Reaction of a mixture of AgOAc, Lawesson's reagent [2,4‐bis(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1,3‐dithiadiphosphetane‐2,4‐disulfide] and 1,3‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)propane (dppp) under ultrasonic treatment gave the title compound, {[Ag(C9H12O2PS2)(C27H26P2)]·CHCl3}n, a novel one‐dimensional chain based on the in situ‐generated bipodal ligand [ArP(OEt)S2] (Ar = 4‐methoxyphenyl). The compound consists of bidentate bridging 1,3‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)propane (dppp) and in situ‐generated bidentate chelating [ArP(OEt)S2] ligands. The dppp ligand links the [Ag{ArP(OEt)S2}] subunit to form an achiral one‐dimensional infinite chain. These achiral chains are packed into chiral crystals by virtue of van der Waals interactions. No π–π interactions are observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

Metallation of N‐(diphenylphosphanyl)(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine with n‐butyllithium in toluene yields lithium N‐(diphenylphosphanyl)(2‐pyridylmethyl)amide ( 1 ), which crystallizes as a tetramer. Transamination of N‐(diphenylphosphanyl)(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine with an equimolar amount of Sn[N(SiMe3)2]2 leads to the formation of monomeric bis(trimethylsilyl)amido tin(II) N‐(diphenylphosphanyl)(2‐pyridylmethyl)amide ( 2 ). The addition of another equivalent of N‐(diphenylphosphanyl)(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine gives homoleptic tin(II) bis[N‐(diphenylphosphanyl)(2‐pyridylmethyl)amide] ( 3 ). In these complexes the N‐(diphenylphosphanyl)(2‐pyridylmethyl)amido groups act as bidentate bases through the nitrogen bases. At elevated temperatures HN(SiMe3)2 is liberated from bis(trimethylsilyl)amido tin(II) N‐(diphenylphosphanyl)(2‐pyridylmethyl)amide ( 2 ) yielding mononuclear tin(II) 1,2‐dipyridyl‐1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphanylamido)ethane ( 4 ) through a C–C coupling reaction. The three‐coordinate tin(II) atoms of 2 and 4 adopt trigonal pyramidal coordination spheres.  相似文献

As part of our interest in the synthesis and catalytic applications of chiral (diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocene ligands, we designed a number of P,N‐containing ligands for use in asymmetric transfer hydrogenation (ATH). During the synthetic procedure to obtain rac‐1‐[(N,4‐dimethylbenzenesulfonamido)methyl]‐2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocene, the title compound, [Fe(C5H5)(C26H25NO2PS)]0.55·[Fe(C5H5)(C26H25NO3PS)]0.45, was obtained as a by‐product. It is composed of a ferrocene group disubstituted by a partially oxidized diphenylphosphanyl group, as confirmed by 31P NMR analysis, and an (N,4‐dimethylbenzenesulfonamido)methyl substituent. Owing to the partially oxidized diphenylphosphanyl group, it is best to view the crystal as being composed of a mixture of non‐oxidized and oxidized phosphane, so it can be regarded as a cocrystal. It is also a racemate. To the best of our knowledge, the P=O distance [1.344 (4) Å] is the shortest observed for related (diphenylphosphoryl)ferrocene compounds. The packing is stabilized by weak C—H...O interactions, forming R22(10) hydrogen‐bonding motifs, which build up a chain along the c axis.  相似文献

Reaction of [IrCp*Cl2]2 with ferrocenylimines (Fc=NAr, Ar=Ph, p‐MeOC6H4) results in ferrocene C?H activation and the diastereoselective synthesis of half‐sandwich iridacycles of relative configuration Sp*,RIr*. Extension to (S)‐2‐ferrocenyl‐4‐(1‐methylethyl)oxazoline gave highly diastereoselective control over the new elements of planar chirality and metal‐based pseudo‐tetrahedral chirality, to give both neutral and cationic half‐sandwich iridacycles of absolute configuration Sc,Sp,RIr. Substitution reactions proceed with retention of configuration, with the planar chirality controlling the metal‐centred chirality through an iron–iridium interaction in the coordinatively unsaturated cationic intermediate.  相似文献

The synthesis of the new chiral ligands 6ae, 8ae, 9ae , and 11ae starting from the chiral β‐[(Boc)amino]sulfonamide 3ae is reported. The β‐amino group of 3ae was deprotected and condensed with 3,5‐dichlorosalicylaldehyde ( 4 ) to yield the known Schiff base 5ae , which was then reduced to the amino compound 6ae (Scheme 3). Alternatively, condensation of the free amino compound with 2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)benzaldehyde ( 7 ) afforded the imino ligand 8ae which upon reduction yielded the amino ligand 9ae (Scheme 4). The free amino compound derived from 3ae was also coupled with 2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)benzoic acid ( 10 ) to give ligand 11ae (Scheme 5). These ligands were tested in the copper‐catalysed allylic substitution reaction of cinnamyl (=3‐phenylprop‐2‐enyl) phosphate 12 with diethylzinc as a nucleophile. Ligands 5ae, 6ae, 8ae , and 11ae gave excellent ratios (100 : 0) of the SN2′/SN2 products (Scheme 6 and Table 1). Ligand 11ce , identified from the screening of a small library of ligands of general formula 11 , promoted the allylic substitution reaction with moderate enantioselectivity (40% for the SN2′ product 13 (Scheme 8 and Table 3)).  相似文献

