Chiral N,N-diaryl C2-symmetric diamines and N-aryl,N′-formyl-trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane are readily accessed by copper catalyzed N,N-diarylation and N-aryl,N′-formylation of trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane with aryl bromides. N,N′-diarylation using (R)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine and iodobenzene gave the corresponding (R)-N,N-diphenyl-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine derivative in 83% yield.  相似文献

4S,4aS,7S,7aR; 4R,4aS,7S,7aR; 4S,4aS,7S,7aS, and 4R,4aS,7S,7aS diastereomers of iridomyrmecin have been prepared in 5 steps from 4aS,7S,7aR and 4aS,7S,7aS-nepetalactones, major components of catnip oil. 4S,4aS,7S,7aR and 4R,4aS,7S,7aR-iridomyrmecin have been identified as defensive compounds from Iridomyrmex ants.  相似文献

N-Methyl-, N-n-butyl-, N-t-butylperfluoroarylamines undergo nitrosation with nitrous acid to give the corresponding N-nitroso derivatives. Perfluoroaryl groups were selected from the benzene, indane, biphenyl, naphthalene and pyridine series. According to 1H and 19F NMR spectra, N-nitroso-N-methyl derivatives of polyfluoroarenes consist of E and Z isomers with the former prevailing. The more bulky n-butyl group promotes an increase in the formation of Z isomers. Only Z isomers have been obtained from N-t-butyl derivatives of perfluorinated 4-toluidine and 4-aminopyridine. The structure of the Z isomer of N-nitroso-N-methylperfluoro-4-toluidine is confirmed by X-ray data.  相似文献

The divergent syntheses of the trichloroacetamide derivatives of (2S,3R,8R,9R,4E,6E)-3-amino-9-methoxy-2,6,8-trimethyl-10-phenyl-decadenoic acid (enantio-iso-ADDA), and (2R,3R,8R,9R,4E,6E)-3-amino-9-methoxy-2,6,8-trimethyl-10-phenyl-decadenoic acid (enantio-ADDA), have been achieved. Our approach takes advantage of highly efficient non-aldol aldol, palladium catalysed aza-Claisen and cross-metathesis methodologies.  相似文献

The kinetic model of the physical process of evaporation of plasticizer from plasticized PVC foils was developed from the results of isothermal thermogravimetric investigation of evaporation of benzyl-butyl phthalate in the temperature range 120-150 °C under nitrogen flow. The kinetic parameters were estimated by integral method of analysis. Mathematical modeling of the kinetic of plasticizers evaporation was performed on the basis of function c=f(T,t) and kinetic equation of evaporation −dc/dt=f(T,c0,c(t)). The developed mathematical model was described by the general kinetic equation . The differential quotients δ(−dc/dt)/δT=f(T,c0,c(t))=f(T,c0,t) and δ(−dc/dt)/δc0=f(T,c(t))=f(T,c0,t) were performed, and mathematical definition of the changes of the evaporation rate constant with the change of temperature and the change of the initial plasticized concentration were discussed.  相似文献

Derivatives of trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane (DACH), useful as chiral ligands, scaffolds and building blocks, differ in their conformation. The conformation of N,N′-diaryl-DACH derivatives was studied by the semiempirical and DFT computational methods and by exciton-coupled circular dichroism. It was found that, contrary to M-helical N,N′-diimine, N,N′-diimide and N,N′-diamide derivatives, the aromatic residues in N,N′-diphenyl derivatives are oriented to form a P-helix for the (R,R)-DACH absolute configuration. The helicity of the bis-aryl system is modified in the case of 1-naphthyl or 2-naphthyl derivatives. Further switching of helicity has been demonstrated by either protonation or mono-N-acetylation of N,N′-diaryl DACH derivatives.  相似文献

A method to define the Cubic Equation of State (CES) of a simple substance is presented in this work. CES is constructed with only three parameters of the fluid, namely, the critical compressibility ZcPcvc/RTc, the acentric factor ω ≡ − log  (P(sat)/Pc) − 1 (where P(sat) is the saturated vapor pressure), and the saturated vapor volume v(sat) at the temperature T(sat)/Tc = 0.7 (where Tc is the critical temperature, vc is the critical volume, and Pc is the critical pressure). The resulting CES is unique for each substance and, in general, it is different from other known CES in the literature.  相似文献

The interaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone with secondary amines has been studied. The synthetic procedure was developed in order to synthesize a series of new N,N-disubstituted o-aminophenols. The interaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone with dimethylamine leads to 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)-4,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol, which is oxidized in the reaction medium by the parent 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone forming spirocompound 4,5′,6,7′-tetra-tert-butyl-3′-methyl-3′H-spiro[1,3-benzodioxol-2,2′-[1,3]benzoxazole].  相似文献

