The crystal and molecular structure of the adduct (HAlN-i-Pr)6AlH3 has been determined from single-crystal and three dimensional X-ray diffraction data collected by counter methods. The cage-type molecular structure consists of two six-membered rings, (AlN)3, joined together by four adjacent transverse AlN bonds; the loss of two of these bonds allows the complexation of one alane molecule, with five-coordination of the aluminum (trigonal bipyramidal geometry), through two AlN bonds and two AlHAl bridge bonds. The AlN bond lengths range from 1.873 to 1.959 Å; the average AlH bond length is 1.50(1) Å for the four-coordinated aluminum atoms; the average distance of the two apical hydrogens from the five-coordinated aluminum atom is 1.92(5) Å. Colourless prismatic crystals of the compound have the following crystal data: triclinic space group P1; a = 17.13(2); b = 10.78(2); c = 10.20(2) Å; α = 124.3(4), β = 92.0(4), γ = 92.1(5); Z = 2; calculated density 1.157 g/cm3. The structure has been refined by block-matrix, least-squares methods using 4358 independent reflections to a standard unweighted R factor of 4.9%.  相似文献

The crystal structure of β-BiNbO4 has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray data. The crystals are triclinic with a = 7.611 Å, b = 5.536 Å, c= 7.919 Å, α = 89.88°, β = 77.43°, γ = 87.15°, Z = 4, space group P1. Full-matrix least-squares refinement using isotropic temperature factors has reached R = 0.122 for 642 visually estimated reflections. The structure contains unusual sheets of formula [NbO4] in which the NbO octahedra are joined at four vertices such that the two free ones are cis. NbO distances range from 1.80 to 2.31 Å. The bismuth atoms hold these sheets together and are coordinated to eight oxygens in the form of a very distorted square antiprism.Structurally, β-BiNbO may be considered an antiferroelectric, ferroelastic member of the BaMF4 prototype family.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of methylbenzoatechromium dicarbonyl thiocarbonyl has been determined by a single-crystal X-ray study. The compound crystallizes with two molecules in a unit cell of symmetry P1, with the following parameters: triclinic system, a = 7.108(3), b = 10.340(4), c = 8.523(3) Å; α = 89.75(6), β = 95.89(4), γ = 105.50(4)°; V = 601 Å3; dm = 1.57 ± 0.05, dc = 1.56. The structure has been refined to R and R″ values of 0.030 and 0.038 respectively, for 1963 independent reflections. The main feature of the molecule is the Cs symmetry of the Cr(CO)2CS group with a CrC(S) bond length of 1.792(2) Å, shorter than the CrC(O) bond length, mean: 1.849(3) Å.  相似文献

PV2S10 was obtained by heating the elements in stoichiometric proportions at 490°C in evacuated Pyrex tubes. The crystal symmetry is monoclinic, space group P21c, with the unit cell parameters a = 12.734(8)Å, b = 7.349(7)Å, c = 23.662(4)Å, β = 95°22(1), V = 2205(4)Å3, and Z = 8. The structure was solved from 2269 independant reflexions, and anisotropic least squares refinement gave R = 0.036 with 236 variables. The structure can be described as made of [V2S12] units forming endless chains themselves linked, two by two, by [PS4] tetrahedra. In these units each vanadium is surrounded by eight sulfur atoms (mean dVS = 2.459Å) arranged in a distorted bicapped triangular prism. Two of these prisms shared a rectangular face to form [V2S12] groups, in which intercationic distances implied vanadium-vanadium bonds (mean dVV = 2.852(2)Å). Between the infinite double chains, only SS weak van der Waals' bonds exist. More than two thirds of the sulfur atoms are present as [SS]?II pairs, (mean dSS = 2.015Å); the rest are S?II anions.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structure of tris(bistrimethylsilylamin)thallium was determined by means of single-crystal X-ray spectroscopy: in the space group P31c with a = 16.447(7), c = 8.456(7) Å; and Dc = 1.149 g cm?3 two molecules are located in the unit cell. The compound is isomorphous to the analogues Fe[N(SiMe3)2]3 or Al[N(SiMe3)2]3, respectively, which show a propellar-twist of the Si2N-groups versus the plane of the metal atom and the three nitrogen-atoms: Tl(N)3/Si2N 49.1°; SiNSi 122.6°; NSiC 111.8°; CSiC 107.1°; TlN 2.089 Å;; SiN 1.738 Å;; SiC 1.889 Å;.  相似文献

