A series of tricarbonyl rhenium(I) and manganese(I) complexes of the electroactive 2-(pyrazolyl)-4-toluidine ligand, H(pzAnMe), has been prepared and characterized including by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The reactions between H(pzAnMe) and M(CO)5Br afford fac-MBr(CO)3[H(pzAnMe)] (M = Mn, 1a; Re, 1b) complexes. The ionic species {fac-M(CH3CN)(CO)3[H(pzAnMe)]}(PF6) (M = Mn, 2a; Re, 2b) were prepared by metathesis of 1a or 1b with TlPF6 in acetonitrile. Complexes 1a and 1b partly ionize to {M(CH3CN)(CO)3[H(pzAnMe)]+}(Br) in CH3CN but retain their integrity in less donating solvents such as acetone or CH2Cl2. Each of the four metal complexes reacts with (NEt4)(OH) in CH3CN to give poorly-soluble crystalline [fac-M(CO)3(μ-pzAnMe)]2 (M = Mn, 3a; Re, 3b). The solid state structures of 3a and 3b are of centrosymmetric dimeric species with bridging amido nitrogens and with pyrazolyls disposed trans- to the central planar M2N2 metallacycle. In stark contrast to the diphenylboryl derivatives, Ph2B(pzAnMe), none of the tricarbonyl group 7 metal complexes are luminescent.  相似文献

Sodium dihydrobis(2-mercaptothiazolyl)borate, Na[H2B(tiaz)2], reacts with (NEt4)2[Re(CO)3Br3] in water to afford fac-[Re{κ3-H(μ-H)B(tiaz)2}(CO)3] (1). In a similar manner, treatment of the same Re(I) starting material with bis(2-mercaptoimidazolyl)methane, H2C(timMe)2, yields fac-[ReBr{κ2-H2C(timMe)2}(CO)3] (2). The organometallic complexes 1 and 2 have been characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and also by X-ray crystallographic analysis. X-ray diffraction analysis revealed the presence of a short B-H?Re interaction in the case of 1, and the absence of C-H?Re interactions in the crystal structure of 2. For both compounds the rhenium atom adopts a slightly distorted octahedral coordination with a facial arrangement of the carbonyl ligands. The three remaining coordination positions are occupied by the two thione sulfur atoms from the anchor ligands, and by an agostic hydride (1) or a bromide ligand (2). Compound 1 is highly stable either in the solid state or in solution. In particular, its B-H?Re interaction is retained in solution, even in coordinating solvents, namely acetonitrile, dimethylsulfoxide and tetrahydrofuran. Unlike 1, compound 2 is only moderately stable in acetonitrile, undergoing a slow release of the bis(2-mercaptoimidazolyl)methane.  相似文献

A PNA monomer containing thymine as nucleobase (1) was synthesized, characterized and coupled to the pyrazolyl containing ligand 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2N((CH2)3COOH)(CH2)2NHBoc (2) and to a modified cysteine S-(carboxymethyl-pentafluorphenyl)-N-[(trifluor)carbonyl]-l-cysteine methyl ester (3) yielding the bifunctional chelators 6 and 7, respectively. Reactions of 6 and 7 with the Re(I) tricarbonyl starting material [Re(CO)3(H2O)3]Br afforded the complexes fac-[Re(CO)33-6)]+ (8) and fac-[Re(CO)33-7)] (9), respectively. The identity of 8 and 9 has been established based on IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, ESI-MS spectrometry and HPLC. The multinuclear NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, g-COSY, g-HSQC) has also been very informative in the case of complex 8, showing the presence of rotamers in solution. For 9 the NMR spectrum was too complex due to the presence of rotamers and diastereoisomers. The radioactive congeners of complexes 8 and 9, fac-[99mTc(CO)33-6)]+ (8a) and fac-[99mTc(CO)33-7)] (9a), have been prepared by reacting the precursor fac-[99mTc(CO)3(H2O)3]+ with the corresponding ligands being their identity established by comparing their HPLC chromatograms with the HPLC of the rhenium surrogates.  相似文献

