A novel Pt/Cu‐zeolite A/graphene based electrocatalyst was successfully prepared by chemical reduction method for methanol electrooxidation. Graphite oxide and Cu functionalized zeolite A were simultaneously reduced by NaBH4 to prepare Cu‐zeolite A/graphene support which was used to deposit Pt nanoparticles. The nanostructure and composition of as‐prepared Pt/Cu‐zeolite A/graphene composites were characterized by X‐ray diffractometer, X‐ray fluorescence, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscopy. The electrocatalytic properties of Pt/Cu‐zeolite A/graphene modified electrode for methanol oxidation were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry in 0.10 mol/L H2SO4 + 0.50 mol/L CH3OH solution. Compared with Pt/zeolite A/graphene electrode and Pt/graphene electrode, Pt/Cu‐zeolite A/graphene based electrode exhibited obviously enhanced current and higher electrocatalytic activity for methanol electrooxidation. The increased electrocatalytic activity was attributed to the presence of zeolite A and reduced graphene oxide based dual template, which significantly increased the effective electrode surface and facilitated the diffusion of analytes into the electroactive catalyst.  相似文献

In this paper, a gold nanoparticle-modified indium tin oxide electrode (Au/ITO) was prepared without the use of any cross-linker or stabilizer reagent. The prepared Au/ITO was used as a new platform to achieve the direct electron transfer between Hb and the modified electrode. The proposed electrode exhibited a pair of well-defined redox peaks with a formal potential of ?0.073 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The immobilized Hb showed excellent electrocatalytic activity toward H2O2 and the electrocatalytic current values were linear with the increasing concentration of H2O2 ranging from 1.0?×?10?6?M to 7.0?×?10?4?M. The detection limit was 2.0?×?10?7?M (S/N?=?3) and the Michaelis–Menten constant was calculated to be 0.2 mM. The proposed electrode also showed high selectivity, long-term stability, and good reproducibility.  相似文献

A convenient, low cost, and sensitive electrochemical method, based on a disposable graphene nanosheets (GR) and NiO nanoparticles modified carbon screen printed electrode (NiO/GR/SPE), is described for the simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). The modified electrode exhibited good electrocatalytic properties toward the oxidation of DA and UA. A peak potential difference of 150 mV between DA and UA was large enough to determine DA and UA individually and simultaneously. The anodic peak currents of DA were found to be linear in the concentration range of 1.0–500.0 μM with the detection limit of 3.14×10?7 M.  相似文献

The direct electrochemistry of catalytically active cytochrome C (Cyt c) adsorbed together with a 3-dimensional network of chemically synthesized graphene on glassy carbon electrode has been readily obtained in aqueous phosphate buffer. Direct electrical communication between the redox center of Cyt c and the modified graphene-based electrode was established. The modified electrode was employed as a high-performance hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) biosensor. The Cyt c present in modified electrode exhibited a pair of quasi-reversible redox peaks with a midpoint potential of ?0.380 and ?0.2 V, cathodic and anodic, respectively. Investigations into the electrocatalytic activity of the modified electrode upon hydrogen peroxide exposure revealed a rapid amperometric response (5 s). Under optimized conditions, the linear range of response to H2O2 concentration ranged from 5 × 10?7 to 2 × 10?4 M with a detection limit of 2 × 10?7 M at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3. The stability, reproducibility, and selectivity of the proposed biosensor are discussed in relation to the morphology and composition of the modified electrode.  相似文献

A novel poly(methylene blue)/graphene composite glassy carbon electrode was fabricated and the electrochemical behavior of maltol at the modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. In phosphate-buffered solution, the modified electrode exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the electrochemical oxidation of maltol. Under optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current showed a linear relationship with the concentrations of maltol in the ranges of 8.00?×?10?7 to 4.00?×?10?5 and 4.00?×?10?5 to 5.40?×?10?4 mol L?1, with a detection limit of 6.50?×?10?8 mol L?1. The performance of the developed method was validated in terms of linearity (r?=?0.9981 and 0.9955), recovery (97.0?99.3 %), reproducibility (relative standard deviations?≤?3.1 %, n?=?6), and robustness. The method shows excellent sensitivity, selectivity, and reproducibility and has been successfully applied to analyzing maltol in a wide variety of food products.  相似文献

A glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified with electropolymerized films of cresol red in pH 5.6 phosphate buffer solution (PBS) by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The modified electrode shows an excellent electrocatalytic effect on the oxidation of norepinephrine (NE). The peak current increases linearly with the concentration of NE in the range of 3×10?6–3×10?5 M by the differential pulse voltammetry. The detection limit was 2×10?7 M. The modified electrode can also separate the electrochemical responses of norepinephrine and ascorbic acid (AA). The separation between the anodic peak potentials of NE and AA was 190 mV by the cyclic voltammetry. And the responses to NE and AA at the modified electrode were relatively independent.  相似文献

