The coordination polymers (CPs), [Ni(L)(H2O)4]n ( 1 ), [Co(HL)2(H2O)2]n ( 2 ), {[Cu(L)(H2O)3] · H2O}n ( 3 ), [Mn(L)(H2O)2]n ( 4 ), [Cd(L)(H2O)2]n ( 5 ), and {[Zn2(L)2] · H2O}n ( 6 ), were solvothermally synthesized by employing the imidazol‐carboxyl bifunctional ligand 4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl) phthalic acid (H2L). Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction indicated that the L2–/HL ligands display various coordination modes with different metal ions in 1 – 6 . Complexes 1 and 2 show one‐dimensional (1D) chain structures, whereas complexes 3 – 6 show 2D layered structures. The magnetic properties of these complexes were investigated. Complexes 1 and 3 indicate weak ferromagnetic interactions, whereas complexes 2 and 4 demonstrate antiferromagnetic interactions. In addition, luminescence properties of 5 and 6 were measured and studied in detail.  相似文献

Eight new two‐ligand complexes of copper(II) with 1,10‐phenanthroline and one of four different α‐hydroxy‐carboxylic acids (glycolic, lactic, mandelic and benzylic) were prepared. The complexes of general formula [Cu(HL)2(phen)] · nH2O (HL = monodeprotonated acid) ( 1 – 4 ) were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, electronic and EPR spectroscopy, magnetic measurements and thermo‐gravimetric analysis. The complexes of general formulae [Cu(HL)(phen)2](HL) · H2L · nSolv [ 1 a (HL = HGLYO, n = 1, Solv = MeCN) and 3 a (HL = HMANO, n = 0)] and [Cu(L)(phen)(OH2)] · nH2O [ 2 a (L = LACO2–, n = 4) and 4 a (L = BENO2–, n = 2)] were characterized by X‐ray diffractometry. In all these latter a pentacoordinated copper atom has a basically square pyramidal coordination polyhedron, the distortion of which towards a trigonal bipyramidal configuration has been evaluated in terms of the parameter τ. In 1 a and 3 a there are three forms of α‐hydroxycarboxylic acid: a monodentate monoanion, a monoanionic counterion, and a neutral molecule lying in the outer coordination sphere; in 2 a and 4 a the α‐hydroxycarboxylic acid is a bidentate dianion coordinating through carboxyl and hydroxyl oxygens.  相似文献

Four ZnII/CdII coordination polymers (CPs) based on 2‐(4‐carboxy‐phenyl)imidazo[4, 5‐f]‐1, 10‐phenanthroline (HNCP) and different derivatives of 5‐R‐1, 3‐benzenedicarboxylate (5‐R‐1, 3‐BDC) (R = NO2, H, OH), [Zn(HNCP)(5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC)]n ( 1 ), [Cd(HNCP)(5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC)]n ( 2 ), [Zn(HNCP)(1, 3‐BDC)(H2O)2]n ( 3 ), and {[Zn(HNCP)(5‐OH‐1, 3‐BDC)(H2O) · H2O}n ( 4 ) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Compounds 1 – 4 were determined by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphous, presenting a 4‐connected uninodal (4, 4)‐sql 2D framework with threefold interpenetration, which are further extended into the three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular architecture through π ··· π stacking interactions between the aryl rings of 5‐NO2‐1, 3‐BDC. Compared to compound 1 , 3 is obtained by using different reaction temperatures and metal‐ligand ratios, generating a 3D framework with –ABAB– fashion via π ··· π stacking interactions. Compound 4 is a 1D chain, which is further extended into a 3D supramolecular net by hydrogen bonds and π ··· π stacking interactions. The thermogravimetric and fluorescence properties of 1 – 4 were also explored.  相似文献

