基于目前混凝土细观数值分析多采用二维模型,提出了一种基于网格预先生成的二维随机凹凸型骨料的混凝土细观建模方法。该方法利用已生成的网格状态进行骨料投放,有效解决了在细观三相介质中的网格质量问题。采用随机凹凸型骨料使骨料模型更加接近真实形态,避免了该方法对骨料形貌描述不准确的问题。该方法可保证投放的随机性以及级配分布的合理性,二维投放骨料含量可达75%。最后,采用混凝土损伤塑性模型模拟了混凝土保护层锈胀开裂的细观断裂破坏过程,分析了混凝土裂纹萌生、扩展过程及破坏形态,数值结果与实验结果吻合良好。 相似文献

本文介绍了用于有限元网格自动划分的四叉树方法及相应的非均匀网格的生成方法--网要各凝聚法,此方法可以用于处理任意形状的单连通或多连通的平面结构,其边界以折线及二次曲线描述。相应的网格生成器用户界面友好,极少需要人工干预。所生成的单元大多为四边形元,在边界处理时用了少量三角元,所有单元性态良好,非均匀网格可以实现多处,多重加密。 相似文献

本文给出一种有限元网格全自动划分的方法。方法包括三部分:1)用单元尺寸场控制生成网格的疏密分布;2)用基于Delaunay三角化过程的逐点插入法生成纯三角形网格;3)将三角形网格转化为全四边形网格。相应的网格生成器具有良好的用户界面。只须最小限度的边界描述即可自由、快速地生成单元形状良好、疏密分布任意的网格。 相似文献

In the present paper, compactions of time-dependent viscous granular materials are simulated step by step using the automatic adaptive mesh generation schemes. Inertial forces of the viscous incompressible aggregates are taken into account. The corresponding conservation equations, the weighted-integral formulations, and penalty finite element model are investigated. The fully discrete finite element equations for the simulation are derived. Polygonal particles of aggregates are simplified as mixed three-node and four-node elements. The automatic adaptive mesh generation schemes include contact detection algorithms, and mesh upgrade schemes. Solutions of the numerical simulation are in good agreement with some results from literatures. With minor modification, the proposed numerical model can be applied in several industries, including the pharmaceutical, ceramic, food, and household product manufacturing. 相似文献

This work discusses the performance impact from the tetrahedralization of non‐conforming meshes generated by a parallel octree method capable of handling arbitrary immersed geometries. First, we review conforming techniques for meshes created from octrees. Then we implement a tetrahedralization scheme based on templates in a parallel meshing algorithm that uses a linear octree with 2:1 balancing constraint. Besides, we also propose a change on the partitioning strategy for the same meshing algorithm to improve the octree refinement load balancing. A new method is described for the iterative solution of two‐dimensional free‐surface problems, with arbitrary initial geometries, in which the interior of the domain is represented by an unstructured, triangular Eulerian mesh and the free surface is represented directly by the piecewise‐quadratic edges of the isoparametric quadratic‐velocity, linear‐pressure Taylor–Hood elements. At each time step, the motion of the free surface is computed explicitly using the current velocity field and, once the new free‐surface location has been found, the interior nodes of the mesh are repositioned using a continuous deformation model that preserves the original connectivity. In the event that the interior of the domain must be completely remeshed, a standard Delaunay triangulation algorithm is used, which leaves the initial boundary discretisation unchanged. The algorithm is validated via the benchmark viscous flow problem of the coalescence of two infinite cylinders of equal radius, in which the motion is due entirely to the action of capillary forces on the free surface. This problem has been selected for a variety of reasons: the initial and final (steady state) geometries differ considerably; in the passage from the former to the latter, large free‐surface curvatures—requiring accurate modelling—are encountered; an analytical solution is known for the location of the free surface; there exists a large body of literature on alternative numerical simulations. A novel feature of the present work is its geometric generality and robustness; it does not require a priori knowledge of either the evolving domain geometry or the solution contained therein.
