The reaction of Zn(NO3)2·6H2O with PPz hexahydrate (PPz=piperazine) and NH4SCN in CH3OH afforded the complex [Zn(NCS)2(PPz)]n (1). The reaction of CoCl2·6H2O with PPz in CH3OH afforded the complex [CoCl2(PPz)]n (2). The PPz ligand in 1 is coordinated to the metal centers through both nitrogen atoms to form a 1-D zigzag-chain structure and the distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry at each zinc center is completed by a pair of N-bonded thiocyanate ligands. Compound 2 has an analogous 1-D zigzag-chain structure containing terminal chloro ligands. Important NCSH---N hydrogen-bonding interactions in compound 1 and N---HCl---M and C---HCl---M hydrogen-bonding interactions in compound 2 play a significant role in aligning the polymer strands in the crystalline solid.  相似文献

Three new copper(II), nickel(II) and cobalt (II) dinuclear complexes with a bis-amide ligand derived from tartaric acid have been prepared and characterized. For this purpose, the ligand (R,R)-(+)-di-N,N′-methylpyridino-tartramide (dmpt) was synthesized via the classical aminolysis of (R,R)-(+)-dimethyltartrate with pyridylmethylamine. The molecular structures of the complexes Na[Cu2(dmptH−3)(CO3)] · 8H2O (1) and [Ni2(dmptH−2)2] · 9.75H2O (2) were elucidated by X-ray diffraction, and the complex [Co2(dmptH−3)(μ-OH)] · NaClO4 · 5H2O (3) by XAS. The crystal structure of (1) shows that the two metallic centres are in a square planar environment. Each copper(II) is bound to pyridyl and deprotonated amidic nitrogen atoms and to the oxygen atoms of hydroxyl and carbonato groups. In complex (2), both nickel atoms are in a distorted octahedral environment with an identical set of donors atoms, N4O2, coming from four nitrogen atoms of two pyridylmethylamido moieties and two oxygen donor atoms of alcohol groups. XAS analysis of complex (3) allows us to propose a CoN2O4 chromophore, with two nitrogen atoms coming from pyridyl and amidic groups and two bridged oxygen atoms from a deprotonated alcohol group and an hydroxyl group; the hexacoordination is achieved by two water molecules. The spectroscopic, electrochemical and magnetic properties of these complexes were investigated.  相似文献

Three new mononuclear complexes of nitrogen–sulfur donor sets, formulated as [FeII(L)Cl2] (1), [CoII(L)Cl2] (2) and [NiII(L)Cl2] (3) where L = 1,3-bis(2-pyridylmethylthio)propane, were synthesized and isolated in their pure form. All the complexes were characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The solid state structures of complexes 1 and 3 have been established by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The structural analysis evidences isomorphous crystals with the metal ion in a distorted octahedral geometry that comprises NSSN ligand donors with trans located pyridine rings and chlorides in cis positions. In dimethylformamide solution, the complexes were found to exhibit FeII/FeIII, CoII/CoIII and NiII/NiIII quasi-reversible redox couples in cyclic voltammograms with E1/2 values (versus Ag/AgCl at 298 K) of +0.295, +0.795 and +0.745 V for 1, 2 and 3, respectively.  相似文献

Five coordination compounds Zn(mbmpbi)2Cl2 (1), Zn(mbmpbi)2Br2 (2), Cd(mbmpbi)2Cl2 (3), Hg(mbmpbi)2Cl2 (4) and Hg(mbmpbi)2Br2 (5) were synthesized by the reaction of 1-(p-methoxybenzyl)-2-(p-methoxyphenyl)benzimidazole (mbmpbi) with the corresponding metal halides. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, conductance measurements, FT-IR, 1H NMR and photoluminescence spectral studies. The ligand mbmpbi exhibits the N-benzimidazole coordination. The structures of 3-5 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. These three complexes are isostructural, crystallizing in the monoclinic system, P2/n space group with a distorted tetrahedral geometry around the metal ion. Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes show strong blue emission in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Six zinc(II) complexes, Zn(HL)Br2 (1), Zn(HL)Cl2 (2), ZnL(OAc) (3), ZnLN3 (4), ZnL2 (5) and ZnL2 · H2O (6), have been synthesized and characterized by different physicochemical techniques. Complex 1 is five coordinated and has a distorted square pyramidal geometry. Complexes 5 and 6 are six coordinated and have distorted octahedral geometries. In complexes 1 and 2, the ligand moieties are coordinated in the neutral form (HL), and in the other complexes they are monoanionic (L).  相似文献