Three new mixed‐ligand coordination polymers of CuII, namely, [Cu(Fbtx)(L1)(H2O)]n ( 1 ), [Cu(Fbtx)0.5(HL2)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ), and {[Cu(Fbtx)1.5(HL3)(H2O)] · H2O}n ( 3 ) [Fbtx = 2,3,5,6‐tetrafluoro‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazole‐1‐ylmethyl)benenze, H2L1 = terephthalic acid, H3L2 = trimesic acid, NaH2L3 = 5‐sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt], were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction techniques. All the complexes have a two‐dimensional (2D) coordination layer structure. Of these, 1 displays a planar 44‐ sql structure whereas both 2 and 3 are highly undulated 63‐ hcb nets. Moreover, their thermal stability and catalytic behaviors in the aerobic oxidation of 4‐methoxybenzyl alcohol were also investigated as well. The results indicate that the benzene dicarboxylate ligands have an effective influence on the structures and catalytic properties of the resulting coordination polymers.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers (CPs) based on the 5‐[4‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)phenyl]‐1H‐tetrazole ( HL ) ligand, namely, [Cu(μ2‐ L )(μ4‐pbda)(H2O)] ( 1 ), [Cu2(μ‐Hbtc)(H2btc)(μ3‐OH)(μ4‐ HL )] ( 2 ) and [Cu53‐ L )(μ4‐ L )(μ3‐ip)(μ3‐OH)(H2O)2] · 2H2O ( 3 ) (H2pbda = 1,4‐benzenedicarboxylic acid, H3btc = 1,3,5‐benzenetricarboxylic acid, H2ip = isophthalic acid) were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 represents “weave”‐type 2D layers consisting of wave‐like 1D chains and 1D straight chains, which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form a 3D supramolecular structure. Complex 2 exhibits a uninodal (4)‐connected 2D layer with a point symbol of {44 · 62}, in which the L ligand can be described as μ5‐bridging and the H2btc ions display multiple kinds of coordination modes to connect CuII ions into 1D “H”‐type Cu‐H2btc chains. In complex 3 , 2D Cu‐ L layers with two kinds of grids and 1D “stair”‐type Cu‐ip chains link each other to construct a 3D {412 · 63} framework, which contains the pentanuclear subunits. Deprotonated degree and coordination modes of carboxylate ligands may consequentially influence the coordination patterns of main ligands and the final structures of complexes 1 – 3 . Furthermore, electrochemical behaviors and electrocatalytic activities of the title complexes were analyzed at room temperature, suggesting practical applications in areas of electrocatalytic reduction toward nitrite and hydrogen dioxide in aqueous solutions, respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of the aryl‐oxide ligand H2L [H2L = N,N‐bis(3, 5‐dimethyl‐2‐hydroxybenzyl)‐N‐(2‐pyridylmethyl)amine] with CuSO4 · 5H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O, CuBr2, CdCl2 · 2.5H2O, and Cd(OAc)2 · 2H2O, respectively, under hydrothermal conditions gave the complexes [Cu(H2L1)2] · SO4 · 3CH3OH ( 1 ), [Cu2(H2L2)2Cl4] ( 2 ), [Cu2(H2L2)2Br4] ( 3 ), [Cd2(HL)2Cl2] ( 4 ), and [Cd2(L)2(CH3COOH)2] · H2L ( 5 ), where H2L1 [H2L1 = 2, 4‐dimethyl‐6‐((pyridin‐2‐ylmethylamino)methyl)phenol] and H2L2 [H2L2 = 2‐(2, 4‐dimethyl‐6‐((pyridin‐2‐ylmethylamino)methyl)phenoxy)‐4, 6‐dimethylphenol] were derived from the solvothermal in situ metal/ligand reactions. These complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elementary analysis, and X‐ray diffraction. A low‐temperature magnetic susceptibility measurement for the solid sample of 2 revealed antiferromagnetic interactions between two central copper(II) atoms. The emission property studies for complexes 4 and 5 indicated strong luminescence emission.  相似文献

Three 1H‐benzimidazole‐5‐carboxylate (Hbic)‐based coordination polymers, {[Ni(H2O)(Hbic)2] · 2H2O}n ( 1 ), {[Ni(H2O)2(Hbic)2] · 3H2O}n ( 2 ), and {[Co2(H2O)4(Hbic)4] · 4DMF · 3H2O}n ( 3 ) were obtained by reactions of the ligand H2bic and NiII or CoII salts in the presence of different structure directing molecules. They were structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR spectra, elemental analysis, thermal stability, luminescent, and magnetic measurements. Structural analysis suggests that the three polymers exhibit a 2D (4, 4) layer for 1 and 1D linear double chains for both 2 and 3 due to the variable binding modes and the specific spatial orientation of the Hbic ligand towards the different paramagnetic metal ions, which were further aggregated into different 3D supramolecular architectures by popular hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Weak and comparable antiferromagnetic couplings mediating by Hbic bridge are observed between the neighboring spin carriers for 2 and 3 , respectively. Additionally, complexes 1 – 3 also display different luminescence emissions at room temperature due to the ligand‐to‐metal charge transfer.  相似文献