Carboxyl graphene modified CuxO/Cu electrode was fabricated. The bare copper electrode was firstly anodic polarized in 1.0 mol/L NaOH solution in order to get CuxO nanoparticles, then the carboxyl graphene (CG) was electrodeposited on the CuxO/Cu electrode by cyclic potential sweeping. The electrocatalytic oxidation behaviors of calcium folinate (CF) at the graphene modified CuxO/Cu electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. A positive scan polarization reverse catalytic voltammetry was used to obtain the pure catalytic oxidation current. The graphene modified CuxO/Cu electrode was served as the electrochemical sensor of CF, a highly sensitivity of 22.0 μA·(μmol/μL)-1cm-2 was achieved, and the current response was linear with increasing CF concentration in the range of 2.0×10-7 mol/L to 2.0×10-5 mol/L, which crossed three orders of magnitude, and the detection limit was found 7.6×10-8 mol/L (S/N=3). In addition, the proposed sensor was successfully applied in determination of CF in drug sample.  相似文献

Hydrophobic ionic liquid-functionalized SBA-15 modified carbon paste electrode (CPSPE) was fabricated, and its electrochemical performance was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectra, and chronocoulometry in K3Fe(CN)6/K4Fe(CN)6 solution. Compared with carbon paste electrode (CPE) and SBA-15 modified carbon paste electrode (CSPE), the electron transfer ability was in the sequence as: CPSPE>CSPE>CPE. Meanwhile, the electrocatalytic activity of CPSPE to catechol and hydroquinone was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry, and then, the linear concentration ranges were obtained by the amperometric detection from 2.0?×?10-5 to 3.2?×?10-4 M for catechol and 5.0?×?10-5 to 5.5?×?10-4 M for hydroquinone, with the detection limits of 5.0?×?10-7 and 6.0?×?10-7 M, respectively. The advantages of both ionic liquids and heterogeneous supports made CPSPE exhibit high electrocatalytic activity towards the redox of catechol and hydroquinone by significantly improving their reversibility and enhancing their peak currents. In addition, the present method was applied to the determination of catechol and hydroquinone in artificial wastewater sample, and the results were satisfactory.  相似文献

A sensitive and selective electrochemical method for the determination of dopamine (DA) was developed using a 4‐(2‐Pyridylazo)‐Resorcinol (PAR) polymer film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The PAR polymer film modified electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of DA in a phosphate buffer solution (PBS) (pH 4.0). The linear range of 5.0×10?6–3.0×10?5 M and detection limit of 2.0×10?7 M were observed. Simultaneous detection of AA, DA and UA has also been demonstrated on the modified electrode. This work provides a simple and easy approach to selective detection of DA in the presence of AA and UA.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical platform based on nickel oxide (NiO) nanoparticles and TiO2–graphene (TiO2–Gr) was developed for the direct electrochemistry of glucose oxidase (GOD). The electrochemical behavior of the sensor was studied using cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The experimental results demonstrated that the nanocomposite well retained the activity of GOD and the modified electrode GOD/NiO/TiO2–Gr/GCE exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity toward the redox of GOD as evidenced by the significant enhancement of redox peak currents in comparison with bare GCE. The biosensor responded linearly to glucose in the range of 1.0–12.0?mM, with a sensitivity of 4.129?μA?mM?1 and a detection limit of 1.2?×?10?6?M under optimized conditions. The response time of the biosensor was 3?s. In addition, the developed biosensor possessed good reproducibility and stability, and there was negligible interference from other electroactive components.  相似文献

An organically modified sol‐gel electrode using 3‐aminopropyltrimethoxy silane for covalent immobilization of a redox mediator namely toluidine blue has been reported. Cyclic voltammetric characterization of the modified electrode in the potential range of 0.2 V to ?0.6 V exhibited stable voltammetric behavior in aqueous supporting electrolyte with a formal potential of ?0.265 V vs. SCE, corresponding to immobilized toluidine blue. The electrocatalytic activity of the modified electrode when tested towards nitrite ion exhibited a favorable response with the electrocatalytic reduction of nitrite occurring at a reduced potential of ?0.34 V. A good linear working range from 2.94×10?6 M to 2.11×10?3 M with a detection limit of 1.76×10?6 M and quantification limit of 5.87×10?6 M was obtained for nitrite determination. The stable and quick response (4 s) of the modified electrode towards nitrite under hydrodynamic conditions shows the feasibility of using the present sensor in flow systems. Significant improvements in the operational stability by overcoming the leachability problem and repeatability with a relative standard deviation of 1.8% of the TB thin film sensor have been obtained by the strategy of immobilization of the mediator in the sol‐gel matrix.  相似文献

One‐pot electrodeposited copper‐graphene (Cu‐GE ) nanocomposite acting as sacrificial template for the division electrosynthesis of palladium nanoparticles (PdNPs ) on pyrolytic graphite electrode (PGE ) was synthesized. The designed PdNPs‐GE nanocomposite was evaluated as a new material for highly sensitive determination of hydrazine (N2H4 ). Scanning electron microscopy revealed that the PdNP‐GE ‐modified PGE had uniform morphology. The results of energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectrograms confirmed the ingredients of the division electrosynthesis process. Electrochemical experiments were performed to characterize the sensing properties of PdNPs‐GE toward the electrocatalytic oxidation of N2H4 at 0.20 V in sodium phosphate buffered saline (0.1 M pH 7.0). The sensor showed fast response (<3 s), high sensitivity [398 (1 × 10−6 A) (1 × 10−3 M)−1], and broad linearity in the range 2.5 × 10−8–2.7 × 10−4 M with a relatively low detection limit of 1.0 × 10−8 M (S/N = 3).  相似文献

