Rare earth complexes with organic ligands have been used as luminescence-material usually. Homo- and Heterodinuclear α-Pyridonate-bridged Platinum and Palladium Complexes with Bis(N-methylimidazol-2-yl)ketone (BMIK). Crystal Structures of [(BMIK)Pt(α-pyridonate)2Pt(BMIK)](NO3)2 · 4H2O, [(BMIK)Pd(α-pyridonate)2Pd(BMIK)](NO3)2 · 4H2O, and [(BMIK)Pd(α-pyridonate)2Pt/Pd(BMIK)](NO3)2 · 4H2O The isotypic dinuclear complexes [(BMIK)Pt(α-pyridonate)2Pt(BMIK)](NO3)2 · 4H2O ( 1 ) (P1 ; a = 12.197(5) Å, b = 12.505(5) Å, c = 12.866(5) Å, α = 88.17(3)°, β = 73.55(3)°, γ = 69.84(3)°; Z = 2) and [(BMIK)Pd(α-pyridonate)2Pd(BMIK)](NO3)2 · 4H2O ( 2 ) (a = 12.408(3) Å, b = 12.660(3) Å, c = 12.913(3) Å, α = 89.55(3)°, β = 74.59(2)°, γ = 68.68(2)°) were prepared by reaction of [Pt(BMIK)(H2O)2](NO3)2 or [Pd(BMIK)(H2O)2](NO3)2 with α-pyridone in aqueous solutions at 40°C and were isolated as red air-stable crystals (BMIK = bis(N-methylimidazol-2-yl)ketone). For the synthesis of mixed crystals of 2 with the heterometal complex [(BMIK)Pd(α-pyridonate)2Pt(BMIK)](NO3)2 · 4H2O ( 3 ) (a = 12.430(4) Å, b = 12.648(3) Å, c = 12.907(4) Å, α = 89.64(2)°, β = 74.57(2)°, γ = 68.65(2)°) α-pyridone was reacted with [Pd(BMIK)(H2O)2](NO3)2 in a molar ratio of 2 : 1 followed by addition of [Pt(BMIK)(H2O)2](NO3)2. The dinuclear cations consist of two M(BMIK) moieties (M = Pt, Pd) bridged by the N- and O-atoms of α-pyridonate, forcing the heterocyclic ring into head-head-orientation. Within the dinuclear cation, the two metal atoms are between 2.840 Å and 2.860 Å apart. The intermolecular distances are between 4.762 Å and 4.837 Å. The coordination geometry of both metal atoms is square-planar with the metal atoms being diplaced slightly from their respective coordination planes toward each other. 1H and 195Pt NMR spectra are reported for the complexes.  相似文献

Summary.  Single crystals of MgAl2F8(H2O)2 have been obtained under hydrothermal conditions (250°C, 14 d) from a starting mixture of AlF3 and MgAlF5(H2O)2 in a 5% (w/w) HF solution. The crystal structure has been determined and refined from single crystal data (Fmmm (#69), Z = 4, a = 7.2691(7), b = 7.0954(16), c = 12.452(2) ?, 281 structure factors, 27 parameters, R(F 2 > 2σ (F 2)) = 0.0282, wR(F 2 all) = 0.0885). The obtained crystals were systematically twinned according to (010/100/001) as twinning matrix, reflecting the pseudo-tetragonal metric. The crystal structure is composed of perowskite-type layers built of corner sharing AlF6 octahedra with an overall composition of AlF4 which are connected via common fluorine atoms of [MgF4/2(H2O)2/1] octahedra. Group-subgroup relations of MgAl2F8(H2O)2 to WO3(H2O)0.33 and to other M(II)M(III)2 F8(H2O)2 structures are briefly discussed. Above 570°C, MgAl2F8(H2O)2 decomposes under elimination of water into α-AlF3, β-AlF3, and MgF2. Received October 29, 2001. Accepted (revised) December 6, 2001  相似文献