Complexes of the type [M(painh)(H2O)2X], where M = Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II); X = Cl2 or SO4; painh = p-amino acetophenone isonicotinoyl hydrazone, have been synthesized and characterized by spectral and other physico-chemical techniques. The synthesized complexes are stable powders, insoluble in common organic solvents such as ethanol, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform and diethyl ether, and are non-electrolytes. Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) and Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA) studies show that the organic ligand decomposes exothermically through various steps. TGA and Infrared (IR) spectral studies indicate the presence of coordinated water in the metal complexes. Magnetic susceptibility measurements and electronic spectra suggest that Mn(II), Co(II), and Ni(II) complexes are paramagnetic with octahedral geometry, whereas Cu(II) complexes have distorted octahedral geometry. The neutral bidentate ligand bonds through >C=O and >C=N–groups in all the complexes. Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectra in the solid state show axial symmetry for [Cu(painh)(H2O)2(SO4)] and elongated rhombic symmetry for [Cu(painh)(H2O)2Cl2], suggesting an elongated tetragonally-distorted octahedral structure for both complexes. X-ray powder diffraction parameters for two complexes correspond to tetragonal and orthorhombic crystal lattices. The metal complexes show fair antifungal activity against Rizoctonia sp., Aspergillus sp., Stemphylium sp., and Penicillium sp. and appreciable antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas sp. and Escherichia coli.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(acac)2 with btaH (1,2,3-benzotriazole) in dmf yielded the pentanuclear complex [Zn5(bta)6(acac)4(dmf)]·dmf (1·dmf). In the presence of pyrazine, the pentanuclear [Zn5(bta)6(acac)4(dmf)]·3.7dmf (2·3.7dmf) and enneanuclear [Zn9(bta)12(acac)6]·6dmf (3·6dmf) complexes were formed, whereas in the presence of 4,4′-bpy the 1D coordination polymer [Zn(acac)2(4,4′-bpy)]n (4) was isolated. The molecular structures of 1·dmf and 2·3.7dmf reveal that the [Zn5] clusters consist of four ZnII ions which span the corners of a tetrahedron and the fifth resides at its centre. The molecular structure of 3·6dmf reveals that the [Zn9] clusters consist of two corner sharing tetrahedra and the structure can be described as the addition of two [Zn5] clusters of 1·dmf and/or 2·3.7dmf followed by the simultaneous abstraction of [Zn(acac)2] and dmf molecules; this alternative was accomplished by recrystallization of 1·dmf from dmf which yielded 3·6dmf. Each of the μ3N:κN′:κN′′ benzotriazolate ligands in 1·dmf, 2·3.7dmf and 3·6dmf spans an edge of the tetrahedron. The molecular structure of 4 reveals mononuclear [Zn(acac)2] units bridged via 4,4′-bpy molecules to 1D coordination polymer. Characteristic IR bands of the four complexes are discussed in terms of the coordination modes of the ligands and known structures.  相似文献

Three new complexes of Ru(II), namely [RuCl2(Glun-N,O)2]Na2 (I; Glun = glucosaminate), [RuCl2(1-Tglu)(EtOH)2]Na (II; 1-Tglu = 1-thio-β-d-glucose) and [Ru2(EtOH)6(AL)Cl4] (III; AL = 6′-aminolactose) were prepared from the same Ru(II) precursor, [RuCl2(DMSO)4] (DMSO = dimethyl sulfoxide). The characterization of the complexes was carried out by elemental analysis, FT-IR, ES-MS, NMR, EXAFS and DFT calculations. The effectiveness of the complexes on metastatic melanoma A 375 was investigated. The results show that complex II is the most active species.  相似文献

