The first example of a transition‐metal‐catalyzed, meta‐selective C? H bromination procedure is reported. In the presence of catalytic [{Ru(p‐cymene)Cl2}2], tetrabutylammonium tribromide can be used to functionalize the meta C? H bond of 2‐phenylpyridine derivatives, thus affording difficult to access products which are highly predisposed to further derivatization. We demonstrate this utility with one‐pot bromination/arylation and bromination/alkenylation procedures to deliver meta‐arylated and meta‐alkenylated products, respectively, in a single step.  相似文献

A green protocol has been developed for the synthesis of 1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐5,10‐diones by one‐pot cyclocondensation reaction of phthalhydrazide, aromatic aldehydes, and malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate using sulfonic acid functionalized SBA‐15 (SBA‐Pr‐SO3H) as a heterogeneous solid acid catalyst under solvent‐free conditions.  相似文献

We employed for the first time double click reactions: Cu(I) catalyzed azide‐alkyne 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition and Diels–Alder (4 + 2) reactions for the preparation of H‐shaped polymer possessing pentablocks with different chemical nature (H‐shaped quintopolymer) using one‐pot technique. H‐shaped quintopolymer consists of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)‐poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) and poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL)‐polystyrene (PS) blocks as side chains and poly (tert‐butylacrylate) (PtBA) as a main chain. For the preparation of H‐shaped quintopolymer, PEG‐b‐PMMA and PCL‐b‐PS copolymers with maleimide and alkyne functional groups at their centers, respectively, were synthesized and simply reacted in one‐pot with PtBA with α‐anthracene‐ω‐azide end functionalities in N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) using CuBr/N,N,N′,N″,N″‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA) as catalyst at 120 °C for 48 h. The precursors and the target H‐shaped quintopolymer were characterized comprehensively by 1H NMR, UV, FTIR, GPC, and triple detection GPC. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Twenty 2,3‐disubstituted‐4(3H)‐quinazolinones were synthesed by one‐pot three‐component method with isatoic anhydride, orthoesters and amines as raw materials in the presence of KAl(SO4)2·12H2O (Alum) under microwave irradiation and solvent‐free conditions. 6‐Bromo‐2‐propyl‐3‐p‐tolylquinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( 4m ), 6‐bromo‐2‐methyl‐3‐phenethylquinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( 4n ) and 6‐bromo‐2‐ethyl‐3‐phenethylquinazolin‐4(3H)‐one ( 4o ) were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. Several (2‐amino‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐yl)phosphonates were efficiently synthesized by employing a multicomponent protocol involving a salicylaldehyde, malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate, and a trialkyl phosphite in polyethylene glycol. The latter could be recovered and re‐used. No additional solvent or catalyst was required. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of the one‐pot preparation of (2‐amino‐4H‐1‐benzopyran‐4‐yl)phosphonic acid dimethyl esters.  相似文献

A facile and benign synthetic strategy is proposed for the synthesis of 2‐arylpyrroloacridin‐1(2H )‐ones via a lactic acid‐catalyzed three‐component reaction of dimedone, various anilines, and isatins under solvent‐free conditions. Avoidance of hazardous organic solvents, the use of a one‐pot multicomponent procedure for the synthesis of 2‐arylpyrroloacridin‐1(2H )‐ones, operational simplicity, no need for column chromatography, lactic acid utilization as a bio‐based organic compound, reusability, homogeneity, and commercial availability of the catalyst, and superior synthetic performance are some important aspects of this methodology to access a series of pyrroloacridine motifs with potentially biological scaffolds.  相似文献

The Ir‐catalyzed mild C?H amidation of benzoic acids with sulfonyl azides was developed to give reactions with high efficiency and functional‐group compatibility. Subsequent protodecarboxylation of ortho‐amidated benzoic acid products afforded meta‐ or para‐substituted (N‐sulfonyl)aniline derivatives, the latter being inaccessible by other C?H functionalization approaches. The decarboxylation step was compatible with the amidation conditions, enabling a convenient one‐pot, two‐step process.  相似文献

The hitherto unreported, highly functionalized 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylates 3 have been synthesized in good yields via a one‐pot three‐component domino reaction of phenylhydrazines, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and ninhydrin under mild conditions for the first time. No co‐catalyst or activator is required for this multicomponent reaction, and the reaction is, from an experimental point of view, simple to perform (Scheme 1). The structures of compounds 3 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. (Benzyloxycarbonyl)‐protected 3,4‐benzo‐7‐hydroxy‐2,9‐diazabicyclo[3.3.1]non‐7‐enes were prepared by one‐pot cyclizations of 1,3‐bis(silyl enol ethers) with quinazolines. Subsequent hydrogenation resulted in one‐pot deprotection and rearrangement to give 2‐(2‐aminophenyl)‐2,3‐dihydropyridin‐4(1H)‐ones.  相似文献