The crystal structure of bis(semicarbazido)copper(II) nitrate [Cu(NH2NHC(O)NH2)2](NO3)2 has been studied by X-ray diffraction. Monoclinic crystals, a = 6.835(2) Å, b = 7.733(2) Å, c = 10.320(3) Å, β = 105.701(3)°, V = 525.1(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d msd = 2.136 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 2.143 mm−1. The structure was solved with the program for automatic analysis of Patterson’s function and refined by full-matrix least squares in an anisotropic approximation for all non-hydrogen atoms using 753 independent reflections; R 1 = 0.0203. The square environment of the Cu atom is formed from the amino nitrogen atoms of the hydrazine fragments and the C=O oxygen atoms of the two semicarbazide bidentate molecules (Cu-N 1.928 Å, Cu-O 1.999 Å). The axial positions are occupied by the O atoms of the NO 3 outer-spheric anions (Cu-O 2.505 Å). It has been demonstrated that Co2V2O7 and InVO4 react with each other forming a new compound of the Co2InV3O11 formula, when their molar ratio is equal to 1:1, or among CoCO3, In2O3 and V2O5, mixed at a molar ratio of 4:1:3. This compound melts incongruently at the temperature of 960±5°C, depositing crystals of InVO4. It crystallizes in the triclinic system and the unit cell parameters amount to: a=0.6524(6) nm, b=0.6885(5) nm, c=1.0290(4) nm, α=96.5°, β=104.1°, γ=100.9°, Z=2. The phase equilibria being established in the Co2V2O7–InVO4 system over the whole components concentration range up to the solidus line were described.  相似文献

The complex [Co(2-Me-Pyz)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 is synthesized and its structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 10.685(2) Å, b = 6.837(1), c = 12.515(3) Å, β = 91.84(3)°, V = 913.8(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.042 g/cm 3, Z = 2. The Co2+ ion (in the inversion center) is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted octahedron by two nitrogen atoms of methylpyrazine and four oxygen atoms of the water molecules (Co(1)–N(1) 2.180(3), average Co(1)–O(w) 2.079(3) Å, angles at the Co atom 87.9(1)–92.1(1)°). Supramolecular pseudometallocycles are formed in the structure through the O(w)–H…N(1) hydrogen bonds between the coordinated H2O molecules and the terminal nitrogen atoms of the 2-methylpyrazine molecules. Their interaction results in the formation of supramolecular layers joined by the NO3 groups into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

The heteropolytungstate (NH4)20[Na2(H2O)2Ni(H2O)5{Ni(H2O)}2As4W40O140] · 61H2O is obtained by the reaction of Na27[NaAs4W40O140] · 60H2O with NiCl2 · 6H2O and NH4Cl in pH≈4.0. The structure and chemical composition are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis and element analysis. The crystal data and main structure refinement are: a = 1.33135(18) nm, b = 1.9722(3) nm, c = 3.6430(5) nm, α = 78.010(2)°, β = 82.145(2)δ, γ = 74.385(2)°, V = 8.978(2) nm3, triclinic crystal system, space group: P1, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0512, and wR2 = 0.0684(I >2σ). The four S2 sites of the big cyclic ligand [As4W40O140]28- are occupied by two Na+ and two Ni2+ respectively, and each site supplies four Od coordinating to metal ion. The coordination number of Ni2+ is six, and that of two Na+ is five and six respectively. The third Ni2+ locates outside the cyclic [As4W40O140]28- and connects with one Od, and its coordination number is six.  相似文献

A supramolecular adduct of gadolinium aqua nitrato complex and cucurbit[6]uril { [Gd(NO3)(H2O)7](C5H5N)@(C36H36N24O12)}(NO3)2·10H2O is obtained by slow diffusion of methanol into an aqueous solution containing gadolinium nitrate, pyridine, and cucurbit[6]uril. According to single crystal X-ray diffraction data, water molecules coordinated to metal atom make hydrogen bonds to polarized carbonyl groups of the macrocycle. The heptaaquanitratogadolinium(III) [Gd(NO3)(H2O)7]2+ cation is structurally characterized for the first time. Crystal system is triclinic, space group \(P\overline 1 \), a = 12.3137(4) Å, b = 14.2334(5) Å, c = 19.5629(6) Å; α = 80.850(1)°, β = 86.879(1)°, γ = 68.855(1)°; V = 3157.15(18) Å3, Z = 2. Oriented hydrogen-bonded chains of alternating cucurbit[6]uril molecules and gadolinium aqua cations form in the crystal structure.  相似文献

