Five new compounds formulated as [NiII(dca)2(para-ABN)2(H2O)2] (1), [CuII(dca)2(para-ABN)2(H2O)2] (2), [CuII(dca)2(para-ABN)2]n, (3), [CuII(dca)2(ortho-ABN)2]n, (4) and [CdII(dca)2(meta-ABN)2]n (5), where dca = dicyanamide and ABN = aminobenzonitrile, have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies and low temperature (300–2 K) magnetic measurements. The structural analyses revealed that 1 and 2 are isomorphous where dca and para-ABN both act as monodentate ligands. 3 consists of infinite double stranded chains of Cu(II) ions connected through the para-ABN bridges whereas 4 and 5 consist of infinite double stranded chains of Cu(II) and Cd(II) respectively, connected through μ1,5-dca bridges. The compounds extend their geometries to three-dimensional for 13 and 5 and two-dimensional for 4 through hydrogen bonding interactions. All the metal ions Ni2+, Cu2+ and Cd2+ are located on inversion centres and have distorted octahedral coordination geometries. The variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements show that the global feature of the χMT versus T curves for 3 and 4 is characteristic of very weak antiferromagnetic interactions and between 300 and 2 K the best fit parameters were determined as J = −2.35 and −5.1 cm−1, respectively.  相似文献

Five iron(II) coordination polymers, {[Fe(bte)2(NCS)2][Fe(bte)(H2O)2(NCS)2]}n (1), [Fe(bime)(NCS)2]n (2), [Fe(bime)(dca)2]n (3), [Fe(bime)2(N3)2]n (4) and [Fe(btb)2(NCS)2]n (5), were synthesized using the flexible ligands 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)ethane (bte), 1,2-bis(imidazol-1-yl)ethane (bime) and 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butane (btb), together with NCS, dicyanamide (dca) and N3. The compound 1 contains two kinds of motifs (double chain and single chain) and forms a three-dimensional hydrogen bonded network; 2 and 3 contain one-dimensional triple chains; and 4 and 5 form two-dimensional (4, 4) networks. The coordination anions (NCS, dca and N3) and the structural characteristics of the ligands (bte, bime and btb) play an important role in the assembly of the topologies. Magnetic studies reveal that 1-5 remain in the high-spin state over the whole temperature range 2-300 K and no detectable spin-crossover is observed.  相似文献

A series of metal-organic frameworks, namely [Ni(PDB)(H2O)]n (1), [Pb(PDB)(H2O)] · (H2O) (2), [Co2(PDB)2(bpy)2(H2O)4] · 4H2O (3) and [Co2(PDB)2(phen)2]n (4) (H2PDB = pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized based on pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate acid and two neutral chelate ligands, with different metal ions such as NiII, CoII and PbII, under hydrothermal conditions. The framework structures of these polymeric complexes have been determined by the X-ray single crystal diffraction technique. In the four complexes, the pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate acid ligand exhibits diverse coordination modes, which play an important role in the construction of metal-organic frameworks. The thermal analyses of these four complexes have been measured and discussed. In addition, complex 2 shows strong phosphorescent emission at room temperature and the magnetic measurement of the polymer of 4 reveals a typical antiferromagnetic exchange.  相似文献

In this study the synthesis, crystal structure and characterization of three new transition metal polynuclear compounds with formula [Cu(dipm)(μ-dca)2]n(H2O) (1), [Ni(dipm)(μ-dca)2]n(C2H6O)1/2 (2) and [Cd(dipm)(μ-dca)2]n (3) (in which dipm = bis(pyrimidin-2-yl)amine and dca = dicyanamide) are reported. The isostructural compounds 1 and 2 contain a double-bridging end-to-end dca unit connecting two metal ions and a single bridging end-to-end dca unit between subsequent metals. Compound 3 exhibits only single bridging end-to-end dca units, oriented in three directions, giving rise to a 3D framework.  相似文献

Herein, the magneto-structural correlation concerning two analogous 1D magnetic chains [FeIIMnII(8-quinolinato)4·(H2O)0.25]n (1) and [MnII(8-quinolinato)2]n (2) is investigated in detail. Complex 1 exhibits typical antiferromagnetic behaviors owing to the strong anisotropy accompanying with the position of the intrachain inversion centers, while complex 2 undergoes a spin-flop transition due to weak crystal anisotropy. The strengths of different kinds of supramolecular interactions within 1 and 2 are evaluated and compared using the theory of atoms in molecules.  相似文献