The molecular structures of the isatin Schiff bases of S-methyldithiocarbazate (Hisasme) and S-benzyldithiocarbazate (Hisasbz) have been determined by X-ray diffraction and their complexes of general formula [ML2n(solvate) [M = Co2+, Ni2+, Zn2+; L = anionic forms of Hisasme or Hisasbz; solvate = DMF, DMSO; n = 1, 2] and [Sn(L)Ph2Cl]·nMeOH (n = 0, 1) have been synthesized and characterized by a variety of physicochemical techniques and X-ray diffraction. The bis-ligand complexes, [Ni(isasbz)2]·2DMSO and [Co(isasme)2]·DMF have a six-coordinate, distorted octahedral geometry with the two uninegatively charged tridentate ONS ligands coordinated to the metal ions meridionally via the amide O-atoms, the azomethine nitrogen atoms and the thiolate sulfur atoms. By contrast, the crystal structure of [Zn(isasbz)2]·2DMF shows a four-coordinate distorted tetrahedral geometry with the two Schiff bases coordinated as NS bidentate ligands via the azomethine nitrogen atoms and the thiolate sulfur atoms. Steric constraints of the rigid tridentate ligands lead to unusual ‘pseudo-coordination’ of the O-donors which occupy sites close to the metal but too distant to be considered as true coordinate bonds. The crystal structures of the tin(IV) complexes [SnLPh2Cl]·nMeOH (L = isasme and isasbz; n = 0, 1) also show that the Schiff bases act as monoanionic bidentate NS chelating agents coordinating the tin(IV) ion via the azomethine nitrogen atoms and the thiolate sulfur atoms, the tin atom in each complex is five-coordinate with a highly distorted geometry intermediate of square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal. Again Sn?O contacts are weak and do not qualify as coordinate bonds.  相似文献

This paper presents examples of mixed-ligand Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II) and Mn(II) complexes, with a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, with 2,2′-dipyridyl or 1,10-phenanthroline and phosphortriamide ligands. The complexes of the general type ML2·Lig (where M = Co(II), Cu(II), Ni(II), Mn(II); L = {Cl3C(O)NP(O)R2} (R = NHBz, NHCH2CHCH2, NEt2); Lig = 2,2′-dipyridyl or 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesised and characterised by means of X-ray diffraction, IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy. The phosphortriamide ligands are coordinated via oxygen atoms of phosphoryl and carbonyl groups involved in six-membered metal cycles. The additional ligands 2,2′-dipyridyl or 1,10-phenanthroline are coordinated to the central atom, forming five-membered cycles.  相似文献

Interaction of copper(II) salts with 2,2′-dipyridylamine (1), N-cyclohexylmethyl-2,2′-dipyridylamine (2), di-2-pyridylaminomethylbenzene (3), 1,2-bis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)-benzene (4), 1,3-bis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (5), 1,4-bis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (6), 1,3,5-tris(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (7) and 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (8) has yielded the following complexes: [Cu(2)(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [Cu(3)(μ-Cl)Cl]2 · H2O, [Cu2(4)(NO3)4], [Cu2(5)(NO3)4] · 2CH3OH, [Cu2(6)(CH3OH)2(NO3)4], [Cu4(8)](NO3)4] · 4H2O while complexation of palladium(II) with 1, 4, 5 and 6 gave [Pd(1)2](PF6)2 · 2CH3OH, [Pd2(4)Cl4], [Pd2(4)(OAc)4], [Pd2(5)Cl4], [Pd2(6)Cl4] and [Pd2(6)(OAc)4] · CH2Cl2, respectively. X-ray structures of [Cu(2)(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [Cu(3)(μ-Cl)Cl]2 · 2C2H5OH, [Cu2(6)(CH3OH)2(NO3)4], [Pd(1)2](PF6)2 · 2CH3OH, [Pd2(4)(OAc)4] · 4H2O and [Pd2(6)(OAc)4] · 2CH2Cl2 are reported. In part, the inherent flexibility of the respective ligands has resulted in the adoption of a diverse range of coordination geometries and lattice arrangements, with the structures of [Pd2(4)(OAc)4· 4H2O and [Pd2(6)(OAc)4] · 2CH2Cl2, incorporating the isomeric ligands 4 and 6, showing some common features. Liquid–liquid (H2O/CHCl3) extraction experiments involving copper(II) and 13, 5, 7and 8 show that the degree of extraction depends markedly on the number of dpa-subunits (and concomitant lipophilicity) of the ligand employed with the tetrakis-dpa derivative 8 acting as the most efficient extractant of the six ligand systems investigated.  相似文献

