New 4‐aryl‐5‐(1‐phenyl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐thiones 3 have been synthesized by the intramolecular cyclization of 4‐aryl‐1‐(1‐phenyl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐formyl)thiosemicarbazides 2 with an 8% NaOH solution, and then 3 reacted with ω‐bromo‐ω‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)acetophenone to afford ω‐[4‐aryl‐5‐(1‐phenyl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐thio]‐ω‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐acetophenones 4 . The preliminary biological test showed that the representative compounds possess some anti fungal activities.  相似文献

A series of novel 1‐methyl‐3‐(4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles was synthesized in three steps from 5‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐indazol‐3‐yl)‐4‐phenyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thiones. 5‐(1‐Methyl‐1H‐indazol‐3‐yl)‐4‐phenyl‐2H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3(4H)‐thiones were converted into 1‐methyl‐3‐(5‐(methylsulfonyl)‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles upon methylation followed by treatment with aq. KMnO4. The reaction of 1‐methyl‐3‐(5‐(methylsulfonyl)‐4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles with Raney nickel resulted in desulphonylation to afford corresponding 1‐methyl‐3‐(4‐phenyl‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)‐1H‐indazoles. All the new synthesized compounds were characterized by spectral techniques.  相似文献

The 4‐quinolone‐2‐carbohydrazide 6a was converted into 1‐aryl‐3‐(4‐quinolon‐2‐yl)ureas 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 1‐aryl‐3‐(4‐quinolon‐2‐yl)imidazolidine‐2,4‐diones 9a , 9b , and N‐(4‐quinolon‐2‐yl)carbamates 10a , 10b via 4‐quinolone‐2‐carbonylazide 7a . The 4‐methoxyquinoline‐2‐carbohydrazide 6b was also transformed into 1‐aryl‐3‐(4‐methoxyquinolin‐2‐yl)ureas 11a , 11b , 11c , 11d , 1‐aryl‐3‐(4‐methoxyquinolin‐2‐yl)imidazolidine‐2,4‐diones 12a , 12b , and N‐(4‐methoxyquinolin‐2‐yl)carbamates 13a , 13b via 4‐methoxyquinoline‐2‐carbonylazide 7b . Some of the 1‐aryl‐3‐(4‐quinolon‐2‐yl)ureas 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e showed the in vitro antimalarial activity to chloroquine‐resistant Plasmodium falciparum, wherein IC50 was 0.93 to 4.00 μM.  相似文献

A series of novel (Z)‐1‐tert‐butyl (or phenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐ethanone O‐[2,4‐dimethylthiazole (or 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole) ?5‐carbonyl] oximes 5a – 5c and (1Z, 3Z)‐4,4‐dimethyl‐1‐substitutedphenyl‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐pent‐1‐en‐3‐one O‐[2,4‐dimethylthiazole (or 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole)‐5‐carbonyl] oximes 6a – 6e were synthesized by the condensations of (Z)‐1‐tert‐butyl (or phenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐ethanone oximes 3 or (1Z, 3Z)‐4,4‐dimethyl‐1‐substitutedphenyl‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐pent‐1‐en‐3‐one oximes 4 with 2,4‐dimethylthiazole‐5‐carbonyl chloride or 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole‐5‐carbonyl chloride in the basic condition. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopy, and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary bioassays showed the title compounds 5 and 6 exhibited moderate to good fungicidal activities. For example, compound 6c possessed 86.4% inhibition against Fusarium oxysporum, and compound 6b exhibited 86.4 and 100% inhibition against Fusarium oxysporum and Cercospora arachidicola Hori at the concentration of 50 mg/L, respectively.  相似文献

The condensation of 4‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐3‐(2‐phenylquinolin‐4‐yl)/3‐(1‐p‐chlorophenyl‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazoles 1a‐b with chloroacetaldehyde 2a‐b , ω‐bromo‐ω‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)acetophenone 3a‐b , chloranil 4a‐b , 2‐bromocyclohexanone 5a‐b , 2,4′‐dibromoacetophenone 6a‐b and 2‐bromo‐6′‐methoxy‐2′‐acetonaphthone 7a‐b are described. The structures of the compounds synthesized were confirmed by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectra. The antibacterial activities were also evaluated.  相似文献

The reaction of the 4‐hydroxyquinoline‐3‐carboxylate 6 with pentaerythritol tribromide gave the 1,1′‐(2‐methylenepropane‐1,3‐diyl)di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylate) 11 , whose reaction with bromine afforded the 1,1′‐(2‐bromo‐2‐bromomethylpropane‐1,3‐diyl)di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylate) 12 . Compound 12 was transformed into the (Z)‐1,1′‐(2‐acetoxymethylpropene‐1,3‐diyl)di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylate) 13 or (E)‐1,1′‐[2‐(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)propene‐1,3‐diyl]di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylate) 14 . Hydrolysis of the dimer (Z)‐ 13 or (E)‐ 14 with potassium hydroxide provided the (E)‐1,1′‐(2‐hydroxymethylpropene‐1,3‐diyl)di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylic acid) 15 or (Z)‐1,1′‐[2‐(imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)propene‐1,3‐diyl]di(4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylic acid) 16 , respectively. The nuclear Overhauser effect (NOE) spectral data supported that those hydrolysis resulted in the geometrical conversion of (Z)‐ 13 into (E)‐ 15 or (E)‐ 14 into (Z)‐ 16 .  相似文献

