Electrochemical lithium intercalation within graphite from 1 mol dm 3 solution of LiClO4 in propylene carbonate (PC) was investigated at 25 and − 15 °C. Lithium ions were intercalated into and de-intercalated from graphite reversibly at − 15 °C despite the use of pure PC as the solvent. However, ceaseless solvent decomposition and intense exfoliation of graphene layers occurred at 25 °C. The results of the Raman spectroscopic analysis indicated that the interaction between PC molecules and lithium ions became weaker at − 15 °C by chemical exchange effects, which suggested that the thermodynamic stability of the solvated lithium ions was an important factor that determined the formation of a solid electrolyte interface (SEI) in PC-based solutions. Charge–discharge analysis revealed that the nature of the SEI formed at − 15 °C in 1 mol dm 3 of LiClO4 in PC was significantly different from that formed at 25 °C in 1 mol dm 3 of LiClO4 in PC containing vinylene carbonate, 3.27 mol kg 1 of LiClO4 in PC, and 1 mol dm 3 of LiClO4 in ethylene carbonate.  相似文献

A cobalt-free cubic perovskite oxide, SrFe0.9Nb0.1O3?δ (SFN) was investigated as a cathode for intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells (IT-SOFCs). XRD results showed that SFN cathode was chemically compatible with the electrolyte Sm0.2Ce0.8O1.9 (SDC) for temperatures up to 1050 °C. The electrical conductivity of SFN sample reached 34–70 S cm?1 in the commonly operated temperatures of IT-SOFCs (600–800 °C). The area specific resistance was 0.138 Ω cm2 for SFN cathode on SDC electrolyte at 750 °C. A maximum power density of 407 mW cm?2 was obtained at 800 °C for single-cell with 300 μm thick SDC electrolyte and SFN cathode.  相似文献

Reticular tin nanoparticle-dispersed carbon (Sn/C) nanofibers were fabricated by stabilization of electrospun SnCl4/PAN composite fibers and subsequent carbonization at different temperatures. These Sn/C composite nanofibers used as anode materials for rechargeable lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) show that the Sn/C nanofibers at 700 and 850 °C present much higher charge (785.8 and 811 mA h g?1) and discharge (1211.7 and 993 mA h g?1) capacities than those at 550 and 1000 °C and the as-received CNFs at 850 °C, corresponding to coulombic efficiencies of 64.9% and 81.7%, respectively. The superior electrochemical properties of the intriguing Sn/C nanofibers indicate a promising application in high performance Li-ion batteries.  相似文献

The magnetic barium ferrite (BaFe12O19) hollow fibers with a high specific surface area about 22–38 m2 g?1, diameters around 1 μm and a ratio of the hollow diameter to the fiber diameter estimated about 1/2–2/3 have been prepared by the gel-precursor transformation process. The precursor and resulting ferrite hollow fibers were analyzed by thermo-gravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The specific surface area was measured by the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method. The gel formed at pH 5.5 has a good spinnability. A pure barium ferrite phase is formed after calcined at 750 °C for 2 h and fabricated of nanograins about 38 nm with a hexagonal plate-like morphology, which are increased to about 72 nm with the calcination temperature increased up to 1050 °C. The barium ferrite hollow fibers obtained at 750 °C for 2 h have a specific surface area 38.1 m2 g?1 and average pore size 6.5 nm and then the specific surface area and average pore size show a reduction tendency with the calcination temperature increasing from 750 to 1050 °C owing to the particle growth and fiber densification. These barium ferrite hollow fibers exhibit typical hard-magnetic materials characteristics and the formation mechanism for hollow structures is discussed.  相似文献