The two diphosphine ligands (Rp,Rp)‐ and (Sp,Sp)‐bis[2‐(diphenylphospino)ferrocenyl]methane, (Rp,Rp)‐ and (Sp,Sp)‐ 1 , resp., were prepared in six steps from (S)‐ and (R)‐ferrocenyl tolyl sulfoxide, respectively (Scheme). In the solid state, both the diborane complex (Rp,Rp)‐ 1 ? (BH3)2 and the palladium dichloride complex [PdCl2((Rp,Rp)‐ 1 )] were found to adopt C2‐pseudosymmetric structures according to X‐ray analyses (Figs. 2 and 3). In the Rh‐ and Ru‐catalyzed hydrogenation of selected alkenes and ketones in the presence of the new ligands, enantioselectivities of up to 55% ee were obtained.  相似文献

In our ongoing development of ferrocene ligands, 1‐dimethylamino‐2‐(diphenylphosphinothioyl)ferrocene is being used as a convenient building block to obtain racemic or enantiomerically pure ligands. Using this building block in large excess allowed the formation of several by‐products, two of which have already been reported; the structure of a third by‐product, namely 1‐(diphenylphosphinothioyl)‐2‐{[(diphenylphosphinothioyl)sulfanyl]methyl}ferrocene, [Fe(C5H5)(C30H25P2S3)], is presented here. The crystal structure is built up from a ferrocene unit, with one of the cyclopentadienyl (Cp) rings substituted in the 1‐ and 2‐positions by a protected diphenylphosphinothioyl group and a [(diphenylphosphinothioyl)sulfanyl]methyl fragment, –CH2SP(=S)Ph2. There are C—H...S interactions which result in the formation of chains parallel to the c axis. After desulfurization, the crude material was then reacted with Pd and Pt (M) precursors [MCl2(CH3CN)2] to yield two isostructural dinuclear complexes arranged around twofold axes, namely (R,R/S,S)‐bis{μ‐[2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocen‐1‐yl]methanethiolato‐κ3P,S:S}bis[chloridopalladium(II)] pentane disolvate, [Pd2{Fe(C5H5)(C18H15PS)}2Cl2]·2C5H12, and the platinum(II) analogue, (R,R/S,S)‐bis{μ‐[2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocen‐1‐yl]methanethiolato‐κ3P,S:S}bis[chloridoplatinum(II)] toluene monosolvate, [Pt2{Fe(C5H5)(C18H15PS)}2Cl2]·C7H8, in which the two metal atoms present a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry formed by two bridging S atoms and P and Cl atoms. The P,S‐chelating ligand results from the rupture of one of the P—S bonds in the starting ligand. These dinuclear complexes display a butterfly geometry. Surprisingly, only the (R,R/S,S) diastereoisomer has been isolated.  相似文献

Bis{(Rp)‐2‐[(1S)‐1‐methoxyethyl]ferrocenyl}arylphosphines (S,Rp)‐ 9 (aryl=4‐MeOC6H4 ( 9a ), Ph ( 9b ), 4‐CF3C6H4 ( 9c ), 3,5‐(CF3)2C6H3 ( 9d )), which contain two planar chiral ferrocenyl moieties, were prepared via (Rp)‐1‐bromo‐2‐[(1S)‐1‐methoxyethyl]ferrocene ((S,Rp)‐ 8 ). Asymmetric hydrosilylation of linear 1,3‐dienes such as deca‐1,3‐diene ( 10a ) with trichlorosilane in the presence of a palladium catalyst coordinated with 9d gave allylic silanes of up to 93% ee.  相似文献

The title diastereoisomers, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate and methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(R)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate, both C19H23N3O5, have been studied in two crystalline forms. The first form, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate–methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(R)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate (1/1), 2(S),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5·2(R),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5, contains both S,S and S,R isomers, while the second, methyl 5‐(S)‐[2‐(S)‐methoxycarbonyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydropyrrol‐1‐ylcarbonyl]‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole‐3‐carboxylate, 2(S),5(S)‐C19H23N3O5, is the pure S,S isomer. The S,S isomers in the two structures show very similar geometries, the maximum difference being about 15° on one torsion angle. The differences between the S,S and S,R isomers, apart from those due to the inversion of one chiral centre, are more remarkable, and are partially due to a possible rotational disorder of the 2‐(methoxycarbonyl)tetrahydropyrrole group.  相似文献

