3-diene-7-ynes with catalytic amounts of [W(CO)(6)] or [ReCl(CO)(5)] under photoirradiation conditions gives synthetically useful bicyclo[3.3.0]octane derivatives in good yields. Extremely high catalytic activity is noted for the rhenium(I) complex. The reaction has been extended to substrates containing a nitrogen atom in their tethers. In this case, two kinds of synthetically useful heterocyclic compounds-the 2-azabicyclo[3.3.0]octane derivatives 9 and the monocyclic dihydropyrroles 10, with allenyl substituents-are obtained, and selective preparation of either product can be achieved through the use of an appropriate combination of the nitrogen substituent and the type of the rhenium(I) catalyst. The 2-azabicyclo[3.3.0]octane derivatives 9 are obtained selectively by carrying out treatment of N-Ns derivatives in the presence of [ReCl(CO)(4)(PPh(3))], whereas the dihydropyrrole derivatives 10 are obtained by treatment of N-Mbs derivatives with [ReCl(CO)(5)]/AgSbF(6) . Finally, we have applied this geminal carbo-functionalization to one-carbon-elongated substrates containing N-Ts moieties in their tethers. Selective 5-exo cyclization is achieved in the presence of gold(I) or rhenium(I) catalysts, whereas 6-endo cyclization is observed on use of [W(CO)(6)].  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Rhodium(I)-catalyzed PKR of allenynes was found to be applicable for constructing azabicyclo[5.3.0]decadienone as well as oxabicyclo[5.3.0]decadienone frameworks. In addition, a reliable procedure for constructing a 10-monosubstituted bicyclo[5.3.0]deca-1,7-dien-9-one ring system by the rhodium(I)-catalyzed PKR of allenynes was developed under the condition of 10 atm of CO. Investigation of the rhodium(I)-catalyzed cycloisomerization of 4-phenylsulfonylnona-2,3-dien-8-ynes under nitrogen atmosphere gave the corresponding cyclohexene derivatives, whereas the C1-homologated allenynes produced cycloheptene derivatives and/or bicyclo[5.2.0]nonene skeletons depending on the substitution pattern at the allenic terminus. Thus, proper choice of the starting allenynes and reaction conditions led to the selective formation of 2-phenylsulfonylbicyclo[5.3.0]deca-1,7-dien-9-ones (Pauson-Khand-type product), 3-alkylidene-1-phenylsulfonyl-2-vinylcycloheptene derivatives, and bicyclo[5.2.0]nonene frameworks.  相似文献

On treatment of 5-siloxy-1,2,5-trienes with a catalytic amount of W(CO)6 under photoirradiation, two types of synthetically useful compounds, that is, 6-endo-cyclized products or formal Cope rearrangement products, are obtained selectively via the same intermediates simply by changing reaction conditions. In these reactions, electrophilic activation of the allene moiety is effectively achieved by coordination of W(CO)5, allowing intramolecular attack by neutral carbon nucleophiles in a 6-endo manner.  相似文献

We prepared a series of chiral 3,4-bisallyloxy-but-1-ynes having syn and anti configurations. Treatment of these substrates with Grubbs catalyst Cl2(PCy3)2Ru=CHPh (3 mol %) preferably gave chiral dioxabicyclo[4.4.0]decane (yields > 55%) in addition to dioxabicyclo[5.3.0]decane in minor proportions. On substitution of the 4-allyloxy group of these substrates with a 4-but-2-enyloxy group, the metathesis reactions produced only dioxabicyclo[5.3.0]decane in the presence of Grubbs ruthenium-imidazolidene carbene catalyst.  相似文献

[reactions: see text] Fragmentation of the cyclobutane-containing adducts generated from intramolecular cycloadditions of cyclobutadiene with olefins provides rapid entry into bicyclo[5.3.0]decane and bicyclo[4.3.0]nonane ring systems. Whereas earlier studies featured thermal methods to achieve the desired rearrangements, a mild, Lewis acid-mediated fragmentation has been identified for substrates with appropriate functionality adjacent to the strained ring system. The substrate scope and stereochemical outcome of the acid-mediated fragmentation are complementary to the thermal ring expansions, particularly in the case of the bicyclo[5.3.0]decanes.  相似文献

Reaction of lithium diisopropylamide (LDA) with (η4-1,3-cyclohexadiene)Fe(CO)3 complexes bearing functionalized side chains at C-5, under an atmosphere of carbon monoxide, gives bridged bicyclo[3,2,1]octene and bicyclo[3,3,1]nonene systems after electrophilic quenching. Under the same reaction conditions, intramolecular cyclization of acyclic (η4- 1,3-butadiene)Fe(CO)3 complexes with functionalized side chains at the terminal position of the diene ligands furnishes fused bicyclo[3.3,0]octanone and bicyclo[4.3.0]nonanone derivatives after acid quenching. The addition of a variety of the highly functionalized zinc-copper reagents RCu(CN)ZnI to the (η7-cycloheptatrienyl)Cr(CO) gives (η6-cyclohepta-1,3,5-triene)Cr(CO)3 complexes with a functionalized side-chain at the C-7 position of the ring. Intramolecular cyclization of ester-subsbtuted adducts using lithium diisopropylamide generates fused bicyclo[5.3.0]decane and bicyclo[5.4.0]undecane derivatives. The addition of a variety of the highly functionalized zinc-copper reagents RCu(CN)Znl to the (η4-cyclohexa-1,3-diene)Mo(CO)2(Cp) at the terminus of the coordinated diene ligand gives [Mo(π-allyl)(CO)2(Cp)](Cp = cyclopentadienyl) complexes with the functionalized side-chain at the C-4 position of the ring. Intramolecular cyclization of the (π-allyl)molybdenum complex containing a pendant propanoic acid unit generates the δ-lactone derivative.  相似文献

