The reaction of trans-[PtCl(p-tol){P(p-tol)3}2] (PtCl) and H(C[triple chemical bond]C)2H (cat. CuI, HNEt2) gives PtC4H (82 %), which can be cross-coupled with excess HC[triple chemical bond]CSiEt3 (acetone, O2, CuCl/TMEDA; Hay conditions) to yield PtC6Si (77 %). The addition of nBu4N+F- in wet acetone gives PtC6H (84 %), and further addition of ClSiMe3 (F- scavenger) and excess HC[triple chemical bond]CSiEt3 (Hay conditions) yields PtC(8)Si (23 %). Similar cross-coupling reactions of PtCxH (generated in situ for x>6) and excess H(C[triple chemical bond]C)2SiEt3 give a) x=4, PtC8Si (29 %), PtC12Si (30 %), and PtC16Si (1 %); b) x=6, PtC10Si (59 %) and PtC14Si (7 %); c) x=8, PtC12Si (42 %); and d) x=10, PtC14Si (20 %). Hay homocoupling reactions of PtC4H, PtC6H, PtC8H, and PtC10H give PtC8Pt, PtC12Pt, PtC16Pt, and PtC20Pt (88-70 %), but PtC12H decomposes too rapidly. However, when PtC12Si and PtC14Si are subjected to Hay conditions, protodesilylation occurs in the presence of the oxidizing agent and PtC24Pt (36 %) and PtC28Pt (51 %) are isolated. Reactions of PtC6H and PtC10H with PtCl (CuI, HNEt2) give PtC6Pt (56 %) and PtC10Pt (84 %). The effect of the chain lengths in PtCxPt upon thermal stabilities (>200 degrees C for x< or =20), IR nu(C[triple chemical bond]C) patterns (progressively more bands), colors (yellow to orange to deep red), UV/Vis spectra (progressively red-shifted and more intense bands with epsilon>400,000 M(-1) cm(-1)), redox properties (progressively more difficult oxidations), and NMR spectra (many monotonic trends) are analyzed, including implications for the sp carbon allotrope carbyne. Whereas all other dodecaynes and tetradecaynes rapidly decompose at room temperature, PtC24Pt and PtC28Pt remain stable at >140 degrees C. Crystal structures of PtCxSi (x=6, 8, 10) and PtCxPt (x=6, 8, 10, 12) have been determined.  相似文献

Sequential reactions of trans-(C6F5)(p-tol3P)2Pt(C[triple chemical bond]C)3SiEt3 (PtC6SiEt3) with nBu4N+ F(-) (THF/methanol), PtCl, KPF6/tBuOK, and CuCl give trans,trans-[(C6F5){(p-tol3P)2}Pt(C[triple chemical bond]C)3Pt{(Pp-tol3)2}(C6F5)] (PtC6Pt) in 95 % yield on multigram scales. Reactions of PtC6Pt and Ar2P(CH2)mPAr2 afford substitution products trans,trans-[(C6F5){(Ar2P(CH2)mPAr2)}Pt(C[triple chemical bond]C)3Pt{(Ar2P(CH2)mPAr2)}(C6F5)] (PtC6Pt-m/Ar; m/Ar=8/p-tol, 78 %; 10/Ph, 82 %; 11/Ph, 69 %; 12/Ph, 57 %; 14/p-tol, 57 %; 14/p-C6H4-tBu, 71 %), in which the diphosphines span the square planar platinum endgroups. An analogous reaction with PEt3 gives a tetrakis PEt3 complex Pt'C6Pt' (72 %). The crystal structures of PtC6Pt, Pt'C6Pt', PtC6Pt-10/Ph, PtC6Pt-11/Ph, and PtC6Pt-14/p-tol or solvates thereof are compared. In PtC6Pt, the endgroups can avoid van der Waals contact, and define angles of 0 degrees . In PtC6Pt-14/p-tol, the sp3 chains twist around the sp chain in a chiral double-helical motif, with an endgroup/endgroup angle of 189 degrees . The sp3 chains are too short to adopt analogous conformations in the other complexes, but laterally shield the sp chain. NMR spectroscopy shows that the helical enantiomers of PtC6Pt-14/p-tol rapidly interconvert in solution at low temperature. A crystal structure of PtC4Pt shows endgroups that are in van der Waals contact and define an angle of 41 degrees . Reactions with Ar2P(CH2)8PAr2 give PtC4Pt-8/Ar (Ar=Ph, 53 %; p-tol, 87 %). Low-temperature NMR spectroscopy establish non-helical chiral conformations. Electrochemical oxidations of the diplatinum complexes are analyzed, the reversibilities of which decrease with increasing sp chain length.  相似文献

