A novel Platinum nanoparticle (PtNPs) modified Poly(pyrrole-co-1-(2-Aminophenyl)pyrrole)/Urease film coated Au electrode was designed for amperometric detection of urea. PtNPs quantity, film density and pH were optimized and interference effect of some substances readily found in municipal wastewater and blood was investigated. The biosensor responded to urea with a measurement concentration range of 0.1 to 30 mM, a sensitivity of 31.8 μA mM−1 cm−2, a LOD of 7.58 μM, an accuracy of 104 % and a RSD% of only 0.82. It sensed the concentration of urea in the municipal sewage water with recovery of 97.6 % (n=3) and remained 78 % of its initial response at 28th day. Results confirmed that PtNPs with strong conductivity improved the electron transfer ability of the working electrode.  相似文献

A non‐enzymatic electrochemical glucose sensor based on a Cu‐based metal‐organic framework (Cu‐MOF) modified electrode was developed. The Cu‐MOF was prepared by a simple ionothermal synthesis, and the characterizations of the Cu‐MOF were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), single‐crystal X‐ray powder diffraction (SCXRD), and X‐ray powder diffraction (XRD). Electrochemical behaviors of the Cu‐MOF modified electrode to glucose were measured by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). The electrochemical results showed that the Cu‐MOF modified electrode exhibited an excellent electro‐catalytic oxidation towards glucose in the range of 0.06 μM to 5 mM with a sensitivity of 89 μA/mM cm2 and a detection limit of 10.5 nM. Moreover, the fabricated sensor showed a high selectivity to the oxidation of glucose in coexistence with other interferences. The sensor was satisfactorily applied to the determination of glucose in urine samples. With the significant electrochemical performances, MOFs may provide a suitable platform in the construction of kinds of electrochemical sensors and/or biosensors and hold a great promise for sensing applications.  相似文献

A 3D Co-based metal–organic framework ( Co-MOF ) with two kinds of large pores filled by free Co2+ ions and ligands was synthesized and characterized. To expand the MOF structure and conductivity, the free Co2+ ions and ligands were exchanged by conductive ionic liquid EtpyBr and photosensitive AgNO3 through single crystal-to-single crystal transformation, which produced structure-changed 3D MOFs Co-MOF-Br and Co-Ag-MOF , which were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Incorporating small quantities of doped polyaniline (PANI) with redox activity into the pores could further tune the stability and conductivity of the three MOFs. The PANI/MOFs all show outstanding electrical conductivity (≈10−2 S cm−1), and PANI/ Co-MOF-Br has the largest p-type Seebeck coefficient of 66.6 μV K−1. PANI/ Co-MOF-Br and PANI/ Co-Ag-MOF have 4 and 15 times higher photocurrent density compared with PANI/ Co-MOF , respectively. This work sheds light on the design of advanced electrically conductive 3D MOFs.  相似文献

The development of sensitive, fast and efficient nanointerfaces as platforms for electrochemical sensing devices for the detection of environmental pollutant including antibiotic pollutant has become a matter of priority for public safety. We report herein a benzene sourced graphene-gold nanoparticle sensor for the detection of tetracycline using chronoamperometry. Structural analysis using Raman Spectroscopy and x-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD) confirmed the presense of few-layer graphene. Atomic force (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) characterization results confirmed the synthesized graphene to be thin flat sheet-like material with wide surface area and a thickness of less than 1 nm. Cyclic voltammetry characterization of the fabricated modified electrodes showed diffusion controlled process for the oxidation of tetracycline. The modified electrode exhibited a fast response to the detection of tetracycline and a sensitivity of 1,86×102 μA/mM/cm2.The theoretical detection limit (S/N=3) was 1,60×10−1 μM and the linear dynamic range was from 2,90×101 μM to 1.53×103 μM.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with a copper‐based metal‐organic framework (MOF) [HKUST‐1, HKUST‐1 = Cu3(BTC)2 (BTC = 1,3,5‐benzenetricarboxylicacid)] was developed as a highly sensitive and simple electrochemical sensor for the determination of dopamine (DA). The MOF was prepared by a hydrothermal process, and the morphology and crystal phase of the MOF were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X‐ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. Meanwhile, the electrochemical performance was investigated using cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Under optimized conditions, the modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity and high selectivity toward DA. The linear response range was from 5.0 × 10−7 to 1.0 × 10−4 M and the detection limit was as low as 1.5 × 10−7 M. Moreover, the electrochemical sensor was used to detect DA in real samples with excellent results. MOF‐based sensors hold great promise for routine sensing applications in the field of electrochemical sensing.  相似文献