Homologously pure methyl bacteriopheophorbides-e and f (BPhes-e/fM) were prepared from modification of naturally occurring bacteriochlorophylls-c and d (BChls-c/d), respectively, by transformation of the methyl to formyl group at the 7-position. The absolute configuration of the 1-hydroxyethyl group at the 3-position of (Zn-)BPhes-e/fM was determined from comparison with structurally known BChl-c/d epimers. Visible spectra of synthetic (Zn-)BPhe-c/d/e/fM showed that the 71-oxidation and the 82/121/20-methylation affected Soret, Qx and Qy bands of both the monomeric (in a polar organic solvent) and oligomeric species (in a non-polar solvent).  相似文献

Line intensities of singly, doubly and triply ionized silicon (Si II, Si III, and Si IV, respectively) belonging to the prominent higher multiplets, are of interest in laboratory and astrophysical plasma diagnostics. We measured these line intensities in the emission spectra of pulsed helium discharge. The Si II line intensity ratios in the 3s3p22D–3s24p2Po, 3s23d2D–3s24f2Fo, and 3s24p2Po–3s24d2D transitions, the Si III line intensity ratios in the 3s3d3D–3s4p3Po, 3s4p3Po–3s4d3D, 3s4p3Po–3s5s3S, 3s4s3S–3s4p3Po, and 3s4f3Fo–3s5g3G transitions, and the Si IV line intensity ratios in the 4p2Po–4d2D and 4p2Po–5s2S transitions were obtained in a helium plasma at an electron temperature of about 17,000 ± 2000 K. Line shapes were recorded using a spectrograph and an ICCD camera as a highly-sensitive detection system. The silicon atoms were evaporated from a Pyrex discharge tube designed for the purpose. They represent impurities in the optically thin helium plasma at the silicon ionic wavelengths investigated. The line intensity ratios obtained were compared with those available in the literature, and with values calculated on the basis of available transition probabilities. The experimental data corresponded well with line intensity ratios calculated using the transition probabilities obtained from a Multi Configuration Hartree–Fock approximation for Si III and Si IV spectra. We recommend corrections of some Si II transition probabilities.  相似文献

N-Sulfenylated sulfodiimides were first prepared by the reaction of S,S-diphenyl-N-tosylsulfodiimide with arenesulfenyl chlorides under the basic conditions. Thermolysis of S,S-diphenyl-N-(2-nitrophenylsulfenyl)- and S,S-diphenyl-N-(2,4-dinitrophenylsulfenyl)sulfodiimides in the presence of olefins proceeded at 50-80 °C to give the corresponding deiminated S,S-diphenyl-N-tosylsulfimide and N-sulfenylaziridines in very good yields. 2,4-Dinitrophenyl-sulfenylnitrene was trapped by trans- and cis-1-phenylpropenes stereospecifically. The thermolysis temperature of the N-sulfenylsulfodiimides was found to be lower than N-sulfenylsulfoximide and higher than N-sulfenyliminosulfonium salt and very effective to trap the sulfenylnitrene to give the N-sulfenylaziridines in very good yields.  相似文献

To understand the influence of formaldehyde/urea (F/U) mole ratio on the properties of urea–formaldehyde (UF) resins, this study investigated hardness of cured UF resins with different F/U mole ratios using a nanoindentation method. The traditional Brinell hardness (HB) method was also used for comparison. The HB of cured UF resin films with different F/U mole ratios was determined after exposing the films to different post-curing temperatures. The nanoindentation method was employed for these films to measure Meyer hardness (HM) and reduced modulus (Er) which have been used to calculate the elastic modulus (Es) of cured UF resins. As the F/U mole ratio decreased, the HB decreased continuously, indicating a less rigid network structure in low F/U mole ratio UF resins. The higher the post-curing temperature, the greater the value of HB. The HM value also showed a similar trend as a function of F/U mole ratio. However, the Er and Es did not show a consistent trend as exhibited by HM and HB. Both HM and Er showed much greater variation in the coefficient of variation (COV) at lower F/U mole ratios 1.0 and 1.2, indicating a more heterogeneous composition of these resins. Linear relationships between HM and Er indicate that heterogeneity of the surface composition of samples contributes greatly to variations in the measured values. This variability is discussed in terms of crystal structures present in the cured UF resins of low F/U mole ratios.  相似文献

A straightforward stereoselective route towards (3aR,5R,6S,7R,7aR)- and (3aR,5R,6S,7R,7aR)-octahydro-1H-indole-5,6,7-triol, analogues of castanospermine, starting from the corresponding shikimic acid derivatives is described. The key transformations of this approach are the Overman rearrangement and ring-closing metathesis to form the diastereoisomeric cis-fused (5R,6S,7R)-octahydro-1H-indole-5,6,7-triols in good overall yields. Evaluation for in vitro cytotoxicity revealed for some prepared compounds significant antiproliferative activity and weak glycosidase inhibition.  相似文献