The novel pyrazolyl containing ligands 4-(HOOC)pz(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2 (L1) and 4-(HOOCCH2)-3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH2 (L2), and 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2S(CH2)2SCH2CH3 (L3), 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2S(CH2)2SCH2COOEt (L4) and 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2S(CH2)2SCH2COOH (L5) were synthesized, and their ability to stabilise complexes with the fac-[M(CO)3]+ (M = Re,99mTc) moiety was evaluated. Reactions of L1-L5 with the Re(I) tricarbonyl starting materials (NEt4)2[Re(CO)3Br3] and/or [Re(CO)5Br] afforded complexes fac-[Re(CO)33-L)] (L = L1-L5 (1-5)), which contain the pyrazolyl ancillary ligands coordinated in a tridentate fashion. Complexes 1-5 were characterized by the common analytical techniques, which included single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis in the case of 4. The structural analysis of 4 confirmed the tridentate coordination mode of the pyrazole-dithioether ligand, which is facially coordinated to the Re(I) centre through the nitrogen from the pyrazole ring and the two thioether sulphur atoms, without involvement of the terminal ester functional group. The distorted octahedral coordination environment around the metal is completed by the three facial carbonyl ligands. The radioactive congeners of complexes 1, 3 and 4, fac-[99mTc(CO)33-L)]+ (L = L1 (1a), L3 (3a), L4 (4a)), have been prepared by reacting the precursor fac-[99mTc(CO)3(H2O)3]+ with the corresponding ligands, and their identity confirmed by HPLC comparison with the rhenium surrogates. Complexes 1a and 3a have been challenged in the presence of a large excess of histidine or cysteine, in order to evaluate their in vitro stability. Only a negligible displacement was observed, indicating that pyrazole-diamine and pyrazole-dithioether chelators provide a high kinetic inertness and/or stability to organometallic complexes with the fac-[99mTc(CO)3]+ moiety.  相似文献

The synthesis and structural characterization of the neutral rhenium complex fac-[Re(NSO)(CO)3], Re-1, where (NSO) is a tridentate bifunctional chelating agent, 3-(carboxymethylthio)-3-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)propanoic acid (1), is presented. The complex crystallized from methanol–water and its structure was assigned by IR and 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopies and X-ray crystallography. Furthermore, the analogous technetium complex fac-[99mTc(NSO)(CO)3], 99mTc-1, was synthesized in high yield by reacting ligand 1 with the fac-[99mTc(OH2)3(CO)3]+ precursor for 30 min at 85 °C. The tracer complex was found to be more than 95% stable in the L-histidine challenge experiment. Our data indicate that the bifunctional NSO chelating agent 1 can be successfully applied for the development of potential 99mTc-radiopharmaceuticals.  相似文献

The reaction of [NEt4]2[Re(CO)3Br3] with equimolar amount of a tridentate NSO ligand in methanol leads to the formation of neutral tricarbonyl rhenium(I) complexes of the general formula Re(CO)3(NSO), where the NSO ligand is o-C5H4N-CH2CH2-S-CH2CH(NHCOCH3)COOH (L1H), complex 1 or o-C5H4N-CH2CH2-S-C(CH3)2CH(NHCOCH3)COOH (L2H), complex 2. Both complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic methods, while complex 2 has also been characterized by X-rays analysis. At technetium-99m level, the corresponding fac-[99mTc(CO)3(NSO)] complexes 3 and 4, were obtained in high yield by reacting ligands L1H or L2H with the fac-[99mTc(CO)3(H2O)3]+ precursor in water. Their structure was established by chromatographic comparison to the prototype rhenium complex using high-performance liquid chromatographic techniques.  相似文献