The reaction of (R-Ind)2Ni (Ind = C9H7, indenyl) with an equivalent of a bulky aryl-substituted imidazolium salt in CH2Cl2/THF at 45 °C results in the corresponding N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) indenylnickel(II) chloride of the type (R-Ind)Ni(L)Cl [R = 1-H, L = 1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene (IPr), 1; R = 1-Me, L = IPr, 2] in high yield. Complexes 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analysis, NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The resulted NHC indenylnickel(II) complexes are capable of polymerizing styrene in the presence of NaBPh4 to give atactic polystyrene with Mn values in the range of 104. The present studies show a close relationship between the structure and catalytic activity of the NHC indenylnickel(II) halides (including the previously reported indenylnickel(II) halides bearing alkyl-substituted NHC ligands), and complex 2 shows the highest catalytic activity. In comparison with its phosphine analogue (1-Me-Ind)Ni(PPh3)Cl, complex 2 shows significant improvements in stability and catalytic performance.  相似文献

The interaction of di(2-picolyl)amine (1) and its secondary N-substituted derivatives, N-(4-pyridylmethyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (2), N-(4-carboxymethyl-benzyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (3), N-(4-carboxybenzyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (4), N-(1-naphthylmethyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (5), N-(9-anthracenylmethyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (6), 1,4-bis[di(2-picolyl)aminomethyl]benzene (7), 1,3-bis[di(2-picolyl)aminomethyl]benzene (8) and 2,4,6-tris[di(2-picolyl)amino]triazine (9) with Ni(II) and/or Zn(II) nitrate has resulted in the isolation of [Ni(1)(NO3)2], [Ni(2)(NO3)2], [Ni(3)(NO3)2], [Ni(4)(NO3)2]·CH3CN, [Ni(5)(NO3)2], [Ni(6)(NO3)2], [Ni2(7)(NO3)4], [Ni2(8)(NO3)4], [Ni3(9)(NO3)6]·3H2O, [Zn(3)(NO3)2]·0.5CH3OH, [Zn(5)(NO3)2], [Zn(6)(NO3)2], [Zn(8)(NO3)2] and [Zn2(9)(NO3)4]·0.5H2O. X-ray structures of [Ni(4)(NO3)2]·CH3CN, [Ni(6)(NO3)2] and [Zn(5)(NO3)2] have been obtained. Both nickel complexes exhibit related distorted octahedral coordination geometries in which 4 and 6 are tridentate and bound meridionally via their respective N3-donor sets, with the remaining coordination positions in each complex occupied by a monodentate and a bidentate nitrato ligand. For [Ni(4)(NO3)2]·CH3CN, intramolecular hydrogen bond interactions are present between the carboxylic OH group on one complex and the oxygen of a monodentate nitrate on an adjacent complex such that the complexes are linked in chains which are in turn crosslinked by intermolecular offset π-π stacking between pyridyl rings in adjacent chains. In the case of [Ni(6)(NO3)2], two weak CH?O hydrogen bonds are present between the axial methylene hydrogen atoms on one complex and the oxygen of a monodentate nitrate ligand on a second unit such that four hydrogen bonds link pairs of complexes; in addition, an extensive series of π-π stacking interactions link individual complex units throughout the crystal lattice. The X-ray structure of [Zn(5)(NO3)2] shows that the metal centre once again has a distorted six-coordinated geometry, with the N3-donor set of N-(1-naphthylmethyl)-di(2-picolyl)amine (5) coordinating in a meridional fashion and the remaining coordination positions occupied by a monodentate and a bidentate nitrato ligand. The crystal lattice is stabilized by weak intermolecular interactions between oxygens on the bound nitrato ligands and aromatic CH hydrogens on adjacent complexes; intermolecular π-π stacking between aromatic rings is also present.  相似文献