Mononuclear complexes of cyclodiphosphazane with an uncoordinated phosphorus centre [RuCl26-cymene){l-κP}] (1a) (L = cis-{(o-MeOC6H4O)P(μ-NtBu)}2) and [PdCl2(PEt3){l-κP}] (1b) react with 1 equiv. of [AuCl(SMe2)] to afford RuII/AuI and PdII/AuI heterodinuclear complexes [RuCl26-cymene){μ-l-κP,κP}AuCl] (2) and [PdCl2(PEt3){μ-l-κP,κP}AuCl] (3), respectively. Heterotrinuclear complexes [PdCl2{μ-l-κP,κP}2(AuCl)2] (4), [PtCl2{μ-l-κP,κP}2(AuCl)2] (5) and [CuI{μ-l-κP,κP}2(AuCl)2] (6) containing PdII/2AuI, PtII/2AuI and CuI/2AuI metal centers have been synthesized from the reactions of trans-[PdCl2{l-κP}2] (1c), cis-[PtCl2{l-κP}2] (1d) and [CuI{{l-κP}2] (1f) respectively, with 2 equiv. of [AuCl(SMe2)]. Molecular structures of complexes 2, 3 and 4 were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

A series of mixed halide–dicyanamide and halide complexes of cadmium(II) mediated by 2-aminoalkyl-pyridine ligands [2-aminomethylpyridine (ampy) and 2-aminoethylpyridine (aepy)] have been synthesized. Five of them, [CdCl(dca)(aepy)]n (1), [CdBr(dca)(ampy)]n (2), [CdCl(dca)(ampy)]n (3) (dca = dicyanamide); [CdI2(aepy)]n (4), and [CdI2(ampy)]n (5), (dca = dicyanamide) have been characterized by X-ray single crystal structure analysis. The structural determination shows that the compounds are 1D coordination polymers, with the exception of 3 that gives origin to a 2D sheet-like network. The ampy and aepy ligands (also with the occurrence of dca anions in 13) reveal to be useful ancillary fragments for the construction of unprecedented Cd–halide polymeric species. The crystal packing shows that the dimensionality of all compounds is enlarged to 2D, and 3D in the case of complex 3, through π–π interactions occurring between the pyridine rings. All the species exhibit interesting luminescence property in solution as well in solid state which is originated from ligand-centered π–π transitions. The fluorescence band maxima and fluorescence efficiency (in methanol) are found to be dependent not only on the pyridine ligand but also on the type of halide, and the co-ligand. Solid state luminescent study implies that π–π interactions occurring between pyridine rings are also important in controlling the fluorescence intensity. Amongst the synthesized complexes reported, complex 5 exhibits the highest fluorescence efficiency in methanol.  相似文献

[2 + 3] Cycloaddition reactions of the di(azido)-PdII complex trans-[Pd(N3)2(PPh3)2] (1) with an organonitrile RCN (2), under heating for 12 h, give the bis(tetrazolato) complexes trans-[Pd(N4CR)2(PPh3)2] (3) [R = Me (3a), Ph (3b), 4-ClC6H4 (3c), 4-FC6H4 (3d), 2-NC5H4 (3e), 3-NC5H4 (3f), 4-NC5H4 (3g)]. The reaction of trans-[Pd(N3)2(PPh3)2] (1) with propionitrile (2h) also affords, apart from trans-[Pd(N4CEt)2(PPh3)2] (3h), the unexpected mixed cyano-tetrazolato complex trans-[Pd(CN)(N4CEt)(PPh3)2] (3h′) which is derived from the reaction of the bis(tetrazolato) 3h with propionitrile, with concomitant formation of 5-ethyl-1H-tetrazole, via a suggested unusual oxidative addition of the nitrile to PdII. The [2 + 3] cycloadditions of [Pd(N3)2(PTA)2] (4) (PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) with RCN (2), under heating for 12 h, give the bis(tetrazolato) complexes trans-[Pd(N4CR)2(PTA)2] (5) [R = Ph (5a), 2-NC5H4 (5b), 3-NC5H4 (5c), 4-NC5H4 (5d)]. All these reactions are greatly accelerated by microwave irradiation (1 h, 125 °C, 300 W). Taking advantage of the hydro-solubility of PTA, a simple liberation of 5-phenyl-1H-tetrazole from the coordination sphere of trans-[Pd(N4CPh)2(PTA)2] (5a) was achieved. The complexes were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C{1H} and 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopies, ESI+-MS, elemental analyses and, for 3b, also by X-ray structure analysis. Weak agostic interactions between the CH groups of the triphenylphosphines and the palladium(II) centre were found.  相似文献