The oxidative cross-coupling of trans-(p-tol)(p-tol3P)2Pt(CC)2H (PtC4H) and excess H(CC)2SiEt3 (O2, cat. CuCl, TMEDA, acetone; Hay conditions) gives PtC8Si (29%), PtC12Si (30%), and PtC16Si (1%; Si = SiEt3). The less stable PtC6H is generated in situ from PtC6Si and n-Bu4N+F-; following the addition of ClSiMe3 (F- scavenger) and excess H(CC)2SiEt3, the Hay conditions afford PtC10Si (59%) and PtC14Si (7%). Analogous sequences can be conducted with PtC8Si and PtC10Si. When PtC6Si, PtC8Si, and PtC10Si are similarly reacted in the absence of H(CC)2SiEt3, homocouplings to PtC12Pt (88%), PtC16Pt (70%), and PtC20Pt (72%) occur. However, analogous reactions of PtC12Si and PtC14Si fail, presumably due to the rapid decomposition of PtC12H and PtC14H. Br?nsted acidity trends suggest that (CC)n moieties should become better leaving groups with increasing chain length. Thus, when PtC12Si and PtC14Si are subjected to the Hay conditions alone, PtC24Pt (36%) and PtC28Pt (51%) are isolated, with substantial recovery of starting material from the former reaction. Presumably adventitious water and/or other nucleophiles effect desilylation (as also seen in the cross-couplings), after which homocoupling is rapid due to the simultaneous availability of an oxidizing agent. PtC24Pt and PtC28Pt are thermally stable to >/=140 degrees C, whereas all other known dodecaynes and tetradecaynes rapidly decompose at room temperature. There is every reason to believe that this series can be further extended. UV-visible spectra show progressively red-shifted and more intense bands with epsilon > 400 000 M-1 cm-1.  相似文献

Reactions of trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2PtCl (1; m' = a, 6; b, 7; c, 8; d, 9; e, 10) and H(CC)2H (HNEt2, cat. CuI) give trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2Pt(CC)2H (3a-e, 80-95%). Oxidative homocouplings of 3a-d under Hay conditions (O2, cat. CuCl/TMEDA, acetone) yield trans,trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2Pt(CC)4Pt(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2(C6F5) (4a-d, 64-84%). Treatment of 3c-e with excess HCCSiEt3 under Hay conditions gives trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2Pt(CC)3SiEt3 (56-73%). Homocouplings (n-Bu4N+ F-, Me3SiCl, Hay conditions) afford trans,trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2Pt(CC)6Pt(Ph2P(CH2)m'CH=CH2)2(C6F5) (13c-e, 59-64%). Reactions of 4a-d and 13c-e with Grubbs' catalyst, followed by hydrogenation, give mixtures of trans,trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)Pt(CC)nPt(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)(C6F5) with termini-spanning diphosphines and trans,trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)Pt(CC)nPt(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)(C6F5) with trans-spanning diphosphines (m = 2m' + 2; n = 4, 6). The latter (n = 4) are independently synthesized by similar metatheses/hydrogenations of 1a-d to give trans-(C6F5)(Ph2P(CH2)mPPh2)PtCl (49-59%), followed by analogous introductions of (CC)4 chains (66-77%). Crystal structures of complexes with termini-spanning diphosphines show sp3 chains with both double-helical (m/n = 20/4) and nonhelical (m/n = 20/6) conformations, and highly shielded sp chains. The sp3 chains of complexes with trans-spanning diphosphines exhibit double half-clamshell conformations. The dynamic properties of both classes of molecules are analyzed in detail.  相似文献

Structure and bonding in the title complexes are studied using model compounds trans,trans-[(C6H5)(H3P)2Pt(C triple bond C)(n)Pt(PH3)2(C6H5)] (PtCxPt; x = 2n = 4-26) at the B3LYP/LACVP* level of density functional theory. Conformations in which the platinum square planes are parallel are very slightly more stable than those in which they are perpendicular (DeltaE = 0.12 kcal mol(-1) for PtC8Pt). As the carbon-chain length increases, progressively longer C triple bond C triple bonds and shorter triple bond C-C triple bond single bonds are found. Whereas the triple bonds in HCxH become longer (and the single bonds shorter) as the interior of the chain is approached, the PtC triple bond C triple bonds in PtCxPt are longer than the neighboring triple bond. Also, the Pt-C bonds are shorter at longer chain lengths, but not the H-C bonds. Accordingly, natural bond orbital charge distributions show that the platinum atoms become more positively charged, and the carbon chain more negatively charged, as the chain is lengthened. Furthermore, the negative charge is localized at the two terminal C triple bond C atoms, elongating this triple bond. Charge decomposition analyses show no significant d-pi* backbonding. The HOMOs of PtCxPt can be viewed as antibonding combinations of the highest occupied pi orbital of the sp-carbon chain and filled in-plane platinum d orbitals. The platinum character is roughly proportional to the Pt/Cx/Pt composition (e.g., x = 4, 31 %; x = 20, 6 %). The HOMO and LUMO energies monotonically decrease with chain length, the latter somewhat more rapidly so that the HOMO-LUMO gap also decreases. In contrast, the HOMO energies of HCxH increase with chain length; the origin of this dichotomy is analyzed. The electronic spectra of PtC4Pt to PtC10Pt are simulated. These consist of two pi-pi* bands that redshift with increasing chain length and are closely paralleled by real systems. A finite HOMO-LUMO gap is predicted for PtCinfinityPt. The structures of PtCxPt are not strictly linear (average bond angles 179.7 degrees -178.8 degrees ), and the carbon chains give low-frequency fundamental vibrations (x = 4, 146 cm(-1); x = 26, 4 cm(-1)). When the bond angles in PtC12Pt are constrained to 174 degrees in a bow conformation, similar to a crystal structure, the energy increase is only 2 kcal mol(-1). The above conclusions should extrapolate to (C triple bond C)(n) systems with other metal endgroups.  相似文献