Portable sweat analysis devices for real-time monitoring of health-related biomarkers with great detection accuracy and high sensitivity are attracting public interest. Here, we report a flexible fabric sweat analysis devices bimetallic Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) for detection of glucose in sweat without any biological enzymes. The synergy between Ni2+ and Co2+ and the large surface area (424.41 m2 g−1) and high porosity (0.0542 cm3 g−1) of NiCo-MOF make NiCo-MOF an interesting electrode modification material in the working electrode. Furthermore, the ultra-high porosity and huge surface area of the MOFs structure are required for electrocatalysts in alkaline media. On the basis of the above, we have developed a fabric-based analytical patch, which is sufficient for simultaneous real-time detection of glucose in sweat.  相似文献

Despite its excellent properties, the inherent unstable nature of black phosphorus (BP) in ambient atmosphere has severely restricted its use in electrochemical sensing applications. In this work, polyaniline (PANI) sheathed BP was prepared via the electrochemical polymerisation of aniline on BP coated screen printed carbon electrode (i. e., SPCE/BP) which resulted in an efficient, stable electrochemical platform (i. e., SPCE/BP@PANI) with improved properties which was evaluated for electrochemical detection of two model bioanalytes namely, ascorbic acid (AA) and Hydrazine (Hy). The formation of PANI on the SPCE/BP exhibited a pair of stable and well‐defined redox peaks indicating the better adsorption energy and fast electron transfer nature of BP as compared to other 2D materials like graphene and transitional metal dichalcogenides. FESEM and XPS studies revealed the formation and uniform growth of PANI on BP surface without any aggregation. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analyses revealed that SPCE/BP@PANI can act as a suitable electrocatalyst material for the sensing of AA and Hy. Thus, SPCE/BP@PANI electrode exhibited low limit of detection (DL; 1.69 μM), excellent reproducibility and better selectivity towards AA oxidation over glucose, sucrose, urea, citric acid, sodium, nitrate, nitrite and magnesium with a sensitivity of 3.38 A M?1 cm?2 (R2=0.98) in the dynamic range of 10–1100 μM. The excellent analytical performance of the BP@PANI is plausible due to better adsorption energy and fast electron transfer of BP. Further, SPCE/BP@PANI was also used for successful detection of AA in processed fruit juice with good recovery. Under the optimal DPV conditions, the modified electrode was extended for detection of Hy in a linear range of 100–1500 μM with sensitivity of 0.09 A M?1 cm?2 (R2=0.99) and DL=89 μM validating the potential of BP based composites in wide range of electrochemical applications.  相似文献

As a promising electrode material, Ni‐based nanomaterials exhibit a remarkable electrochemical catalytic activity for nonenzymatic glucose sensors. In this paper, Nickel–Iron layered double hydroxide (NiFe‐LDH) film electrode with ultrathin nanosheets and porous nanostructures was synthesized directly on Ni foam (NF) by a one‐step hydrothermal method. The as‐obtained NiFe‐LDH electrode was adopted for glucose detection without further treatment. As an integrated binder‐free electrode for glucose sensor, the NiFe‐LDH/NF hybrid exhibits a superior sensitivity of 3680.2 μA mM−1 cm−2 with a low limit of detection (0.59 μM, S/N=3) as well as fast response time (<1 s). An excellent selectivity from potential interference species such as ascorbic acid, uric acid and Cl ions and acceptable stability were also achieved. The outstanding performance can be ascribed to the abundant electrochemistry active sites, facilitative diffusion of the electrolyte, high electron transfer rate and reliable stability architecture. Therefore, the NiFe‐LDH nanosheets demonstrate potential application in non‐enzymatic sensory of glucose.  相似文献