LiSbO3 has been synthesized by chemical mixing followed by thermal treatment at 800 °C. Field emission scanning electron microscopy revealed bar shaped multifaceted grains, 0.5–4 μm long and 0.5–1 μm wide, that cluster together as soft agglomeration. 2032 type coin cell vs Li/Li+ shows a flat charge–discharge plateau together with low Li intercalation/de-intercalation potential (0.2/0.5 V). A high discharge capacity of 580 mA h g?1 has been obtained in the 1st cycle with 100% Coulombic efficiency. About 96% of the Coulombic efficiency is retained up to the 12th cycle, but at the 15th cycle, the Coulombic efficiency drops down to 88%. AC impedance spectroscopy shows an increase in electrolyte resistance (Rs) from 4.43 Ohm after the initial cycle to 12.4 Ohm after the 15th cycle indicating a probable dissolution of Sb into the electrolyte causing the capacity fading observed.  相似文献

Aerosol flame pyrolysis deposition method was applied to deposit the oxide glass electrolyte film and LiCoO2 cathode for thin film type Li-ion secondary battery. The thicknesses of as-deposited porous LiCoO2 and Li2O–B2O3–P2O5 electrolyte film were about 6 μm and 15 μm, respectively. The deposited LiCoO2 was sintered for 2 min at 700 °C to make partially densified cathode layer, and the deposited Li2O–P2O5–B2O3 glass film completely densified by the sintering at 700 °C for 1 h. After solid state sintering process the thicknesses were reduced to approximately 4 μm and 6 μm, respectively. The cathode and electrolyte layers were deposited by continuous deposition process and integrated into a layer by co-sintering. It was demonstrated that Aerosol flame deposition is one of the good candidates for the fabrication of thin film battery.  相似文献

A series of ceria-based composite materials consisting of samaria doped ceria (SDC) and binary carbonates(Li2CO3–Na2CO3) were examined as functional electrolytes for low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). DTA and SEM techniques were applied to characterize the phase- and micro-structural properties of the composite materials. Conductivity measurements were carried on the composite electrolytes with a.c. impedance in air. A transition of ionic conductivity with temperature was occurred among all samples with different carbonate content, which related to the interface phase. Single cells based on the composite electrolytes, NiO as anode and lithiated NiO as cathode, were fabricated by a simple dry-pressing process and tested at 400–600 °C. The maximum output power at 600 °C increased with the carbonate content in the composite electrolytes, and reached the maximum at 25 wt.%, then decreased. Similar trend has also shown at 500 °C, but the maximum was obtained at 20wt.%. The best performances of 1085 mW cm−2 at 600 °C and 690 mW cm−2 at 500 °C were achieved for the composite electrolytes containing 25 and 20 wt.% carbonates, respectively. During fuel cell operation, it found that the SDC-carbonate composites are co-ionic (O2−/H+) conductors. At lower carbonate contents, both oxide–ion and proton conductions were significant, when the content increased to 20–35 wt.%, proton conduction dominated. The detailed conduction mechanism in these composites needs further investigation.  相似文献

Redox stable K2NiF4 type layered perovskite SrLaFeO4  δ(SLFO4  δ) has been prepared and evaluated as anode for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC). The SLFO4  δ shows linear thermal expansion behavior with TEC of 14.3 × 10 6 K 1. It also demonstrates excellent catalytic activity for various fuels. A scandia stabilized zirconia (ScSZ, 180 μm) electrolyte supported SOFC with the anode achieves maximum power densities (Pmax) of 0.93, 0.76, 0.63, and 0.46 Wcm 2 at 900–750 °C, respectively, in wet H2. Pmaxs of cells supported by 250 μm ScSZ reach 0.57, 0.60 and 0.50 Wcm 2 in H2, H2 + 50 ppm H2S and propane, respectively, at 800 °C. Moreover, the cells show stable power output during ~ 100 h operation at 800 °C under 0.7 V in various fuels. The Pmax at 800 °C in wet H2 even increases by ~ 11% in the subsequent two thermal cyclings, indicating that SLFO4  δ is a promising anode candidate for SOFC with good electro-catalytic activity, high stability and resistance to sulfur and coking.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel Nafion/SiO2 nanocomposite membrane based on the self-assembled Nafion–SiO2 nanoparticles was developed. The average particle size of Nafion–SiO2 nanoparticles prepared by self-assembly process was 2.8 ± 0.5 nm. The self-assembled Nafion–SiO2 nanoparticles significantly enhance the durability of the Nafion/silica nanocomposite membrane as compared to that of conventional Nafion/silica composite and Nafion 212 membranes under wet/dry cyclic tests at 90 °C. With an addition of 5 wt% self-assembled Nafion–SiO2 nanoparticles, the Nafion/SiO2 nanocomposite membrane shows a significantly improved performance stability at cell/humidifying temperatures of 100 °C/60 °C under a current density of 600 mA/cm2, and the degradation rate is 0.12 mV/min, almost 20 times lower than 2.33 mV/min measured on the pristine Nafion 212 membrane under the same conditions. The present results demonstrate the promises of the self-assembled Nafion/SiO2 nanocomposite membrane for elevated-high temperature PEM fuel cells applications.  相似文献