The new pyrazole-containing ligand 3,5-Me2pz(CH2)2S(CH2)2COOH (L1H) was synthesized and used to prepare the complexes fac-[M(κ3-L1)(CO)3] (M = Re (1), 99mTc(1a)), which were obtained in high yield albeit with a low specific activity in the case of 99mTc. The X-ray diffraction analysis of 1 confirmed that L1 coordinates to the metal as monoanionic and through a (N,S,O) donor atom set. Challenge experiments of 1a against cysteine and histidine showed that this complex suffers considerable transchelation in vitro. This contrasts with the behavior exhibited by the related complex fac-[99mTc(κ3-L2)(CO)3] (2a) (L2 = 3,5-Me2pz-(CH2)2NH-CH2-COO), anchored by a (N2O)-tridentate ligand. Biodistribution studies of 1a and 2a in mice indicated that both compounds have a relatively similar biological profile. Nevertheless, the fastest blood clearance and minor hepatic retention found for 2a has shown that this complex is more adequate to be further explored in radiopharmaceutical sciences. DFT calculations (ADF program) were performed for these neutral complexes and related cationic M(I) (M = Re, Tc) tricarbonyl complexes anchored by pyrazole-containing ligands, in order to have a better understanding of the influence of the donor atom set (N,N,O vs. N,O,S; N,N,N vs. N,N,S vs. N,S,S) on their in vitro stability. The differences of the calculated binding energies are not significant, suggesting that the in vitro behavior of these Re(I)/Tc(I) tricarbonyl complexes is not determined by thermodynamic factors.  相似文献

The reactions of the potentially tridentate Schiff bases 2-[(2-hydroxyphenyl)iminomethyl]phenol (H2ono) and 2-(2-aminobenzylideneimino)phenol (H3onn) with trans-[ReOBr3(PPh3)2] were studied, and the complexes [ReIIIBr(PPh3)2(ono)] (1) and [ReVBr(PPh3)2(onn)]Br (2) were isolated. In 1ono acts as a dianionic tridentate ligand, and in 2onn is coordinated as a tridentate trianionic imido-imino-phenolate. The complex [ReI(CO)3(ons)(Hno)] was isolated from the reaction of [Re(CO)5Br] with 2-[(2-methylthio)benzylideneimino]phenol (Hons; Hno = 2-aminophenol), with ons coordinated as a bidentate chelate with a free SCH3 group. These complexes were characterized by X-ray crystallography, NMR and IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

The oxo-bridged dinuclear rhenium(V) complex [(μ-O){ReOCl(amp)}2] (1) was prepared by the reaction of trans-[ReOCl3(PPh3)2] and 6-amino-3-methyl-1-phenyl-4-azahept-2-ene-1-one (Hamp) in acetone. The characterization of 1 by elemental analysis, infrared and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography shows that amp is coordinated as a monoanionic NNO-donor chelate as an amino-amido ketone. However, the reaction of the similar ligand 7-amino-4,7-dimethyl-5-aza-3-octen-2-one (Hada) with [Re(CO)5Br] produced fac-[Re(CO)3Br(Hada)], with Hada coordinated as a neutral bidentate N,N-donor amino-imino-ketone.  相似文献

Reaction of [Re2(CO)8(MeCN)2] with 1,8-bis(diphenylphosphino)naphthalene (dppn) afforded three mono-rhenium complexes fac-[Re(CO)311-PPh2C10H6)(PPh2H)] (1), fac-[Re(CO)3111-(O)PPh2C10H6(O)PPh(C6H4)}] (2) and fac-[ReCl(CO)32-PPh2C10H6PPh2)] (3). Compounds 1-3 are formed by Re-Re bond cleavage and P-C and C-H bond activation of the dppn ligand. Each of these three complexes have three CO groups arranged in facial fashion. Compound 1 contains a chelating cyclometalated diphenylnaphthylphosphine ligand and a terminally coordinated PPh2H ligand. Compound 2 consists of an orthometalated dppn-dioxide ligand coordinated in a κ111-fashion via both the oxygen atoms and ortho-carbon atom of one of the phenyl rings. Compound 3 consists of an unchanged chelating dppn ligand and a terminal Cl ligand. Treatment of [Mn2(CO)8(MeCN)2] with a slight excess of dppn in refluxing toluene at 72 °C, gave the previously reported [Mn2(CO)8(μ-PPh2)2] (4), formed by cleavage of C-P bonds, and the new compound fac-[MnCl(CO)32-PPh2C10H6PPh2)] (5), which has an unaltered chelating dppn and a terminal Cl ligand. In sharp contrast, reaction of [Mn2(CO)8(MeCN)2] with slight excess of dppn at room temperature yielded the dimanganese [Mn2(CO)91-PPh2(C10H7)}] (6) in which the diphenylnaphthylphosphine ligand, formed by facile cleavage of one of the P-C bonds, is axially coordinated to one Mn atom. Compound 6 was also obtained from the reaction of [Mn2(CO)9(MeCN)] with dppn at room temperature. The XRD structures of complexes 1-3, 5, 6 are reported.  相似文献