Three metal coordination polymers [Zn(bdc)(L)(H2O)]n ( 1 ), [Co(pta)(L)(H2O)2]n ( 2 ), and [Cd(tda)(L)(H2O)]n ( 3 ) [H2bdc = 1,2‐benzene dicarboxylate acid, H2pta = terephthalic acid, H2tda = 2,5‐thiophenedicarboxylic acid, L = 3,5‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl)pyridine] were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, X‐ray powder diffraction, and X‐ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a three‐dimensional (3D) structure with cco topology with the symbol 65 · 8, whereas complex 2 features a 3D structure with cds topology with the symbol 65 · 8. Complex 3 has a 2D network constructed by the cadmium atoms bridged through the ligands tda and L. Their X‐ray powder diffraction patterns were compared with the simulated ones. Moreover, their luminescent properties were investigated in the solid state at room temperature, and the thermogravimetric analyses were carried out to study the thermal stability of the 3D networks.  相似文献

The coordination polymers, {[Co(bbim)2(H2O)2](tcbdc) · 2H2O}n ( 1 ), {[Ni(tcbdc)(bbim)(H2O)2] · 2DMF}n ( 2 ), and {[Cu2(tcbdc)2(bbim)4] · 4H2O}n ( 3 ) [bbim = 1,1′‐(1,4‐butanediyl)bis(imidazole) and tcbdc2– = tetrachlorobenzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylate] were synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, luminescence, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 has a double‐stranded chain structure through doubly bridged [Co(bbim)2] units. Complex 2 exhibits two‐dimensional square grid, whereas complex 3 has a three‐dimensional porous network structure with an unprecedented 44 · 611 topological structure through interpenetrating square grid. The water molecules in complex 3 occupy the vacancy through three kinds of hydrogen bond interactions. Upon excitation at 370 nm, complexes 1 – 3 present solid‐state luminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

The imidazole‐based dicarboxylate ligand 2‐(4‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)phenyl)‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3PyPhIDC), was synthesized and its coordination chemistry was studied. Solvothermal reactions of CaII, MnII, CoII, and NiII ions with H3PyPhIDC produced four coordination polymers, [Ca(μ3‐HPyPhIDC)(H2O)2]n ( 1 ), {[M32‐H2PyPhIDC)23‐HPyPhIDC)26(H2O)2] · 6H2O}n [M = Mn ( 2 ), Co ( 3 )], and {[Ni(μ3‐HPyPhIDC)(H2O)] · H2O}n ( 4 ). Compounds 1 – 4 were analyzed by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, and single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 displays a one‐dimensional (1D) infinite chain. Compounds 2 and 3 are of similar structure, showing 2D network structures with a (4,4) topology based on trinuclear clusters. Compound 4 has another type of 2D network structure with a 3‐connected (4.82) topology. The results revealed that the structural diversity is attributed to the coordination numbers and geometries of metal ions as well as the coordination modes and conformations of H3PyPhIDC. Moreover, the thermogravimetric analyses of all the compounds as well as luminescence properties of the H3PyPhIDC ligand and compound 1 were also studied.  相似文献