Four cadmium compounds based on two pyridyl substituted terpyridine isomers, namely {[Cd3(L1)2(SCN)6](THF)2}n (1), [Cd2(L1)(CH3OH)Cl4]n (2), [Cd2(L2)2(N3)4] (3) and [Cd2(L2)2(SCN)4] (4) (L1 = 4′-(3-pyridyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine, L2 = 4′-(2-pyridyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analyses, and luminescent spectroscopy with the purpose of investigating the influence of isomeric effect on network assembly. In compounds 1 and 2, L1 as a mono-tridentate bridging ligand links CdII atoms into 1D grid-like and 2D wave-like polymers. In contrast, in compounds 3 and 4, L2 as a chelating ligand forms CdII dimeric structures. The different coordination behaviors and the positional isomer effect were discussed under the same reaction conditions. In addition, three kind of π?π interactions in the four compounds were summarized, two of which could not be observed on tpy-based complexes.  相似文献

Four new coordination complexes with azole heterocycle ligands bearing acetic acid groups, [Co(L1)2]n (1), [CuL1N3]n (2), [Cu(L2)2·0.5C2H5OH·H2O]n (3) and [Co(L2)2]n (4) (here, HL1=1H-imidazole-1-yl-acetic acid, HL2=1H-benzimidazole-1-yl-acetic acid) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Single-crystal structure analysis shows that 3 and 4 are 2D complexes with 44-sql topologies, while another 2D complex 1 has a (43)2(46)-kgd topology. And 2 is a 3D complex composed dinuclear μ1,1-bridging azido CuII entities with distorted rutile topology. The magnetic properties of 1 and 2 have been studied.  相似文献

A set of C,N-chelated organotin(IV) ferrocenecarboxylates, [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CFc)2] (1), [(LCN)2Sn(O2CFc)2] (2), [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CCH2Fc)2] (3), [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CCH2CH2Fc)2] (4), [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CCHCHFc)2] (5), [LCN(n-Bu)Sn(O2CfcPPh2)2] (6), [(LCN)2Sn(O2CfcPPh2)2] (7), and [LCN(n-Bu)2Sn(O2CFc)] (8) (LCN = 2-(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl, Fc = ferrocenyl and fc = ferrocene-1,1′-diyl) has been synthesized by metathesis of the respective organotin(IV) halides and carboxylate potassium salts and characterized by multinuclear NMR and IR spectroscopy. The spectral data indicated that the tin atoms in diorganotin(IV) dicarboxylates bearing one C,N-chelating ligand (1 and 3-6) are seven-coordinated with a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal environment around the tin constituted by the n-butyl group, the chelating LCN ligand and bidentate carboxylate. Compounds 2 and 7 possessing two chelating LCN ligands comprise octahedrally coordinated tin atoms and monodentate carboxylate donors, whereas compound 8 assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry around tin with the carboxylate binding in unidentate fashion. The solid state structures determined for 1⋅C6D6 and 2 by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis are in agreement with spectroscopic data. Compounds 1, 3-5, and 8 were further studied by electrochemical methods. Whereas the oxidations of ferrocene units in bis(carboxylate) 2 and monocarboxylate 8 proceed in single steps, compound 1 undergoes two closely spaced one-electron redox waves due to two independently oxidized ferrocenyl groups. The spaced analogues of 2, compounds 3-5, again display only single waves corresponding to two-electron exchanged.  相似文献

A series of half-sandwich ruthenium(II) complexes containing κ3(N,N,N)-hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate (κ3(N,N,N)-Tp) and the water-soluble phosphane 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane (PTA) [RuX{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)2−n(PTA)n] (n = 2, X = Cl (1), n = 1, X = Cl (2), I (3), NCS (4), H (5)) and [Ru{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)L][PF6] (L = NCMe (6), PTA (7)) have been synthesized. Complexes containing 1-methyl-3,5-diaza-1-azonia-7-phosphaadamantane(m-PTA) triflate [RuCl{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(m-PTA)2][CF3SO3]2 (8) and [RuX{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(m-PTA)][CF3SO3] (X = Cl (9), H (10)) have been obtained by treatment, respectively, of complexes 1, 2 and 5 with methyl triflate. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis for complexes 1, 2 and 4 have been carried out. DNA binding properties by using a mobility shift assay and antimicrobial activity of selected complexes have been evaluated.  相似文献