The metal-mediated coupling between coordinated EtCN in the platinum(II) and platinum(IV) complexes cis- and trans-[PtCl(2)(EtCN)(2)], trans-[PtCl(4)(EtCN)(2)], a mixture of cis/trans-[PtCl(4)(EtCN)(2)] or [Ph(3)PCH(2)Ph][PtCl(n)(EtCN)] (n = 3, 5), and dialkyl- and dibenzylhydroxylamines R(2)NOH (R = Me, Et, CH(2)Ph, CH(2)C(6)H(4)Cl-p) proceeds smoothly in CH(2)Cl(2) at 20-25 degrees C and the subsequent workup allowed the isolation of new imino species [PtCl(n){NH=C(Et)ONR(2)}(2)] (n = 2, R = Me, cis-1 and trans-1; Et, cis-2 and trans-2; CH(2)Ph, cis-3 and trans-3; CH(2)C(6)H(4)Cl-p, cis-4 and trans-4; n = 4, R = Me, trans-9; Et, trans-10; CH(2)Ph, trans-11; CH(2)C(6)H(4)Cl-p, trans-12) or [Ph(3)PCH(2)Ph][PtCl(n){NH=C(Et)ONR(2)}] (n = 3, R = Me, 5; Et, 6; CH(2)Ph, 7; CH(2)C(6)H(4)Cl-p, 8; n = 5, R = Me, 13; Et, 14; CH(2)Ph, 15; CH(2)C(6)H(4)Cl-p, 16) in excellent to good (95-80%) isolated yields. The reduction of the Pt(IV) complexes 9-16 with the ylide Ph(3)P=CHCO(2)Me allows the synthesis of Pt(II) species 1-8. The compounds 1-16 were characterized by elemental analyses (C, H, N), FAB-MS, IR, (1)H, (13)C{(1)H}, and (31)P{(1)H} NMR (the latter for the anionic type complexes 5-8 and 13-16) and by X-ray crystallography for the Pt(II) (cis-1, cis-2, and trans-4) and Pt(IV) (15) species. Kinetic studies of addition of R(2)NOH (R = CH(2)C(6)H(4)Cl-p) to complexes [Ph(3)PCH(2)Ph][Pt(II)Cl(3)(EtCN)] and [Ph(3)PCH(2)Ph][Pt(IV)Cl(5)(EtCN)] by the (1)H NMR technique revealed that both reactions are first order in (p-ClC(6)H(4)CH(2))(2)NOH and Pt(II) or Pt(IV) complex, the second-order rate constant k(2) being three orders of magnitude larger for the Pt(IV) complex. The reactions are intermolecular in nature as proved by the independence of k(2) on the concentrations of added EtC triple bond N and Cl(-). These data and the calculated values of Delta H++ and Delta S++ are consistent with the mechanism involving the rate-limiting nucleophilic attack of the oxygen of (p-ClC(6)H(4)CH(2))(2)NOH at the sp-carbon of the C triple bond N bond followed by a fast proton migration.  相似文献

