Reaction of [MoOCl5]2− with in situ generated H2Se under hydrothermal conditions (4M HCl, 140 °C) leads to reduction of Mo(V) to Mo(IV) with the formation of a triangular cluster Mo33-Se)(μ-O)34+ in high yield. It is present in HCl solutions as aqua chlorocomplex [Mo33-Se)(μ-O)3(H2O)6Cl3]+ which was isolated and structurally characterized as supramolecular adduct with cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]), {[Mo33-Se)(μ-O)3(H2O)6Cl3]2CB[6]}Cl2·15H2O. Slow crystallization of an HCl solution containing cucurbituril (C36H36N24O12) and a triangular molybdenum cluster aqua complex [Mo3S4(aq)]4+ yielded a supramolecular adduct of { [Mo3S4(H2O)7Cl2]×(C36H36N24O12)Cl2·10H2O composition. The molecular and crystal structure of the adduct were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compounds [Sc(H2O)4(NCS)2][Sc(H2O)2(NCS)4] ·2(18C6) (I) and [Sc(H2O)4(NCS)2][Sc(H2O)2(NCS)4] · 3(18C6) · H2O (II) were synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. It was found that the cations in the structures of compounds I and II form sandwiches [Sc(H2O)4(NCS)2] · 2(18C6). In the case of I, the sandwiches are united by the [Sc(H2O)2(NCS)4] anions into chains, while in compound II, the sandwiches and infinite chains of [Sc(H2O)2(NCS)4] · 18C6 · H2O are bonded by van der Waals contacts only. A complex of the composition KNa3[Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]3 [α-P2W17Fe(H2O)O61]·32.5H2O (I) was obtained by interaction of FeCl3·6H2O and phosphotungstate K102-P2W17O61]·20H2O in an acetate buffer with a yield of 52%. Compound I was characterized by single crystal X-ray phase analysis and IR spectroscopy. In the crystal structure, the Na and K cations bind [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ trinuclear cations and [α-P2W17Fe(H2O)O61]7− heteropolytungstate anions into infinite zigzag chains. The [Ca(DMF)6][Mo6Cl14] complex (I) was synthesized by reacting octahedral cluster Mo complex (H3O)2Mo6Cl14·6H2O with the Ca2+ cation in DMF. Analogous reaction carried out in the presence of triphenylphosphine oxide Ph3PO in acetonitrile resulted in [{Ca(OPPh3)4}{Mo6Cl14}] (II). According to X-ray diffraction data, complex I has ionic structure, while the structure of complex II consists of infinite linear chains of the cluster anionic complexes {Mo6Cl14}2− bonded to the cationic Ca complexes {Ca(OPPH3)4}2+. Crystals of the rhenium cluster complex (H3O)4[(C2H5)4N]6[Th2Cl4(H2O)12O]3[Re4Se4(CN)12]4 are obtained in an acidic (HCl) aqueous solution by the reaction of cluster salt K4[Re4Se4(CN)12]·6H2O with ThCl4 and (C2H5)4NCl. Single crystal X-ray analysis shows that the title compound is ionic and crystallizes in the cubic crystal system (a = 22.7322(3) ?, V = 11746.93(27) ?3, Z = 2, I4 3m space group, R = 0.0350). It contains [Th2Cl4(H2O)12O]2+ cations with two thorium atoms bonded to each other through the bridging oxygen atom forming an angle of 180° in the structure.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Bi2Cl10(H2-Norf)4(H2O)8] (1) comprises [H2-Norf]^ cations and [Bi2Cl10]4^- anions, that are loosely associated via H-bonding interactions, as well as water molecules that also participate in H-bonding interactions. The reaction of cis-[Pt(15NH3)2(H2O) 2] 2+ (3) with N-acetylcysteine [H3accys] was investigated in aqueous solution. In this reaction, the ammine in the platinum complex formed was liberated. A mono-dentate sulfur-boundplatinum(II) product cis-[Pt(15NH3)2(H2O)(H2accys-S)]+ (7) and six-membered che-late ring complex cis-[Pt(15NH3)2 (Haccys-S,O)] (8) were formed in solution. The dinuclear sulfur-bridged complex 9, giving a broad peak in 15N NMR, was also observed, but only present in very tiny amounts. The mass spectrometry (ES-MS) was undertaken from this re action, and the product detected was only the dinuclear sulfur bridged platinum species and species related to it by ammine loss.  相似文献