Dianin's compound (4‐p‐hydroxyphenyl‐2,2,4‐trimethylchroman) has been resolved by crystallization of the (S)‐(−)‐camphanic esters (S,S)‐ and (R,S)‐4‐(2,2,4‐trimethylchroman‐4‐yl)phenyl 4,7,7‐trimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane‐1‐carboxylate, both C28H32O5, from 2‐methoxyethanol, yielding the pure S,S diastereomer. The relative stereochemistry of both diastereomers has been determined by X‐ray crystallography, from which the absolute stereochemistry could be deduced from the known configuration of the camphanate moiety. The crystallographic conformations have been analysed, including the 1:1 disorder of the R,S diastereomer.  相似文献

Reaction of the potassium salt of N‐diisopropoxyphosphinyl‐p‐bromothiobenzamide p‐BrC6H4C(S)NHP(O)(OiPr)2 ( HL ) with Ni(NO3)2 in aqueous EtOH leads to complex of formula [Ni(HL‐O)2(L‐O,S)2] ( 1 ). The structure of 1 was investigated by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, IR, 1H and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy, MALDI and microanalysis. The nickel(II) ion in 1 has a tetragonal‐bipyramidal environment, (Oax)2(Oeq)2(Seq)2, with two neutral ligand molecules coordinated in axial positions through the oxygen atoms of the P=O groups. The equatorial plane of bipyramide is formed by two anionic ligands involving 1,5‐O,S‐coordination mode. The chelating ligands are bound in trans configuration.  相似文献

In the chiral polymeric title compound, poly[aqua(4,4′‐bipyridine)[μ3S‐carboxylatomethyl‐N‐(p‐tosyl)‐l ‐cysteinato]manganese(II)], [Mn(C12H13NO6S2)(C10H8N2)(H2O)]n, the MnII ion is coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry by one water molecule, three carboxylate O atoms from three S‐carboxyatomethyl‐N‐(p‐tosyl)‐l ‐cysteinate (Ts‐cmc) ligands and two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules. Each Ts‐cmc ligand behaves as a chiral μ3‐linker connecting three MnII ions. The two‐dimensional frameworks thus formed are further connected by 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands into a three‐dimensional homochiral metal–organic framework. This is a rare case of a homochiral metal–organic framework with a flexible chiral ligand as linker, and this result demonstrates the important role of noncovalent interactions in stabilizing such assemblies.  相似文献

Bis(5‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐ium‐3‐yl)methane dichloride (BATZM·Cl2 or C5H10N82+·2Cl?) was synthesized and crystallized, and the crystal structure was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction; it belongs to the space group C2/c (monoclinic) with Z = 4. The structure of BATZM·Cl2 can be described as a V‐shaped molecule with reasonable chemical geometry and no disorder, and its one‐dimensional structure can be described as a rhombic helix. The specific molar heat capacity (Cp,m) of BATZM·Cl2 was determined using the continuous Cp mode of a microcalorimeter and theoretical calculations, and the Cp,m value is 276.18 J K?1 mol?1 at 298.15 K. The relative deviations between the theoretical and experimental values of Cp,m, HTH298.15K and STS298.15K of BATZM·Cl2 are almost equivalent at each temperature. The detonation velocity (D) and detonation pressure (P) of BATZM·Cl2 were estimated using the nitrogen equivalent equation according to the experimental density; BATZM·Cl2 has a higher detonation velocity (7143.60 ± 3.66 m s?1) and detonation pressure (21.49 ± 0.03 GPa) than TNT. The above results for BATZM·Cl2 are compared with those of bis(5‐amino‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)methane (BATZM) and the effect of salt formation on them is discussed.  相似文献