We report the world smallest tubular solid oxide fuel cell – needle-type micro SOFCs applicable to micro power devices. The anode-supported cell was prepared using cost effective, conventional extrusion and dip-coating techniques. The diameter of the needle-type cell is 0.4 mm, consisting of NiO-Gd doped Ceria (GDC) for anode (under 100 μm thick), GDC for electrolyte (8 μm thick), and (La, Sr) (Co, Fe)O3 – GDC for cathode. The cell performances of 80, 160 and 300 mW cm−2 at 450 °C, 500 °C, and 550 °C, respectively, were obtained using a simple current collection method with wet H2 fuel. Impedance analysis indicated that the SOFC has a potential to be improved by optimizing the current collection method. Bundle concept using the SOFCs with the packing density of 100 cells in 1 cm3 was also proposed.  相似文献

Cyanamide was used in the preparation series of metal–nitrogen–carbon (M–N–C) oxygen reduction catalysts. The best catalyst, treated at 1050 °C, shows good performance versus previously reported non-precious metal catalysts with an OCV ~ 1.0 V and a current density of 105 mA/cm2 (iR-corrected) at 0.80 V in H2/O2 fuel cell testing (catalyst loading: 4 mg cm? 2). Although nitrogen content has been previously correlated positively with ORR activity, no such trend is observed here for any nitrogen type. The combined effects of nitrogen and sulfur incorporation into the carbon may account for the high activity of the 1050 °C catalyst.  相似文献

Transition-metal doped double-perovskite structure oxides GdBaCo2/3Fe2/3Ni2/3O5+δ (FN-GBCO), GdBaCo2/3Fe2/3Cu2/3O5+δ (FC-GBCO), GdBaCoCuO5+δ (C-GBCO) and pristine GdBaCo2O5+δ (GBCO) were synthesized via a citrate combustion method. The thermal-expansion coefficient (TEC) and electrochemical performance of the oxides were investigated as potential cathodes for intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells (IT-SOFCs). The TEC exhibited by the FC-GBCO cathode up to 900 °C is 14.6 × 10?6 °C?1, which is lower than the value of GBCO (19.9 × 10?6 °C?1). Area specific resistances (ASR) of 0.165 Ω cm2 at 700 °C and 0.048 Ω cm2 at 750 °C were achieved for the FC-GBCO cathode on a Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.95 (CGO) electrolyte. An electrolyte supported (300 μm thick) single-cell configuration of FC-GBCO/CGO/Ni-CGO attained a maximum power density of 435 mW cm?2 at 700 °C. The unique composition of GBCO co-doped with Fe and Cu ions in the Co sites exhibited reduced TEC and enhancement of electrochemical performance and good chemical compatibility with CGO, and this composition is proving to be a potential cathode for IT-SOFCs.  相似文献

