The boundedness of certain sublinear operator in the weighted variable Lebesgue spaces

The main purpose of this paper is to prove the boundedness of the multidimensional Hardy type operator in weighted Lebesgue spaces with a variable exponent. As an application we prove the boundedness of certain sublinear operators on the weighted variable Lebesgue space.     

Singular operators and Fourier multipliers in weighted Lebesgue spaces with variable index

Mikhlin’s ideas and results related to the theory of spaces L _ρ ^p(·) with nonstandard growth are developed. These spaces are called Lebesgue spaces with variable index; they are used in mechanics, the theory of differential equations, and variational problems. The boundedness of Fourier multipliers and singular operators on the spaces L _ρ ^p(·) are considered. All theorems are derived from an extrapolation theorem due to Rubio de Francia. The considerations essentially use theorems on the boundedness of operators and maximal Hardy-Littlewood functions on Lebesgue spaces with constant index.     

Boundedness and compactness in weighted Lebesgue spaces of integral operators with variable integration limits

Considering the integral operators with nonnegative kernels and variable integration limits, we obtain criteria of boundedness and compactness in weighted Lebesgue spaces under some conditions on the kernels that are weaker than those studied before.     

Singular integral operators on weighted variable exponent Lebesgue spaces on composed Carleson curves

The paper is devoted to singular integral operators acting on weighted variable exponent Lebesgue spaces on certain composed Carleson curves. Necessary and sufficient conditions for Fredholmness and an index formula are obtained.     

Integral operators on fully measurable weighted grand Lebesgue spaces

In this paper we introduce the weighted version of fully measurable grand Lebesgue spaces and obtain characterizations for the boundedness of maximal operator, Hilbert transform and the Hardy averaging operator on these spaces.     

On boundedness of the hardy and bellman operators in the spaces h and bmo

Hardy (1919) proved that the space L^p(T), 1 ? p ? ∞, is invariant under (C, 1)- transformation of Fourier coefficients. This transformation may be considered as a linear integral operator H: L^p(T) → L^p(T), 1 ? p ? ∞. In this paper we show that the operator H is unbounded in the space BMO(T) of periodic functions of bounded mean oscillation. For the conjugate operator B introduced by Bellman (1944) B: L^q(T) → L^q(T), 1/ρp + 1/rho;q = 1, the boundedness of B in BMO(T) is proved directly without duality argument. An example is given to show that B is unbounded in H(T).     

On the boundedness of classical operators on weighted lorentz spaces

Conditions on weightsu(·),v(·) are given so that a classical operatorT sends the weighted Lorentz spaceL ^Lrs (vdx) intoL ^pq (udx). HereT is either a fractional maximal operatorM _α or a fractional integral operatorI _α or a Calderón-Zygmund operator. A characterization of this boundedness is obtained forM _α andI _α when the weights have some usual properties and max(r, s) ≤ min(p, q).     

The boundedness of multilinear commutators of singular integrals on Lebesgue spaces with variable exponent

The boundednees of multilinear commutators of Calderón-Zygmund singular integrals on Lebesgue spaces with variable exponent is obtained. The multilinear commutators of generalized Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator are also considered.     

Atomic decomposition and boundedness criterion of operators on multi-parameter hardy spaces of homogeneous type

The main purpose of this paper is to derive a new ( p, q)-atomic decomposition on the multi-parameter Hardy space Hp (X1 × X2 ) for 0 p0 p ≤ 1 for some p0 and all 1 q ∞, where X1 × X2 is the product of two spaces of homogeneous type in the sense of Coifman and Weiss. This decomposition converges in both Lq (X1 × X2 ) (for 1 q ∞) and Hardy space Hp (X1 × X2 ) (for 0 p ≤ 1). As an application, we prove that an operator T1, which is bounded on Lq (X1 × X2 ) for some 1 q ∞, is bounded from Hp (X1 × X2 ) to Lp (X1 × X2 ) if and only if T is bounded uniformly on all (p, q)-product atoms in Lp (X1 × X2 ). The similar boundedness criterion from Hp (X1 × X2 ) to Hp (X1 × X2 ) is also obtained.     

Weak boundedness properties for maximal operators defined on weighted spaces

The purpose of this paper is to obtain characterizations of weak type (1,q) inequalities,q ≥ 1, for maximal operators defined on weighted spaces by means of the corresponding operator acting over Dirac deltas. We present a technical theorem which allows us to obtain characterizations for a pair of weights belonging to the classA ₁ of weights by means of the fractional maximal operator. Analogous results are obtained for the one-sided fractional maximal operator.     

On the boundedness of bilinear operators on products of Besov and Lebesgue spaces

We prove mapping properties of the form and , for certain related indices p₁,p₂,p₃,q₁,q₂,α₁,α₂∈R, where T is a bilinear Hörmander-Mihlin multiplier or a molecular paraproduct. Applications to bilinear Littlewood-Paley theory are discussed.     

Approximation of the functions in weighted Lebesgue spaces with variable exponent

In the present work, we investigate the approximation problems of the functions by Fejér, and Zygmund means of Fourier trigonometric series in weighted Lebesgue spaces with variable exponents and of the functions by Fejér and Abel–Poisson sums of Faber series in weighted Smirnov classes with variable exponents defined on simply connected domains with a Dini-smooth boundary of the complex plane.     

Inversion of the Bessel potential operator in weighted variable Lebesgue spaces

We study the inversion problem of the Bessel potential operator within the frameworks of the weighted Lebesgue spaces with variable exponent. The inverse operator is constructed by using approximative inverse operators. This generalizes some classical results to the variable exponent setting.

Nonnegative functions in weighted hardy spaces

Let W be a nonnegative summable function whose logarithm is also summable with respect to the Lebesgue measure on the unit circle. For 0?<?p?<?∞ , H^p (W) denotes a weighted Hardy space on the unit circle. When W?≡?1, H ^p(W) is the usual Hardy space H^p . We are interested in H^p ( W)₊ the set of all nonnegative functions in H^p ( W). If p?≥?1/2, H^p ₊ consists of constant functions. However H^p ( W)₊ contains a nonconstant nonnegative function for some weight W. In this paper, if p?≥?1/2 we determine W and describe H^p ( W)₊ when the linear span of H^p ( W)₊ is of finite dimension. Moreover we show that the linear span of H^p (W)₊ is of infinite dimension for arbitrary weight W when 0?<?p?<?1/2.

Composition operators acting between hardy spaces

A function-theoretic necessary and sufficient condition on a symbol is given for the compactness of the induced composition operator acting betweenH ^p andH ^q , forq. Compact differences of such composition operators are shown to occur only in the trivial case of both operators being compact themselves.
