We modify the definitions of continuity and lower semicontinuity for single-valued mappings and upper and lower semicontinuity for set-valued mappings. For single-valued mappings we have a generalisation of Osgood's theorem and for set-valued mappings we have an extension of Fort's theorem and a generalisation of Michael's selection theorem producing a densely defined selection with a natural continuity property relative to the domain.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce and study a new system of generalized nonlinear co-complementarity problems with set-valued mappings and construct an iterative algorithm for approximating the solutions of the system of generalized co-complementarity problems. We prove the existence of the solutions for the system of generalized co-complementarity problems with set-valued mappings without compactness and the convergence of iterative sequences generated by the algorithm in Hilbert spaces. We also study a new perturbed iterative algorithm for approximating a system of generalized co-complementarity problems with single-valued mappings in Hilbert spaces.  相似文献

This paper concerns the study of the so-called super minimizers related to the concept of super efficiency in constrained problems of multiobjective optimization, where cost mappings are generally set-valued. We derive necessary conditions for super minimizers on the base of advanced tools of variational analysis and generalized differentiation that are new in both finite-dimensional and infinite-dimensional settings for problems with single-valued and set-valued objectives.   相似文献

A new class of bilevel generalized mixed equilibrium problems involving set-valued mappings is introduced and studied in a real Banach space. By using the auxiliary principle technique, new iterative algorithms for solving the generalized mixed equilibrium problems and bilevel generalized mixed equilibrium problems involving set-valued mappings are suggested and analyzed. Existence of solutions and strong convergence of the iterative sequences generated by the algorithms are proved under quite mild conditions. The behavior of the solution set of the generalized mixed equilibrium problems and bilevel generalized mixed equilibrium problems is also discussed. These results are new and generalize some recent results in this field.  相似文献

In this paper, we deal with set-valued equilibrium problems under mild conditions of continuity and convexity on subsets recently introduced in the literature. We obtain that neither semicontinuity nor convexity are needed on the whole domain when solving set-valued and single-valued equilibrium problems. As applications, we derive some existence results for Browder variational inclusions, and we extend the well-known Berge maximum theorem in order to obtain two versions of Kakutani and Schauder fixed point theorems.  相似文献

In this paper a new kind of real-valued Choquet integrals for set-valued mappings is introduced, and some elementary properties of this kind of Choquet integrals are studied. Convergence theorems of a sequence of Choquet integrals for set-valued mappings are shown. However, in the case of the monotone convergence theorem of the nonincreasing sequence of Choquet integrals for set-valued mappings, we point out that the integrands must be closed. Specially, this kind of real-valued Choquet integrals for set-valued mappings can be regarded as the Choquet integrals for single-valued functions.  相似文献

This paper deals with set-valued equilibrium problems under conditions of pseudo-monotonicity. Concepts such as strict quasi-convexity, hemicontinuity and pseudo-monotonicity for extended real set-valued mappings are introduced and applied to obtain results on the existence of solutions of set-valued equilibrium problems generalizing those in the literature in the pseudo-monotone case. Applications to Browder variational inclusions under weakened conditions are given. In particular, it is shown that the upper semicontinuity from line segments of the involved pseudo-monotone set-valued operator is not needed in the whole space when solving Browder variational inclusions.  相似文献

The primary goal of this paper is to study some notions of normals to nonconvex sets in finite-dimensional and infinite-dimensional spaces and their images under single-valued and set-valued mappings. The main motivation for our study comes from variational analysis and optimization, where the problems under consideration play a crucial role in many important aspects of generalized differential calculus and applications. Our major results provide precise equality formulas (sometimes just efficient upper estimates) allowing us to compute generalized normals in various senses to direct and inverse images of nonconvex sets under single-valued and set-valued mappings between Banach spaces. The main tools of our analysis revolve around variational principles and the fundamental concept of metric regularity properly modified in this paper.  相似文献

Variational-like inequalities with set-valued mappings are very useful in economics and nonsmooth optimization problems. In this paper, we study the existence of solutions and the formulation of solution methods for vector variational-like inequalities (VVLI) with set-valued mappings. We introduce gap functions and establish necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution of the VVLI. We investigate the existence of a solution for the generalized VVLI with a set-valued mapping by exploiting the existence of a solution of the VVLI with a single-valued function and a continuous selection theorem. In this paper we introduce and study enhanced notions of relative Pareto minimizers for constrained multiobjective problems that are defined via several kinds of relative interiors of ordering cones and occupy intermediate positions between the classical notions of Pareto and weak Pareto efficiency/minimality. Using advanced tools of variational analysis and generalized differentiation, we establish the existence of relative Pareto minimizers for general multiobjective problems under a refined version of the subdifferential Palais-Smale condition for set-valued mappings with values in partially ordered spaces and then derive necessary optimality conditions for these minimizers (as well as for conventional efficient and weak efficient counterparts) that are new in both finite-dimensional and infinite-dimensional settings. Our proofs are based on variational and extremal principles of variational analysis; in particular, on new versions of the Ekeland variational principle and the subdifferential variational principle for set-valued and single-valued mappings in infinite-dimensional spaces.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a geometric approach to convex subdifferential calculus in finite dimensions with employing some ideas of modern variational analysis. This approach allows us to obtain natural and rather easy proofs of basic results of convex subdifferential calculus in full generality and also derive new results of convex analysis concerning optimal value/marginal functions, normals to inverse images of sets under set-valued mappings, calculus rules for coderivatives of single-valued and set-valued mappings, and calculating coderivatives of solution maps to parameterized generalized equations governed by set-valued mappings with convex graphs.  相似文献

We consider an extension of a noncooperative game problem where players have joint binding constraints. We suggest a shares allocation approach, which replaces the initial problem with a sequence of Nash equilibrium problems together with an upper level set-valued variational inequality as master problem. This transformation maintains the monotonicity properties of the underlying mappings. We also show that the regularization yields a decomposable penalty method, which removes complex functions in constraints within the custom noncooperative game framework and provides the single-valued master problem with strengthened monotonicity of its cost mapping.  相似文献

In this paper, we provide several extensions of the Abian–Brown Fixed Point Theorem from single-valued mappings to set-valued mappings on chain-complete posets. Then we examine some non-monetized, non-cooperative games where both the collections of the strategies and the ranges of the utilities for the players are posets. By applying the extensions of the Abian–Brown Fixed Point Theorem and by applying the order-preserving property of mappings, we prove some existence theorems of extended and generalized Nash equilibria for non-monetized, non-cooperative games on chain-complete posets.  相似文献

In this article, using the nonlinear scalarization approach by virtue of the nonlinear scalarization function, commonly known as the Gerstewitz function in the theory of vector optimization, Hölder continuity of solution mappings for both set-valued and single-valued cases to parametric vector equilibrium problems is studied. The nonlinear scalarization function is a powerful tool that plays a key role in the proofs, and its main properties (such as sublinearity, continuity, convexity) are fully employed.