Cu4(PO4)2O is a new copper-rich phosphate. The preparation is described. The unit cell is triclinic, P1, with a = 7.528 Å, b = 8.090 Å, c = 6.272 Å; α = 113.68°, β = 81.56°, γ = 105.77°. The structure was solved from 1526 independent reflections using Patterson and Fourier syntheses. The final R value is 0.041 for the 1217 strongest reflections. Copper sites form a three-dimensional framework. The structure consists of homogeneous layers of copper and oxygen atoms parallel to the (012) plane. Phosphorus atoms are inserted between copper and oxygen layers.  相似文献

Platy crystals from the products of a mixture 4 Bas : 2 Nb : 5 S reacted at 1000°C have cell constants a = 13.754(3) Å, c = 83.73(2) Å, R3m. The reciprocal lattice had a pronounced subcell with dimensions a = 6.877(1) Å, c = 41.84(1) Å, same space group. Three dimensional X-ray diffraction data were collected using monochromatized Mo radiation and of 5051 measured intensities 1892 were considered observed. From the set of observed intensities 611 reflections having all even indices were used to refine the crystal structure of the 42 × 7-Å subcell. The final R = 0.036 and ωR = 0.052 for the 611 observed amplitudes and R = 0.046, ωR = 0.052 for all 711 amplitudes of the subcell. The structure is based on the stacking of hexagonal BaS3 layers with the sequence DABABDBCBCDCACAD. The D layer denotes a disordered level and occurs at z = 0, 13 and 23. The different letters for the ordered layers are based on the Ba positions in that layer. The Nb ions occupy octahedral interstices and form a unit of three face sharing octahedra parallel to c. The column is terminated above and below by disordered levels. The NbNb distances are 3.22 Å, causing displacement of Nb from the centers of the two outside octahedra. One Ba is in the center of a triangular orthobicupola formed by 12 S atoms. The other Ba is in the center of a hexagon of 6 S with 3 additional S above this layer forming 12 of a cuboctahedron. The lower half consists of a disordered layer of atoms. The NbS distances are 2.279, 2.433, and 2.683 Å; BaS distances vary between 3.1 and 3.5 Å. The subcell content based on the ordered structure only is Ba12Nb9S36. The placement of disordered Ba and S at z = 0, 13, and 23 levels of the subcell leads to the unlikely composition Ba16.5Nb9S42. The ordered structure most likely has a composition Ba4Nb2S9, z = 36, so that the subcell composition should be Ba18Nb9S40.5. The completely ordered structure has not been solved.  相似文献

The new compound Tl6[Ge2Te6] was prepared by thermal synthesis from the elements. The material is triclinic, space group P1, with a = 9.471(2), b = 9.714(2), c = 10.389(2) Å, α = 89.39(1), β = 97.27(1), γ = 100.79(1)°, and Z = 2. The crystal structure was determined from single-crystal intensity data measured by means of an automated four-circle diffractometer and refined to an R value of 0.053 for 1831 observed reflections. Tl6[Ge2Te6] is characterized by Ge2Te6 units with GeGe bonds which are linked into a three-dimensional structure by Tl atoms coordinated to essentially six Te atoms. The most important mean distances are dGeGe) = 2.456 Å, d(GeTe) = 2.573 Å, and d(TlTe) = 3.515Å. The lone 6s electron pairs of the thallium(I) atoms exhibit significant stereochemical activity. Tl6[Ge2Te6] represents a new structure type.  相似文献

The molecular structure of [(C6H5)3P]2Pd(C3H4) has been determined from three-dimensional X-ray diffraction data. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with two formula units in a cell of dimensions: a = 19.475(2), b = 10.204(2), c = 18.341(2) Å, α = 108.46(2), β = 85.46(1), and γ = 118.80(1)°.One of the olefinic bonds of allene is coordinated to the palladium atom: PdC(1) = 2.118(9) and PdC(2) = 2.067(8) Å. The coordinated allene is no longer linear, the C(1)C(2)C(3) angle being 148.3(8)°. The C(1)C(2) distance is 1.401(11) Å, whereas the uncoordinated bond remains unchanged [C(2)C(3) = 1.304(12) Å]. The Pd, P(1), P(2), C(1) and C(2) atoms lie almost in the same plane.  相似文献

