The visible light irradiation of the [(η5-C6H7)Fe(η-C6H6)]+ cation (1) in acetonitrile resulted in the substitution of the benzene ligand to form the labile acetonitrile species [(η5-C6H7)Fe(MeCN)3]+ (2). The reaction of 1 with ButNC in MeCN produced the stable isonitrile complex [(η5-C6H7)Fe(ButNC)3]+ (3). The photochemical reaction of cation 1 with pentaphosphaferrocene Cp*Fe(η-cyclo-P5) afforded the triple-decker cation with the bridging pentaphospholyl ligand, [(η5-C6H7)Fe(μ-η:η-cyclo-P5)FeCp*]+ (4). The latter complex was also synthesized by the reaction of cation 2 with Cp*Fe(η-cyclo-P5). The structure of the complex [3]PF6 was established by X-ray diffraction. The mono- and bisligands complexes formed by rare earth cation (Sc, Y) with pentazolato anion or cyclo-P5 anion, the all-nitrogen counterparts of metallocenes or the all-phosphorus counterparts of metallocenes, have been studied at hybrid basis sets level with the DFT method. The geometric parameters, binding energy and the charge distributions of these complexes were characterized. And their stable orders were obtained. Monoligand complexes incline to become bisligands complexes due to their destabilization. The charge transferring between ligand and metallic cation has affinity with the stability of complex. The possibility of forming stable [M(η 5-E5)2] (M = Sc, Y, E = N, P) complexes is predicted and they are viable synthetic targets theoretically, especially Sc(η 5-N5)2.  相似文献

Irradiation of the cation [η-C5Me4H)Fe(η-C6H6)]++ (1) and ButNC with visible light in acetonitrile results in the displacement of the benzene ligand, giving [(η-C5Me4H)Fe(ButNC)3]+ (2). Reactions of complex 1 with P(OR)3 and dppe in MeCN yield the complexes [(η-C5Me4H)-Fe(MeCN)P(OR)3 2]+ (R = Me (3) and Et (4)) and [(η-C5Me4H)Fe(MeCN)(dppe)]+ (5) containing two Fe—P bonds. The same reactions in CH2Cl2 give the tris(phosphite) complexes [(η-C5Me4H)FeP(OR)3 3]+ (6, 7). A photochemical reaction of complex 1 with pentaphos-phaferrocene Cp*Fe(η-cyclo-P5) yields the triple-decker cation [(η-C5Me4H)Fe(μ-η:η-cyclo-P5)FeCp*]+ (8) with a bridging pentaphospholyl ligand. Structures [2]PF6 and [3]PF6 were identified by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Abstract  Photochemical reaction of methanol solution containing 1,4-diferrocenyl- or 1,4-diphenyl-1,3-butadiynes and iron pentacarbonyl into which CO was constantly bubbled, yielded diiron hexacarbonyl complexes of cumulene ligand systems, [η1: η3-{RCHC2CR(COOMe)}Fe2(CO)6] (1; E, R = Fc, 2; Z, R = Fc, 5; E, R = Ph, 6; Z, R = Ph) and [η3: η3-{RCHC2CR(COOMe)}Fe2(CO)6] (3; E, R = Fc, 7; E, R = Ph), formed by 1,4-addition of –COOMe and –H to the butadiynes. Additionally, diferrole, [Fe(CO)4{C(O)CC(Fc)C(O)}2],4 was obtained in minor quantity. Compounds 1, 2, 5 and 6 contain vinylallyl carbon framework which is stabilized by MeOC=O → Fe bond along with η1: η3 coordinated Fe2(CO)6 unit. Compounds 3 and 7 contain butatriene units which are stabilized by η3: η3 coordinated Fe2(CO)6 unit. Characterization of the new compounds was carried out by IR and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and by mass spectrometry. Molecular structures of 27 were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The molecular and electronic structure of hypothetical metallofullerenes In5C55 (1a) and In10C60 (2a) were simulated by the MNDO/PM3 method. Formally, heterofullerene1a is obtained from the C60 cluster by replacement of the carbon atoms at α-positions relative to one of the pentagons by In atoms, and cluster2a is obtained from the C70 cluster by replacement of the carbon atoms framing the polar pentagons of this fullerene by In atoms. Along with clusters1a and2a, their η5-π-complexes ln(η5-1a (1b) and ln2(2η5-2a) (2b) with one (1b) and two (2b) exohedral In atoms coordinated to the pentagons (pent *) isolated by In atoms were also studied. The title cluster, which was obtained serendipitously when (η5-C5H5)Co(PPh3)2 was added to a (η5-C5H5)Co metallacyclobutene containing a sulfone group, is the largest cluster known, formed primarily with (η5-C5H5)Co vertices. The closo-(η5-C5H5Co)5S is a closed-shell, octahedral cluster which forms black, monoclinic crystals from methanol.  相似文献

