The synthesis of various types of optically active α-(allenylsilane-containing)glycines via a chirality-transferring ester-enolate Claisen rearrangement of α-acyloxy-α-alkynylsilanes is described. The conversion of the rearranged products into the optically active silicon-free α-(allenyl)- and α-substituted-α-(allenyl)glycines was achieved by the removal of the Me2PhSi- or TMS group from the allene terminus.  相似文献

The compounds RC(NO2)2NF2 differ little from their nitro analogs, RC(NO2)3, in stability. They decompose in the gas and liquid phases at identical rates and the decomposition is controlled by cleavage of a C-NO2 bond. The synthesis of 1-[(2-R-o-carboran-1-yl)methyl]benzotriazoles (R = Me, Ph) is described. α-Deprotonation of these compounds followed by reactions of the generated carbanions with MeI give the corresponding α-methylated products. Even at room temperature, they exist in solution as an equilibrium mixture of two conformers due to steric crowding around the Cα atom. In contrast, the anions generated by deprotonation of α-ferrocenyl derivatives of 1-methyl- and 1-ethylbenzotriazoles are ambident and are attacked by electrophiles at both the Cα and N(3) atoms.  相似文献

Reaction of 2,4-diketoesters 3a-c with aqueous formaldehyde using potassium carbonate solution as base affords the corresponding α-methylene-β-hydroxyalkanones 4a-c which provide a route to α,β-unsaturated alkyl ketones 6a-e via coupling of α-acetoxymethyl alkyl vinyl ketone 5a with Grignard reagents in the presence of a catalytic amount of LiCuBr2 at low temperature.  相似文献

Cyclic α-(ortho-iodophenyl)-β-oxoesters were converted in a ring-expanding transformation to furnish benzannulated cycloalkanone carboxylic esters. The reaction sequence started by electrochemical reduction of the iodoarene moiety. In a mechanistic rationale, the resulting carbanionic species was adding to the carbonyl group under formation of a strained, tricyclic benzocyclobutene intermediate, which underwent carbon–carbon bond cleavage and rearrangement of the carbon skeleton by retro-aldol reaction. The scope of the reaction sequence was investigated by converting cyclic oxoesters with different ring sizes yielding benzocycloheptanone, -nonanone and -decanone derivatives in moderate to good yields. Furthermore, acyclic starting materials and cyclic compounds carrying additional substituents on the iodophenyl ring were submitted to this reaction sequence. The starting materials for this transformation are straightforwardly obtained by conversion of β-oxoesters with phenyliodobis(trifluoroacetate).  相似文献

A UV spectroscopic study has been performed in neutral aqueous solution to give the complex stability constants. Data analyses assuming 1:1 stoichiometry were successfully applied to both of the host-guest combinations employed, where 1:1 host-guest complex formations were observed at lower concentration of cyclodextrins (CDs). X-ray powder diffraction and IR spectroscopy measurements also demonstrated that inclusion complexes were formed in the solid state. Furthermore, thermogravimetry and DTA were used to investigated the thermal properties of these complexes. The differential thermal analysis, as well as temperature variation experiments below 100°C, indicated that after complexing the 1,2-thiolane moiety of -lipoic acid (LP) penetrated into the cavity of the CD and the S-S linkage was protected against heat.  相似文献

Acid hydrolysis of colominic acid, an α-(2→8)-linked oligomer of sialic acid, yielded Neu5Ac α-(2→8) Neu5Ac (di-Neu5Ac) 2 as one of the products. Starting from this disaccharide, it was possible to prepare two potential di-Neu5Ac donors, 5 and 8, as their corresponding 2-chloro derivatives. Subsequent reaction of the donor 8 with methanol as a simple acceptor led to the α- and β-methyl Neu5Ac α-(2→8) Neu5Ac glycosides.  相似文献

2,4-Diketoesters 2 have first been reported as starting materials for the synthesis of a new class of α-hydroxymethyl-α,β-unsaturated ketones 3. Thus, under heterogeneous liquid–liquid medium in the presence of concentrated aqueous potassium carbonate as a base, both aliphatic and aromatic 2,4-dioxoalkanoates 2 react with aqueous formaldehyde to afford the corresponding ketones 3 in fair to good yields.  相似文献

Optically active α-(tetrazol-1-yl)-substituted carboxylic acid OBO-esters were synthesized from the corresponding a-isocyano OBO-esters and trimethylsilyl azide in up to 92% yield. Subsequent acidic hydrolysis proceeds without epimerization and makes it possible to prepare enantiomerically pure α-(tetrazol-1-yl)-substituted carboxylic acids in up to 89% yield.
