This article deals with the problem of synchronization of fractional‐order memristor‐based BAM neural networks (FMBNNs) with time‐delay. We investigate the sufficient conditions for adaptive synchronization of FMBNNs with fractional‐order 0 < α < 1. The analysis is based on suitable Lyapunov functional, differential inclusions theory, and master‐slave synchronization setup. We extend the analysis to provide some useful criteria to ensure the finite‐time synchronization of FMBNNs with fractional‐order 1 < α < 2, using Mittag‐Leffler functions, Laplace transform, and linear feedback control techniques. Numerical simulations with two numerical examples are given to validate our theoretical results. Presence of time‐delay and fractional‐order in the model shows interesting dynamics. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 412–426, 2016  相似文献

In this paper, multi‐switching combination–combination synchronization scheme has been investigated between a class of four non‐identical fractional‐order chaotic systems. The fractional‐order Lorenz and Chen's systems are taken as drive systems. The combination–combination of multi drive systems is then synchronized with the combination of fractional‐order Lü and Rössler chaotic systems. In multi‐switching combination–combination synchronization, the state variables of two drive systems synchronize with different state variables of two response systems simultaneously. Based on the stability of fractional‐order chaotic systems, the multi‐switching combination–combination synchronization of four fractional‐order non‐identical systems has been investigated. For the synchronization of four non‐identical fractional‐order chaotic systems, suitable controllers have been designed. Theoretical analysis and numerical results are presented to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the applied method. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this article, based on the stability theory of fractional‐order systems, chaos synchronization is achieved in the fractional‐order modified Van der Pol–Duffing system via a new linear control approach. A fractional backstepping controller is also designed to achieve chaos synchronization in the proposed system. Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy models‐based are also presented to achieve chaos synchronization in the fractional‐order modified Van der Pol–Duffing system via linear control technique. Numerical simulations are used to verify the effectiveness of the synchronization schemes. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 116–124, 2016  相似文献

This article deals with the problem of control of canonical non‐integer‐order dynamical systems. We design a simple dynamical fractional‐order integral sliding manifold with desired stability and convergence properties. The main feature of the proposed dynamical sliding surface is transferring the sign function in the control input to the first derivative of the control signal. Therefore, the resulted control input is smooth and without any discontinuity. So, the harmful chattering, which is an inherent characteristic of the traditional sliding modes, is avoided. We use the fractional Lyapunov stability theory to derive a sliding control law to force the system trajectories to reach the sliding manifold and remain on it forever. A nonsmooth positive definite function is applied to prove the existence of the sliding motion in a given finite time. Some computer simulations are presented to show the efficient performance of the proposed chattering‐free fractional‐order sliding mode controller. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this paper, a novel fractional‐integer integral type sliding mode technique for control and generalized function projective synchronization of different fractional‐order chaotic systems with different dimensions in the presence of disturbances is presented. When the upper bounds of the disturbances are known, a sliding mode control rule is proposed to insure the existence of the sliding motion in finite time. Furthermore, an adaptive sliding mode control is designed when the upper bounds of the disturbances are unknown. The stability analysis of sliding mode surface is given using the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the results performed for synchronization of three‐dimensional fractional‐order chaotic Hindmarsh‐Rose (HR) neuron model and two‐dimensional fractional‐order chaotic FitzHugh‐Nagumo (FHN) neuron model.  相似文献

This article presents new theoretical results on the synchronization for a class of fractional‐order delayed neural networks with hybrid coupling that contains constant coupling and discrete‐delay coupling. This is the first attempt to investigate the synchronization problem of fractional‐order coupled delayed neural networks. Based on the fractional‐order Lyapunov stability theorem and Kronecker product properties, sufficient criteria are established to ensure the fractional‐order coupled neural network to achieve synchronization. Numerical simulations are given to illustrate the correctness of the theoretical results. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 106–112, 2016  相似文献

In this work, we investigate a boundary problem with non‐local conditions for mixed parabolic–hyperbolic‐type equation with three lines of type changing with Caputo fractional derivative in the parabolic part. We equivalently reduce considered problem to the system of second kind Volterra integral equations. In the parabolic part, we use solution of the first boundary problem with appropriate Green's function, and in hyperbolic parts, we use corresponding solutions of the Cauchy problem. This paper concentrates on the global synchronization of the fractional‐order multi‐linked complex network (FMCN) via periodically intermittent control. It should be stressed that periodically intermittent control is employed to the FMCN for the first time. Moreover, the network is defined on digraphs with different weights, and two situations on topological structure of the network are discussed, including each digraph being strongly connected, and the biggest one being strongly connected. Based on Lyapunov method and graph theory, some synchronization criteria are obtained under two situations. And, the obtained synchronization criteria have a close relationship with the order of fractional‐order derivative, coupling strength, control gain, control rate, and control period. Besides, for practicability, theoretical results are applied to studying the synchronization of fractional‐order multi‐linked chaotic systems, and some sufficient conditions are provided. For a special case, fractional‐order multi‐linked Lorenz chaotic systems, numerical simulations are given to indicate the feasibility of theoretical results and the effectiveness of control strategy.  相似文献