The reaction of [(η 6-p-cymene)Ru(μCl)2Cl2] with functionalized phosphine viz, diphenyl-2-pyridylphosphine yielded complexes of the type: (a) P-bonded complex [(η 6-p-cymene)RuCl2(PPh2Py)] (1), (b) P-, N-chelated complex [(η 6-p-cymene)RuCl-(PPh2Py)]BF4 (2) and [RuCl2(PPh2Py)2] (3) resulting from the displacement of thep-cymene ligand. These complexes were characterized by1H NMR,31P NMR and analytical data. The structures of complexes1 and2 have been confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. Complex1 crystallised in triclinic space groupP 1 witha = 10.9403 (3) ?,b= 13.3108 (3) ?,c= 10-5394 (10) ?, α=88.943 (2)°, β = 117.193 (2)°, γ= 113.1680 (10)°, Z=2 andV= 1230.39 (5) ?3. The problem of existence of η5-π-complexes of unsubstituted fullereneI h -C60 and its cyclopentadienyl type derivative C60H5 . is discussed.Ab initio MO LCAO SCF calculations of hypothetical sandwich systems η5-π-C60H5XCp (X=Fe (1a), Si (1b)), the cationic complex C60FeCp+ of unsubstituted C60, and the C60H5 . radical were performed in the STO-3G and 3-21G basis sets. In the1a, 1b, and C60H5 . systems, hydrogen atoms are attached to carbon atoms of fullerenei h -C60 at α-positions relative to the same pentagonal face (pent *). In η5-complexes, XCp species are also coordinated to this face. According to calculations in the 3-21G basis set, the Fe-pent * bond energy in complex1a is much higher than those of similar bonds in1b and in the η5-π-C60FECp+ cation (117 kcal mol−1 vs. 37 and 64 kcal mol−1, respectively) and is 7 kcal mol−1 higher than the Fe−Cp bond energy in the classical sandwich system FeCp2. The Fe…C pent* and Fe…CCp distances in complex1a are slightly shorter than the Fe…C distance in the ferrocene molecule. The spin populations in the C60H5 . radical are almost completely localized on the atoms of thepent * face, which must favor the formation of η5-π-complexes of this radical. The reactions of the undecaborate anion Cs+C2B9H12 (1) and exo-nido-ruthenacarborane exo-nido-5,6,10-[Cl(Ph3P)2Ru]-5,6,10-(-H)3-10-H-7,8-C2B9H8 (2) with the 9-chloromercurated cobaltacarborane, viz., 3-(5-Cp)-9-ClHg-3,1,2-CoC2B9H10 (3), afforded Cs[10-{3"-(5-Cp)-3",1",2"-CoC2B9H10-9"-Hg}-7,8-C2B9H11] (4) and 5,6,10-exo-nido-[Cl(Ph3P)2Ru]-5,6,10-(-H)3-10-{3"-(5-Cp)-3",1",2"-CoC2B9H10-9"-Hg}-7,8-C2B9H8 (5), respectively. The reaction of (Et4N)2[Fe33-Se)(Co)9] with MeAsI2 afforded the [Fe33-Se)(μ3-AsMe)(Co)9] cluster, which was characterized by1H NMR and IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The reaction of the resulting compound with the dimeric, complex [η5-CpMo(CO)3#x005D;2 inm-xylene upon refluxing gave the heterometallic cluster Fe2Mo23-Se)(μ3-AsMe)(μ3-Co)(μ-Co)(Co)55-Cp)2, whose structure was established by X-ray diffraction analysis. The reaction of hexafluoro-cyclo-triphosphazene P3N3F6 with ammonia in acetonitrile has been studied. New compounds, (2-imino-2,4,4,6,6-pentafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-trienyl)-2-amino-4,4,6,6-tetrafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-triene, P3N3F5–NH–P3N3F4NH2 (2) and cis and trans isomers of non-gem-2,4-diamino-2,4,6,6-tetrafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-triene, P3N3F4(NH2)2 (4, 5), were detected by GC/MS, and 31P NMR spectroscopy in reaction mixtures. X-ray diffraction analysis of P3N3F5–NH–P3N3F4NH2 (2) revealed two conformational polymorphs, 2A and 2B, the latter being built up of two different conformers that were further denoted as 2Ba (the same as the single conformer in 2A) and 2Bb. The compound 2 was characterized by spectroscopic methods and its 2D potential energy surface (PES) was described by density functional theory computations depending on two dihedral angles. The calculated PES spans over 30 kJ/mol in energy including 8 local minima and all first and second order saddle points. The occurrence of the two experimentally observed conformers 2Ba and 2Bb seems to be governed by crystal packing effects.  相似文献