A high performance cathode-supported solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), suitable for operating in weakly humidified hydrogen and methane, has been developed. The SOFC is essentially made up by a YSZ/LSM composite supporting cathode, a thin YSZ film electrolyte, and a GDC-impregnated La0.75Sr0.25Cr0.5Mn0.5O3 (LSCM) anode. A gas tight thin YSZ film (∼27 μm) was formed during the co-sintering of cathode/electrolyte bi-layer at 1200 °C. The cathode-supported SOFC developed in this study showed encouraging performance with maximum power density of 0.182, 0.419, 0.628 and 0.818 W cm−2 in air/3% H2O–97% H2 (and 0.06, 0.158, 0.221 and 0.352 W cm−2 in air/3% H2O–97% CH4) at 750, 800, 850 and 900 °C, respectively. Such performance is close to that of the cathode-supported cell (0.42 W cm−2 vs. 0.455 W cm−2 in humidified H2 at 800 °C) developed by Yamahara et al. [Solid State Ionics 176 (2005) 451–456] with a Co-infiltrated supporting LSM-YSZ cathode, a (Sc2O3)0.1(Y2O3)0.01(ZrO2)0.89 (SYSZ) electrolyte of 15 μm in thickness and a SYSZ/Ni anode, indicating that the performance of the GDC-impregnated LSCM anode is comparable to that made of Ni cermet while stable in weakly humidified methane fuel.  相似文献

The ceramic powders of BaCe1?xYxO3?α (x = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20) have been prepared via a microemulsion method. Green compacts of the powders were sintered to densities higher than 95% of theoretical at the lower temperature (1500 °C). The obtained ceramics showed a single-phase of orthorhombic perovskite. The proton conduction was investigated by employing the techniques of AC impedance and electrochemical hydrogen permeation (hydrogen pumping) at 300–600 °C. It was found that the ceramics were almost pure proton conductors in wet hydrogen, and the highest proton conductivity was observed for x = 0.15 at 600 °C. Ammonia was synthesized successfully from nitrogen and hydrogen at atmospheric pressure in the electrolytic cell using BaCe0.85Y0.15O3?α. The maximum rate of NH3 formation was found to be 2.1 × 10?9 mol s?1 cm?2 at 500 °C with an applied current of 0.75 mA.  相似文献

Characteristics of the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) films containing 0.11 wt% of malachite green oxalate or 6GX-setoglausine and about 100 μm in thickness were studied for use as routine dosimeters in radiation processing. These films show basically color bleaching under irradiation with 60Co γ-rays in a dose range of 5–50 kGy. The sensitivity of the dosimeters and the linearity of dose-response curves are improved by adding 2.5% of chloral hydrate [CCl3CH(OH)2] and 0.15% hydroquinone [HOC6H4OH]. These additions extend the minimum dose limit to 1 kGy covering dosimetry requirements of the quality assurance in radiation processing of food and healthcare products. The dose responses of both dyed PVC films at irradiation temperatures from 20°C to 35°C are constant relative to those at 25°C, and the temperature coefficients for irradiation temperatures from 35°C to 55°C were estimated to be (0.43±0.01)%/°C. The dosimeter characteristics are stable within 1% at 25°C before and 60 days after the end of irradiation.  相似文献

TiO2@Sn core–shell nanotube material prepared by thermal decomposition of SnCl4 on TiO2 nanotubes at 300 °C has been demonstrated superior Li-ion storage capability of 176 mA h/g even at high current rate of 4000 mA/g (charge and discharge of all TiO2 within 5 min) in spite of using low carbon content (5 wt%). This value corresponds to volumetric energy densities of 317 mA h/cm3, and its value was 3.5-fold larger than that of the bare TiO2 nanotubes.  相似文献

CO2 solubility was measured in a wetted-wall column in 0.6–3.6 molal (m) piperazine (PZ) and 2.5–6.2 m potassium ion (K+) at 40–110 °C. Piperazine speciation was determined using 1H NMR for 0.6–3.6 m piperazine (PZ) and 3.6–6.2 m potassium ion (K+) at 25–70 °C. The capacity of CO2 in solution increases as total solute concentration increases and compares favorably with estimates for 7 m (30 wt.%) monoethanolamine (MEA). The presence of potassium in solution increases the concentration of CO32−/HCO3 in solution, buffering the solution. The buffer reduces protonation of the free amine, but increases the amount of carbamate species. These competing effects yield a maximum fraction of reactive species at a potassium to piperazine ratio of 2:1.A rigorous thermodynamic model was developed, based on the electrolyte nonrandom two-liquid (ENRTL) theory, to describe the equilibrium behavior of the solvent. Modeling work established that the carbamate stability of piperazine and piperazine carbamate resembles primary amines and gives approximately equal values for the heats of reaction, ΔHrxn (18.3 and 16.5 kJ/mol). The pKa of piperazine carbamate is twice that of piperazine, but the ΔHrxn values are equivalent (∼−45 kJ/mol). Overall, the heat of CO2 absorption is lowered by the formation of significant quantities of HCO3 in the mixed solvent and strongly depends on the relative concentrations of K+ and PZ, ranging from −40 to −75 kJ/mol.  相似文献