Two structurally related flexible imidazolyl ligands, bis(N-imidazolyl)methane (L1) and 1,4-bis(N-imidazolyl)butane (L2), were reacted with Cu(II), Co(II) and Ni(II) salts of aliphatic/aromatic dicarboxylic acids resulting in the formation of a number of novel metal–organic coordination architectures, [CuB2(ox)2(L1)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (1) (ox = oxalate), [Cu(pdc)(L2)1.5] · 4H2O (2, pdc = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate), [Co(L)2(H2O)2](tp) · 4H2O (3, tp = terephthalate), [Ni(L1)2(H2O)2](ip) · 5H2O (4, ip = isophthalate), [Cu2(L1)4(H2O)4](tp)2 · 7H2O (5), [Co(mal)(L1)(H2O)] · 0.5MeOH (6, mal = malonate), [Co(pdc)(L1)(H2O)] (7). All the complexes have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The different coordination modes of the dicarboxylate anions, due to their chain length, rigidity and diimidazolyl functionality, lead to a wide range of different coordination structures. The coordination polymers exhibit 1D single chain, ladder, 2D sheet and 2D network structures. The aliphatic and aromatic dicarboxylates can adopt chelating μ2 and chelating-bridging μ3 coordination modes, or act as uncoordinated counter anions. The central metal ions are coordinated in N2O4, N4O2, N2O3 and N3O3 fashions, depending on the ancillary ligands. The topology of 1 gives rise to macrocycles which are connected through hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, whereas compound 2 exhibits a 1D polymeric ladder in which the carboxylate acts as a pincer ligand. Compounds 35 show doubly bridged 1D chains, and the dicarboxylate groups are not coordinated but form 2D corrugated sheets with water molecules intercalated between the cationic layers. Compound 6 has a 2D network sheet structure in which each metal ion links three neighboring Co atoms by the bis(N-imidazolyl)methane ligand. The cobalt compound 7, with a 2D polymeric double sheet structure, is built from pincer carboxylate (pdc) and 1,4-bis(N-imidazolyl)methane ligands.  相似文献

New mixed-ligand copper(I) complexes, [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)X], [Phca2en = N,N′-bis(β-phenylci-nnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane and X=Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), NCS (4), N3 (5)] have been synthesized and characterized by various techniques. 1H and 13C-NMR and IR spectral data of these copper(I) complexes are compared with the free ligand to elucidate some structural features. The structures of [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)Br] (2) and [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)I] (3) have been determined from single-crystal data showing that the coordination geometry around copper atom is a distorted tetrahedron. Furthermore, these Cu(I) complexes exhibit supramolecular motifs of the type multiple phenyl embraces resulting from attractive interactions between phenyl rings of PPh3 moieties. The presence of the C–H…Cu weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds, due to the trapping of C–H bonds in the vicinity of the metal atoms, is also reported.  相似文献