Oxidation of the cyclohexadienyl complex Fe(η5-C5H5)(1-5-75-6-exo-C5H5-C6H6) (2) by (Ph3C)PF6 (CH2Cl2, from −30 to +20 °C) occurs as two concurrent processes: elimination of an H atom from the cyclohexadienyl ligand and replacement of an H atom in the cyclopentadienyl ring by a CPh3 fragment. A mixture of cationic complexes [Fe(η5-C5H5) (η6-Ph-C5H5]+ (1+) and [Fe(η5-C5H4CPh3) (η6-Ph-C5H5]+ (4+) (4 +) with PF6 anions is obtained. Deprotonation of the mixture of 1+ and 4+ complexes under the action of Bu t OK inm-xylene followed by boiling of the reaction mixture gives phenylferrocene (7) as the product of η66 haptotropic rearrangement. The reduction in THF and oxidation in CH2Cl2 of the bent-sandwich complex (η5-lnd)2ZrMe2 (1) (Ind=C9H7, indenyl) were studied by cyclic voltammetry. Complex1 in THF undergoes one-electron reduction to radical anion1 , which partially decomposes with the liberation of the Ind anion. Even at −45°C the one-electron oxidation leads to the formation of an unstable 15-electron radical cation undergoing fast heterolytic decomposition to the Me radical and (η5-lnd)2ZrMe2 cation, which is the key reaction center in the catalytic polymerization of olefins. Comparative analysis of electron-transfer-induced transformations of bent-sandwich dimethyl and dichloride zirconocenes of the general formula L2ZrX2 (L=η5-lnd, η5-Cp: X=Xl, Me) was performed. The reaction of exo-nido-ruthenacarborane exo-nido-5,6,10-[Cl(Ph3P)2Ru]-5,6,10-(-H)3-10-H-7,8-C2B9H8 (1) with the 8-trifluoroacetoxymercury derivative of ferracarborane 3-(5-Cp)-4-SMe2-8-CF3COOHg-3,1,2-FeC2B9H9 (2) was studied. It was demonstrated for the first time that metallacarborane 2 can be used as a mercurating agent. The reaction afforded 5",6",10"-exo-nido-[Cl(Ph3P)2Ru]-5",6",10"-(-H)3-10"-{3-(5-Cp)-4-SMe2-3,1,2-FeC2B9H9-8-Hg}-7",8"-C2B9H8 (3) existing as two isomers. A microcalorimetric technique based on the bacterial heat output was applied to evaluate the influence of antibiotics PIP (Piperacillin Sodium) and composite preparation of PIP and SBT (Sulbactam Sodium) on the growth of E. coli DH5α. The power–time curves of the growth metabolism of E. coli DH5α were studied using a TAM Air Isothermal Microcalorimeter at 37°C. By analyzing the power–time curves, the parameters such as growth rate constants (k), inhibitory ratio (I), the maximum heat power (P m) and the time of the maximum heat power (t m) were obtained. The results show that different concentrations of antibiotics affect the growth metabolism of E. coli DH5α. The PIP in the concentration range of 0–0.05 μg mL–1 has a stimulatory effect on the E. coli DH5α growth, while the PIP of higher concentrations (0.05 –0.25 μg mL–1) can inhibit its growth. It seems that the composite preparation composed of PIP and SBT cannot improve the inhibitory effect on E. coli DH5α as compared with the PIP.  相似文献

The mononuclear complexes (η3-terpy)M(Piv)2·MeCN (M = Fe ii (3) and Co ii (4), and Piv is the pivalate anion) were synthesized by the reactions of polymeric iron(ii) and cobalt(ii) pivalates with 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (terpy). The oxidation of compound 3 affords the pentanuclear heterospin iron(ii,iii) complex (η3-terpy)Fe54-O)(μ3-OH)(μ-OH)2(μ-Piv)71-Piv)2 (5). All compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction.