Molybdenum(II) Halide Clusters with six Alcoholate Ligands: (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl8(OCH3)6] · 6CH3OH and (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl8(OC6H5)6] . The reaction of Na2[Mo6Cl8(OCH3)6] and 2,2,2-crypt yields (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl8(OCH3)6] · 6 CH3OH ( 1 ), which is converted to (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl8(OC6H5)6] ( 2 ) by metathesis with phenol. According to single crystal structure determinations ( 1 : P3 1c, a=14.613(3) Å, c=21.036(8) Å; 2 : P3 1c, a=15.624(1) Å, c=19.671(2) Å) the compounds contain anionic clusters [Mo6Cl8i(ORa)6]2? ( 1 : d(Mo—Mo) 2.608(1) Å to 2.611(1) Å, d(Mo—Cl) 2.489(1) Å to 2.503(1) Å, d(Mo—O) 2.046(4) Å; 2 : d(Mo—Mo) 2.602(3) Å to 2.608(3) Å, d(Mo—Cl) 2.471(5) Å to 2.4992(5) Å, d(Mo—O) 2.091(14) Å). The results of quantum chemical calculations of the electronic structure and geometry of octahedral clusters [Mo6S8(CN)6]6−, [Mo6Se8(CN)6]6−, [Re6S8(CN)6]4−, and Rh6(CO)16 by the ab initio SCF (RHF) and DFT (B3LYP) methods with various basis sets are presented. The electronic states of the clusters under study in ideal spherically symmetric potential were classified in the orbital quantum number l (1s, 1p, 1d, 1f, 1g, 1h, 1i), l = 0–6. In real crystal field with Oh symmetry these states are split. The calculated new electronic states were matched to the irreducible representations of the point symmetry group Oh. The polarizabilities of the compounds considered are 55–65 Å3. A new model for the electronic structure of octahedral clusters containing M6 groups was proposed. The model is based on the idea of free electrons moving in spherically symmetric potential field. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. A [Cr(H2O)6]Cl3 aqueous solution, 0.25 M at T=20°C, is investigated by X-ray diffraction. The calculated radial distribution function shows, in spite of the low Cr3+ concentration, a well resolved peak centred around 1.90 A, a distance coincident with the Cr3+-H2O distance found in crystalline [Cr(H2O)6]Cl3. It can reasonably be stated that the [Cr(H2O)6]3+ ions pass relatively undisturbed into solutions where they constitute quite stable units.  相似文献

We present the first examples of materials based on the Strandberg type polyanion [(O2CCH2PO3)2Mo5O15]6−, linked by Cu2+ centers via coordination to the carboxylate functions of the polyanion. Simple one-pot reaction of Rb4KNa[(O2CCH2PO3)2Mo5O15]·H2O with CuCl2·2H2O in aqueous acidic media followed by crystallization resulted in the three hybrid organic–inorganic materials {K2.6Rb1.4[(PO3CH2CO2)2Mo5O15Cu(H2O)3]·7H2O} n (KRb-1), {Na2Cs3[(PO3CH2CO2)2Mo5O15(Cu(H2O)2Cl)]·6H2O} n (NaCs-2) and {Na2.75Rb1.25[(PO3CH2CO2)2Mo5O15Cu(H2O)3]·9H2O} n (NaRb-3), which were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR, TGA and elemental analysis. All three compounds are 1:1 polymers of the polyanion and the Cu2+ centers are all five-coordinate with two carboxylate oxygens in a trans fashion. However, the chains in KRb-1, NaCs-2 and NaRb-3 are packed differently along b leading to different solid state structures, indicating an important role of the alkali counter cations. The reactions of LnCl3·6H2O (Ln=Eu or Dy) and Na2[Mo2O3S(HNTA)2]·6H2O afford Na[Mo2O3S(HNTA)2]2·Eu(H2O)9·3H2O (1) (NTA=nitrilotriacetate) and Na{(H2O)6Dy[Mo2O3S(HNTA)2]2}·7.5H2O (2), respectively. The [Mo2O3S(HNTA)2]2− cluster units of 1 are interconnected by Na+ into a 3-D open framework with rutile topology templated by . The coordination of [Mo2O3S(HNTA)2]2− to the slightly smaller Dy3+ ion of greater ionic potential as a consequence of lanthanide contraction has been observed to form the pentanuclear heterometallic {Dy(H2O)6[Mo2O3S(HNTA)2]2}, which is linked by Na+ and hydrogen bonds between the protonated carboxylate groups into a 3-D supramolecular framework. The weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the Dy3+ ions of 2 have been observed.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular assembly of Standberg-type polyoxometalate and flexible organic molecule (H2bpp)3[Mo5P2O23]·H2O (1) [bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane] has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). X-ray analyses show that compound 1 represent a twofold interpenetrating 3D supramolecular architecture constructed of Standberg-type polyoxometalate and bpp molecular through the hydrogen bonds as well as electrostatic interactions.  相似文献

[Ni(H2O)6][Cu3Cl8(H2O)2] · (15-crown-5)2 · 2H2O can be conveniently prepared by the interaction of NiCl2 · 6H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O and 15-crown-5 in water. The X-ray crystal structure reveals an ionic complex involved in a hydrogen-bonded two dimensional network with the [Ni(H2O)6]2+ and [Cu3Cl8(H2O)2]2− ions sandwiched between the 15-crown-5 macrocycles. The magnetic susceptibility data (4–300 K) and magnetisation isotherms (2–5.5 K; 0–5 T) are best interpreted in terms of intra-trimer ferromagnetic coupling within the [Cu3Cl8(H2O)2]2− moieties, with J ∼ 6 cm−1, and antiferromagnetic coupling between the trimers, the latter mediated by H-bonding pathways. Comparisons are made to other reported quaternary ammonium salts of [Cu3Cl8]2− and [Cu3Cl12]6−, most of which display structures that involve close stacking of such Cu(II) trimers, rather than being of the present isolated, albeit H-bonded, types.  相似文献