A novel La( III )‐Cu( II ) heterometallic coordination polymer {[LaCu2(NTA)2(4,4′‐bpy)(H2O)3]NO3·5H2O]n, where H3NTA denotes nitrilotriacetic acid and 4,4′‐bpy denotes 4, 4‐bipyridine, was synthesized and characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis and X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group Pi with cell parameters a = 1.33710(10) nm, b = 1,44530(10) nm, c =1.0949(2) nm, α = 71.905(7)°, β = 74.327(7)°, γ = 64.427(9)°, V = 1.7912(4) nm3and Z = 2. It consists of heterometallic units, in which each La( II ) ion is coordinated in a distorted monocapped square antiprism by three oxygen atoms from water molecules and six carboxyl oxygen atoms from five NTA3? ions, and each Cu( I ) ion is coordinated by one nitrogen atom from 4,4′‐bpy and one nitrogen atom, three oxygen atoms from NTA3?. In the title complex, La( I ) ions and Cu( II ) ions are connected by the heterometallic bridging of NTA3?, constructing a two‐dimensional network structure along the [110]. And it is extended into an infinite three‐dimensional network structure by the formation of homometallic bridging of Cu‐4, 4′‐bpy‐Cu, exhibiting a certain inclusion ability.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of doubly protonated tetraazamacrocyclic complex of gold(III) [Au(C14H24N4)][H3O](ClO4)4 has been determined. The crystals are monoclinic: a = 11.158(2) Å, b = 8.243(1) Å, c = 14.756(2) Å; β = 98.65(1)°, V = 1341.8(3) Å3, Z = 2, ρ(calc) = 1.134 g/cm3, space group P21/n. The structure is built of almost flat centrosymmetrical Au(C14H24N4)]3+ and [H3O]+ cations and [ClO4]? anions. The gold atom is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms of the ligand forming a flat square. The coordinated ligand is protonated at its γ-carbon atoms of the two six-membered chelate rings. The Au-N bond lengths are almost identical (the mean value is 1.994 Å). The six-membered rings of the complex contain C=N diimine bonds. The [H3O]+ oxonium ion has H-bonds with the oxygen atoms of perchlorate ions.  相似文献

Coordination polymers, {[Cd(2-mBIM)3](ClO4)2} n (1) and [Cd(BIM)2(NO3)2] n (2), have been prepared from the reaction of bis(2-methylimidazol-1-yl)methane(2-mBIM) with Cd(ClO4)2 and bis(imidazol-1-yl)methane (BIM) with Cd(NO3)2 in ethanol and water, respectively. Their structures were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. Compound 1 crystallizes in the rhombohedral space group R-3c with a = b = 12.3617(5) Å, c = 38.896(3) Å, γ = 120°, V = 5147.5(5) Å3, z = 6. The CdII occupies a crystallographic inversion center and is coordinated by six N atoms from six distinct 2-mBIM ligands to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Each 2-mBIM is coordinated to two CdII cations, linking alternatively four CdII cations, resulting in a 32-membered M4L4 macrometallacycle. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with a = 14.400(3) Å, b = 9.3894(18) Å, c = 8.6926(17) Å, β = 123.499(2)°, V = 980.1(3) Å3, z = 2. The Cd coordinates to four nitrogen atoms from four different BIM and two nitrates to form a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The BIM ligands bridge to form a 1-D infinite double-bridged chain structure with 16-membered M2L2 macrometallacyclic structural units.  相似文献

The efflorescence and deliquescence processes of Mg(NO3)2 aerosol particles deposited on ZnSe substrate have been investigated through in situ Fourier transform infrared-attenuated total reflection (FTIR-ATR) technique at the molecular level. At relative humidity (RH) of ∼3%, Mg(NO3)2 particles existed as amorphous states. The amorphous Mg(NO3)2 particles were transformed into crystalline Mg(NO3)2 · nH2O (n ≤ 5) with slight increasing of RH. Thermodynamically stable Mg(NO3)2·6H2O crystals were gradually formed on the particle surface and started to be dissolved at the saturation point (∼53% RH). At the same time, a continuous phase transition from Mg(NO3)2 · nH2O (n≤5) to Mg(NO3)2·6H2O occurred on the particle surface. This led the solid particles to completely deliquesce at 76% RH, which was much higher than the saturation point of 53% RH. In the efflorescence process, Mg(NO3)2 droplets entered into the supersaturated region due to the gradual evaporation of water. Finally, amorphous particles were formed when RH decreased below 5%. In the FTIR-ATR spectra of the supersaturated Mg(NO3)2 droplets, the absorbance of the symmetric stretching vibration of NO 3 (v 1- NO 3 ) clearly became stronger. It resulted from the continuous formation of solvent share ion pairs (SIPs), and even the contact ion pairs (CIPs) between Mg2+ and NO 3 . Summary.  Hydrazinium(+2) fluoroarsenate(III) fluoride was prepared by the reaction of hydrazinium(+2) fluoride and liquid arsenic trifluoride. N2H6AsF4F is stable at 273 K, but decomposes slowly at room temperature. N2H6AsF4F crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnn2 with a = 774.0(2) pm, b = 1629.2(4) pm and c = 436.6(1) pm; V = 0.5506(3) nm3, Z = 4 and d c  = 2.461 g cm−3. The structure consists of N2H6 2+ cations, AsF4 anions, and F anions and is interconnected by a hydrogen bonding network. Distorted trigonal-bipyramidal AsF4 units are very weakly interconnected and form chains along the b axis. Bands in the Raman spectrum are assigned to the vibrations of N2H6 +2 cations and AsF4 anions. Corresponding author. Powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies have been performed for anhydrous nitrate complexes Rb2[Pd(NO3)4] (I) and Cs2[Pd(NO3)4] (II). Crystal data for I: a = 7.843(1) Å, b = 7.970(1) Å, c = 9.725(1) Å; β = 100.39(1)°, V = 597.9(1) Å 3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d calc = 2.918 g/cm3; for II: a = 10.309(2) Å, b = 10.426(2) Å, c = 11.839(2) Å; β = 108.17(3)°, V = 1209.0(4) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 4, d calc = 3.408 g/cm3. The structures are formed by isolated [Pd(NO3)4]2? complex anions and alkali metal cations. The plane-square environment of the Pd atom is formed from the oxygen atoms of the monodentate nitrate groups. The geometrical characteristics of the complex anions are analyzed. Compound II has a short contact Pd...Cs 3.252 Å.  相似文献