Ba2V2O7 is triclinic with a = 13.571(3), b = 7.320(2), c = 7.306(2) Å, α = 90.09(1), β = 99.48(1), β = 99.48(1), γ = 87.32(1)°, V = 7.15.1 Å3, Z = 4, and space group P1. The crystal structure was solved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares analysis to a Rw of 0.034 (R = 0.034) using 2484 reflections measured on a Syntex P1 automatic four-circle diffractometer. The structure has two unique divanadate groups that are repeated by the b and c lattice translations to form sheets of divanadate groups parallel to (100). These sheets are linked by four unique Ba atoms that lie between these sheets. Ba(1) and Ba(3) are coordinated by eight oxygens arranged in a distorted biaugmented triangular prism and a distorted cubic antiprism, respectively. Ba(2) is coordinated by 10 oxygens arranged in a distorted gyroelongated square dipyramid and Ba(4) is coordinated by nine oxygens arranged in a distorted triaugmented triangular prism. These coordination numbers are substantiated by a bond strength analysis of the structure, and the variation in 〈BaO〉 distances is compatible with the assigned cation and anion coordination numbers. Both divanadate groups are in the eclipsed configuraton with 〈VO(br)〉 bond lengths of 1.821(4) and 1.824(4) Å and VO(br)V angles of 125.6(3) and 123.7(3)°, respectively. Examination of the divanadate groups in a series of structures allows certain generalizations to be made. Longer 〈VO(br)〉 bond lengths are generally associated with smaller VO(br)V angles. When VO(br)V < 140°, the divanadate group is generally in an eclipsed configuration; when VO(br)V > 140°, the divanadate group is generally in a staggered configuration. Nontetrahedral cations with large coordination numbers require more oxygens with which to bond, and hence O(br) is more likely to be three coordinate, with the divanadate group in the eclipsed configuration. In the eclipsed configuration, decrease in VO(br)V promotes bonding between O(br) and nontetrahedral cations, and hence smaller nontetrahedral cations are generally associated with smaller VO(br)V angles.  相似文献

The crystal structures of SiPb2S4 and SiPb2Se4 were determined from three dimensional X-ray diffraction data collected with Mo radiation. Both structures are monoclinic with space group P21c and 4 formula units per unit cell. Lattice dimensions for SiPb2S4 are a = 6.4721(5) Å, b = 6.6344(9) Å, c = 16.832(1) Å, and β = 108.805(7)°. For SiPb2Se4, a = 8.5670(2) Å, b = 7.0745(3) Å, c = 13.6160(3) Å, and β = 108.355(3)°. The Si is tetrahedrally coordinated to S and Se with SiS about 2.10 Å and SiSe about 2.27 Å. The structural framework can be described as consisting of trigonal prisms of S or Se atoms which form a prismatic tube by sharing the triangular faces. These tubes in turn share edges to form corrugated sheets, with the unshared edges projecting alternately on each side of the sheet. The structures are very similar but not identical. In the sulfide one Pb is in sevenfold coordination and the other crystallographically independent Pb is in eightfold coordination. The PbS distances range from 2.82–3.50 Å. In SiPb2Se4 both Pb atoms are in sevenfold coordination. PbSe distances range from 2.97 to 3.54 Å. In the sulfide the Pb atoms form a zig-zag chain within the channels formed by the prismatic tubes while in the selenide they are in a straight line.  相似文献

The formula of a new compound isolated in the LaOsO system has been established by means of crystal structure determination. There are two La3Os2O10 units in a face-centered monoclinic unit cell (S.G. C2m); a = 7.911(2) Å, b = 7.963(2) Å, c = 6.966(2)Å, β = 115.76(2)°;. For 1082 intensities, collected on an automated single-crystal diffractometer, the final R value was 0.025 after absorption corrections. The structure consists of isolated Os2O10 clusters composed of two edge-shared OsO6 octahedra. These dimeric units are connected together by two types of La3+ ions in eightfold coordination. In view of the OsOs distance inside the pair (2.462 Å), La3Os2O10 provides an example of metal-metal bonding involving a transition metal in a half-integral formal oxidation state of 5.5.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Si(CH3)(t-C4H9)]4 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystals are tetragonal, P42/n; a = b = 13.069(4), c = 7.880(2) Å, Z = 2. The structure was determined using 745 independent data and refined with anisotropic least-squares to a final unweighted R-value of 3.5%. Each tetrameric molecule was found to be arranged about a 4 axis, with the independent crystallographic unit comprising one silicon atom, one methyl and one tert-butyl group. The four-membered ring of silicon atoms is nonplanar with an unusually large dihedral angle of 36.8°. The principal mean bond lengths are SiSi 2.377(1), SiC(methyl) 1.893(4), SiC(tert-butyl) 1.918(3) Å, and the SiSiSi bond angle is 86.99°. The SiSi bond length is somewhat longer than in other polysilanes.  相似文献