The nanoporous graphene papers (NGPs) was prepared by the hard‐template method. The Pt−Pd modified NGPs hybrid was prepared by the self‐assembly method. Then a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with Pt−Pd bimetallic nanoparticles‐functionalized nanoporous graphene composite has been prepared for the electrochemical determination of Xanthine (XA). The Pt−Pd/NGPs hybrid was characterized by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscope and X‐ray diffraction. The electrochemical behavior of XA on Pt−Pd/NGPs/GCE was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and amperometric i‐t. The Pt−Pd/NGPs modified electrode exhibited remarkably electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation reaction of XA in phosphate buffer solution (pH=5.5). Under the optimal conditions, the determination of XA was accomplished by using amperometric i‐t, the linear response range from 1.0×10−5∼1.2×10−4 M. The detection limit was 3.0×10−6 M (S/N=3). The proposed modified electrode showed good sensitivity, selectivity, and stability with applied to determine XA in human urine.  相似文献

An inorganic film of ruthenium hexachlororuthenate (RuRuCl6), deposited on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode, exhibits electrocatalytic activity in the oxidation of purine nucleosides, such as guanosine and adenosine. Appropriate operating conditions are found for fabricating a polymer film on the surface of glassy carbon and for recording the maximum electrocatalytic current for the modified electrode. A method for the selective voltammetric determination of guanosine and adenosine in their simultaneous presence at an electrode modified by a RuRuCl6 film is developed. A procedure is proposed for the amperometric detection of purine nucleosides with this modified electrode under the conditions of flow-injection analysis. The linear dependence of the analytical signal on the concentration of guanosine and adenosine is observed up to 5 × 10–6 M in the stationary mode and up to 5 × 10–7 M in the flow system. The proposed method for the selective determination of guanosine and adenosine was tested in the analysis of human urine.  相似文献

A novel MCM/ZrO2 nanoparticles modified carbon paste electrode (MZ-CPE) was fabricated and used to study the electro oxidation of epinephrine (EP) and acetaminophen (AC) and their mixtures by electrochemical methods. The modified electrode showed electrocatalytic activity toward EP and AC oxidation with a decrease of the overpotential by 173 mV to a less positive potential for EP at the surface of the MZ-CPE and an increase in peak current at pH 7.0. Differential pulse voltammetry peak currents of EP and AC increased linearly with their concentrations in the ranges of 1.0 × 10?6–2.5 × 10?3 and 1.0 × 10?6–2.0 × 10?3 M, respectively, and the detection limits for EP and AC were 5.0 × 10?7 and 4.5 × 10?7 M, respectively.  相似文献

Square‐wave voltammetric detection of dopamine was studied at a copper (Cu)‐(3‐mercaptopropyl) trimethoxy silane (MPS)‐complex modified electrode (Cu‐MPS). The modification of the electrode was based on the attachment of MPS onto an electrochemically activated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) by the interaction between methoxy silane groups of MPS and surface hydroxyl groups and followed by the complexation of copper with the thiol groups of MPS. The surface of the modified electrode was further coated by a thin layer of Nafion film. The surface of the Nafion coated MPS‐Cu complex modified electrode (Nafion/Cu‐MPS) was characterized using cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Fourier transform infrared (FT‐IR) spectrometry. The modified electrode exhibited an excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of dopamine, which was oxidized at a reduced potential of +0.35 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) at a wider pH range. Various experimental parameters, such as the amount of copper, the pH, and the temperature were optimized. A linear calibration plot was obtained in the concentration range between 8.0×10?8 M and 5.0×10?6 M and the detection limit was determined to be 5.0×10?8 M. The other common biological compounds including ascorbic acid did not interfere and the modified electrode showed an excellent specificity to the detection of dopamine. The Nafion/Cu‐MPS modified electrode can be used for about 2 months without any significant loss in sensitivity.  相似文献

An electroactive metal cyanometallate complex, nickel aquapentacyanoferrate (NAPCF) was synthesized and characterized using XRD and UV‐vis spectral studies. The solid complex was then mechanically immobilized on the surface of a paraffin impregnated graphite electrode (PIGE) and the NAPCF modified electrode was characterized using cyclic voltammetry. The dependence of the modified electrode was tested in terms of supporting electrolyte, scan rate and pH of the medium. The electrocatalytic oxidation of sulfite at the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, hydrodynamic voltammetry and chronoamperometry techniques. It was found that the NAPCF modified electrode efficiently exhibited electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of sulfite with relatively high sensitivity, selectivity and long life of activity. Based on the electrocatalytic oxidation, the NAPCF modified electrode was used as a sensor for the determination of sulfite. The linear working range for the determination of sulfite was 2.78×10?6 M to 3.00×10?3 M with a detection limit of 9.26×10?7 M. The electrode was applied for the determination of sulfite in real samples satisfactorily.  相似文献