Er3+-doped Al2O3 nanopowders have been prepared by the non-aqueous sol-gel method using the aluminum isopropoxide as precursor, acetylacetone as a chelating agent, nitric acid as a catalyzer, and hydrated erbium nitrate as a dopant under isopropanol environment. The different phase structure, including three crystalline types of (Al, Er)2O3 phases, α, γ, θ, and an Er–Al–O stoichiometric compound phase, Al10Er6O24, was observed for the 0.01–0.5 mol% Er3+-doped Al2O3 nanopowders at the sintering temperature of 1,000 °C. The green and red up-conversion emissions centered at about 523, 545 and 660 nm, corresponding respectively to the 2H11/2, 4S3/24I15/2 and 4F9/24I15/2 transitions of Er3+, were detected by a 978 nm semiconductor laser diodes excitation. With increasing Er3+ doping concentration from 0.01 to 0.1 mol%, the intensity of the green and red emissions increased with a decrease of the intensity ratio of the green to red emission. When the Er3+ doping concentration rose to 5 mol%, the intensity of the green and red emissions decreased with an increase of their intensity ratio. The maximum intensity of both the green and red emissions with the minimum of intensity ratio was obtained, respectively, for the 0.1 mol% Er3+-doped Al2O3 nanopowders composed of a single α-(Al,Er)2O3 phase. The intensity ratio of the green emission at 523 and 545 nm increased monotonously for all Er3+ doping concentrations. The two-photon absorption up-conversion process was involved in the green and red up-conversion emissions of the Er3+-doped Al2O3 nanopowders.  相似文献

A novel Cu(II) complex Cu2(Endc)2(Bipy)2 has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(NO3)2 · 3H2O, Endc (endo-norbornene-cis-5,6-dicarboxylic acid), and Bipy (2,2-bipyridine) at room temperature. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, P \(\bar 1\) with a = 9.0373(10), b = 10.1637(11), c = 10.5574(12) Å, α = 65.78(1)°, β = 72.32(2)°, β = 73.23(2)°, Z = 1, V = 827.46(16) Å3, ρ c = 2.160 g/cm3, F(000) = 410.0, R = 0.0483 and wR = 0.0958 independent reflections for 4468 observed ones (I > 2 σ(I)).The Cu2+ ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from the Bipy molecule and three oxygen atoms from two Endc, giving a distorted squarepyramidal coordination geometry. Two neighboring Cu2+ ions are bridged by a pair of bimonodentate carboxyl groups of different Endc acids, giving a centrosymmetrical binuclear structure which a Cu…Cu distance of 3.2946 Å. The photoluminescence properties of the complex were studied at room temperature. The complex displays an obvious photoluminescent emission upon excitation at 390 nm in the solid state.  相似文献