Reactions of metal acetates with 4-amino-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (3-abpt) and co-ligands gave rise to four new complexes, namely [Zn2(3-abpt)(beta)(DMF) (H2O)2]n·nH2O (1), [Zn(3-abpt)(ip)]n·3nH2O (2), [Zn(3-abpt)(ip)(H2O)2]n·2nH2O (3), and [Cu2(3-abpt)2(C6H5COO)4(H2O)2]n·2nH2O (4) (ip = isophthalate, beta = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate). Compound 1 is a 3D coordination polymer with uncommon 3,4-connected (62.8)2(62.82.102) network. Compounds 24 are all 1D coordination polymers, which exhibit diversity structures. Compound 2 is a tubular-like chain, 3 is a ring-like network, and 4 is a zigzag chain. Their thermal stabilities and the photoluminescence of 1 have also been investigated.  相似文献

Trans-[RuPy4(CN)2 cleaves chloro-rhodium bridges in rhodium(I) binuclear complexes, [Rh(CO)2Cl]2, [Rh(Cod)Cl]2, and [(Cod)RhCl2Rh(CO)2] yielding heterometallic triad complexes, [(CO)2ClRh(NC)RuPy4(CN)RhCl(CO)2] (I), [(Cod)ClRh(NC)RuPy4(CN)RhCl(Cod)] (II), and [(Cod)ClRh(NC)RuPy4(CN)RhCl(CO)2] (III), respectively. In solutions, III coexists with equilibrium amounts of I and II in the near-binomial proportions. Under action of [Rh(CO)2Cl]2, II transforms into I with parallel formation of [Rh(Cod)Cl]2. Ligand effect transmission along the L-Rh-NC-Ru-CN-Rh-L′ chain is studied by 1H and 13C NMR. Chemical shifts δ1H and δ13C of Ru-bound Py ligands are sensitive to the nature of Rh-bound ligands. Values of δ1H and δ13C of Cod and 13C of CO ligands are sensitive to the ligands at the remote end of the L-Rh-NC-Ru-CN-Rh-L′ chain. Reaction of trans-[RuPy4(CN)2] with Rh2(OAc)4 yields an apparently linear polymer [-Rh(OAc)4Rh-NCRuPy4CN-]. Upon action of [Rh(CO)2Cl]2, the polymer decomposes yielding I and Rh2(OAc)4. Three new mononuclear complexes of nitrogen–sulfur donor sets, formulated as [FeII(L)Cl2] (1), [CoII(L)Cl2] (2) and [NiII(L)Cl2] (3) where L = 1,3-bis(2-pyridylmethylthio)propane, were synthesized and isolated in their pure form. All the complexes were characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The solid state structures of complexes 1 and 3 have been established by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The structural analysis evidences isomorphous crystals with the metal ion in a distorted octahedral geometry that comprises NSSN ligand donors with trans located pyridine rings and chlorides in cis positions. In dimethylformamide solution, the complexes were found to exhibit FeII/FeIII, CoII/CoIII and NiII/NiIII quasi-reversible redox couples in cyclic voltammograms with E1/2 values (versus Ag/AgCl at 298 K) of +0.295, +0.795 and +0.745 V for 1, 2 and 3, respectively.  相似文献

Five novel heterobimetallic compounds [Cu(bpzm)2Hg(SCN)4]n (1), [Cu(bdmpzm)2(μ-SCN)Hg(SCN)3] (2), [Cu(pybzim)2(μ-SCN)Hg(SCN)3]·H2O (3), [Cu(bipy)2(μ-SCN)Hg(SCN)3][Cu(bipy)2(μ-SCN)2Hg(SCN)2] (4) and [Cu(bipy)(NCS)]2[Hg(SCN)4] (5) have been synthesized and structurally characterized (bpzm-bis(pyrazol-1-yl)methane, bdmpzm-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane, pybzim-2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole, phen-1,10-phenantroline and bipy-2,2′-bipyridine). The compounds 2, 3, 4 and 5 are molecular complexes, whereas 1 is an alternating 1-D zigzag chain of [Cu(bpzm)2]2+ and Hg(SCN)4]2− moieties in which the metal atoms are bridged via thiocyanate ions. The polymer 1 has been studied by magnetic measurement.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-(pyridine-3-yl)-1H-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid (H3PyIDC) with a series of Ln(III) ions affords ten coordination polymers, namely, {[Ln(H2PyIDC)(HPyIDC)(H2O)2]·H2O}n [Ln=Nd (1), Sm (2), Eu (3) and Gd (4)], {[Ln(HPyIDC)(H2O)3]·(H2PyIDC)·H2O}n [Ln=Gd (5), Tb (6), Dy (7), Ho (8) and Er (9)], and {[Y2(HPyIDC)2(H2O)5]·(bpy)·(NO3)2·3H2O}n (10) (bpy=4,4′-bipyridine). They exhibit three types of networks: complexes 1-4 are isomorphous coordination networks containing neutral 2D metal-organic layers, while complexes 5-9 are isomorphous, which consist of cationic metal-organic layers and anionic organic layers, and complex 10 is a 2D network built up from 4-connected HPyIDC2− anion and 4-connected Y(III) ions. In addition, thermogravimetric analyses and solid-state luminescent properties of the selected complexes are investigated. They exhibit intense, characteristic emissions in the visible region at room temperature.  相似文献

