The combination of (diacetoxy)iodobenzene (PhI(OAc)2, DIB) and lithium bromide (LiBr) efficiently oxidized cyclic and acyclic acetals to the corresponding hydroxyalkyl carboxylic esters and simple esters in good to excellent yields. The merits of this reaction are that it employs commercially available and non-explosive hypervalent iodine(III) reagent, water as the solvent, a short reaction time, and mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Sulfinyloxiranes were synthesized from ketones and chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide in two steps in almost quantitative yields. The sulfinyloxiranes were treated with NaN3 in the presence of NH4Cl to afford α-azido aldehydes, which were oxidized with iodine in the presence of KOH in methanol to give α-azido methyl esters in good overall yields. Catalytic hydrogenation of the α-azido esters afforded α-quaternary α-amino acid methyl esters in quantitative yields. Starting from β-tetralone and optically pure (R)-chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, an asymmetric synthesis of optically pure (R)-(+)-methyl 2-aminotetraline-2-carboxylate was realized in good overall yields.  相似文献

1,2-Dioxines react with glycine-derived phosphonate nucleophiles via a multistep cascade reaction to give beta-cyclopropyl amino acid derivatives in good yield with excellent control of the cyclopropane stereocentres. The cyclopropyl ketones were oxidized to the corresponding carboxylic esters using Baeyer-Villiger conditions. Standard deprotection protocols produced a series of known beta-cyclopropyl amino acids that are selective and potent agonists or antagonists of the metabotropic glutamate receptors in excellent yields.  相似文献

Reaction of ethyl or methyl 2-dimethylaminomethylene-3-oxoalkanoates with N-C-N dinucleophiles such as guanidine, acetamidine or benzamidine afforded in high yields the relative esters of 4-substituted 2-amino-, 2-methyl- or 2-phenyl-5-pyrimidinecarboxylic acids, respectively. These esters were hydrolyzed to the corresponding carboxylic acids, which were converted by heating to 4-substituted 2-pyrimidinamines, 2-methyl or 2-phenylpyrimidines, respectively, generally in excellent yields. The 4-unsubstituted ethyl 2-amino-, 2-methyl- and 2-phenyl-5-pyrimidinecarboxylates were obtained in moderate yields by reaction of the above dinucleophiles with ethyl 2,2-diformylacetate. These esters were hydrolyzed and the corresponding acids (with the exception of the 2-methyl derivative) were decarboxylated to give 2-pyrimidinamine and 2-phenylpyrimidine in satisfactory yields.  相似文献

Silyl ethers of arylic, allylic, propargylic and unactivated alcohols could be deprotected and oxidized with Dess-Martin periodinane, and the resulting aldehydes could be directly converted to the corresponding α,β-unsaturated esters in one pot with stabilized phosphoranes. Good selectivities were achieved upon a variety of protecting groups of alcohol by using this method. Other advantages of the protocol included simplicity of operations and high efficiency, as well as good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Calcium hypochlorite, a relatively stable, and easily stored and used solid hypochlorite oxidant, was found to oxidize secondary alcohols to ketones in excellent yields. Primary alcohols gave esters where both the acid and the alcohol portions of the esters were derived from the alcohol. Ethers were oxidized to esters though only in moderate yield.  相似文献

5-Nitro-1,10-phenanthrolines react with isocyanoacetate esters in the presence of DBU in THF to give excellent yields of the corresponding phenanthrolinopyrroles. These were condensed with acetoxymethylpyrroles using catalytic quantities of p-toluenesulfonic acid in acetic acid to give dipyrrylmethanes, but these structures proved to be poorly suited for porphyrin synthesis due to the electron-withdrawing nature of the fused phenanthroline unit. However, phenanthrolinopyrrole ethyl esters could be converted to the corresponding α-unsubstituted pyrroles with KOH in ethylene glycol at 180-190 °C, and these condensed with 2 equiv of acetoxymethylpyrroles in refluxing acetic acid-isopropyl alcohol to give tripyrranes. In a one pot procedure, tripyrrane di-tert-butyl esters were treated with TFA at room temperature to cleave the protective groups, diluted with dichloromethane, reacted with pyrrole dialdehydes and oxidized to afford phenanthrolinoporphyrins in 52-83% yield. These conditions also allow the synthesis of porphyrins with additional fused acenaphthylene or phenanthrene rings. Although the UV-vis spectra for these porphyrins are unexceptional, the presence of an external coordination site allows many potential applications to be considered. Porphyrins with two phenanthroline units could not be prepared by the ‘3+1’ strategy. Instead, α-unsubstituted phenanthrolinopyrroles were reacted with a bis(dimethylaminomethyl)pyrrole in refluxing acetic acid to give moderate yields of the corresponding opp-diphenanthrolinoporphyrins. In one case, a triphenanthrolinoporphyrin and trace amounts of an adj-diphenanthrolinoporphyrin were formed as by-products.  相似文献