The crystal structures of [CuL](NO3)(ReO4) and [CuL](ReO4)2 (L is 4,6,6-trimethyl-1,9-diamino-3,7-diazanon-3-en) are studied. The square coordination of the copper atom in [CuL](NO3)(ReO4) is completed to a distorted octahedron by two oxygen atoms: Cu…O (ReO 4 ? ) 2.393 Å and Cu…O (NO 3 ? ) 2.685 Å, and that in [CuL](ReO4)2, by Cu…O(ReO 4 ? ) 2.468 Å and 2.697 Å. The products of thermolysis of the salts in a hydrogen atmosphere at 800°C are mixtures of nanocrystalline metal powders with coherent scattering regions of ~45 nm.  相似文献

New complexes derived from M3+ salts with polyazine as monometallic such as [Fe (TPPZ)Cl3].½H2O (1) , [Cr (TPPZ)2Cl2]Cl.2EtOH (2) , [La (TPPZ)(NO3)2(H2O)2]NO3.H2O (3) in addition to [Fe (Phen)3]3Cl.7H2O (4) were isolated. Three bimetallic, [H2TPPZ][(AuCl4)2]. H2O (5) , [Ce2(TPPZ)EtOH (NO3)3]3NO3 (6) and [Nd2TPPZCl2(H2O)4]4Cl.CHCl3. 4H2O (7) and mixed ligand complexes, [Fe (TPPZ)(Phen)2]Cl3 (8) , [Fe (TPPZ) (Phen)2][TPPZCl3] (9) , [La2(TPPZ)(Phen)2(EtOH)2]6Cl.CHCl3.EtOH.H2O (10) and [Nd2(TPPZ)(Phen)Cl4]2Cl.3H2O (11) were synthesized and characterized. Crystal data of (4) is tetragonal, I41/a, a = b 35.951 (3) Å, c = 11.9055 (8) Å, α = 80.201 (2)° β = 78.846 (2)°, γ = 89.687 (2)° V = 741.06 (5)Å3, Z = 1 while triclinic, P1, a = 7.3913 (3) Å, b = 9.7344 (4) Å, c = 10.6577 (4) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, V = 741.06 (5)Å3 and Z = 170 for (5) . Analyses, spectral and cyclic voltammetry studies indicate the bonding and the redox properties. Anticancer studies promised to be effective in lanthanides and some complexes were screened against antibacterial or antifungal.  相似文献

Summary A ternary solid complex Gd(Et2dtc)3(phen) has been obtained from reactions of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (NaEt2dtc), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and hydrated gadolinium chloride in absolute ethanol. The title complex was described by chemical and elemental analyses, TG-DTG and IR spectrum. The enthalpy change of liquid-phase reaction of formation of the complex, ΔrHΘm(l), was determined as (-11.628±0.0204) kJ mol-1 at 298.15 K by a RD-496 III heat conduction microcalorimeter. The enthalpy change of the solid-phase reaction of formation of the complex, ΔrHΘm(s), was calculated as (145.306±0.519) kJ mol-1 on the basis of a designed thermochemical cycle. The thermodynamics of reaction of formation of the complex was investigated by changing the temperature of liquid-phase reaction. Fundamental parameters, the apparent reaction rate constant (k), the apparent activation energy (E), the pre-exponential constant (A), the reaction order (n), the activation enthalpy (ΔrHΘ), the activation entropy (ΔrSΘ), the activation free energy (ΔrGΘ) and the enthalpy (ΔrHΘ), were obtained by combination of the thermodynamic and kinetic equations for the reaction with the data of thermokinetic experiments. The constant-volume combustion energy of the complex, ΔcU, was determined as (-18673.71±8.15) kJ mol-1 by a RBC-II rotating-bomb calorimeter at 298.15 K. Its standard enthalpy of combustion, ΔcHΘm, and standard enthalpy of formation, ΔfHΘm, were calculated to be (-18692.92±8.15) kJ mol-1 and (-51.28±9.17) kJ mol-1, respectively.  相似文献

The ethylenediaminetetraacetate complex Li(H2O)3[Ga(Edta)] was synthesized and its crystal structure composed of octahedral (Ga(Edta) anions connected to the Li(H2O)3+ ion through the oxygen atom was studied. Five of the six hydrogen atoms of water molecules are involved in weak hydrogen bonds with the oxygen atoms of four Ga(Edta) complexes, the complex anion is hydrogen-bonded to five water molecules. In addition, shortened contacts C(221)–H(22A)…O(112) between the Ga(Edta) anions were found. As a result, the molecular packing in the crystal is determined by the three-dimensional lace of hydrogen bonds. The results are compared with published data for the lithium salts of Bi(III), Sb(III), Fe(III), Ni(II), and Hg(II) ethylenediaminetetraacetates.  相似文献