The asymmetric, heterodonor tridentate ligand 2(S)-amino-4-phosphinobutan-1-ol, S-PNO, has been prepared from (S)-aspartic acid and some aspects of its coordination chemistry with a number of metal complexes investigated. Reaction of S-PNO with appropriate metal precursors led to the isolation of the complexes fac-Cr(CO)33-S-PNO), 1, fac-[Mn(CO)33-S-PNO)]PF6, 2, and fac-[Re(CO)33-S-PNO)]BF4, 3. The alcohol and amine donors in fac-Cr(CO)33-S-PNO) were substituted upon addition of trivinylphosphine to 1 to give the complex fac-Cr(CO)31-P-S-PNO){P(C2H3)3}2, 4. Addition of base to 4 gave a coordinated linear tridentate P3 ligand through the formation of two new chelate rings via hydrophosphination of one vinyl group on each coordinated P(C2H3)3 with the P-H bonds of the complexed S-PNO. The alcohol donor in fac-[Re(CO)33-S-PNO)]BF4 is labile and can be substituted with tris(2-fluorophenyl)phosphine, PAr3F, to give fac-[Re(CO)32-P,N-S-PNO)(PAr3F)]BF4, 5. Attempts to form a macrocyclic ligand through addition of base to fac-[Re(CO)32-P,N-S-PNO)(PAr3F)]BF4 were unsuccessful due to loss of PAr3F prior to any ring-closure. All the complexes have been fully characterised by spectroscopic and analytical techniques including a single-crystal X-ray structure analysis of 2.  相似文献

The title compounds were prepared in good yield by treatment of Re(CO)5Cl or [Re(CO)3(H2O)3]Br with sodium dimethyldithiocarbamate hydrate (NaS2CNMe2·H2O) and a neutral ligand yielding eight Re(CO)3(S2CNMe2)(L) derivatives: L = NH31, pyridine (py) 2, imidazole (im) 3, pyrazole (pz) 4, triphenylphospine (PPh3) 5, 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane (PTA) 6, t-butyl isocyanide (t-BuNC) 7, and cyclohexyl isocyanide (CyNC) 8. The resulting new complexes were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR and infrared spectroscopy. Each was also structurally elucidated by X-ray crystallography. General structural features in all eight compounds were similar. The orientation of the three single-faced ligands, py, im and pz, demonstrates an interaction with the filled π orbital of the dithiocarbamate. Compounds were tested for stability under conditions that mimic physiological conditions; 1-4 quickly decomposed, 7 and 8 decomposed over 24 h while 5 and 6 were stable.  相似文献

In this study selected bidentate (L2) and tridentate (L3) ligands were coordinated to the Re(I) or Tc(I) core [M(CO)2(NO)]2+ resulting in complexes of the general formula fac-[MX(L2)(CO)2(NO)] and fac-[M(L3)(CO)2(NO)] (M = Re or Tc; X = Br or Cl). The complexes were obtained directly from the reaction of [M(CO)2(NO)]2+ with the ligand or indirectly by first reacting the ligand with [M(CO)3]+ and subsequent nitrosylation with [NO][BF4] or [NO][HSO4]. Most of the reactions were performed with cold rhenium on a macroscopic level before the conditions were adapted to the n.c.a. level with technetium (99mTc). Chloride, bromide and nitrate were used as monodentate ligands, picolinic acid (PIC) as a bidentate ligand and histidine (HIS), iminodiacetic acid (IDA) and nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) as tridentate ligands. We synthesised and describe the dinuclear complex [ReCl(μ-Cl)(CO)2(NO)]2 and the mononuclear complexes [NEt4][ReCl3(CO)2(NO)], [NEt4][ReBr3(CO)2(NO)], [ReBr(PIC)(CO)2(NO)], [NMe4][Re(NO3)3(CO)2(NO)], [Re(HIS)(CO)2(NO)][BF4], [99Tc(HIS)(CO)2(NO)][BF4], [99mTc(IDA)(CO)2 (NO)] and [99mTc(NTA)(CO)2(NO)]. The chemical and physical characteristics of the Re and Tc-dicarbonyl-nitrosyl complexes differ significantly from those of the corresponding tricarbonyl compounds.  相似文献