A series of luminescent branched platinum(II) alkynyl complexes, [1,3,5-{RC[triple bond]C(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]C-C6H4C[triple bond]C}3C6H3] (R=C6H5, C6H4OMe, C6H4Me, C6H4CF3, C5H4N, C6H4SAc, 1-napthyl (Np), 1-pyrenyl (Pyr), 1-anthryl-8-ethynyl (HC[triple bond]CAn)), [1,3-{PyrC[triple chemical bond]C(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}2-5-{(iPr)3SiC[triple bond]C}C6H3], and [1,3-{PyrC[triple bond]C(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}2-5-(HC[triple bond]C)C6H3], was successfully synthesized by using the precursors [1,3,5-{Cl(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}3C6H3] or [1,3-{Cl(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}2-5-{(iPr)3SiC[triple bond]C}C6H3]. The X-ray crystal structures of [1,3,5-{MeOC6H4C[triple bond]C(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}3C6H3] and [1,8-{Cl(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]C}2An] have been determined. These complexes were found to show long-lived emission in both solution and solid-state phases at room temperature. The emission origin of the branched complexes [1,3,5-{RC[triple bond]C(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}3C6H3] with R=C6H5, C6H4OMe, C6H4Me, C6H4CF3, C5H4N, and C6H4SAc was tentatively assigned to be derived from triplet states of predominantly intraligand (IL) character with some mixing of metal-to-ligand charge-transfer (MLCT) (dpi(Pt)-->pi*(C[triple bond]CR)) character, while the emission origin of the branched complexes with polyaromatic alkynyl ligands, [1,3,5-{RC[triple bond]C(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}3C6H3] with R=Np, Pyr, or HC[triple bond]CAn, [1,3-{PyrC[triple bond]C(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}2-5-{(iPr)3SiC[triple bond]C}C6H3], [1,3-{PyrC[triple bond]C(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]CC6H4C[triple bond]C}2-5-(HC[triple bond]C)C6H3], and [1,8-{Cl(PEt3)2PtC[triple bond]C}2An], was tentatively assigned to be derived from the predominantly 3IL states of the respective polyaromatic alkynyl ligands, mixed with some 3MLCT (d(pi)(Pt)-->pi*(C[triple bond]CR)) character. By incorporating different alkynyl ligands into the periphery of these branched complexes, one could readily tune the nature of the lowest energy emissive state and the direction of the excitation energy transfer.  相似文献

A novel luminescent hexanuclear platinum(II) complex, [Pt(2)(mu-dppm)(2)(C[triple bond]CC(5)H(4)N)(4)[Pt(trpy)](4)](CF(3)SO(3))(8) (trpy = 2,2':6',2'-terpyridine), was successfully synthesized by using the face-to-face dinuclear platinum(II) ethynylpyridine complex [Pt(2)(mu-dppm)(2)(C[triple bond]CC(5)H(4)N)(4)] as the building block.  相似文献

The new diimine ligand 3,8-di-n-pentyl-4,7-di(phenylethynyl)-1,10-phenanthroline (1) was used for the synthesis of a range of Pt(II) complexes, viz.[Pt(1)Cl2], [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-Ph)2], [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-Fc)2] and [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-p-C6H4-C triple bond C-Fc)2](Fc = ferrocenyl). Crystal structure analyses were performed for [Pt(1)Cl2] and [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-Ph)2] and revealed that the di(acetylide)pi-tweezer of the latter binds a molecule of chloroform through C-H...pi hydrogen bonds. The redox and optical properties of 1 and its complexes were investigated by (spectro-)electrochemistry, UV-Vis and luminescence spectroscopy, and an energy level diagram was derived for [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-Fc)2] and related compounds on the basis of the data collected. The ferrocenyl-substituted Pt(II) complexes are donor-sensitiser assemblies. Intramolecular quenching of the photoexcited Pt(II) diimine unit leads to very short luminescence lifetimes for [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-p-C(6)H(4)-C triple bond C-Fc)2](2 ns) and [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-Fc)2](0.3 ns), as opposed to [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-Ph)2](0.7 micros). Excimer formation has been observed for [Pt(1)(C triple bond C-Ph)(2)] at room temperature in dichloromethane and at low temperatures in frozen glassy dichloromethane and 2-methyltetrahydrofuran solution, but not in the solid state.  相似文献

The study of the reaction between the ethylene [Pt(eta-H2C = CH2)(PPh3)2] or alkyne [Pt(eta2-HC [triple bond] CR)(PPh3)2] (R = SiMe3 1, Bu(t) 2) complexes with [cis-Pt(C6F5)2(thf)2] (thf = tetrahydrofuran) has enabled us to observe the existence of competitive processes between the activation of a P-C(Ph) bond on the PPh3 ligand, to give the binuclear derivative [cis-(C6F5)2Pt(mu-Ph)(mu-PPh2)Pt(PPh3)] 3, and the activation of a C-H bond of the unsaturated group, to give the corresponding (mu-hydride)(mu-vinyl) [cis, cis-(PPh3)2Pt(mu-H)(mu-1kappaC(alpha):eta2-CH = CH2)Pt(C6F5)2] 4 or (mu-hydride)(mu-alkynyl) [cis,cis-(PPh3)2Pt(mu-H)(mu-1kappaC(alpha):eta2-C [triple bond]CR)Pt(C6F5)2] (R = SiMe3 5, Bu(t) 6) compounds, respectively. The monitoring of these reactions by NMR spectroscopy has allowed us to detect several intermediates, and to propose a mechanism for the C-H bond activation. In addition, the structures of the (muo-hydride)(mu-alkynyl) complex 5 and the unprecedented (mu-hydride)(mu-vinyl) derivative 4 have been obtained by X-ray crystallographic analyses.  相似文献