The new compound Nb3Se5Cl7 was prepared by heating 2NbSe2Cl2 + 1NbCl4 at 530°C for 2–3 weeks. The compound is monoclinic with a = 7.599, b = 12.675, c = 8.051Å; β = 106.27°; space group P21m. The corresponding bromide, Nb3Se5Br7 (obtained by decomposition of NbSe2Br2 under NbSeBr3), is isotypic with a = 7.621, b = 12.833, c = 8.069Å; β = 106.21°. from the crystal structure and XPS spectra it follows that Nb3Se5Cl7 can be formulated as: [Nb4+2Nb5+1(Se2)2?2Se2?1Cl?7]. The structure consists of chains of composition [Nb4+2(Se2)2?2Cl?5], to which side chains [Nb5+Se2?Cl?2] are attached. The Nb4+ atoms form pairs (NbNb = 2.94 Å) which explains that Nb3Se5Cl7 is a diamagnetic semiconductor with a band gap (1.59 eV at 5°K, 1.49 eV at 300°K) very similar to that of NbSe2Cl2.  相似文献

X-ray structure analysis (film data, R = 0.080 for 1568 reflections) has confirmed the structure of the anion in (NH4)4[Mo8O26], 5H2O, deduced by Lindqvist in 1950 from the Mo coordinates alone. The compound is triclinic, P1, a = 9.769(16), b = 9.832(13), c = 7.848(11) Å, α = 99.11(4), β = 101.03(11), γ = 97.40(4)°, Z = 1. Eight MoO6 octahedra share edges in a compact grouping, with short terminal MoO bonds (1.69 to 1.75 Å), longer bonds (1.88–2.00 Å) to bicoordinate O atoms, and long bonds (2.18–2.39 Å) to multiply-shared interior atoms.  相似文献

Na2Mn2S3 was prepared by reacting manganese powder with an excess of anhydrous sodium carbonate and elemental sulfur at 870 K. Extraction of the solidified melt with water and alcohol yielded well developed, bright red crystals. Na2Mn2S3 crystallizes with a new monoclinic structure type, space group C2c, Z = 8, with a = 14.942(2)Å, b = 13.276(2)Å, c = 6.851(2)Å, and β = 116.50(1)°. The crystal structure was determined from single crystal diffractometer data and refined to a conventional R value of 0.026 for 1613 observed reflections. The atomic arrangement shows sulfur-manganese-sulfur slabs which are separated from each other by corrugated layers of sodium atoms. A prominent feature of the crystal structure is the formation of short, four-membered zigzag chains built up by MnS4 tetradedra sharing edges. These chains are further connected by the remaining apices to form an infinite sheet. Short MnMn distances (3.02 and 3.05 Å, respectively) are found within the four membered chains. Susceptibility measurements show antiferromagnetic interactions between the Mn atoms.  相似文献

Ce6Mo10O39 crystallizes in the triclinic system with unit-cell dimensions (from single-crystal data) a = 10.148(5), Å, b = 18.764(6), Å, c = 9.566(5), Å, α = 103.12(7)°, β = 78.07(7)°, γ = 107.69(7)°, and space group P1, z = 2. The structure was solved using direct methods with 3113 countermeasured reflections (Mo radiation), and refined using Fourier and least-squares techniques to a conventional R of 0.039 (ωR = 0.047). Ce6Mo10O39 has a structure that consists of isolated MoO4 tetrahedra together with one corner-shared pair of tetrahedra, linked to irregular eight-coordinate Ce(III) polyhedra. The average MoO distance of 1.77 Å, and average CeO distance of 2.52 Å are in good agreement with previously reported values.  相似文献

The isolation and characterization of the novel hydridic compound [Net4][H2Re(CO)4], obtained from the reaction of Re2(CO)10 with methanolic KOH, are described. Its reactions with I2, strong acids, and ethanol are reported. The salt gives triclinic crystals, investigated by X-ray analysis, with cell constants a = 14.493(6), b = 7.564(3), c = 7.930(3) Å, α = 72.97(4)°, β = 81,73(4)°, γ = 96.63(4)°; space group P1. The structure was solved by conventional Patterson and Fourier methods and refined by least-squares up to a final R values of 0.071, for 1586 independent counter data. The anion exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry, with the two hydrido ligands in cis position between themselves. The mean values of the ReC and CO distances are 1.89 and 1.21 Å. The carbonyl groups are significantly bent towards the hydrido ligands.  相似文献