A series of novel 5‐aryl‐1‐(aryloxyacetyl)‐3‐(tert‐butyl or phenyl)‐4‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)‐4,5‐dihydropyrazole 3a – 3n were synthesized by the annulation of 2‐aryloxyacetohydrazides with 3‐aryl‐1‐t‐butyl (or phenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐ones ( 2 ) in the presence of a catalytic amount of acetic acid. Compounds 2 were obtained by the Knoevenagel reactions of 1‐t‐butyl (or phenyl)‐2‐(1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)ethanone ( 1 ) with aromatic aldehydes in the presence of piperidine. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H‐NMR, ESI‐MS, and elemental analyses. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds displayed moderate to excellent fungicidal activity. For example, compounds 3l , 3m , and 3n possessed 100% inhibition against Cercospora arachidicola Hori at the concentration of 50 mg/L.  相似文献

In this study, 10 different substituted aromatic bis‐benzaldehydes were synthesized by treating hydroxy benzaldehydes with various dihaloalkanes. Bis aldehydes 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j were treated with 2‐(5‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazole‐1‐yl)acetohydrazide ( 3 ) in acidic medium and in the presence of ammonium acetate to yield a series of new isomeric bis(2‐(5‐((5‐phenyl‐1H‐tetrazol‐1‐yl)methyl)‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐3‐yl)phenoxy)alkanes ( 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j ) in excellent to good yield. The newly synthesized compounds were characterized by the available spectroscopic analysis.  相似文献

The coordination geometry of the NiII atom in the title complex, poly[diazidobis[μ‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene‐κ2N4:N4′]nickel(II)], [Ni(N3)2(C12H12N6)2]n, is a distorted octahedron, in which the NiII atom lies on an inversion centre and is coordinated by four N atoms from the triazole rings of two symmetry‐related pairs of 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bbtz) ligands and two N atoms from two symmetry‐related monodentate azide ligands. One pot green synthesis of 1‐(1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl)spiro[azetidine‐2,3′‐(3H)‐indole]‐2′,4′(1′H)‐diones was carried out by the reaction of indole‐2,3‐diones,4‐amino‐4H‐1,2,4‐triazole and acetyl chloride/chloroacetyl chloride in ionic liquid [bmim]PF6 with/without using a catalyst. It was also prepared by conventional method via Schiff's bases, 3‐[4H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐4‐yl]imino‐indol‐2‐one. Further, the corresponding phenoxy derivatives were obtained by the reaction of chloro group attached to azetidine ring with phenols. The synthesized compounds were characterized by analytical and spectral (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FAB mass) data. Evaluation for insecticidal activity against Periplaneta americana exhibited promising results.  相似文献

The reaction of the 6‐substituted 1‐methyl‐4‐quinolone‐3‐carboxylates 10a , 10b with hydrazine hydrate gave the 3‐carbohydrazides 7a , 7b , respectively, whose reaction with 2‐, 3‐, and 4‐pyridinecarbaldehydes afforded the 3‐(N2‐pyridylmethylene)carbohydrazides 8a , 8b , 8c and 9a , 9b , 9c . The Curtius rearrangement of compound 7b provided the N,N′‐bis(4‐quinolon‐3‐yl)urea 14 presumably via the 3‐carboazide 11 and then 3‐isocyanate 12 . Formylation of 5‐methyl‐7‐phenyl‐4,7‐dihydro‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine 1a using Vilsmeier–Haack conditions yields 5‐methyl‐7‐phenyl‐4,7‐dihydro‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidin‐6‐ylcarbaldehyde 3a . 5,7‐Diaryl‐4,7‐dihydro‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidines 1b , 1c in this reaction apart from formylation undergo recyclization into 5‐aryl‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidin‐6‐ylmethane derivatives 4b , 4c , 5b , 5c , and 6 . The structure of the synthesized compounds was determined on the basis of NMR, IR, and MS spectroscopic data and confirmed by the X‐ray analysis of the 6‐(ethoxy‐phenyl‐methyl)‐5‐phenyl‐[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine 6 , 5‐phenyl‐6‐(1‐phenyl‐vinyl)‐[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidine 11 , and 7‐phenyl‐6‐(1‐phenyl‐vinyl)‐[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]pyrimidine 12 .  相似文献