Iminoacylation of acetone oxime Me(2)C[double bond, length as m-dash]NOH upon reaction with trans-[PtCl(2)(NCCH(2)CO(2)Me)(2)] and [2 + 3] cycloaddition of acyclic nitrone (-)O(+)N(Me) = C(H)(C(6)H(4)Me-4) to a nitrile ligand in lead to the formation of mono-imine trans-[PtCl(2)(imine-a)(NCCH(2)CO(2)Me)] [imine-a = NH[double bond, length as m-dash]C(CH(2)CO(2)Me)ON = CMe(2)] and mono-oxadiazoline trans-[PtCl(2)(oxadiazoline-a)(NCCH(2)CO(2)Me)] [oxadiazoline-a = [upper bond 1 start]N[double bond, length as m-dash]C(CH(2)CO(2)Me)ON(Me)C[upper bond 1 end](H)(C(6)H(4)Me-4)] unsymmetric mixed ligand complexes, respectively, as the main products. Reactions of or with acetone oxime , cyclic nitrone (-)O(+)N = CHCH(2)CH(2)C[upper bond 1 end]Me(2) or N,N-diethylhydroxylamine give access, in moderate to good yields, to the unsymmetric mixed ligand oxadiazoline and/or imine complexes trans-[PtCl(2)(oxadiazoline-a)(imine-a)] , trans-[PtCl(2)(oxadiazoline-a)(oxadiazoline-b)] [oxadiazoline-b = [upper bond 1 start]N[double bond, length as m-dash]C(CH(2)CO(2)Me)O[lower bond 1 start]NC[upper bond 1 end](H)CH(2)CH(2)C[lower bond 1 end]Me(2)], trans-[PtCl(2)(imine-a)(imine-b)] [imine-b = NH = C(CH(2)CO(2)Me)ONEt(2)] or trans-[PtCl(2)(imine-a)(oxadiazoline-b)] . The cis mono-imine mixed ligand complex cis-[PtCl(2)(imine-a)(NCCH(2)CO(2)Me)] is the major product from the reaction of cis-[PtCl(2)(NCCH(2)CO(2)Me)(2)] with the oxime , while the di-imine compound cis-[PtCl(2)(imine-a)(2)] is a minor product. Reaction of cis-[PtCl(2)(imine-a)(NCCH(2)CO(2)Me)] with N,N-diethylhydroxylamine or the cyclic nitrone affords, in good yields, the unsymmetric mixed ligand complexes cis-[PtCl(2)(imine-a)(imine-b)] or cis-[PtCl(2)(imine-a)(oxadiazoline-b)] , respectively. All these complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR and (1)H, (13)C and (195)Pt NMR spectroscopies, and FAB(+)-MS. The X-ray structural analysis of trans-[PtCl(2){NH=C(CH(2)CO(2)Me)ON=CMe(2)}(NCCH(2)CO(2)Me)] is also reported.  相似文献

The reaction of vic-dioximes with the organonitrile platinum(IV) complexes trans-[PtCl4(RCN)2] (R = Me, CH2Ph, Ph, vic-dioxime = dimethylglyoxime; R = Me, vic-dioxime = cyclohexa-, cyclohepta-, and cyclooctanedione dioximes) proceeds rapidly under relatively mild conditions and affords products of one-end addition of the dioximes to the nitrile carbon, i.e. [PtC4(NH=C(R)ON=[spacer]=NOH)2] (1-6) (R = Me, CH2Ph, Ph, spacer = C(Me)C-(Me) for dimethylglyoxime; R = Me, spacer = C[C4H8]C, C[C5H10]C, C[C6H12]C for the other dioximes), giving a novel type of metallaligand. All addition compounds were characterized by elemental analyses (C, H, N, C1, Pt), FAB mass spectrometry, and IR and 1H, 13C[1H], and 195Pt NMR spectroscopy. X-ray structure determination of the dimethylformamide bis-solvate [PtCl4(NH=C(Me)ON=C(Me)C(Me)=NOH)2] x 2DMF (la) disclosed its overall trans geometry with the dimethylglyoxime part in anti configuration and the amidine one-end (rather than N,N-bidentate) coordination mode of the N-donor ligands. When a mixture of cis- and trans-[PtC4(MeCN)2] in MeCN was treated with dimethylglyoxime, the formation of, correspondingly, cis- and trans-[PtCl4(NH=C(Me)ON=C(Me)C(Me)=NOH)2] (1) was observed and cis-to-trans isomerization in DMSO-d6 solution was monitored by 1H, 2D [1H,15N] HMQC, and 195Pt NMR spectroscopies. Although performed ab initio calculations give evidence that the trans geometry is the favorable one for the iminoacylated species [PtCl4-(ligand)2], the platinum(IV) complex [PtCl4(NH=C(Me)ON=C[C4Hs]C=NOH)2] (4) was isolated exclusively in cis configuration with the two metallaligand "arms" held together by intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the two peripheral OH groups, as it was proved by single-crystal X-ray diffractometry. The classic substitution products, e.g. [PtC12(N,N-dioximato)2] (12-15), are formed in the addition reaction as only byproducts in minor yield; two of them, [PtCl2(C7H11N2O2)2] (14) and [PtCl2(C8H13N2O2)2] (15), were structurally characterized. Complexes (12-15) were also prepared by reaction of the vic-dioximes with [PtCl4L(Me2SO)] (L = Me2SO, MeCN), but monoximes (Me2C=NOH, [C4H8]C=NOH, [C5H10]C=NOH, PhC(H)=NOH, (OH)C6H4C(H)= NOH) react differently adding to [PtCl4(MeCN)(Me2SO)] to give the corresponding iminoacylated products [PtCl4(NH=C(Me)ON=CRR')(Me2SO)](7-11).  相似文献