Varying coordination modes of the Schiff base ligand H2L [5-methyl-1-H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (1-pyridin-2-yl-ethylidene)-hydrazide] towards different metal centers are reported with the syntheses and characterization of four mononuclear Mn(II), Co(II), Cd(II) and Zn(II) complexes, [Mn(H2L)(H2O)2](ClO4)2(MeOH) (1), [Co(H2L)(NCS)2] (2), [Cd(H2L)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (3) and [Zn(H2L)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (4), and a binuclear Cu(II) complex, [Cu2(L)2](ClO4)2 (5). In the complexes 1-4 the neutral ligand serves as a 3N,2O donor where the pyridine ring N, two azomethine N and two carbohydrazine oxygen atoms are coordinatively active, leaving the pyrazole-N atoms inactive. In the case of complex 5, each ligand molecule behaves as a 4N,O donor utilizing the pyridine N, one azomethine N, the nitrogen atom proximal to the azomethine of the remaining pendant arm and one pyrazole-N atom to one metal center and the carbohydrazide oxygen atom to the second metal center. The complexes 1-4 are pentagonal bipyramidal in geometry. In each case, the ligand molecule spans the equatorial plane while the apical positions are occupied by water molecules in 1, 3 and 4 and two N bonded thiocyanate ions in 2. In complex 5, the two Cu(II) centers have almost square pyramidal geometry (τ = 0.05 for Cu1 and 0.013 for Cu2). Four N atoms from a ligand molecule form the basal plane and the carbohydrazide oxygen atom of a second ligand molecule sits in the apex of the square pyramid. All the complexes have been X-ray crystallographically characterized. The Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes show considerable fluorescence emission while the remaining complexes and the ligand molecule are fluorescent silent.  相似文献

A comparative investigation of the coordination behaviour of the 17-membered, N3O2-donor macrocycle, 1,12,15-triaza-3,4:9,10-dibenzo-5,8-dioxacycloheptadecane, L, with the soft metal ions Ag(I), Cd(II), Hg(II), and Pd(II) is reported. The X-ray structures of 12 complexes have been determined and a range of structural types, including both mononuclear and dinuclear species, shown to occur. In particular cases the effect of anion variation on the resulting structures has been investigated; L reacts with AgX (X = NO3, ClO4, PF6, OTf and CN) to yield related 2:2 (metal:ligand) complexes of types [Ag2L2(NO3)2] (1), [Ag2L2](ClO4)2 · 2DMF (2), [Ag2L2](PF6)2 · 2DMF (3), [Ag2L2](OTf)2 (4) and [Ag2L2(μ-CN)][Ag(CN)2] · H2O (5). In all five complexes the ether oxygens of each ring are unbound. In 1–4 the macrocycles are present in sandwich-like arrangements that shield the dinuclear silver centres, with each silver bonded to two nitrogen donors from one L and one nitrogen from a second L. A Ag···Ag contact is present between each metal centre such that both centres can be described as showing distorted tetrahedral geometries. In the case of 5 a rare single μ2-κC:κC symmetrically bridging two-electron-donating cyano bridge links silver ions [Ag···Ag distance, 2.7437(10) Å]; the macrocyclic ligands are orientated away from the dinuclear metal centres. In contrast to the behaviour of silver, reaction of cadmium(II) perchlorate with L resulted in a mononuclear sandwich-like complex of type [CdL2](ClO4)2 · CH3CN (6). Again, the ether oxygens do not coordinate, with each L binding to the cadmium centre only via its three nitrogen donors in a facial arrangement such that a distorted octahedral coordination geometry is attained. Reaction of L with HgX2 (X = ClO4, SCN and I) yielded the monomeric species [HgL(ClO4)2] (7), [HgL(SCN)2]·CH3CN (8) and [Hg2L2](HgI4)2 · 2L (9), in which all five donors of L are bound to the respective mercury centres. However, reaction of L with Hg(NO3)2 in dichloromethane/methanol gave a mononuclear sandwich-like complex [HgL2](NO3)2 · 2CH3OH (10) without anion coordination. Reaction of K2PdCl4 and Pd(NO3)2 with L yielded the 1:1 complexes [PdLCl]Cl · H2O (11) and [PdL(NO3)]NO3 · CH3OH (12), respectively, in which the metal is bound to three nitrogen donors from L along with the corresponding chloride or nitrate anion. Each palladium adopts a distorted square-planar coordination geometry; once again the ether oxygens are not coordinated.  相似文献