Six mono/double‐layered 2D and three 3D coordination polymers were synthesized by a self‐assembly reaction of Zn (II) salts, organic dicarboxylic acids and L1/L2 ligands. These polymeric formulas are named as [Zn(L1)(C4H2O4)0.5 (H2O)]n·0.5n(C4H2O4)·2nH2O ( 1 ), [Zn2(L2)(C4H2O4)2]n·2nH2O ( 2 ), [Zn(L1)(m‐BDC)]n ( 3 ), [Zn2(L2)(m‐BDC)2]n·2nH2O ( 4 ), [Zn3(L1)2(p‐BDC)3(H2O)4]n·2nH2O ( 5 ), [Zn2(OH)(L2) (p‐BDC)1.5]n ( 6 ), [Zn2(L1)(p‐BDC)2]n·5nH2O ( 7 ), [Zn2(L2)(p‐BDC)2]n·3nH2O ( 8 ) and [Zn2(L1)(C4H4O4)1.5(H2O)]n·n(ClO4nH2O ( 9 ) [L1 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)propane‐1,2‐diamine, L2 = N,N′‐bis (pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)propane‐1,2‐ diamine, m‐BDC2? = m‐benzene dicarboxylate, p‐BDC2? = p‐benzene dicarboxylate]. Meanwhile, these polymers have been characterized by elemental analysis, infrared, thermogravimetry (TG), photoluminescence, powder and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Polymers 1–6 present mono‐ and double (4,4)‐layer motifs accomplished by L1/L2 ligands with diverse conformations and organic dicarboxylates, and the layer thickness locates in the range of 5.8–15.0 Å. In three 3D polymers, the L1 and L2 molecules adopt the same cis‐conformations and join adjacent Zn (II) cations together with p‐BDC2? or succinate, giving rise to different binodal (4,4)‐c nets with (4.52.83)(4.53.72) ( 7 ), pts ( 8 ) topology and twofold interpenetrated binodal (5,5)‐c nets with (32.44.52.62)(3.43.52.64) ( 9 ). Therefore, the diverse conformations of the two bis (pyridyl)‐propane‐1,2‐diamines and the feature of different organic dicarboxylate can effectively influence the architectures of these polymers. Powder X‐ray diffraction patterns demonstrate that these bulk solid polymers are pure phase. TG analyses indicate that these polymers have certain thermal stability. Luminescent investigation reveals that the emission maximum of these polymers varies from 402 to 449 nm in the solid state at room temperature. Moreover, 1 , 3 and 5–8 show average luminescence lifetimes from 8.81 to 16.30 ns.  相似文献

Four coordination polymers, namely, [Zn2(TIYM)(2,6‐PYDC)2]n · n(CH3OH) · 3n(H2O) ( 1 ), [Cu(TIYM)(2,6‐PYDC)]n · 3n(H2O) ( 2 ), [Co(TIYM)(2,6‐PYDC)]n · n(CH3OH) · 3n(H2O) ( 3 ), and [Cd2(TIYM)(2,6‐PYDC)2(H2O)]n · n(H2O) ( 4 ) with the flexible N‐containing ligand [tetrakis(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)methane (TIYM)] and the N‐containing dicarboxylic acid [2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid (2,6‐PYDC)] were prepared. Compounds 1 – 4 show various structures because of different N–Ccenter–N angles (θ) of TIYM ligands and changing coordination modes of 2,6‐PYDC. Compounds 1 , 2 , and 3 display a similar 1D ladder‐like chain, whereas 4 gives a 1D quad‐core lifting platform shaped belt. The structural diversities in 1 – 4 suggest that the multiple coordination modes or the different freely twist angles of ligands and the presence of different metal atoms play important roles in the resulting structures of the coordination polymers. Furthermore, the solid‐state luminescence properties of 1 and 4 , and the magnetic properties of 3 were investigated.  相似文献

We report the synthesis and X‐ray characterization of the N6‐benzyl‐N6‐methyladenine ligand (L) and three metal complexes, namely [Zn(HL)Cl3]·H2O ( 1 ), [Cd(HL)2Cl4] ( 2 ) and [H2L]2[Cd3(μ‐L)2(μ‐Cl)4Cl6]·3H2O ( 3 ). Complex 1 consists of the 7H‐adenine tautomer protonated at N3 and coordinated to a tetrahedral Zn(II) metal centre through N9. The octahedral Cd(II) in complex 2 is N9‐coordinated to two N6‐benzyl‐N6‐methyladeninium ligands (7H‐tautomer protonated at N3) that occupy apical positions and four chlorido ligands form the basal plane. Compound 3 corresponds to a trinuclear Cd(II) complex, where the central Cd atom is six‐coordinated to two bridging μ‐L and four bridging μ‐Cl ligands. The other two Cd atoms are six‐coordinated to three terminal chlorido ligands, to two bridging μ‐Cl ligands and to the bridging μ‐L through N3. Essentially, the coordination patterns, degree of protonation and tautomeric forms of the nucleobase dominate the solid‐state architectures of 1 – 3 . Additionally, the hydrogen‐bonding interactions produced by the endocyclic N atoms and NH groups stabilize high‐dimensional‐order supramolecular assemblies. Moreover, energetically strong anion–π and lone pair (lp)–π interactions are important in constructing the final solid‐state architectures in 1 – 3 . We have studied the non‐covalent interactions energetically using density functional theory calculations and rationalized the interactions using molecular electrostatic potential surfaces and Bader's theory of atoms in molecules. We have particularly analysed cooperative lp–π and anion–π interactions in 1 and π+–π+ interactions in 3 .  相似文献