Synthesis and characterization of bis[2‐(arylimino)‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐4‐ones] are described. The one‐pot, pseudo‐five‐component reaction of an aliphatic diamine, isothiocyanatobenzene, and dialkyl but‐2‐ynedioate at room temperature in anhydrous CH2Cl2 gives the title compound in relatively high yield. Under the same conditions, aromatic 1,2‐diamines yield 2‐(arylimino)‐N‐(enaminoaryl)‐1,3‐thiazolidin‐4‐ones in a pseudo‐four‐component reaction. Their structures were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this type of cyclization is proposed (Scheme 3).  相似文献

A sulfonated magnetic cellulose‐based nanocomposite was applied as an efficient, inexpensive and green catalyst for the one‐pot three‐component synthesis of 7‐aryl‐8H ‐benzo[h ]indeno[1,2‐b ]quinoline‐8‐ones starting from 1,3‐indanedione, aromatic aldehydes and 1‐naphthylamine under solvent‐free conditions in high yields (79–98%) within short reaction times (2–5 min). The nanobiostructure catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture by using an external magnet and reused several times.  相似文献

A benzoxazine ( P‐bapf ) based on 9,9‐bis(4‐aminophenyl)fluorene (BAPF), phenol, and formaldehyde was successfully prepared using two‐pot and one‐pot procedures. In the two‐pot approach, BAPF initially reacted with 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde, leading to 9,9‐bis(4‐(2‐hydroxybenzylideneimino)phenyl)fluorene. The imine linkages of 9,9‐bis(4‐(2‐hydroxybenzylideneimino)phenyl)fluorene were then reduced by sodium borohydride, forming 9,9‐bis(4‐(2‐hydroxybenzylamino)phenyl)fluorene. Finally, paraformaldehyde was added to induce ring closure condensation, forming benzoxazine ( P‐bapf ). In the one‐pot approach, P‐bapf was obtained directly by reacting BAPF, phenol, and paraformaldehyde in various solvents. Among the solvents, we found that using toluene/ethanol (2/1, v/v) as a solvent leads to the best purity and yield. No gelation was observed in the preparation. The structure of the resulting benzoxazine was confirmed by 1H, 13C, 1H? 1H and 1H? 13C NMR spectra. P‐bapf exhibits a photoluminescent emission at 395 nm under an excitation of 275 nm. After curing, the resulting P‐bapf thermoset exhibits Tg as high as 236 °C, and the Tg can be further increased to 260 °C by copolymerization with an equal equivalent of cresol novolac epoxy. The 5% degradation temperature of the P‐bapf thermoset reaches as high as 413 °C (N2) and 431 °C (air). The refractive index at 589 nm is as high as 1.70, demonstrating a high refractive index characteristic of fluorene linkage. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An efficient, simple, and green procedure for the synthesis of isoxazol‐5(4H)‐one derivatives are described here through a convenient one‐pot, three‐component reaction at room temperature. The title compounds are isolated in high to excellent yields and after short reaction times, and are characterized by various spectroscopic methods such as IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR. The synthesized compounds 4a–c and 4e–i were tested for their in vitro activity against a panel of Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria, demonstrating their ability to inhibit microorganisms with a zone of inhibition ranging from 15 to 30 mm, minimum inhibitory concentration between 250 and 900 μg/mL, and minimum bacterial concentration between 700 and 1000 μg/mL.  相似文献

A new class of novel 7,8‐dihydroquinolin‐5‐(1H,4H,6H)‐one derivatives ( 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k ) were synthesized by the one‐pot four‐component condensation of dimedon, α‐ionone, ammonium acetate, and benzaldehyde derivatives. The structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR, and 13C NMR spectral studies. An efficient approach for one‐pot synthesis of biologically active new spiro[chroman‐3,2′‐chromeno[2,3‐b ]furan]‐2,4,4′‐(3′H )‐trione derivatives from tandem Knoevenagel–Michel addition–heterocyclization reaction between 4‐hydroxycumarin and various aldehydes in the presence of N,N,N ,N ′‐tetrabromobenzene‐1,3‐disulfonamide as an efficient catalyst at ambient temperature under solvent‐free conditions was reported. Simple procedure, high yields, easy work‐up, and reusability of the catalyst are the significant advantages of this process.  相似文献

A short, efficient and general methodology for benzo[b ]carbazolenaphthoquinones was developed via Pd‐catalyzed C‐H arylation process. This methodology was successfully applied to the synthesis of highly biologically active compound 5H–benzo[b ]carbazole‐6,11‐diones. Additionally, one‐pot synthesis of benzo[b ]phenazine‐6,11(5H,12H)‐dione derivatives was also explored in aqueous medium.  相似文献

The Michael‐type addition of a 4‐hydroxycoumarin (=4‐hydroxy‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) 1 to a β‐nitrostyrene (=(2‐nitroethenyl)benzene) 2 in the presence of AcONH4 leads to substituted (3E)‐3‐[amino(aryl)methylidene]chroman‐2,4‐diones (=(3E)‐3‐[amino(aryl)methylene]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2,4(3H)‐diones) 4 (Table 1). High yields, short reaction time, and easy workup are advantages of this novel one‐pot three‐component reaction.  相似文献