Reactions of different metal salts with 4-amino-3,5-bis(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (3-abpt) gave rise to five new complexes, namely [Cu4(CN)4(3-abpt)2]n (1), [CuBr(3-abpt)]n (2), [CuI(3-abpt)]n (3), [Cu3I3(3-abpt)]n (4) and [Cu(3-abpt)(SO4)(H2O)]n (5). Compounds 1, 3, 4 and 5 are all 2D structures. Compound 1 is a double-layered polymer with an uncommon 3-nodal 3-connected (103)(102.4)4 network, 3 shows a 2D square layered structure, 4 is also a double-layered polymer with 2-nodal 4-connected (3.4.5.62.7)2(3.42.52.7) network and 5 is a 2D structure which is ultimately stacked with an ABAB repeat pattern. Compound 2 is a 1D coordination polymer which exhibits a ladder-like network. The photoluminescence of 1-2 has also been investigated. The long emission lifetimes of 1-2 could be assigned to metal-to-ligand charge transfer triple excited states [MLCT].  相似文献

The synthesis of a potentially bioactive mixed-valence CoIII/CoII complex with 2-acetylpyridine S-methylisothiosemicarbazone (HL) ligand is described. The crystal and molecular structure of the formed [CoIIIL2][CoIICl3 py]·Me2CO (I) compound (py stands for pyridine) is determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. It’s thermal decomposition along with the decomposition of the ligand and six structurally related complexes with formulas [CoL2]NO3·MeOH (1), [CoL2]Br·MeOH (2), [CoL2]HSO4·MeOH (3), [CoL2]2[CoII(NCS)4] (4), [Co(HL)(L)]I2·2MeOH (5), and [Co(HL)(L)][CoIICl4]·MeOH (6) was determined by simultaneous TG/DSC measurements. The decomposition pattern is evaluated using TG/DTA-MS data. The results were related to the solvent/moisture content and the decomposition mechanism of the compounds. The antimicrobial activity of the ligand and of all the complexes was tested in vitro for selected gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria and fungi. The activity of the ligand against all tested bacteria is comparable with those obtained for standard antibiotics, while it is less active against fungi. Surprisingly, the activity of the complexes is very low. The low antimicrobial activity of the complexes may be in connection with their high thermodynamic and kinetic inertness in solution. The results are also supported by the relatively high thermal stability of the complexes.  相似文献

Mononuclear cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) substituted at the non-peripheral 8 and peripheral positions 9 with 1,1′-binaphthyl-8,8′-diol and ball-type dinuclear Co2Pc2 substituted at the non-peripheral 10 and peripheral 11 positions with the same substituent are reported. The complexes with 1,1′-binaphthol-bridges were prepared from the corresponding phthalonitriles 4-7. The effects of the position of substituent on spectral, electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical properties of these complexes were also explored. The mononuclear complexes 8 and 9 exhibited one metal reduction, one ring reduction and one ring oxidation. The redox properties of the ball-type complexes 10 and 11 exhibited two reduction processes assigned to [(CoIPc−2)2]2−/[(CoIPc−3)2]4− (I), (CoIIPc−2)2/[(CoIPc−2)2]2− (II) and one oxidation process assigned to [(CoIIIPc−2)2]2+/CoIIPc−2)2 (III). The ball-type complexes are much easier to oxidize and more difficult to reduce than the corresponding monomers 8 and 9.  相似文献