A novel strategy based on the Ugi multicomponent reaction was employed for immobilizing horseradish peroxidase on sodium alginate-coated gold electrode. The electrode was employed for constructing an amperometric biosensor device using 1 mM hydroquinone as electrochemical mediator. The electrode showed linear response (poised at −300 mV vs Ag/AgCl) toward H2O2 concentration between 70 μM and 8.8 mM at pH 7.0. The biosensor reached 95% of steady-state current in about 12 s and its sensitivity was 33.8 mA/M cm2. The electrode retained full initial activity after 30 days of storage at 4 °C in 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, pH 7.0.  相似文献

Two simple and sensitive high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods have been developed for the simultaneous determination of three different quinolones: enrofloxacin, lomefloxacin and ofloxacin in their pure and dosage forms, one with reversed phase HPLC and the other with ion-pair HPLC. In reversed phase HPLC, method (A), the mobile phase consists of 2.18% aqueous solution of KH2PO4 with pH adjusted to 2.4 ± 0.2 with acetonitrile (80:20; v/v), the mobile phase pumped at flow rate of 1.2 ml min?1. A Neucleosil C18 column (10 μm, 100 Å), 250 mm length × 4.6 mm diameter was utilized as stationary phase. Detection was affected spectrophotometrically at 294 nm. While in ion-pair HPLC, method (B), the mobile phase was aqueous solution of 0.65% sodium perchlorate and 0.31% ammonium acetate adjusted to pH 2.2 ± 0.2 with orthophosphoric acid: acetonitrile (81:19; v/v), the mobile phase pumped at flow rate of 1.5 ml min?1. A μ bondapack C18 column (10 μm, 100 Å), 250 mm length × 4.6 mm diameter was utilized as stationary phase. Detection was affected spectrophotometrically at 294 nm. Linearity ranges for enrofloxacin, lomefloxacin and ofloxacin were 4.0–108, 7.0–112 and 8.0–113 μg ml?1, respectively using method A and 8.0–112, 7.0–112 and 5.0–105 μg ml?1, respectively applying method B. Minimum detection limits obtained were 0.013, 0.023 and 0.035 μg ml?1 for enrofloxacin, lomefloxacin and ofloxacin, respectively using method A, and 0.028, 0.023 and 0.011 μg ml?1 using method B. The proposed methods were further applied to the analysis of enrofloxacin in injection and tablets containing the ofloxacin and lomefloxacin drugs, and the results were satisfied.  相似文献

A silicon carbide-based membrane was formed in the macropores of an α-alumina support tube by chemical vapor deposition of triisopropylsilane at 700–800°C with a forced cross-flow through the porous wall. The membrane permeated gases except H2O mainly by the Knudsen diffusion mechanism at permeation temperatures of 50–400°C. The H2/H2O selectivity was near or below unity because of the hydrophilic nature of the membrane. After a heat-treatment in Ar at 1000°C for 1 h, however, the membrane formed at a final evacuation pressure of 1 kPa exhibited a H2/H2O selectivity of 3–5, for a mixed feed of H2–H2O–HBr system, associated in a thermochemical water-splitting process. The H2 permeance was (5–6)×10−7 mol m−2 s−1 Pa−1 at 50–400°C. The membrane maintained the H2/H2O selectivity for more than 100 h in the H2–H2O–HBr mixture at 400°C.  相似文献
