利用等离子体技术对AA型MH/Ni电池的储氢合金电极进行了镀覆导电膜层的表面修饰,用XRD及SEM对电极结构进行了表征.极片经过表面修饰的电池,其内阻降低了24%,放电容量有了明显提高,5C (7.5 A) 放电容量提高了200 mA•h,放电平台电压提高了约0.14 V,导电膜层还起到了电极保护层的作用,抑制了合金的粉化,提高了电池的循环稳定性.同时,电池内压显著降低,电池性能有了较大改善.  相似文献

 采用静态水热合成法,以六亚甲基亚胺为模板剂,在氧化锌存在下合成了MCM-22分子筛,考察了氧化锌对MCM-22晶化的影响. 结果表明,少量氧化锌的添加抑制了杂晶的生成,缩短了晶化诱导期,提高了晶化速度,扩大了硅铝比的范围,降低了模板剂的用量.  相似文献

We developed a method for the direct identification of dopamine in single cultured rat pheochromocytoma cells by capillary electrophoresis using an end‐channel carbon fiber nanoelectrode amperometric detector. The operation mode was designed to achieve single‐cell injection and lysis in microfluidic chip electrophoresis with only one high‐voltage power supply. The separation and detection conditions were optimized. Four catecholamines were baseline‐separated and determined with this system, and the cell density and liquid height of the reservoirs were accommodated for single cell loading, docking and analysis. The microchip capillary electrophoresis system was successfully applied to determine dopamine in single cultured rat pheochromocytoma cells.  相似文献

单细胞分析是分析化学、生物学和医学之间渗透发展形成的跨学科前沿领域。近年来,毛细管电泳及微流控芯片用于单细胞分析已取得显著进展,特别表现在微流控芯片用于细胞的培养、分选、操纵、定位、分离及检测细胞的组分,实时监测细胞释放,及高通量阵列检测等方面。芯片的单元操作可根据需要灵活组合,显示出其独特的优点。本文重点介绍作者研究组的工作,并对近三年来国内外在毛细管电泳及芯片毛细管电泳用于单细胞分析的新进展进行评论。最后从毛细管电泳与微流控芯片、微流控芯片与细胞界面以及量子点用于探测活细胞等方面,展望了单细胞分析的发展前景。  相似文献

Histamine is one of the chemical mediators in connection with allergies. Only Pihel et al.1 reported a method for detection of histamine in isolated mast cells by high- performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. Electrically addressable cell traps were integrated with capillary electrophoresis for the analysis of the contents of single adherent cells. Electrodes composed of indium tin oxide were patterned on a glass surface followed by formation of topographical cell traps using 1002F photoresist. Single cells trapped in the holes could be lysed in less than 66 ms by applying a brief electric field (10 ms) across the electrode beneath the cell and the ground electrode placed in the aqueous media above the cell traps. The gas formed during cell lysis remained localized within the cavity formed by the 1002F photoresist. The retention of the gas in the cell trap enabled the cell traps to be coupled to an overlying capillary without blockage of the capillary. Single cells cultured in the traps were loaded with fluorescein and Oregon Green and then electrically lysed. By simultaneous application of an electric field to the capillary, the cell's contents were loaded into the capillary and electrophoretically separated. Orgeon Green and fluorescein from a single cell were fully resolved in less than two minutes. The use of a single patterned electrode beneath the 1002F cell trap yielded a simple easily fabricated design that was robust when immersed in aqueous solutions. Moreover, the design can easily be scaled up to create arrays of adherent cells for serial analyses using a single capillary or for parallel analysis by mating to an array of capillaries. Enhancing the rate of analysis of single adherent cells would enable a greater understanding of cellular physiology.  相似文献

Capillary electrophoresis has been utilized for the rapid analysis of bacteria under specific experimental conditions. In this work, a method of large-volume sample stacking with polarity switching was evaluated for the analysis of bacteria by capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection in order to enhance the detection sensitivity. The results indicated that the proposed method is not only effective for the focusing of bacterial cells, but also for the separation of mixtures of bacteria. With the optimized conditions, an enhancement factor of around 60-fold was obtained when long sample plug (up to 39.6% of capillary volume) was injected. Moreover, with the help of such stacking method, single, sharp, intense peak with high efficiency was observed without multiple peaks attributable to irregular clusters and aggregates of bacterial cells. This simple stacking approach appears to be promising as a rapid sterility test in various fields of applications.  相似文献