In this work, the capability of carbon nanofibers to be used for the design of catalytic electrochemical biosensors is demonstrated. The direct electrochemistry of NADH was studied at a glassy carbon electrode modified using carbon nanofibers. A decrease of the oxidation potential of NADH by more than 300 mV is observed in the case of the assembled carbon nanofiber‐glassy carbon electrode comparing with a bare glassy carbon electrode. The carbon nanofiber‐modified electrode exhibited a wide linear response range of 3×10?5 to 2.1×10?3 mol L?1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.997 for the detection of NADH, a high specific sensitivity of 3637.65 (μA/M cm2), a low detection of limit (LOD=3σ) of 11 μM, and a fast response time (3 s). These results have confirmed the fact that the carbon nanofibers represent a promising material to assemble electrochemical sensors and biosensors.  相似文献

In this paper, a gold electrode, modified with octabutylthiophthalocyaninato-cobalt(II) self-assembled monolayer (SAM), was used in the detection of l-cysteine in pH=4 buffer. The SAM showed good electrocatalytic activity and increased the electron transfer rate in such a way that mass-transport became the rate determining step of the overall oxidation reaction of l-cysteine. From these data the diffusion coefficient of l-cysteine was calculated and a value of 4.8±1.1×10−5 cm2 s−1 was obtained. The electrode was found to be stable for l-cysteine detection over a period of one month with a detection limit of 3.1±0.8×10−7 mol l−1 if the electrode was stored in a pH=4 buffer. Despite these promising results three effects should be taken into account for potential application: first a memory effect limits the frequency of detection to one per 6 min; secondly the electron tunneling effect limits the current density for mass-transport up to 5 μA cm−2 and finally, the electrode should be activated prior to use for analytical purposes.  相似文献

In the present paper, a stable and selective non‐enzymatic sensor is reported for determination of glucose (Glc) by using a carbon paste electrode modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes and Ni(II)‐SHP complex as modifier in an alkaline solution. This modified electrode showed impressive activity for oxidation of glucose in NaOH solution. Herein, Ni(II)‐SHP acts as a suitable platform for oxidation of glucose to glucolactone on the surface of the modified electrode by decreasing the overpotential and increasing in the current of analyte. Under the optimum conditions, the rate constant and electron transfer coefficient between electrode and modifier, were calculated to be 1.04 s−1 and 0.64, respectively. The anodic peak currents indicated a linear dependency with the square root of scan rate and this behavior is the characteristic of a diffusion controlled process. So, the diffusion coefficient of glucose was found to be 3.12×10−6 cm2 s−1 due to the used number of transferred electron of 1. The obtained results revealed two linear ranges (5 to 190.0 μM (R2=0.997), 210.0 to 700.0 μM (R2=0.999)) and the detection limit of 1.3 μM for glucose was calculated by using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) method. Also, the designed sensor was used for determination of glucose in the blood serum and urine samples. Some other advantages of Ni(II)‐SHP/CNT/CPE sensor are remarkable reproducibility, stability and selectivity which can be related to using nanomaterial of carbon nanotubes due to enhancement of electrode surface area.  相似文献

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), as a class of new inorganic-organic hybrid crystal materials, could have important applications in near-infrared (NIR) photothermal conversion. Herein, a new charge-transfer MOF (Co-MOF) with mixed ligands of H4TTFTB and bpmNDI incorporating redox-active tetrathiafulvalene/naphthalene diimide (TTF/NDI) units into one system is reported. Due to the presence of TTF/NDI oxidative and reductive couples, stable radicals can be observed in the MOF. In addition, charge transfer from the electron donor (TTF) to the acceptor (NDI) results in a broad absorption in the NIR region. The Co-MOF exhibited an efficient photothermal effect induced by irradiation with a NIR laser. Under the 808 nm laser (0.7 W cm−2) illumination, the temperature of the Co-MOF increased from room temperature to 201 °C in only 10 s. Furthermore, a series of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) films doped with trace amounts of Co-MOF showed efficient NIR photothermal conversion. When a Co-MOF@PDMS (0.6 wt %) film is irradiated by 808 nm laser with power of 0.5 W cm−2, it′s temperature can reach a plateau at 62 °C from 20 °C within 100 s. Our experimental results from the Co-MOF@PDMS film demonstrate that the effectiveness and feasibility of the material is promising for photothermal applications.  相似文献