Based on 1H NMR spectral analysis combined with molecular simulation, conformational states of the cyclohexanone ring were studied for some 1R,4S‐2‐(4‐X‐benzylidene)‐p‐menthan‐3‐ones (X = COOCH3 or C6H5) in CDCl3 and C6D6. The co‐existence of chair conformers with an axial orientation of both alkyl substituents and twist‐boat forms was established for the compounds studied at room temperature (22–23° C). The substituent X does not influence appreciably the ratio of these conformers, but the fraction of twist‐boat forms increases noticeably in benzene solutions as compared with CDCl3 solutions. Rotameric states of the isopropyl fragment were also characterised for the compounds studied. Distinctions in conformational states for the 1R,4S‐2‐arylidene‐p‐menthan‐3‐ones and (?)‐menthone were revealed and are discussed. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Chloride abstraction from the half‐sandwich complexes [RuCl2(η6p‐cymene)(P*‐κP)] ( 2a : P* = (Sa,R,R)‐ 1a = (1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl bis[(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl)]phosphoramidite; 2b : P* = (Sa,R,R)‐ 1b = (1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl bis[(1R)‐(1‐(1‐naphthalen‐1‐yl)ethyl]phosphoramidite) with (Et3O)[PF6] or Tl[PF6] gives the cationic, 18‐electron complexes dichloro(η6p‐cymene){(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl {(1R)‐1‐[(1,2‐η)‐phenyl]ethyl}[(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP}ruthenium(II) hexafluorophosphate ( 3a ) and [Ru(S)]‐dichloro(η6p‐cymene){(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl {(1R)‐1‐[(1,2‐η)‐naphthalen‐1‐yl]ethyl}[(1R)‐1‐(naphthalen‐1‐yl)ethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP)ruthenium(II) hexafluorophosphate ( 3b ), which feature the η2‐coordination of one aryl substituent of the phosphoramidite ligand, as indicated by 1H‐, 13C‐, and 31P‐NMR spectroscopy and confirmed by an X‐ray study of 3b . Additionally, the dissociation of p‐cymene from 2a and 3a gives dichloro{(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl [(1R)‐(1‐(η6‐phenyl)ethyl][(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP)ruthenium(II) ( 4a ) and di‐μ‐chlorobis{(1Sa)‐[1,1′‐binaphthalene]‐2,2′‐diyl [(1R)‐1‐(η6‐phenyl)ethyl][(1R)‐1‐phenylethyl]phosphoramidite‐κP}diruthenium(II) bis(hexafluorophosphate) ( 5a ), respectively, in which one phenyl group of the N‐substituents is η6‐coordinated to the Ru‐center. Complexes 3a and 3b catalyze the asymmetric cyclopropanation of α‐methylstyrene with ethyl diazoacetate with up to 86 and 87% ee for the cis‐ and the trans‐isomers, respectively.  相似文献

The coordination properties of N,N′‐bis[4‐(4‐pyridyl)phenyl]acenaphthenequinonediimine (L1) and N,N′‐bis[4‐(2‐pyridyl)phenyl]acenaphthenequinonediimine (L2) were investigated in self‐assembly with palladium diphosphane complexes [Pd(P^P)(H2O)2](OTf)2 (OTf=triflate) by using various analytical techniques, including multinuclear (1H, 15N, and 31P) NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (P^P=dppp, dppf, dppe; dppp=bis(diphenylphosphanyl)propane, dppf= bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocene, and dppe=bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ethane). Beside the expected trimeric and tetrameric species, the interaction of an equimolar mixture of [Pd(dppp)]2+ ions and L1 also generates pentameric aggregates. Due to the E/Z isomerism of L1, a dimeric product was also observed. In all of these species, which correspond to the general formula [Pd(dppp)L1]n(OTf)2n (n=2–5), the L1 ligand is coordinated to the Pd center only through the terminal pyridyl groups. Introduction of a second equivalent of the [Pd(dppp)]2+ tecton results in coordination to the internal, sterically more encumbered chelating site and induces enhancement of the higher nuclearity components. The presence of higher‐order aggregates (n=5, 6), which were unexpected for the interaction of cis‐protected palladium corners with linear ditopic bridging ligands, has been demonstrated both by mass‐spectrometric and DOSY NMR spectroscopic analysis. The sequential coordination of the [Pd(dppp)]2+ ion is attributed to the dissimilar steric properties of the two coordination sites. In the self‐assembled species formed in a 1:1:1 mixture of [Pd(dppp)]2+/[Pd(dppe)]2+/L1, the sterically more demanding [Pd(dppp)]2+ tectons are attached selectively to the pyridyl groups, whereas the more hindered imino nitrogen atoms coordinate the less bulky dppe complexes, thus resulting in a sterically directed, size‐selective sorting of the metal tectons. The propensity of the new ligands to incorporate hydrogen‐bonded solvent molecules at the chelating site was confirmed by X‐ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

A series of new C2‐symmetric (1S,2S)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐dicarboxamides was synthesized from (1S,2S)‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐dicarbonyl dichloride and N‐benzyl‐substituted aromatic amines, which were prepared from 2‐aminopyridine, 2‐chloroaniline, and 2‐aminophenol via imine formation with benzaldehyde and subsequent reduction with NaBH4. (1S,2S)‐N,N′‐Dibenzyl‐N,N′‐bis[2‐(benzyloxy)phenyl]cyclohexane‐1,2‐dicarboxamide was converted to (1S,2S)‐N,N′‐dibenzyl‐N,N′‐bis(2‐hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane‐1,2‐dicarboxamide via hydrogenolysis in the presence of Pd(OH)2 on active carbon powder.  相似文献