A general motif of the crystal structure of [Rh(NH3)5Cl]2[Re6S8(CN)6]·3H2O is examined, and the cluster anions are found to form a pseudo-hexagonal sublattice. The thermal decomposition of [Rh(NH3)5Cl]2[Re6S8(CN)6]·3H2O is studied, and it is shown that in helium atmosphere thermolysis occurs through the formation of intermediate amorphous phases. The final product obtained at 1200°C is a disordered single-phase solid solution of Re0.75Rh0.25 based on the structure of rhenium. Powder X-ray diffraction data for solid solutions in the system of Rh-Re are surveyed. It is demonstrated that the data for phases prepared by the thermal decomposition of coordination compounds better match the theoretical state diagram than the experimental one. 在pH=7.5的水溶液中, Na2WO4•2H2O, NaAsO2, CoCl2•6H2O与对氨基吡啶反应, 得到了一种新的夹心型杂多钨酸盐Na6(C5H7N2){[Na(H2O)2]3Co(H2O)5[Co(H2O)]3(AsW9O33)2}•27H2O单晶, 用X射线单晶衍射法及元素分析确定了其结构, 晶体属三斜晶系, P 空间群, 其晶胞参数为: a=1.3276(8) nm, b=1.7581(10) nm, c=2.4381(14) nm, α=70.954(9)°, β=86.663(9)°, γ=72.885(9)°, V=5.136(5) nm3, Z=2, R1=0.0608, wR2=0.0848 [I>2σ(I)]. 在{[Na(H2O)2]3Co(H2O)5[Co(H2O)]3(AsW9O33)2}7-阴离子中, 一个Co2+与聚阴离子{[Na(H2O)2]3[Co(H2O)]3(AsW9O33)2}9的一个端基氧共价连接, Co2+呈现出5和6两种配位数, 质子化的氨基吡啶正离子作为抗衡离子存在于晶体之中. 对标题化合物进行了IR, UV-Vis, TG-DSC表征. 对该化合物、Na2WO4•2H2O及CoCl2•6H2O催化H2O2氧化乙醛的活性进行了比较研究, 该化合物的催化活性远优于简单化合物Na2WO4•2H2O和CoCl2•6H2O.  相似文献

Although R2O3:MoO3=1:6 (R=rare earth) compounds are known in the R2O3-MoO3 phase diagrams since a long time, no structural characterization has been achieved because a conventional solid-state reaction yields powder samples. We obtained single crystals of R2Mo6O21·H2O (R=Pr, Nd, Sm, and Eu) by thermal decomposition of [R2(H2O)12Mo8O27nH2O at around 685-715 °C for 2 h, and determined their crystal structures. The simulated XRD patterns of R2Mo6O21·H2O were consistent with those of previously reported R2O3:MoO3=1:6 compounds. All R2Mo6O21·H2O compounds crystallize isostructurally in tetragonal, P4/ncc (No. 130), a=8.9962(5), 8.9689(6), 8.9207(4), and 8.875(2) Å; c=26.521(2), 26.519(2), 26.304(2), and 26.15(1) Å; Z=4; R1=0.026, 0.024, 0.024, and 0.021, for R=Pr, Nd, Sm, and Eu, respectively. The crystal structure of R2Mo6O21·H2O consists of two [Mo2O7]2−-containing layers (A and B layers) and two interstitial R(1)3+ and R(2)3+ cations. Each [Mo2O7]2− group is composed of two corner-sharing [MoO4] tetrahedra. The [Mo2O7]2− in the B layer exhibits a disorder to form a pseudo-[Mo4O9] group, in which four Mo and four O sites are half occupied. R(1)3+ achieves 8-fold coordination by O2− to form a [R(1)O8] square antiprism, while R(2)3+ achieves 9-fold coordination by O2− and H2O to form a [R(2)(H2O)O8] monocapped square antiprism. The disorder of the [Mo2O7]2− group in the B layer induces a large displacement of the O atoms in another [Mo2O7]2− group (in the A layer) and in the [R(1)O8] and [R(2)(H2O)O8] polyhedra. A remarkable broadening of the photoluminescence spectrum of Eu2Mo6O21·H2O supported the large displacement of O ligands coordinating Eu(1) and Eu(2).  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of Cs3Mn[Nb6Cl9O3(CN)6]0.6H2O are described in this work. It crystallizes in the cubic system (space group Fm-3m; a=15.708(5) Å) and is characterized by a static orientational disorder of the [Nb6Cl9O3(CN)6]5− cluster units. It results in a framework structurally related to that encountered in the well known Prussian Blue family prepared for different hexacyanometallates. The charge of the framework is compensated by cesium cations that are located in the tetrahedral cavities of the c.f.c. lattice of units along with water molecules. We will evidence the features that act in the crystallization of solid state compounds built up from ordered or disordered units as well as the influence of orientational disorder on interatomic distances obtained from single-crystal X-ray diffraction investigations.  相似文献