3‐Benzyl‐4‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐5‐thiol ( 1 ) was synthesized and used as starting material for preparation of 1,2,4‐triazole bearing substituted thiosemicarbazides moiety ( 4a‐d ) in high yields. The thiosemicarbazides 4a‐d were cyclized in basic medium to give two triazole rings linked by thiomethylene group ( 5a‐d ), while cyclization of thiosemicarbazides 4a‐d with chloroacetyl chloride in the presence of CHCl3 and K2CO3 afforded the thiazolidinone derivatives 6a‐d . The reaction of thiosemicarbazides 4a‐c with phenacyl bromide in the presence of EtOH and fused CH3COONa gave the corresponding thiazoline ring systems 7a‐c . Condensation of the 3‐benzyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐5(1H)‐thiol ( 1 ) with chloroacetic acid and aromatic aldehydes ( 8a‐ g) in boiling acetic acid/acetic anhydride mixture in the presence of fused sodium acetate gave one single isomer only, which might be 9a‐g or 10a‐g . Upon application of Micheal addition reaction on compounds 9a‐e with cyclic secondary amines such as piperidine or morpholine the 2‐benzyl‐6‐(α‐amino‐aryl/methyl)‐1,3‐thiazolo[3,2‐ b][1,2,4]‐triazol‐5‐ols ( 11a‐j ) were obtained in good yields The structure of all new compounds were determined using both spectral and elemental analyses.  相似文献

A series of 12 new 2‐(3, 5‐dimethoxy‐4‐((1‐Aryl‐4H‐1, 2, 3‐triazol‐4‐yl) methoxy) phenyl) benzo[d]thiazoles have been synthesized from the reaction of 4‐hydroxy‐3, 5‐dimethoxybenzaldehyde, o‐amino thiophenol, propargyl bromide, and different substituted aromatic azides using “click chemistry”. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of Fourier Transform infrared, 1H NMR, 13C–NMR, and mass spectral analysis. An efficient approach for the regioselective synthesis of (5‐amino‐3‐methylsulfanyl‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)(2‐fluorophenyl)methanone, C10H9FN4OS, (3), from the N‐acylation of 3‐amino‐5‐methylsulfanyl‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole, (1), with 2‐fluorobenzoyl chloride has been developed. Heterocyclic amide (3) was used successfully as a strategic intermediate for the preparation of 2‐fluoro‐N‐(3‐methylsulfanyl‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazol‐5‐yl)benzamide, C10H9FN4OS, (4), through a microwave‐assisted Fries rearrangement under catalyst‐ and solvent‐free conditions. Theoretical studies of the prototropy process of (1) and the Fries rearrangement of (3) to provide (4), involving the formation of an intimate ion pair as the key step, were carried out by density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The crystallographic analysis of the intermolecular interactions and the energy frameworks based on the effects of the different molecular conformations of (3) and (4) are described.  相似文献

2‐Aryl‐hydrazononitriles 3a , 3b , 3c were prepared by coupling 3‐ethylthio‐5‐cyanomethyl‐4‐phenyl‐1,2,4‐triazole ( 1 ) with diazonium salts 2a , 2b , 2c . Reacting 3a , 3b , 3c with both ethyl bromoacetate ( 4a ) and 4‐bromobenzyl bromide ( 4b ) in DMF, in the presence of K2CO3, at 80 °C for 3–4 h, gave the corresponding 4‐amino‐pyrazoles 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f . Diazotization of 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , followed by reaction with NaN3, leads to the formation of 4‐azidopyrazoles 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , a new heterocyclic ring system. Interestingly, fusion of 4‐azidopyrazoles 8d , 8e , 8f at temperature higher than their melting points with 5 °C for 2 min did not give the expected fused pyrazolo[4,3‐c]isoxazoles 9 but furnished instead the novel pyrazolo[4,3‐b]quinolinones 10a , 10b , 10c , in high yields.  相似文献

4‐Hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐carboxaldehydes 2a‐d are prepared from 4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyrans 1a‐d via the Vielsmeyer Haack reaction. The 4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐3‐(3′oxo‐3′‐phenylprop‐1′‐enyl)‐2H‐1‐benzopyrans 3a‐d are obtained from 2a‐d via the Claisen reaction. Refluxing compounds 3a‐d with hydrazine hydrate gave the 3‐phenyl‐5‐(4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐yl)‐1,4,5‐trihydropyra‐zols 4a‐d . Stirring compounds 2a‐d with semicarbazide hydrochloride in acidic medium gave the 4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐aldehyde‐semicarbazone 5a‐d , which on cyclisation with ferric chloride hexahydrate gave the 5‐(4‐hydroxy‐2‐oxo‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐3‐yl)‐2,4‐dihydro[1,2,4]triazol‐3‐ones 6a‐d . All these compounds show significant antibacterial activities.  相似文献