The controlled synthesis of multicomponent metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) allows for the precise placement of multiple cooperative functional groups within a framework, leading to emergent synergistic effects. Herein, we demonstrate that turn-on fluorescence sensors can be assembled by combining a fluorophore and a recognition moiety within a complex cavity of a multicomponent MOF. An anthracene-based fluorescent linker and a hemicyanine-containing CN-responsive linker were sequentially installed into the lattice of PCN-700. The selective binding of CN to hemicyanine inhibited the energy transfer between the two moieties, resulting in a fluorescence turn-on effect. Taking advantage of the high tunability of the MOF platform, the ratio between anthracene and the hemicyanine moiety could be fine-tuned in order to maximize the sensitivity of the overall framework. The optimized MOF-sensor had a CN-detection limit of 0.05 μm , which is much lower than traditional CN fluorescent sensors (about 0.2 μm ).  相似文献

A simple and highly selective electrochemical sensor based on carbonized lotus stem (CLS) was developed for the simultaneous determination of hydroquinone (HQ), catechol (CC), and nitrite (NT) by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and amperometry (AMP) methods. The CLS was characterized by the methods including field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), Raman spectrum, FT-IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method was used to evaluate the pore structure and surface area of CLS. The oxidation peaks for HQ (116.2 mV), CC (220.1 mV), and NT (818.9 mV) were well separated under optimized conditions, which improved their simultaneous determination. The CLS modified electrode showed a good linear range between 1.0×10 −6 to 7.0×10 −4 M for HQ, and the detection limit was calculated as 0.15 μM. For CC the linear relationship was 1.0×10 −6 to 3.0×10 −3 M with the detection limit of 0.11 μM. For NT the linear relationship was 5.0×10 −7 to 4.0×10 −3 M with the detection limit of 0.09 μM. The results indicated that the intrinsic structure of natural biomass can be expected to design porous carbon for electrochemical sensors.  相似文献

The hierarchical three-dimensional nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube anchored bimetallic cobalt copper organic framework (NCNT MOF CoCu) is successfully synthesized by the direct growth approach using the high-temperature carbonization of bimetallic cobalt copper organic framework (MOF CoCu-500). The as-prepared NCNT MOF CoCu nanostructure possesses high-level activity for both glucose and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) sensing molecules. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry (CA) studies demonstrate excellent electrocatalytic performance for the oxidation of glucose with a linear range of 0.05 to 2.5 mM, high sensitivity of 1027 μA mM−1cm−2, and the lowest detection limit of 0.15 μM. Similarly, the NCNT MOF CoCu nanostructure showed significantly higher H2O2 activity with a linear range of 0.05 to 3.5 mM, high sensitivity of 639.5 μA mM−1cm−2, and the lowest detection limit of 0.206 μM. Thanks to its special hierarchical nanoarchitecture, homogeneous nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes, and highly graphitized carbon, which may be increased the synergistic effect between bimetallic CoCu and NCNT in the organic framework. The potentially effective fabricated sensor was also used as a suitable probe for the detection of glucose and H2O2 in the analysis of the real samples.  相似文献