Reaction of cis-[ReCl(NHC)(CO)4] cis-[1] (NHC = NH,NH-substituted saturated cyclic diaminocarbene) with diphosphine (2-F-C6H4)2P-CH2CH2-P(C6H4-2-F)22 yields complex fac-[Re(NHC)(2)(CO)3]Cl fac-[3]Cl. Deprotonation of the NH,NH-NHC ligand in fac-[3]Cl with KOtBu leads to an intramolecular nucleophilic aromatic substitution of one fluorine atom from each -P(C6H4-2-F) group by the NHC ring nitrogen atoms with formation of complex fac-[4]Cl bearing a facially coordinated [11]ane-P2CNHC ligand. Reaction of cis-[MnBr(NHC)(CO)4] cis-[5] (NHC = NH,NH-substituted saturated cyclic diaminocarbene) with diphosphine 2 yields complex [MnBr(NHC)(2)(CO)2] [6] without substitution of the bromo ligand and with the phosphine donors from the bidentate diphosphine occupying one cis and one trans position to the NHC donor.  相似文献

Mononuclear complexes of the type, M(CO)4[Se2P(OR)2] (M = Mn, R = iPr, 1a; Et, 1b; M = Re, R = iPr, 3a; Et, 3b) can be prepared from either [-Se(Se)P(OiPr)2]2 (A) or [Se{-Se(Se)P(OEt)2}2] (B) with M(CO)5Br. O,O′-dialkyl diselenophosphate ([(RO)2PSe2]-, abbreviated as dsep) ligands generated from A and B act as a chelating ligand in these complexes. Upon refluxing in acetonitrile, these mononuclear complexes yield dinuclear complexes with a general formula of [M2(CO)6{Se2P(OR)2}2] (M = Mn, R = iPr, 2a; Et, 2b; M = Re, R = iPr, 4a; Et, 4b). Dsep ligands display a triconnective, bimetallic bonding mode in the dinuclear compounds and this kind of connective pattern has never been identified in any phosphor-1,1-diselenoato metal complexes. Compounds 2b, 3b, and 4 are structurally characterized. Compounds 2b and 3b display weak, secondary Se?Se interactions in their lattices.  相似文献

Stille coupling between tributyl-(2,3-dihydro-thieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxin-5-yl)-stannane and 4-bromopyridine resulted in the preparation of the new pyridine/thiophene hybrid ligand 4-(2,3-dihydro-thieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxin-5-yl)-pyridine [4-py-EDOT] (1). Reaction of 1, 4-thiophen-2-yl-pyridine (2), or 4-[2,2]bithiophenyl-5-yl-pyridine (3) with ClRe(CO)5 resulted in the isolation of complexes 4-6, ClRe(L)2(CO)3, where L=1, 2, or 3 respectively. The solid-state structure of 4 was determined by X-ray crystallography, which clearly shows the fac arrangement of the three CO ligands and the two 4-py-EDOT ligands arranged cis to one another. The metal complexes 4-6 have been characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, ESI or FAB MS, FTIR, UV-Vis, fluorescence, and elemental analysis.  相似文献