The reaction of the Lewis acid B(C(6)F(5))(3) with silanol groups of silica surfaces, dehydroxylated at different temperatures (300, 500, 700, and 800 degrees C), has been investigated in presence of the Br?nsted base NEt(2)Ph. The structure of the resulting modified silica supports [triple bond Si-OB(C(6)F(5))(3)](-)[HNEt(2)Ph](+) (1) has been carefully identified by IR and multinuclear solid-state NMR spectroscopies, isotopic (2)H and (18)O labeling, elemental analysis, molecular modeling, and comparison with synthesized molecular models. Highly dehydroxylated silica surfaces were required to transform selectively each silanol group into unique [triple bond Si-OB(C(6)F(5))(3)](-)[HNEt(2)Ph](+) fragments. For lower dehydroxylation temperatures, two sorts of surface sites were coexisting on silica: the free silanol groups [triple bond SiOH] and the ionic species 1.  相似文献

The acetylido methyl iron(II) complexes, cis/trans-[Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CR)(CH(3))] (1) and trans-[Fe(depe)(2)(C[triple bond]CR)(CH(3))] (2) (dmpe = 1,2-dimethylphoshinoethane; depe = 1,2-diethylphosphinoethane), were synthesized by transmetalation from the corresponding alkyl halide complexes. Acetylido methyl iron(II) complexes were also formed by transmetalation from the chloride complexes, trans-[Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CR)(Cl)] or trans-[Fe(depe)(2)(C[triple bond]CR)(Cl)]. The structure of trans-[Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CC(6)H(5))(CH(3))] (1a) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The methyl acetylido iron complexes, [Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CR)(CH(3))] (1), are thermally stable in the presence of acetylenes; however, under UV irradiation, methane is lost with the formation of a metal bisacetylide. Photochemical metathesis of cis- or trans-[Fe(dmpe)(2)(CH(3))(C[triple bond]CR)] (R = C(6)H(5) (1a), 4-C(6)H(4)OCH(3) (1b)) with terminal acetylenes was used to selectively synthesize unsymmetrically substituted iron(II) bisacetylide complexes of the type trans-[Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CR)(C[triple bond]CR')] [R = Ph, R' = Ph (6a), 4-CH(3)OC(6)H(4) (6b), (t)()Bu (6c), Si(CH(3))(3) (6d), (CH(2))(4)C[triple bond]CH (6e); R = 4-CH(3)OC(6)H(4), R' = 4-CH(3)OC(6)H(4), (6g), (t)()Bu (6h), (CH(2))(4)C[triple bond]CH (6i), adamantyl (6j)]. The structure of the unsymmetrical iron(II) bisacetylide complex trans-[Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CC(6)H(5))(C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)OCH(3))] (6b) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The photochemical metathesis of the bis-acetylene, 1,7-octadiyne, with trans-[Fe(dmpe)(2)(CH(3))(C[triple bond]CPh)] (1a), was utilized to synthesize the bridged binuclear species trans,trans-[(C(6)H(5)C[triple bond]C)Fe(dmpe)(2)(mu-C[triple bond]C(CH(2))(4)C[triple bond]C)Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CC(6)H(5))] (11). The trinuclear species trans,trans,trans-[(C(6)H(5)C[triple bond]C)Fe(dmpe)(2)(mu-C[triple bond]C(CH(2))(4)C[triple bond]C)Fe(dmpe)(2)(mu-C[triple bond]C(CH(2))(4)C[triple bond]C)Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CC(6)H(5))] (12) was synthesized by the photochemical reaction of Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CPh)(C[triple bond]C(CH(2))(4)C[triple bond]CH) (6e) with Fe(dmpe)(2)(CH(3))(2). Extended irradiation of the bisacetylide complexes with phenylacetylene resulted in insertion of the terminal alkyne into one of the metal acetylide bonds to give acetylide butenyne complexes. The structure of the acetylide butenyne complex, trans-[Fe(dmpe)(2)(C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)OCH(3))(eta(1)-C(C(6)H(5))=CH(C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)OCH(3)))] (9a) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A series of mononuclear platinum complexes containing diynyldiphenylphosphine ligands [cis-Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CR)L](n)(n= 0, L = tht, R = Ph 2a, Bu(t)2b; L = PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CR, 4a, 4b; n=-1, L = CN(-), 3a, 3b) has been synthesized and the X-ray crystal structures of 4a and 4b have been determined. In order to compare the eta2-bonding capability of the inner and outer alkyne units, the reactivity of