A novel non‐enzymatic nitrite sensor was fabricated by immobilizing MnOOH‐PANI nanocomposites on a gold electrode (Au electrode). The morphology and composition of the nanocomposites were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM ) and Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR ). The electrochemical results showed that the sensor possessed excellent electrocatalytic ability for NO2 oxidation. The sensor displayed a linear range from 3.0 μmol•L−1 to 76.0 mmol•L−1 with a detection limit of 0.9 μmol•L−1 (S/N = 3), a sensitivity of 132.2 μA •L•mol−1•cm−2 and a response time of 3 s. Furthermore, the sensor showed good reproducibility and long‐term stability. It is expected that the MnOOH‐PANI nanocomposites could be applied for more active sensors and used in practice for nitrite sensing.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective hydrazine sensor was developed by β‐cyclodextrin modified palladium nanoparticles decorated reduced graphene oxide (PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO) nanocomposite. The PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO hybrid material was prepared by simple electrochemical method. The hydrophobic cavity of β‐CD ineracts with palladium nanoparticles by hydrophobic interaction and further it is uniformly assembled on the rGO surface through hydrogen bond formation, which is clearly confirmed by FT‐IR, FESEM and TEM. The high electrocatalytic activity of hydrazine oxidation was observed at −0.05 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) on PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO modified electrode; due to the excellent stabilization, high catalytic activity and large surface area of the PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO composite. The PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO fabricated hydrazine sensor exhibited an excellent analytical performance, including high sensitivity (1.95 μA μM−1 cm−2), lower detection limit (28 nM) and a wide linear range (0.05 to 1600 μM). We also demonstrated that the PdNPs‐β‐CD/rGO nanocomposite modified electrode is a highly selective and sensitive sensor towards detection of hydrazine among the various interfering species. Hence, the proposed hydrazine sensor is able to determine hydrazine in different water samples.  相似文献

In this present scenario, for the first time, we propose a facile and simple wet chemical approach for the fabrication of two‐dimensional (2D) cerium tungstate (CeW2O9;CeW) nanosheets and evaluated as an electrochemical sensor for the detection of nitrite ions. The successful formation of CeW2O9 nanosheets was confirmed by various physicochemical techniques such as X‐ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman, Scanning electron microscope, Transmission electron microscope and Energy dispersive X‐ray studies. The electrochemical properties of the CeW nanosheets were studied by using cyclic voltammograms (CV) and chronoamperometric techniques. As an electrochemical sensor, the CeW nanosheets modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) showed superior electrocatalytic activity in the oxidation of nitrite in terms of higher anodic peak current and lower oxidation potential when compared with unmodified GCE. CeW nanosheets based electrochemical sensor has been fabricated which detect nitrite in wide linear response range, good sensitivity and very low detection limit of 0.02–986 μM, 2.85 μA μM−1 cm−2 and 8 nM, respectively. Moreover, the CeW nanosheets modified GCE exhibited excellent selectivity even in the presence of common metal ions and biologically co‐interfering compounds. For the practical viability of the prepared amperometric sensor has been utilized in various water samples such as tap, lake and drinking water and the obtained recoveries are appreciable.  相似文献

Glucose concentration monitoring is important for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. In this work, a composite material of AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) was prepared for electrochemical determination of glucose. AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) was characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The electrochemical properties of the glassy carbon electrodes modified with the AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) composites were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and current‐time curve (I‐t curve) with three electrode system. The determination of glucose with the electrode modified by AgNPs/MOF‐74(Ni) has a linear range of 0.01~4 mM with the correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.994. The detection limit is 4.7 μM (S/N=3) and the sensitivity is 1.29 mA ? mM?1 ? cm?2. In addition, this sensing system possesses reasonable reproducibility and stability. The good performance of electrochemical determination for glucose is attributed to the concerted effect of silver nanoparticles and MOF‐74(Ni) on the promotion of glucose oxidation  相似文献

This work presents a simple and low‐cost method for fast and selective determination of Verapamil (VP) in tablets and human urine samples using a boron‐doped diamond working electrode (BDD) coupled to a flow injection analysis system with multiple pulse amperometric detection (FIA‐MPA). The electrochemical behaviour of VP in 0.1 mol L−1 sulfuric acid showed three merged oxidation peaks at around +1.4 V and upon reverse scan, one reduction peak at 0.0 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The MPA detection was performed applying a sequence of three potential pulses on BDD electrode: (1) at +1.6 V for VP oxidation, (2) at +0.2 V for reduction of the oxidized product and (3) at +0.1 V for cleaning of the working electrode surface. The FIA system was optimized with injection volume of 150 μL and flow rate of 3.5 mL min−1. The method showed a linear range from 0.8 to 40.0 μmol L−1 (R>0.99) with a low limit of detection of 0.16 μmol L−1, good repeatability (RSD<2.2 %; n=10) and sample throughput (45 h−1). Selective determination of VP in urine was performed at+0.2 V due to absence of interference from ascorbic and uric acids in this potential. The addition‐recovery tests in both samples were close to 100 % and the results were similar to an official method.  相似文献
