Madey定理是关于自发辐射与受激辐射之间关系的一个定理,它是自由电子激光中的一个基本定理。本文对渡越辐射自由电子激光器研究了这个问题,结果表明,Madey定理的第一部分在渡越辐射自由电子激光中也存在对应的形式,但远为复杂;定理的第二部分形式不变。最后用所得结果进行了小信号增益的简化计算。 关键词:  相似文献

由波荡器渡越辐射公式和电子通过wiggler边界产生的长波长辐射公式, 解析给出了电子通过光学速调管时产生的长波长辐射公式. 根据基本的电动力学公式数值计算出合肥同步辐射装置光学速调管的长波辐射, 并将其结果与解析公式的结果进行比较. 计算合肥同步辐射装置的光学速调管和弯转磁铁在红外波段范围内辐射的强度和通量, 表明光学速调管有很好的性能.本文说明, 光学速调管不但可以用来进行相干谐波的试验研究, 也可以兼用作储存环中的红外辐射光源.  相似文献

光学渡越辐射具有良好的方向性,通过对光学渡越辐射空间分布曲线进行拟合可以对束流发散角进行计算。采用理论计算的方法,分析了电子入射到金属-介质界面时,入射角变化对光学渡越辐射二维空间分布的影响。计算分析表明,光学渡越辐射在特定偏振方向上的分布并不仅仅由电子束在该方向的发散角分量决定,同时还受到其他方向发散角分量的影响。计算对比了电子束散角一维分布和二维分布模型下光学渡越辐射空间分布的差异。结果表明,采用一维分布模型拟合计算的电子束均方根发散角存在偏差,较二维分布拟合结果偏小。  相似文献

 描述了光学渡越辐射用于束流诊断的理论依据,介绍了利用光学渡越辐射对18MeV,2.7kA的强流脉冲电子束进行诊断的实验方案。在解决了在强流束测量中强背景干扰等问题后,获得了光学渡越辐射的特征图案,据此测量了强流脉冲束的剖面、能量、发散角和发射度。初步的实验结果表明,光学渡越辐射方法是强流束诊断的一种有效手段。  相似文献

本文从单粒子理论出发,导出了切化科夫自由电子激光中自发辐射与受激辐射的关系。结果表明:在切化科夫自由电子激光中也存在着类似于wiggler自由电子激光中的Madey公式的关系。文中还利用得出的结果对倾斜角度受激切伦科夫辐射的增益进行了计算。 关键词:  相似文献

 根据简单的计算模型,导出辐射能量谱形状因子和相干谐波辐射表达式,用此表达式讨论了不对称光学速调管的相干谐波辐射;对于合肥储存环相干谐波自由电子激光,提出了一个不对称光学速调管相干谐波辐射的研究方案,并且作了详细的计算,结果表明在较高的电子束能量下,调整光学速调管和外激光参数,使辐射段波荡器的辐射基波与外激光的二次谐波共振,进行相干谐波产生实验,能获得109量级相干加强因子。  相似文献

为了解决理论测量中,光学渡越辐射焦平面的空间角分布与像平面的束剖面光路互相影响,难以同时测量,提出了一种新型的光学渡越辐射光学特性的测量方法.介绍了其光路原理和结构方案,分析了测量结构中的OTR镜头、分光棱镜与铅屏蔽结构的技术难点与解决方法.结果表明:系统克服了单功能测量、成像质量差等缺点,在ICCD相机上能够同步获得较好的光学渡越辐射的束剖面和空间角分布图案,且基本屏蔽了对图像采集有着强烈干扰的X-射线等高能辐射.  相似文献

The spontaneous and the stimulated radiations, as well as the relationship between them, are calculated for an electron moving in the wiggler with the independent magnetostatic-field on the axial (z) coordinates. Ion-Channel Laser (ICL) is a new form of laser, which can produce tunable coherent radiation with frequencies ranging from microwaves to soft X-rays. In this paper, the ICL with slab geometry in the low gain is studied. Using the Madey's theorem, the gain formula of the ICL is derived. The result shows that the Madey's theorem is a valuable guide in research with new types of FEL's.This work was supported by the National Science Foundation of China.  相似文献