In this paper, we compared two different methods, one numerical technique, viz Legendre multiwavelet method, and the other analytical technique, viz optimal homotopy asymptotic method (OHAM), for solving fractional‐order Kaup–Kupershmidt (KK) equation. Two‐dimensional Legendre multiwavelet expansion together with operational matrices of fractional integration and derivative of wavelet functions is used to compute the numerical solution of nonlinear time‐fractional KK equation. The approximate solutions of time fractional Kaup–Kupershmidt equation thus obtained by Legendre multiwavelet method are compared with the exact solutions as well as with OHAM. The present numerical scheme is quite simple, effective, and expedient for obtaining numerical solution of fractional KK equation in comparison to analytical approach of OHAM. This article focuses on the problem of exponential synchronization for fractional‐order chaotic systems via a nonfragile controller. A criterion for α‐exponential stability of an error system is obtained using the drive‐response synchronization concept together with the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities approach. The uncertainty in system is considered with polytopic form together with structured form. The sufficient conditions are derived for two kinds of structured uncertainty, namely, (1) norm bounded one and (2) linear fractional transformation one. Finally, numerical examples are presented by taking the fractional‐order chaotic Lorenz system and fractional‐order chaotic Newton–Leipnik system to illustrate the applicability of the obtained theory. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This study considers the problem of control and synchronization between fractional‐order and integer‐order, N‐components reaction‐diffusion systems with nonidentical coefficients and different nonlinear parts. The control scheme is designed using the Lyapunov direct method. The results are exemplified by two significant biochemical models, namely, the fractional‐order Lengyel‐Epstein model and the Gray‐Scott model. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, numerical simulations are performed in one and two space dimensions using Homotopy Analysis Method (HAM).  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a Riesz–Feller space‐fractional backward diffusion problem with a time‐dependent coefficient We show that this problem is ill‐posed; therefore, we propose a convolution regularization method to solve it. New error estimates for the regularized solution are given under a priori and a posteriori parameter choice rules, respectively. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this article, we consider two‐dimensional fractional subdiffusion equations with mixed derivatives. A high‐order compact scheme is proposed to solve the problem. We establish a sufficient condition and show that the scheme converges with fourth order in space and second order in time under this condition.© 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this article, the finite‐time stochastic stability of fractional‐order singular systems with time delay and white noise is investigated. First the existence and uniqueness of solution for the considered system is derived using the basic fractional calculus theory. Then based on the Gronwall's approach and stochastic analysis technique, the sufficient condition for the finite‐time stability criterion is developed. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the obtained theory. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 370–379, 2016  相似文献

This paper is devoted to investigate synchronization and antisynchronization of N‐coupled general fractional‐order complex chaotic systems described by a unified mathematical expression with ring connection. By means of the direct design method, the appropriate controllers are designed to transform the fractional‐order error dynamical system into a nonlinear system with antisymmetric structure. Thus, by using the recently established result for the Caputo fractional derivative of a quadratic function and a fractional‐order extension of the Lyapunov direct method, several stability criteria are derived to ensure the occurrence of synchronization and antisynchronization among N‐coupled fractional‐order complex chaotic systems. Moreover, numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design.  相似文献

In this paper, we apply the dual reciprocity boundary elements method for the numerical solution of two‐dimensional linear and nonlinear time‐fractional modified anomalous subdiffusion equations and time‐fractional convection–diffusion equation. The fractional derivative of problems is described in the Riemann–Liouville and Caputo senses. We employ the linear radial basis function for interpolation of the nonlinear, inhomogeneous and time derivative terms. This method is improved by using a predictor–corrector scheme to overcome the nonlinearity which appears in the nonlinear problems under consideration. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed schemes are checked by five test problems. The proposed method is employed for solving some examples in two dimensions on unit square and also in complex regions to demonstrate the efficiency of the new technique. In the present article, the authors have proposed a modified projective adaptive synchronization technique for fractional‐order chaotic systems. The adaptive projective synchronization controller and identification parameters law are developed on the basis of Lyapunov direct stability theory. The proposed method is successfully applied for the projective synchronization between fractional‐order hyperchaotic Lü system as drive system and fractional‐order hyperchaotic Lorenz chaotic system as response system. A comparison between the effects on synchronization time due to the presence of fractional‐order time derivatives for modified projective synchronization method and proposed modified adaptive projective synchronization technique is the key feature of the present article. Numerical simulation results, which are carried out using Adams–Boshforth–Moulton method show that the proposed technique is effective, convenient and also faster for projective synchronization of fractional‐order nonlinear dynamical systems. This paper is devoted to discuss a multidimensional backward heat conduction problem for time‐fractional diffusion equation with inhomogeneous source. This problem is ill‐posed. We use quasi‐reversibility regularization method to solve this inverse problem. Moreover, the convergence estimates between regularization solution and the exact solution are obtained under the a priori and the a posteriori choice rules. Finally, the numerical examples for one‐dimensional and two‐dimensional cases are presented to show that our method is feasible and effective.  相似文献

This paper presents a shifted fractional‐order Jacobi orthogonal function (SFJF) based on the definition of the classical Jacobi polynomial. A new fractional integral operational matrix of the SFJF is presented and derived. We propose the spectral Tau method, in conjunction with the operational matrices of the Riemann–Liouville fractional integral for SFJF and derivative for Jacobi polynomial, to solve a class of time‐fractional partial differential equations with variable coefficients. In this algorithm, the approximate solution is expanded by means of both SFJFs for temporal discretization and Jacobi polynomials for spatial discretization. The proposed tau scheme, both in temporal and spatial discretizations, successfully reduced such problem into a system of algebraic equations, which is far easier to be solved. Numerical results are provided to demonstrate the high accuracy and superiority of the proposed algorithm over existing ones. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The shifted Legendre collocation method is used to solve the two‐dimensional fractional order aerosol equation with initial and boundary conditions. The solution profile of the equation is presented graphically for different cases. The important feature of the article is graphical exhibitions of the effect of the size of the aerosol particles and also the temporal derivative on the solution profile. The salient feature of the article is the demonstration of lower variation of mass concentration with the change in time level in fractional order systems than that in integer order system. A drive has been taken towards the tabular and pictorial presentations of a comparison of the numerical solution of our proposed method with an analytical solution of an existing problem through error analysis which conforms super‐linearly convergence rate of the proposed method to validate its efficiency and effectiveness.  相似文献