towards [cis-Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(thf)(2)] or [Pt(eta2)-C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))(2)] has been examined. Complexes coordinate the fragment "cis-Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)" using the inner alkynyl fragment and the sulfur of the tht ligand giving rise the binuclear derivatives [(C(6)F(5))(2)Pt(mu-tht)(mu-1kappaP:2eta2-C(alpha),C(beta)-PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CR)Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)](R = Ph 5a, Bu(t)5b). The phenyldiynylphosphine complexes 2a, 3a and 4a react with [Pt(eta2)-C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))(2)] to give the mixed-valence Pt(II)-Pt(0) complexes [((C(6)F(5))(2)LPt(mu-1kappaP:2eta2)-C(5),C(6)-PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CPh))Pt(PPh(3))(2)](n)(L = tht 6a, CN 8a and PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CPh 9a) in which the Pt(0) fragment is eta2-complexed by the outer fragment. Complex 6a isomerizes in solution to a final complex [((C(6)F(5))(2)(tht)Pt(mu-1kappaP:2eta2)-C(alpha),C(beta)-PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CPh))Pt(PPh(3))(2)]7a having the Pt(0) fragment coordinated to the inner alkyne function. In contrast, the tert-butyldiynylphosphine complexes 2b and 3b coordinate the Pt(0) unit through the phosphorus substituted inner acetylenic entity yielding 7b and 8b. By using 4a and 2 equiv. of [Pt(eta2)-C(2)H(4))(PPh(3))(2)] as precursors, the synthesis of the trinuclear complex [cis-((C(6)F(5))(2)Pt(mu-1kappaP:2eta2)-C(5),C(6)-PPh(2)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CPh)(2))(Pt(PPh(3))(2))(2)]10a, bearing two Pt(0)(PPh(3))(2)eta2)-coordinated to the outer alkyne functions is achieved. The structure of 7a has been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Ten new organoplatinum(II) complexes, [PtCl(Saf)(8-OQ)] (1), [Pt(Saf-1H)(8-OQ)] (2), [PtCl(Meug)(8-OQ)] (3), [Pt(Meug-1H)(8-OQ)] (4), [PtCl(Meteug)(8-OQ)] (5), [PtCl(Meteug)(Q)] (6), [Pt(Meteug)(Q-COO)] (7), [Pt(Eteug-1H)(Q)] (8), [Pt(Eteug-1H)(8-OQ)] (9), and [Pt(Eteug-1H)(Q-COO)] (10) (where Saf = safrole, Meug = methyleugenol, Meteug = methyl eugenoxyacetate, Eteug = ethyl eugenoxyacetate, Q = quinoline, 8-OQ = 8-hydroxyquinolinate, and Q-COO = quinolin-2-carboxylate), were synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic methods. The position of N and O donors of quinoline ligands in comparison with the ethylenic double bond and the aromatic C5 of the aryl olefins in platinum(II) coordination sphere of 1–10 was determined using their NOESY spectra and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction of 10. Complexes 1, 2, 3, 4, and 9 exhibit impressive activities on four human cancer cell lines KB, Hep-G2, Lu, and MCF7 with IC50 = 1.4–9.6 μM. Complexes 1, 2, 4, and 9 gave better antitumor activity than cisplatin against examined cell lines.  相似文献

A series of homoleptic and heteroleptic platinum(ii) complexes [Pt(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CFc)(2)(L-L)] (L-L = COD , 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) ), Q(2)[cis/trans-Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CFc)(2)] (cis, Q = PMePh(3), ; trans, Q = NBu(4), ), (NBu(4))[Pt(bzq)(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CFc)(2)] (Hbzq = 7,8-benzoquinoline) and (NBu(4))(2)[Pt(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]CFc)(4)] has been synthesized and characterized spectroscopically and the structures of .2CHCl(3), and .2H(2)O.2CH(2)Cl(2) confirmed by single-crystal X-ray studies. The anion of complex , shows strong O-Hpi(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]C) interactions and weaker C-Clpi(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]C) contacts between the protons of two water and two CH(2)Cl(2) molecules and the C(alpha)[triple bond, length as m-dash]C(beta) of mutually cis alkynyl groups. In this complex the presence of additional O-HH-C(Cp) and C-ClH-C(Cp) contacts gives rise to an extended bidimensional network. The optical and electrochemical properties of all derivatives have been examined. It is remarkable that for complexes and a facile oxidatively induced coupling, giving rise to 1,4-diferrocenylbutadiyne, is observed, this also having been proven by chemical oxidation.  相似文献