[NEt4]2[Re(CO)3Br3] and [NEt4]2[Tc(CO)3Cl3] react with trimethylsilyltriphenylphosphoraneimine, Me3SiNPPh3, under exchange of the bromo ligands and the formation of cationic [M(CO)3(HNPPh3)3]+ complexes (M = Re, Tc). The required protons are abstracted from the solvent CH2Cl2. The steric bulk of the organic ligands causes a marked distortion of the established coordination polyhedra from an idealized octahedron with bond angles between neighbouring donor atoms between 81.81(8)° and 96.66(8)°. The reaction of [NEt4]2[Re(CO)3Br3] with Me3SiNP(Ph2)CH2PPh2 in CH2Cl2 yields the neutral complex [Re(CO)3Br{HNP(Ph2)CH2PPh2)], which contains a neutral, chelate‐bonded (diphenylphosphinomethyl)diphenylphosphoraneimine ligand. A similar reaction with the bifunctional phosphoraneimine Me3SiNP(Ph2)CH2(Ph2)PNSiMe3 gives only small amounts of a binuclear rhenium(I) complex of the composition [{Re(CO)3Br2}2(HNP(Ph2)CH2(Ph2)PNH)]2‐, whereas the major amount of the bis‐phosphoraneimine undergoes an intramolecular rearrangement to yield [H2NP(Ph2)NP(Ph2)CH3]Br. An X‐ray structure analysis shows a widespread delocalization of electron density over the central part of the cation.  相似文献

A new ReV oxo complex with tetramethylthiourea, [ReO(Me4tu)4](PF6)3, has been synthesized by reduction of perrhenate with tin(II) chloride in strongly acidic solution in the presence of excess tetramethylthiourea. The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis and electronic and FTIR spectroscopy. The molecular structure of the compound was determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. The coordination polyhedron is a regular square pyramid with the substituted thiourea sulfur atoms in the equatorial positions [d(Re–S) = 2.339(3) Å] and the oxo ligand located in the summit [d(Re–O) = 1.63(2) Å]. Computational methods were employed to analyze the geometric and electronic structures of tetramethylthiourea and thiourea. Quantum mechanical studies suggest steric hindrance as the reason for the stabilization of the ReO3+ center instead of the ReIII one.  相似文献

Reactions of the labile compound [Re2(CO)8(MeCN)2] with thiazole and 4-methylthiazole in refluxing benzene afforded the new compounds [Re2(CO)7{μ-2,3-η2-C3H(R)NS}{η1-NC3H2(4-R)S}(μ-H)] (1, R = H; 2, R = CH3), [Re2(CO)6{μ-2,3-η2-C3H(R)NS}{η1-NC3H2(4-R)S}2(μ-H)] (3, R = H; 4, R = CH3) and fac-[Re(CO)3(Cl){η1-NC3H2(4-R)S}2] (5, R = H; 6, R = CH3). Compounds 1 and 2 contain two rhenium atoms, one bridging thiazolide ligand, coordinated through the C(2) and N atoms and a η1-thiazole ligand coordinated through the nitrogen atom to the same Re as the thiazolide nitrogen. Compounds 3 and 4 contain a Re2(CO)6 group with one bridging thiazolide ligand coordinated through the C(2) and N atoms and two N-coordinated η1-thiazole ligands, each coordinated to one Re atom. A hydride ligand, formed by oxidative-addition of C(2)-H bond of the ligand, bridges Re-Re bond opposite the thiazolide ligand in compounds 1-4. Compound 5 contains a single rhenium atom with three carbonyl ligands, two N-coordinated η1-thiazole ligands and a terminal Cl ligand. Treatment of both 1 and 2 with 5 equiv. of thiazole and 4-methylthiazole in the presence of Me3NO in refluxing benzene afforded 3 and 4, respectively. Further activation of the coordinated η1-thiazole ligands in 1-4 is, however, unsuccessful and results only nonspecific decomposition. The single-crystal XRD structures of 1-5 are reported.  相似文献

The mono- and binuclear hydride compounds fac-[ReH(CO)3L] (1a) and [{ReH(CO)4}2(μ-L)] (1b) have been prepared by reaction of [ReH(CO)5] with Ph2PN(CH3)(CH2)2N(CH3)PPh2 (L) under UV light. Protonation reactions of the hydride compound 1a with equimolar amounts of HSO3CF3 or HCl yielded the triflato or the chlorido compounds fac-[Re(OSO2CF3)(CO)3L] (2) and fac-[ReCl(CO)3L] (3), respectively. The compounds have been characterised by elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopic data, and mass spectrometry. Their structures have been confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献