Complexes CuL3Cl2, PdL2Cl2 and PtL2Cl2, where L is a novel ligand from the series of 2-substituted 5-aminotetrazoles, namely 5-amino-2-tert-butyltetrazole (1), have been synthesized by the reaction of metal(II) chlorides with 1 and characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermal and X-ray analyses. The crystallographic structural analysis of these complexes revealed that 1 acts as a monodentate ligand coordinated to the metal via endocyclic N4 atom. Platinum complex demonstrates promising cytotoxicity against human cervical carcinoma cells with IC50 value average between those of cisplatin and carboplatin.  相似文献

Lewis-base mediated fragmentation of polymeric nickel(II) fumarate and oxalate are attempted using chelating σ-donor diamines like ethylenediamine (en) and 1,3-diaminopropane (dap) in various conditions which yielded [Ni(en)3](fum)·3H2O (1), [Ni(en)3](ox) (2), [Ni(dap)2(fum)] (3) and [Ni(dap)(ox)]·2H2O (4). While 1 and 2 are molecular products each containing octahedral [Ni(en)3]2+ moieties and the anionic dicarboxylate species, 3 and 4 are dap-incorporated polymeric products. The fumarate derivative 1 containing [Ni(en)3]2+ moieties crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 17.899(4) Å, b = 11.747(2) Å, c = 10.748(2) Å, β = 125.59(3)°, V = 1837.7(6) Å3, Z = 4, while the oxalate analogue 2 is seen to be in the trigonal space group P−31c with a = 8.8770(13) Å, b = 8.8770(13) Å, c = 10.482(2) Å, γ = 120°, V = 715.3(2) Å3, Z = 2. The octahedral [Ni(en)3] units in both 1 and 2 are seen to be strongly H-bonded to the dicarboxylate moieties through the coordinated en units leading to a three-dimensional network. However, in 1 the water molecules also take part in the H-bonding and contribute to the overall 3D structure. In both 1 and 2 the crystal packing is done with the [Ni(en)3]2+ units with absolute configuration Λ(δδδ) and its mirror conformer with Δ configuration in exactly equal numbers. Spectral (IR and UV–Visible) and magnetic measurements were carried out and some of the ligand-field parameters like Dq, B and β were evaluated for all the four compounds. These values suggest the presence of octahedrally coordinated nickel(II) in all the four complexes. Spectral data suggest that 3 has the two chelating dap moieties and the fumarate coordinated in η1 form through both its carboxylate moieties while 4 has one chelating dap and the oxalate moiety coordinated in η4-bis-chelating form. Though both 1 and 2 are made of the same type of [Ni(en)3]2+ units their thermograms give entirely different thermal features; 1 showing three clearly successive and step-wise dissociation of each en unit while 2 having a combined loss of two en units in the first thermal step. The relevant thermodynamic and kinetic parameters like Ea and ΔS also could be evaluated for various thermal steps for the compounds 14 using Coats–Redfern equation.  相似文献

The synthesis, derivatization and coordination behavior of a new aminobis(diphosphonite), PhN{P(OC6H4OMe-o)2}2 (1) is described. The ligand 1 reacts with H2O2, elemental sulfur or selenium to give the corresponding dichalcogenides PhN{P(E)(OC6H4OMe-o)2}2 (E = O, 2; S, 3; Se, 4) in good yield. Reactions of 1 with Mo(CO)6, Pd(NCCH3)2Cl2 and Pt(COD)Cl2 resulted in the formation of the chelate complexes, Mo(CO)4[PhN{P(OC6H4OMe-o)2}2] (5) and MCl2[PhN{P(OC6H4OMe-o)2}2] (M = Pd,7; M = Pt, 8) whereas in the reaction of 1 with [CpFe(CO)2]2, one of the P-N bonds cleaves due to the metal assisted hydrolysis to give a mononuclear complex, [CpFe(CO){P(O)(OC6H4OMe-o)2}{PhN(H)(P(OC6H4OMe-o)2)}] (6). The molecular structures of 1, 4, 5 and 6 are determined by X-ray studies.  相似文献