利用强碱型离子交换树脂支载溴酸根得到聚合物溴酸根氧化剂,它具有良好的氧化性能,在40%HBr或AlCl~3或NaHSO~3作用下,分别氧化伯醇和简单醚为酯,仲醇为酮,α、ω-二醇和环醚为内酯,硫(或硒)醇为二硫(或硒)化合物,并得到较好的产率。  相似文献

Reaction of ethyl or methyl 2-dimethylaminomethylene-3-oxoalkanoates with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in methanol solution afforded in high yields the relative esters of 5-substituted 4-isoxazolecarboxylic acids II . These esters were hydrolyzed generally with concentrated hydrochloric acid-acetic acid mixtures to the corresponding carboxylic acids in satisfactory yields. Ethyl or methyl esters II isomerized with sodium ethoxide or methoxide, respectively, to the corresponding esters or hemiesters of 2-cyano-3-oxoalkanoic acids generally in excellent to satisfactory yields. Reaction of methyl 5,5-dimethyl-3-dimethylaminomethylene-2,4-dioxohexanoate with hydroxylamine hydrochloride afforded in moderate yield methyl 4-(2,2-dimethyl-1-oxopropyl)-5-isoxazolecarboxylate, which was converted by acid hydrolysis as above to 4-t-butyl-4-hydroxyfuro[3,4-d]isoxazol-6-(4H)-one.  相似文献

Various aromatic bromides were treated with n-BuLi and subsequently with ethyl formate, followed by the reaction with ethanol and molecular iodine in the presence of K2CO3 to provide the corresponding aromatic ethyl esters in good yields. Moreover, aromatic bromides could be transformed into the corresponding aromatic methyl esters in good yields by the treatment with n-BuLi and subsequently with DMF, followed by the reaction with methanol, molecular iodine, and K2CO3. Some aromatics could be also converted into the corresponding aromatic esters in good yields by the treatment with n-BuLi, and subsequently with ethyl formate or DMF, followed by the reaction with molecular iodine and K2CO3. The present reactions offer a novel route for the transition-metal-free, carbon-monoxide-free, and therefore environmentally benign one-pot conversion of aromatic bromides and aromatics into aromatic esters.  相似文献

Chemoselective hydrolysis of tert-butyl esters in the presence of other acid-labile groups has been explored by employing alpha-amino esters and ZnBr(2) in DCM. Although N-Boc and N-trityl groups were found to be labile, PhF protected amines were compatible with these Lewis acid deprotection conditions such that a variety of N-(PhF)amino acids were prepared in good yields from their corresponding tert-butyl esters.  相似文献

It was found that rhenium complex was an efficient catalyst for the acylative cleavage of C-O bond of ethers with acyl chlorides. When acyclic ethers were allowed to react with acyl chlorides in the presence of a catalytic amount of ReBr(CO)5, acylative cleavage of C-O bond of acyclic ethers smoothly proceeded to give the corresponding esters in moderate to good yields. The commercially available homoleptic lanthanum amide La[N(SiMe3)2]3 (LaNTMS) is reported to enable the hydroboration of esters using pinacolborane (HBpin) as the reducing agent. A wide range of substrates including aromatic, aliphatic esters and lactones were applicable to afford corresponding boronic esters in excellent yields under mild and neat conditions with broad functional group compatibility and good chemoselectivity. Furthermore, LaNTMS is capable to realize the very challenging and rarely reported hydroboration of carbonate esters with low catalyst loading at room temperature. Both cyclic and linear carbonate esters can be easily converted to the corresponding products with satisfactory yields. Besides, the hydroboration of alkynes has been developed by using LaNTMS as a catalyst.  相似文献

Treatment of lithium α-sulfinyl carbanion of chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxides with ketones at low temperature afforded adducts in almost quantitative yields, which were exposed to t-BuOK to give sulfinyloxiranes in high yields. The sulfinyloxirane was reacted with benzylamine to give α-amino aldehyde, which was oxidized with iodine in methanol to afford α-amino carboxylic ester in moderate yield. The sulfinyloxiranes were treated with sodium azide to afford α-azido aldehydes in good yields. Oxidation with NaClO2 followed by catalytic hydrogenation of the azido group of the α-azido aldehydes gave α-quaternary α-amino acids in good overall yields. The oxidation of the azido aldehydes with iodine in methanol in the presence of KOH followed by the catalytic hydrogenation resulted in α-quaternary α-amino acid methyl esters in good yields. When these reactions were carried out starting from unsymmetrical ketones and optically pure (R)-chloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, a new method for a synthesis of optically active α-quaternary α-amino acids and esters in good overall yields was realized.  相似文献

Secondary esters and those with sterical hindrance at the beta carbon were reacted with base, carbon disulfide, and methyl iodide to produce methyl 2-carboalkoxydithioalkenoate (2). These compounds were reacted with BrF(3), forming the corresponding alpha-trifluoromethyl esters (3) along with 1,1-difluoro-2-trifluoromethyl-2-alkyl ethers (4). The products of type 4 have been transformed to derivatives of type 3, thus raising the overall yields of the target respective alpha-trifluoromethyl esters to 65-80%. The reaction is tolerant to different functional groups such as halogens, protected alcohols, esters, and lactones.  相似文献