The Rh(I)-catalyzed PKR of 1-phenylsulfonyl-1,2-octadien-7-ynes and their aza derivatives exclusively produced the corresponding 9-phenylsulfonylbicyclo[4.3.0]nona-1,6-dien-8-ones and no 4-(phenylsulfonylmethylidene)bicyclo[3.3.0]oct-1-en-3-ones could be detected. Thus, the ring-closing pattern was found to be the same as those of the previously reported 3-phenylsulfonyl-1,2-octadien-7-yne derivatives. However, the formation of 4-(phenylsulfonylmethylidene)-7-oxabicyclo[3.3.0]oct-1-en-3-ones was observed as a minor product when the 5-oxa congeners were used. In addition, a larger ring-sized product, 10-phenylsulfonyl-5-azabicyclo[5.3.0]deca-1,7-dien-9-one derivative, was obtained from the 6-aza derivative of 1-phenylsulfonyl-1,2-nonadien-8-yne.  相似文献

Allenyl alkynones are efficiently transformed into fused bicyclic dienediones via cyclocarbonylation reaction conditions. Mo(CO)6/DMSO reaction conditions result in the formation of a bicyclo[3.3.0]octenone ring system, and the [Rh(CO)2Cl]2-catalyzed reaction affords bicyclo[4.3.0]nonenone and bicyclo[5.3.0]decenone scaffolds.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Introduction of a homochiral p-tolylsulfinyl group at the trans terminal position of an alkene induces a total diastereodifferentiation in the intramolecular cycloaddition of the latter to 3-oxidopyrylium ylide precursors. The cycloadducts can be readily desulfinylated to afford enantiomerically pure oxa-bridged bicyclo[5.3.0]decane ring systems. Theoretical calculations confirm that diastereoselectivity stems from the conformational preferences of the alkenylsulfoxide unit in the transition state of the reaction.  相似文献

The energies of various conformations have been calculated by molecular mechanics for cis and trans isomers of 2,4,7,9-tetraoxabicyclo[4.4.0] decane and 3,5,8,10-tetraoxabicyclo[5.3.0]decane and their methyl derivatives. These molecules are models for reaction products from formaldehyde and the tetrols, pentitols, and hexitols. The conformational equilibria were analyzed for the cis-bicyclo [4.4.0] and cis-bicyclo[5.3.0] systems and compared with available experimental data. The thermodynamic stability of bicyclo[4.4.0] products was found to be higher than that of bicyclo[5.3.0] derivatives in the gas phase in every case studied. Discrepancies with experimental data that exist in a few cases can be ascribed to solvent effects.  相似文献

Azulenones with an angular acyl substituent were synthesized by the reactions of 2-aryl-2-chloroacylketenes with phenylthioacetylene or ethoxyethyne. Acyl-substituted azulenones with a methoxy group in the cycloheptatriene moiety could be rearranged to spiro[4.5] compounds. The use of the intramolecular Buchner cyclisation of an α-diazoketone as an approach to the synthesis of daucane sesquiterpenes is described; in particular the synthesis of the cis-fused analogue of dihydro CAF-603. The key step in the synthesis is the intramolecular Buchner cyclisation, which provides the bicyclo[5.3.0]decane framework with the required stereochemistry at the quaternary centre generated in the cyclisation. The thermal rearrangement of 7 -propargyloxy-cycloheptatriene in decane solution at 180°C gave bicyclo[3.3.2]deca-3,7,9-trien-2-one ( 13 ) and the unstable 2,7-dihydro-cyclohepta[ b ]-pyran ( 12 ) (Scheme 2). The structures of these compounds were determined mainly by NMR. spectroscopy. Derivatives of 13 were also identified by comparison with known compounds (Scheme 3). [reaction: see text] The novel [RhCl(CO)(2)](2)-catalyzed [2 + 2 + 1] cycloaddition of allenenes leading to the bicyclo[4.3.0]non-1(9)-en-8-one as well as the bicyclo[5.3.0]dec-1(10)-en-9-one skeletons has been developed. This method also provides a new procedure for the construction of the bicyclo[4.3.0]non-1(9)-en-8-one skeleton having an alkyl appendage at the ring juncture, which was hardly attained in a satisfactory yield by the Pauson-Khand reaction of the corresponding enynes.  相似文献