The reaction of (NBu(4))(2)[Pt(C triple bond CPh)(4)] with Cd(ClO(4))(2).6H(2)O in a 1:1 molar ratio yields a white solid [PtCd(C triple bond CPh)(4)](n) 1 (75% yield) together with yellow crystals of a very unusual decanuclear platinum-cadmium cluster [Pt(4)Cd(6)(C triple bond CPh)(4)(mu-C triple bond CPh)(12)(mu(3)-OH)(4)] 2 in low yield. Slow diffusion of acetonic solutions of the starting materials under aerobic conditions only produces crystals of 2 which have been shown by an X-ray analysis to be composed of a big hexanuclear cation [Cd(6)(mu(3)-OH)(4)](8+) and four [Pt(C triple bond CPh)(4)](2-) anions, held together by Pt.Cd and pi.Cd acetylide interactions. On the other hand, treatment of the insoluble product 1 with 1 equiv of NBu(4)X yields tetranuclear mixed-metal soluble complexes (NBu(4))(2)[[Pt(mu-C triple bond CPh)(4)](2)(CdX)(2)] (X = Cl A, Br 3, CN 4), which contain two platinate fragments connected by two CdX units through Pt.Cd and mainly Cd.C(alpha) interactions. All complexes are strongly emissive in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Platinum(II) complexes with (fluoren-9-ylidene)methanedithiolato and its 2,7-di-tert-butyl- and 2,7-dimethoxy-substituted analogues were obtained by reacting different chloroplatinum(II) precursors with the piperidinium dithioates (pipH)[(2,7-R2C12H6)CHCS2] [R = H (1a), t-Bu (1b), or OMe (1c)] in the presence of piperidine. The anionic complexes Q2[Pt{S(2)C=C(C12H6R(2)-2,7)}2] [R = H, (Pr(4)N)(2)2a; R = t-Bu, (Pr4N)(2)2b, (Et4N)(2)2b; R = OMe, (Pr4N)(2)2c] were prepared from PtCl(2), piperidine, the corresponding QCl salt, and 1a-c in molar ratio 1:2:2:2. In the absence of QCl, the complexes (pipH)(2)2b and [Pt(pip)(4)]2b were isolated depending on the PtCl(2):pip molar ratio. The neutral complexes [Pt{S2C=C(C12H6R(2)-2,7)L(2)] [L = PPh(3), R = H (3a), t-Bu (3b), OMe (3c); L = PEt(3), R = H (4a), t-Bu (4b), OMe (4c); L(2) = dbbpy, R = H (5a), t-Bu (5b), OMe (5c) (dbbpy = 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridyl)] were similarly prepared from the corresponding precursors [PtCl2L2] and 1a-c in the presence of piperidine. Oxidation of Q(2)2b with [FeCp2]PF6 afforded the mixed Pt(II)-Pt(IV) complex Q2[Pt2{S2C=C[C12H6(t-Bu)(2)-2,7]}4] (Q(2)6, Q = Et4N+, Pr4N+). The protonation of (Pr4N)(2)2b with 2 equiv of triflic acid gave the neutral dithioato complex [Pt2{S2CCH[C12H6(t-Bu)(2)-2,7]}4] (7). The same reaction in 1:1 molar ratio gave the mixed dithiolato/dithioato complex Pr4N[Pt{S2C=C[C12H6(t-Bu)(2)-2,7]}{S2CCH[C12H6(t-Bu)(2)-2,7]}] (Pr(4)N8) while the corresponding DMANH+ salt was obtained by treating 7 with 2 equiv of 1,8-bis(dimethylamino)naphthalene (DMAN). The crystal structures of 3b and 5c.CH2Cl2 have been solved by X-ray crystallography. All the platinum complexes are photoluminescent at 77 K in CH2Cl2 or KBr matrix, except for Q(2)6. Compounds 5a-c and Q8 show room-temperature luminescence in fluid solution. The electronic absorption and emission spectra of the dithiolato complexes reveal charge-transfer absorption and emission energies which are significantly lower than those of analogous platinum complexes with previously described 1,1-ethylenedithiolato ligands and in most cases compare well to those of 1,2-dithiolene complexes.  相似文献