Investigating the coordination chemistry of H2CDA (4‐oxo‐1,4‐dihydro‐2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid) with rare earth salts Ln(NO3)3 under hydrothermal conditions, structure transformation phenomenon was observed. The ligand, H2CDA charged to its position isomer, enol type structure, H3CAM (4‐hydroxypyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid). Six new lanthanide(III) coordination polymers with the formulas [Ln(CAM)(H2O)3]n [Ln = La ( 1 ), Pr, ( 2 )] and {[Ln(CAM)(H2O)3] · H2O}n [Ln = Nd, ( 3 ), Sm, ( 4 ), Eu, ( 5 ), Y, ( 6 )] were synthesized and characterized. The X‐ray structure analyses show two kinds of coordination structures. The complexes 1 and 2 and 3 – 6 are isostructural. Complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in the monoclinic C2/c space group, whereas 3 – 6 crystallize in the monoclinic system with space group P21/n. In the two kinds of structures, H3CAM displays two different coordination modes. The SmIII and EuIII complexes exhibit the corresponding characteristic luminescence in the visible region at an excitation of 376 nm.  相似文献

Three copper(II) coordination polymers, namely, {[CuL(H2O)2] · 4H2O}n( 1 ), [CuL(H2O)(DMF)]n( 2 ), and [CuL(2, 2′‐bipy)(DMSO)] · DMSO ( 3 ) [H2L = 2, 2′‐(4, 6‐dinitro‐1, 3‐phenyl‐enedioxy)diacetic acid] were synthesized in different solvents (H2O, DMF, and DMSO). X‐ray single crystal diffraction studies show that both complexes 1 and 3 belong to triclinic crystal system and P$\bar{1}$ space group and complex 2 belongs to the monoclinic crystal system and P21/c space group. In three complexes, all the central CuII ions coordinate with the ligand, forming a square pyramidal configuration. Both complexes 1 and 2 show similar 1D chain‐like structure and the chains are further connected by hydrogen bonds, forming 3D frameworks. Complex 3 exhibits a 0D structure due to the introduction of the ligand 2, 2′‐bipy. In addition, the luminescence properties of these complexes were investigated.  相似文献

Five new coordination polymers, namely, [Ni2(L)2(4, 4′‐bipy)3)] · H2O]n ( 1 ), [Ni2(L)2(O) (bpp)2]n ( 2 ), [Zn(L)(bib)0.5]n ( 3 ), [Zn(L)(PyBIm)]n ( 4 ), and [Zn3(L)2(OH)(im)]n ( 5 ) [H2L = benzophenone‐2, 4′‐dicarboxylic acid, 4, 4′‐bipy = 4, 4′‐bipyridine, bpp = 1, 3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane, PyBIm = 2‐(4‐pyridyl)benzimidazole, and im = imidazole] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Structure determination revealed that compound 1 is a 3D network and exhibits a 4‐connected metal‐organic framework with (42.63.8) topology, whereas compounds 2 , 3 , 4 , and 5 are two‐dimensional layer structures. In compounds 2 – 4 , dinuclear metal clusters are formed through carboxylic groups. In compound 5 , trinuclear metal clusters are formed through μ3‐OH and carboxylic groups. The carboxylic groups exhibit three coordination modes in compounds 1 – 5 : monodentately, bidentate‐chelating, and bis‐monodentately. Furthermore, the luminescent properties for compounds 3 , 4 , and 5 were investigated.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely [Co(BDC)( L )] · H2O ( 1 ), [Co(NPH)( L )] · H2O ( 2 ), and [Ni(NPH)( L )(H2O)3] · H2O ( 3 ) [H2BDC = 1, 3‐benzenedicarboxylic acid, H2NPH = 3‐nitrophthalic acid, L = N,N′‐bis(3‐pyridyl)‐terephthalamide] were hydrothermally synthesized by self‐assembly of cobalt/nickel chloride with a semi‐rigid bis‐pyridyl‐bis‐amide ligand and two aromatic dicarboxylic acids. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that complexes 1 and 2 are two‐dimensional (2D) coordination polymers containing a one‐dimensional (1D) ribbon‐like Co‐dicarboxylate chain and a 1D zigzag Co‐ L chain. Although the coordination numbers of CoII ions and the coordination modes of two dicarboxylates are different in complexes 1 and 2 , they have a similar 3, 5‐connected {42.67.8}{42.6} topology. In complex 3 , the adjacent NiII ions are linked by L ligands to form a 1D polymeric chain, whereas the 1D chains does not extend into a higher‐dimensional structure due to the ligand NPH with monodentate coordination mode. The adjacent layers of complexes 1 and 2 and the adjacent chains of 3 are further linked by hydrogen bonding interactions to form 3D supramolecular networks. Moreover, the thermal stabilities, fluorescent properties, and photocatalytic activities of complexes 1 – 3 were studied.  相似文献