O,O″- and O,O′-bis(2-aminoethyl)-p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arenes of anti conformation have been prepared by the reduction of the corresponding O,O″- and O,O′-bis(cyanomethyl) ethers. Their syn-O,O″- and O,O′-counterparts have been prepared by alternative routes via the Mitsunobu reaction of thiacalix[4]arene with N-(2-hydroxyethyl)phthalimide and the reduction of a O,O′-disiloxanediyl-bridged O″,O?-bis(cyanomethyl) ether of 1,2-alternate conformation, respectively. These products are expected to serve as useful precursors of highly elaborated synthetic receptors, including biscalixarenes.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-bromocyclohexene with (S,S)-hydrobenzoin and (S)-mandelic acid and subsequent intramolecular oxyselenenylation of the resulting allylic ethers followed by oxidation-elimination afforded the valuable cis-fused bicyclic olefins, (1S,3S,4S,6R)-3,4-diphenylbicyclo[4,4,0]-2,5-dioxa-7-decene and (1S,3S,4R)-3-phenyl-4a,7,8,8a-tetrahydro-benzo[1,4]dioxan-2-one, respectively. Further stereoselective transformation of these cis-fused bicyclic olefins afforded the enantiopure cyclohexitols, muco-quercitol, d-chiro-inocitol and allo-inocitol.  相似文献

The paper describes the polarities of three fluorous (F) aliphatic alcohols: perfluorinated tert-butanol (F-t-BuOH), n-butanol (F-n-BuOH), and n-heptanol (F-n-HepOH). For the purpose, we conducted absorption and fluorescence spectroscopies of coumarin 153 (C153) and 102 (C102) in three F and 13 non-fluorous (non-F) alcohols and determined their maximum energies: νa (absorption) and νf (fluorescence). We obtained linear relationships between the Stokes shifts of the dyes (i.e., (νa − νf)) and a medium polarity parameter for 13 non-F alcohols, f(x): f(x) = [(Ds − 1)/(2Ds + 1) − (n2 − 1)/(2n2 + 1)], where Ds and n were the dielectric constant and refractive index of a solvent, respectively. By comparing the Stokes shifts of the dyes in three F alcohols with those in 13 non-F alcohols (i.e., (νa − νf) vs. f(x) plot), the Ds values in F-t-BuOH, F-n-BuOH, and F-n-HepOH were evaluated to be 2.7-3.9, 4.3-5.1, and 4.0-5.2, respectively, while those in the relevant non-F alcohols were 12.5, 17.5, and 12.9, respectively. Thus, the present experiments demonstrated that the polarities of these F alcohols were much lower than those of the relevant non-F alcohols.  相似文献

1-Phenylethynylpyrene fluorophore (1-PEPy) has long-wavelength shifted emission and higher photostability compared to pyrene, retaining, however, pyrene's ability to form excimers. Here we report the synthesis of 2′-O-[3(and 4)-(pyren-1-ylethynyl)benzyl]-uridines and their tandem incorporation into deoxyribo- and 2′-O-Me-ribo-oligonucleotide probes. Excimer forming probes of type NN … NNXXNN … NN (X = 2′-O-[meta(or para)-(pyren-1-ylethynyl)-benzyl]uridine) containing two adjacent fluorescent nucleosides within an oligonucleotide are available in four types (meta-meta; para-meta; meta-para; para-para). Both DNA (N = deoxyribonucleotides) and 2′-O-Me-RNA (N = 2′-O-Me-ribo-nucleotides) probes were synthesized and their hybridization with complementary and singly mismatched DNA and RNA was studied. Several probes show a dramatic response of their excimer-to-monomer intensity ratio upon hybridization. Remarkably, most spectacular fluorescence changes were demonstrated for probes with para-meta and meta-para combination within 2′-O-Me-ribo-oligonucleotides. Using excimer forming probes, three natural SNP in Helicobacter pylori 23S RNA gene (A2144G, A2143G, A2143C) and the wild type gene can be distinguished.  相似文献

The reaction of trans-cyclooctene with S8O yielded a novel bicyclic 1,2,3-trithiolane and trans-9,10,11-trithiabicyclo[6.3.0]undecane (7). Oxidation of the trithiolane with dimethyldioxirane yielded three monoxides, which are assigned to two isomeric 9-oxides, rel-(1R,8R,9S)-9-oxide (15) and rel-(1R,8R,9R)-9-oxide (16), and 10-oxide (17). Further oxidation of rel-(1R,8R,9S)-9-oxide (15) provided rel-(1R,8R,9S,11S)-9,11-dioxide (18) and rel-(1R,8R,9R,11S)-9,11-dioxide (19), while that of rel-(1R,8R,9R)-9-oxide (16) gave rel-(1R,8R,9R,11S)-9,11-dioxide (19) and rel-(1R,8R,9R,11R)-9,11-dioxide (20). The structures of 18 and 19 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The structures of other oxides were elucidated by the spectroscopic data and results of further chemical transformations. Two isomers, 15 and 16, isomerized to one another. A 9,11-dioxide 20 isomerized to 19, which is in equilibrium with 18, where 18 is thermodynamically the most stable isomer.  相似文献