本文对前文导出的变参数波振器小信号增益积分表达式,利用非均匀天线阵列概念与Madey定理作出了物理解释,并将该式推广为三维。我们考虑了电子束发射度,不同聚焦方式,光束的强度与相位横向分布以及FEL系统中磁场轴、电子束中心、光轴三轴不准直……对增益的影响,进行了数值计算。作为具体实例,我们对波音公司的实验装置进行了数值计算,与他们的数值摸拟结果作了比较。  相似文献

 对波荡器位相误差对自由电子激光小信号增益的影响进行了分析讨论。对低增益情况解析地给出了波荡器位相误差引起的增益降低因子。结果表明:与自发辐射类似增益的降低与位相误差的方差成简单的指数关系,位相误差的线性变化部分引起最大增益的位移,还表明波荡器位相误差存在时Madey定理仍然成立。对高增益情况也给出了波荡器位相误差引起的增益降低因子。  相似文献

The pumping effect of stimulated Brillouin scattering on stimulated Raman scattering is investigated theoretically through the coupled wave equations of stimulated Brillouin scattering and stimulated Raman scattering. The numerical simulations are in agreement with the experimental results. They indicate that the backward stimulated Raman scattering is excited and amplified collectively by both pump laser and stimulated Brillouin scattering.  相似文献

The influence of hydrocarbon compounds such as methane, ethane and ethylene on collision-induced amplified emission in sodium vapour has been investigated. The intensity dependence of the stimulated resonant emission and stimulated Raman effects on the buffer gas and sodium vapour pressures and the intensity of the excitation radiation has been obtained. The dependence of the stimulated resonant emission bandwidth on the buffer gas pressure has also been measured. It is shown that saturated hydrocarbon molecules can be used as an efficient buffer gas for the generation of stimulated emission in other alkali atoms such as rubidium and caesium.  相似文献

Some results associated with the fundamental investigations of stimulated scattering of light in various media are reported. A number of problems of adaptive optics based on stimulated scattering is studied. Concrete results of experimental investigations of physically important characteristics of conventional (spontaneous) and stimulated Raman scattering are presented and discussed. Among them are the scattering indicatrix and the relations between the phases of laser radiation incident on a substance and stimulated scattering. These results were first obtained in the G. S. Landsberg Optical Department of the P. N. Lebedev Physical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Data on excitation sources and the radiation detection technique are systematized. The main characteristics of spontaneous Raman scattering and forward and backward stimulated Raman scattering (energy parameters, pulse duration, pulse shape, divergence, brightness, spectral width, far- and near-field intensity distributions) are presented. The results on dynamic holography, phase conjugation of light in stimulated scattering, and reconstruction and recording of information (images) with the help of amplifying dynamic holograms are presented. The physical mechanisms responsible for the interference field recording and the phase conjugation of pump radiation in stimulated light scattering are discussed. The data on phase conjugation for stimulated scattering excited by picosecond optical pulses and the results associated with the effect of excitation geometry on the optical phase conjugation in the case of stimulated scattering excited by nanosecond pulses are presented.  相似文献

High power operation of single-frequency Raman fiber amplifiers is usually limited by the onset of stimulated Brillouin scattering. A theoretical investigation on single-frequency Raman fiber amplifier limited by stimulated Brillouin scattering is presented in this paper, based on the intensity equations combining stimulated Brillouin scattering and stimulated Raman scattering. A combination of methods is proposed to increase the output power of single-frequency Raman fiber amplifier. These methods include applying a suitable pump scheme according to the fiber length and seed signal power, using short gain fibers, utilizing a multiple-stage scheme and providing suppression of stimulated Brillouin scattering.  相似文献