Four metal‐organic coordination polymers [Co2(L)3(nipa)2]·6H2O ( 1 ), [Cd(L)(nipa)]·3H2O ( 2 ), [Co(L) (Hoxba)2] ( 3 ) and [Ni2(L)2(oxba)2(H2O)]·1.5L·3H2O ( 4 ) were synthesized by reactions of the corresponding metal(II) salts with the rigid ligand 1,4‐bis(1H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)benzene (L) and different derivatives of 5‐nitroisophthalic acid (H2nipa) and 4,4′‐oxybis(benzoic acid) (H2oxba), respectively. The structures of the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Complexes 1 and 3 have the same one‐dimensional (1D) chain while 2 is a 6‐connected twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional (3D) network with α ‐Po 412·63 topology based on the binuclear CdII subunits. Compound 4 features a puckered two‐dimensional (2D) (4,4) network, and the large voids of the packing 2D nets have accommodated the uncoordinated L guest molecules. An abundant of N–H···O, O–H···O and C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions exist in complexes 1–4 , which contributes to stabilize the crystal structure and extend the low‐dimensional entities into high‐dimensional frameworks. Lastly, the photoluminiscent properties of compounds 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Three coordination compounds with dimensions from 0D to 2D, namely, [Co(bppdca)2(HL1)2] ( 1 ) [Co(bppdca)(L2)(H2O)] · 2H2O ( 2 ) and [Co(bppdca)(L3)] · 3H2O ( 3 ) [bppdca = N,N′‐bis(pyridine‐3‐yl)pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxamide, H2L1 = 2,5‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid, H2L2 = 4,4′‐oxybisbenzoic acid, H2L3 = 2‐carboxymethylsulfanyl nicotinic acid] were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that complex 1 is a discrete 0D complex, in which the bppdca ligand and the H2L1 act as the terminal groups to coordinate with the CoII ions. In coordination polymer 2 , two bppdca ligands coordinate in anti configuration with two CoII ions to generate a 28‐membered Co2(bppdca)2 loop, which is further extended into 1D ladder‐like double chain by pairs of L2 ligands. In 3 , the CoII ions are linked by bppdca ligands to generate 1D wave‐like chain, which is further connected by the L3 to form a 2D network. Finally, the coordination compounds 1 – 3 are extended into 3D supramolecular frameworks through the hydrogen bonding interactions. The CoII ions and the bppdca ligands in the title coordination compounds exhibit different coordination characters and conformations. The effect of organic dicarboxylates with different rigidity and length on the structures of CoII coordination compounds was investigated. In addition, the fluorescence and electrochemical behaviors of coordination compounds 1 – 3 were reported.  相似文献

In the two related polymeric title compounds, {[La2(sip)2(phen)2(H2O)3]·H2O}n [sip is the 5‐sulfonatoisophthalate trianion (C8H3O7S3−) and phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline (C12H8N2)], (I), and {[La(sip)(H2O)3]·H2O}n, (II), the lanthanum(III) ions are nine‐coordinate, with similar distorted monocapped square‐antiprism coordination geometry. The two crystal structures are very different. In (I), the sip anion acts as a pentadentate ligand, one of the coordinated water molecules lies on a twofold axis and further inversion, n‐glide and translation operations generate a two‐dimensional framework. In (II), the sip anion functions as a hexadentate ligand and a three‐dimensional network with trinuclear 24‐membered rings is developed via inversion, n‐glide, twofold‐screw and translation operations. Both structures also have extensive O—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded networks and π–π interactions.  相似文献
